Highlights from my LCAD animation portfolio!

It was a ton of fun trying to adapt some concepts from my prospective novel for this assignment, albeit leading to many sleepless nights and a reinvigorated reliance on caffeine.

I’ve never been quite ‘good’ at reacting to positive news with the elation one might expect or even want, but nevertheless, I’m grateful for every instructor and friend that’s supported me throughout the application progress and convinced me to even go through with it.

Especially huge thanks to my dear friend @tomfowlery for having been such a big contributor to the formation of this story, collection of characters, and even its title What Befalls the Ephemeral. It’s been over year since I first divulged some basic character ideas to her over Discord, and to this day she’s still offering so much wonderful input, story beats, and character thoughts that this project just wouldn’t be the same without. From concepts relating to said story’s antagonism, to the design of Felicity in the final slide, there’s just so much to thank Gwyn for that I don’t think I’ll ever be able to cover—my gratitude is endless, and I’m ever so lucky and happy to know her. 🫶🦊💕

All in all, I don’t have much more to say other than I’m anticipating the start of this semester, finally living away from home, and pursuing something I’ve been intensely passionate about for years. <3

This year I applied for Sheridan's Bachelors of Animation in Oakville ! This is my second time applying (Last year i was rejected with an 82%) Ill update this post in late March with my scoresheet and wether i got in !

I don't usually post school stuff on here but, I thought this was cool :v

I'm working on my animation/illustration portfolio for colleges I'm going to add more stuff but this is just some of the stuff I'm the most proud of. If you have any suggestions pleaseeeeee let me know!

Folly animation was originally supposed to come out in January, but it will now be delayed to february. Or if not February, march!

Otherwise, it has been going pretty good so far!

But after I finish the Folly Animation, I will work on less fan-made stuff & instead focus on more of my own work (which I’ve already teased at a character animation gif, and am currently still working on Chapter 3 for my webcomic, if interested on reading it I will leave a link linking to the webtoon :>!)

Anyways I’ll go riiight on back to animating :)!

Hi everyone!! I submitted my portfolio so I just have my entrance exams in the beginning of September then I can go back to doing fanart and commissions 😭. Wish me luck on my entrance exams cuz I NEED to get into uni 🤧. I posted my portfolio film and decided to share it in case anyone might be interested in viewing it.
