Anyone who obviously both looks and acts like a literal child. The standard is literally “if a reasonable adult could look at this character and immediately clock them as a child, then they’re out”. Characters I have determined are "too baby" are: Nino, Fae, Nils, Erk, and Rebecca.

Anyone who lacks either a unique portrait or a unique name.

Characters who do not have a unique human form.

Most of the one-off bosses and the like.

A handful of characters who would likely fit better with the nonbinary bracket (Ephidel, Limstella, and Kishuna primarily)

*I am aware than Lyn was originally, canonically 15 years old. She was aged up to 18 in the localization, and based on her treatment by IS since the game released, they seem to lean into depicting her being older (at least the same age as Eliwood and Hector). IME most people aren't even aware that she was ever intended to be younger. So I'm letting her stand.

Luna Hazel/Vanhanen stimboard + hcs?

Luna Headcanons below!

-she’s actually still religious and does worship arceus, just in a different way than her father

-she secretly watched over taka even after leaving the sanctum and denouncing team meteor

-she plays piano and sings (very well, i might add)

-she was trained to shoot a gun and wield a knife by solaris himself. he thought she’d need it to protect taka

-as such, she’s an amazing marksman. when her and bennett reconcile, she takes him to a gun range, and he’s surprised by how good she is

-her and bennett actually become friends after the story ends. she was a bridesmaid at his and laura’s wedding! (because i think they should get married)

-she acts as a big sister to anna and noel. her and anna got along instantly, it took noel a while but he eventually warmed up to her too

-her and serra go to get their nails done together often

-she gets really into video games in the post-game. her favourites are call of duty and stardew valley (kind of matches the contrast i imagine in her personality haha)

-she’s bisexual! (mostly put that in there for our trans girlfriend who adores luna and is bi herself)

-she purposefully lets people forget that she’s essentially a trained bodyguard.

-that’s actually how she got her gym leader position, she was put through a strict training regimen by team meteor ever since she was a child

thanks for the ask! luna’s such an interesting character to think about, and i really enjoyed putting the stimboard and headcanons together. hope you liked it as much as i did!

One of the more interesting minor notes in the more recent Pokémon games is that different characters, such as the Team Star bosses, use different types of Pokéballs. It’s a neat characterization detail. So I thought I would apply to Reborn’s characters.

Also here’s some visual references:

Gym Leaders

Julia-Fast. Only her Voltorb and Electrode actually get the bonus from it. She uses it because it fits best with her pom-poms.

Florinia-Timer. Statistically the most effective ball.

Shelly-Friend. It’s cute and fits with her forest field.

Shade-Cherish. Mysterious and red.

Aya-Poke. It’s the cheapest.

Serra-Premier. A show of aesthetic and (somewhat former) status.

Noel-Poké. He’s basic.

Radomus-Master. Spent half the coffers on it. Also, because grand”master”.

Luna-Moon. Fits her vibes immaculately.

Samson-Heavy. The circus strongman should lift heavy things. That’s like, his job.

Charlotte-Premier. Both cool and easily available.

Terra-GS balls (or at least, standard pokéballs painted to look like GS balls). The ultimate troll.

Ciel-Wing. White and blue, and associated with flying types. Maybe she learned to make them back out in the country.

Adrienn-Luxury. Only the best for xyr Pokémon!

Titania-Net. Completely symbolic, with no practical use. She’s extra like that.

Amaria-Dive. One can surmise that she spends a lot of time underwater. She likely catches her mons there as well.

Hardy-Repeat. Just thinks it looks cool.

Saphira-Dusk. Very effective and also kinda edgy. Her gym emulates a cave.

Sandy-Luxury. Stolen from Craudberry’s collection.

Elite 4

Heather-Jet. A soaring pokéball for a fast-flyer.

Benett-Nest. He definitely raises his bug Pokémon from the first stage.

Laura-Heal. No explanation needed.

El-Legends Arceus normal Pokéballs. Took up crafting sometime after his sight was restored.

Anna-Dream. Due to the dreamsickness and such.

Ame-Safari. Fits symbolically.

Rivals

Victoria-Heal. Imitating Kiki.

Cain-Love. Flirt.

Fern-Great. Once superior, now outclassed.

Cal-Great. Wanted to show up Blake by using a less effective ball.

Meteors

Aster-Quick. The somewhat hasty one.

Eclipse-Timer. The level-headed one.

Ace-Glimmer. Uses a lot of seals.

Sirius-Ultra. No-nonsense kinda fellow.

Solaris-Gigaton. RVTERN to tradition man himself.

Taka-PLA regular pokéballs. Similar to Solaris but extremely half-assing it.

Lin-Cherish. Mysterious ass.

Zero-Ultra. Looks like Umbreon.

Eve-Quick. Statistically the most efficient ball. 

Lumi-Level. Had a very high level Glaceon and little other Pokémon, so she figured that level balls were best for their price. 

Sigmund-Ultra. For the intimidation factor.

Blake-Ultra. Try-hard.

Corey-Poke. To further comparisons Elena makes to child champions.

Kiki-Heal. Has a focus on healing and mental wellness.

So the puzzles are a little too hard for my smol brain

So I honestly thought mid gauntlets Bennett would make Zero Un hypnotize the player and mind control Luna, it is nice to see him progressing as a person, still hate him tho

Zero is… ALOT more unhinged than i thought, the fact that they could have won instantly if they weren’t a control freak was probably not as shocking as it was ment to be.

