After months of doing the redesigning sketches, I got around to finally finishing up the Rayman nymphs!!

I couldn’t stand how each of them look exactly the same with just different clothes and a sorta(?) different body shape. Plus seeing other do it got me into wanting to color and keep going <:]

A half year commemoration to finding these gals and wanting to redesign them with more individuality...

that isn't to say that the Rayman Origins art direction didn't present them well, in a way, I made my own design spin of such overlooked characters in the series <3

Now, I did small changes even when the last design was good, but I changed her bangs and generally her hair style cuz it resembled slightly to Betilla's, plus I wanted one of the nymphs to have this straight boxy haircut. Also changed the shell color to a pink one, looks better in my opinion.

Now the mask/hat, I'm going to regret adding so much details later but tbh is not as detailed as I was originally picturing it, I thought abt a head piece full of pearls and flowers and so extravagant but just the pearls stayed. The fins and horns' colors are from the OG design, luckily they fit just right with the general color palette.

Happy New Year, and what better way to start 2024 is with my own interpretation of The Six Nymphs!!(Betilla got an updated design now + I've actually completed this an hour before 2023 ends haha)

The others stay within the worlds guarded by my corresponding sisters. Edith, from Gourmand Land, has Mr Skops. Annetta, who's in the Sea of Serendipity, is with Space Mama, and Helena is in the Mystical Pique with Mr Stone. I'm sure that they're all fine as of now.
