Here’s my hot take:
I don’t care what was written, Clark and Lana were 100% Evan’s parents in Smallville season 4x20. Obviously they weren’t his real parents but Evan was their kid.
I had to rewind the scenes so often just because of how it was hitting my heart. The moment he called them mom and dad will forever be engraved on my brain. Martha and John were the best parents being so supportive of the two teens with the baby, it was perfect.
In a different world Evan grew up on the Kent farm and I stand by that. Evan’s a Lang-Kent forever.