So mind control is one of my favorite tropes and I like how it was done but I wish it was longer. (I love how canonically the MC is fucking monster of a trainer)

Serra love ya, you need to have more faith more faith in others

Alright so given how Lin talked during the underwater bit in the agate raid I think the voice we hear in the void that asked why we continued doing this is and then that our reason is because it’s fun and how we’re like them and that we don’t even know who our Allie’s really are, ill get to my daily Lin and MC theory crafting at the end don’t worry

Now onto Agate Defense

I love Solaris being genuinely respectful of the player and being genuinely stricken by Taka being dead, I still, again, don’t like him but I’ll be excited to see if we get a Solaris redemption arc

Now we get to Lin, okay so she’s the leader of meteor now definitely no one in the organization would oppose her at this point, okay so her going ‘it would take an act of god to create something out of nothing’ and then doing so makes me believe she’s definitely some Arceus Ajesent (sorry for the horrible spelling) entity and if my theory about the voice in the void is correct, Lin views this all as game between her and the Protagonist and that she could simply create the key out of thin air if she really wanted to, Now maybe it’s deltarune’s and Rejuvenation’s ‘the player is actually an other worldly entity’ stuff talking but I also think the protag sees this as a game and Lin asking why we continue and that it’s cause it’s fun is Lin DIRECTLY asking the player themselves, or if else fails if else fails Ill just go crazy and claim the protag is Lin or something (as for why we just let Lin? Who fucking knows maybe the MC was trapped by cutscene bs or maybe the mc just likes Lin and the game the two are playing, WHO KNOWS???)

I know most people on here don't care about my cosplay much, but I have it on the brain of course, and I am trying to find drawing inspiration since I am not feeling LOTRO OCs anymore, which used to be my source of inspiration. Il faisait nuit noire dans la forêt bordant Volterra. Caïus Volturi, l'un des trois rois des Volturi, se promenait seul, laissant ses pensées sombres l'envahir. Soudain, un cri perçant résonna à travers les arbres, le figeant sur place.

Intrigué, Caïus se dirigea vers l'origine du cri et découvrit une jeune femme humaine, allongée au sol, blessée et inconsciente. Son cœur de pierre se serra en la voyant ainsi, si vulnérable. Elle avait dû tomber en escaladant et se blesser gravement en chemin.

Sans hésiter, Caïus prit délicatement la jeune femme dans ses bras et se mit en route pour le château des Volturi, où se trouvaient ses compagnons. Arrivé sur place, il demanda immédiatement l'aide d'Aro et de Marcus pour sauver la vie de la jeune femme. Au début, ils semblèrent intrigués du comportement de leur frère, mais Marcus tendit sa main à Aro et les deux sourirent sans que Caïus ne le remarque. À partir de ce moment, tout le clan traita Anna comme une reine.

Pendant des jours, Caïus veilla sur elle, incapable de détacher son regard d'elle. Son visage paisible dans le sommeil le troublait plus que de raison. Un soir, dans la quiétude de sa chambre, Caïus se décida enfin à se dévoiler à Anna. Lorsqu'elle ouvrit les yeux et le vit pour la première fois, sa surprise fut évidente. Mais au lieu de la peur qu'il redoutait, il vit de la curiosité et de l'admiration dans son regard.

Malgré les obstacles et les dangers qui les séparaient, Caïus et Anna tombèrent amoureux l'un de l'autre. Leur amour était interdit, maudit, mais c'était plus fort que tout. Caïus était prêt à tout sacrifier pour protéger Anna, même s'il devait affronter ses frères rois et les lois des Volturi.

OTTENUTA UNA NUOVA QUALITA DI RISO CHE ABBATTE DEL 70% LE EMISSIONI

I ricercatori della Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences e della Chinese Society for Plant Biology hanno ottenuto una nuova varietà di riso che è in grado di ridurre di quasi tre quarti le emissioni di metano prodotte delle risaie.

Il riso è l’alimento di base per metà della popolazione mondiale e la sua coltivazione estesa in tutto il mondo è responsabile della produzione di circa il 12% del metano, uno dei gas serra più dannosi e tra i maggiori responsabile del riscaldamento del pianeta. Utilizzando metodi di allevamento tradizionali e senza ricorrere all’ingegneria genetica, gli scienziati hanno scoperto che le emissioni sono inibite nelle varietà di riso che producono alti livelli di etanolo e bassi livelli di un composto chiamato fumarato. Tramite selezioni e 3 anni di prove di coltivazione hanno ottenuto l’ibridazione di nuove varietà di riso con proprietà di bassa emissione di metano. La scoperta che hanno realizzato ha permesso di avere nuove linee di riso e l’impiego di nuovi metodi per la coltivazione del riso, abbassando notevolmente l’impatto ambientale.

“É possibile avere un basso livello di metano e avere comunque un riso con rese elevate”, spiega l’autrice della ricerca Anna Schnürer. “E si può fare usando metodi di allevamento tradizionali, senza OGM”. il team ha incrociato una varietà di riso ad alta resa con una varietà a bassa emissione di metano il cui essudato radicale era povero di fumarato e ricco di etanolo. Il risultato è un riso che cresce producendo il 70% in meno di metano.
