#trickster games#flash#riding the hidden objects trend#it's pretty weak on its own really. like most games from this dev#they mostly did dressup games and occasionally tried another genre#usually something popular among girls like quizzes or restaurant or yeah hidden objects#these games were usually kinda barebones and with low-effort gameplay#it felt like someone more focused on the art#which as you can see wasn't excellent either but was very characteristic#and also kinda... riding the trends of the time like intense contrasting colors anime eyes etc#it's one of those styles where i knew that objectively it was ugly and derivative but personally? i liked it#i dunno. something about things like these is endearing to me. i see art that's the equivalent of cheap plastic and i go full-on heart eyes#but. uh. this also wasn't the case with penny. too flat coloring. more focus on being wacky and random than “pretty”.#it's just kind of there. but in my passion for hidden objects games i played it too. i don't remember coming back to it later though

Anyway, the last time I played the sims was before I even made Cadmus as a character so GUESS WHO I MADE

#tmi#anucad#i have soooooo many cc mods#like. apparently i had over 400 the last time i played on my shitty laptop#i started going through & sorting them & redownloading in case they've updated#& of course while figuring out where tf i even got many of these i ended up downloading more#& eventually i said “fuck it just stick the unsorted mods in their own folder inside the mod folder”#anyway. i barely even play with the sims i make. i just love character creation#like. according to steam i've got 22.4h playtime on bg3. ~8 or 9 of that was when i tried on my laptop & it was super slow & kept freezing-#-& crashing. roughly 3 hours is actual non-character creation playtime. the rest is me fucking around in the character creator#i have no idea how much time i've sunk into gaia online's avatar builder but it's probably well over 100 hours#Love Nikki probably over 1000#i need y'all to understand. i love character creation. when i'm drawing a new oc my brain is flipping through what design things to give-#-them like a goddamn dressup game. part of me wants to try doing character design professionally but the problem is...#...if you look at all my OCs they're mostly basically anime girls. i'm bad at making myself diversify my characters beyond occasionally-#-giving them black/brown skin. i need to make more fat characters. and more darker skinned characters. & more other things.

my mother cringed at the (very casual, almost basic passing) goth/scene clothes I wanted to buy. So I did the obvious thing and clicked add to cart and ordered them.
#I had been wanting the clothes forever but since I'm still a teen in school and havent moved out i have to follow a strict dress code#And that includes crop tops mesh fabrics anything “wierd” shirts that are tied at the bottom#leggings tank tops skinny jeans ( tOo SLuTtY) and ironically baggy clothes cause “you cant leve the house looking like a dyke”#Like I'm not even from a southern/mormon/private school community#My parents are just extreme conservatives#So as soon as I can afford to move out I'm cutting my hair super short dying it purple and possibly changing my name.#You read this far??????#Okay so the clothes were a black mesh tee a sweater with stars and skulls and those 90s anime girl oversize legwarmers#If I add those to my current clothes colllection I can have one (1) full head to toe goth fit!! :D#My one goal in life is leave house to play irl dressup game#txt
