WIP Thursday bc I’m late
Some MacDalton and Murdoc tension.
“Honestly, I can’t believe you right now.”
Mac scoffed a little, throwing a sideways glance at his boyfriend. “Can we talk about it later?”
“I’d rather you talk about it now. What’s causing trouble in paradise?” Murdoc asked sweetly from the backseat.
“Shut up,” Jack ordered, gripping the steering wheel tightly. “Ain’t your business.”
“Oh, but I’m so intrigued. Is it the fake relationship our Boy Genius has to engage in with me? I promise to be a tender, loving partner.”
“I’m about to pull over and break your goddamn face,” Jack grit out.
“Jack, you really think I want to do this? It’s the only option to get one of us past the guards with his access. They wouldn’t believe you two were together, and you know it. It’s an outdoor party, you’re going to be able to overwatch with your rifle. It’s going to be completely fine. I don’t want to be in the same car as him, much less hold his hand and smile at him.”
“That’s hurtful, Angus. Very hurtful.”
“Mac, I’m gonna kill him,” Jack warned.
Mac turned to look at Murdoc in the backseat. “If you want to keep breathing, I seriously suggest shutting up. Now.” Murdoc mimed a zipper across his lips, a closed mouth smug smile still on his face. Mac turned back around, exhaling heavily. He waited a moment before reaching over the middle console and encouraging Jack to uncurl one fist from around the wheel. Jack laced their fingers together, letting out a near-silent sigh.
“Ground rules. You kiss him, I’ll gut you like a fish and hang you by your intestines,” Jack said icily, looking at Murdoc through the rearview mirror. “With a smile on my face. Second, you will stay outside at all times, within my eyesight. Comms will stay on, no matter what. Got me, Mac?”

Some trans Mac on his period smut
Jack chuckled lowly, leaving an open-mouthed kiss on Mac’s freckled shoulder. “Already that wet for me, honey? Fuck, baby, wish I could taste you right now,” Jack whispered against Mac’s wet skin, just loud enough to be heard over the shower.
Mac whimpered, bucking forward to grind against Jack’s fingers. “N-not to burst your b-bubble, Jack, but I’m s-still, fuck, bloody.”
Jack’s chest rumbled with a low laugh against Mac’s back. “I can feel the difference, Mac. Can show you too, if you don’t mind me stoppin’ for a second.” Jack feigned like he was going to pull his hand away.
“Don’t,” Mac ground out, grabbing at Jack’s forearm as if to keep him there. “F-fine, yeah, you got me wet. You always do, y-you know you always do.”
Jack made a smug sound, slowly circling the pad of his middle finger over the swollen tip of his little cock. “That’s better, baby. Good,” he praised lowly as he slid his other hand up Mac’s torso to pluck at one hard pink nipple. Mac moaned, arching his back into both sensations.
“Jack.”
“Right here, honey, ain’t gonna stop. Don’t worry,” he murmured, pressing a careful but sharp bite right over where he’d been kissing. Mac whined into the openness of the shower, widening his stance subconsciously.

Ground Rules
Pairing: Angus Macgyver x FemReader
Warnings: fluff, minor angst, just two first time parents trying to figure it out
Summary: Much to your dismay your shared child seems to take after Mac and his curious ways. You had heard the stories about his unique childhood and if you didn’t get it under control soon, your daughter was bound to follow right in his foot steps.
word count: 1.5k
Masterlist
When you had first started dating Mac there had never really been any rules. It wasn’t until you moved in together you finally had to put some in place. You had tripped over one to many contraptions and been a little too close to some minor explosions that had you deciding on no experiments in the house. After a minor fight he finally agreed and Mac followed that rule to the best of his abilities and you appreciated him for it.
What you had never expected was having a kid just like him. You don’t know why it never crossed your mind that it was possible for your child to have Mac’s intelligence. To be honest you wished you would’ve and you could’ve prepared yourself for all that was to come with a curious mind desperate to learn. You had heard all those stories about Mac when he was a kid, blowing up football fields and smoking out labs, but none of it ever really felt real until now. They finally felt real because your daughter had now taken it upon herself to do science experiments anywhere she can.
You had left for only ten minutes. That was it. Ten peaceful minutes to go out and do some minor yard work. She was reading a Nancy Drew book on the couch when you left but when you had returned, the eight year old girl had covered the kitchen in what looked like some sort of green foam. It takes your mind only a second to go haywire, panic setting in, fear of chemicals, and misdirected anger at your husband.
“Jackie! What is going on?” you rush towards her, making quick work of pulling her away from the mess.
“Elephant toothpaste, I saw it on TV and Dad told me how to make it” you were sure smoke was steaming out of your ears by now. As proud as you were for how smart your daughter was, these actions could become hazardous.
“Honey, I need you to tell me what exactly is in elephant toothpaste?” you ask as calmly as you can, keeping your voice even as if to not scare her off.
“Hydrogen peroxide, yeast, dish soap, water, and food coloring for some fun!” she claps excitedly, eyeing that very mixture on the kitchen counter. Now calming over the harmless ingredients you look at where she has some foam now stuck in her curly blonde hair.
“All that made a huge mess in my kitchen?” you ask, reaching for a dish towel and wiping away as much as you can in her hair.
“Well I tripled the recipe for a bigger explosion” she says as if the sentence alone doesn’t make your heart stutter. Letting out a deep sigh you stand back up and start to guide her to the bathroom.
“You definitely are you father’s daughter” you mutter, hands squeezing her shoulders.
“You should’ve seen it Mom, it was huge!” she cheers excitedly as you start down the hallway.
“Let’s get you in the bath” you tell her and she just smiles wide, clearly content with what she had just accomplished and you now had to clean up.
Once filling the tub with warm water you help your daughter step out of her elephant toothpaste splattered dress and into the bath. Offering her a bath bomb she keeps her curious mind occupied as you step out and figure out how to prepare yourself for the cleaning you had ahead of you.
“What happened here?” you find your blonde husband with an amused smile on his face, eyes scanning the green foam.
“Someone decided to make elephant toothpaste, have any idea where she got that from?” you ask crossing your arms and Mac looks up to find you are not as amused as him in this situation.
“Shit baby I’m so sorry. I didn’t think she’d actually attempt it, much less inside the house” he says walking over to you and you sigh, trying your best to not place all the blame on him.
“It’s fine, I just have to figure out how to clean it now” you say, hands reaching up to push the hair out of your face. It had already been a long day and the last thing you needed was this.
“It’s okay, I got it. I’ve done elephant toothpaste a time or two” he says, hands reaching to squeeze each of your arms, and you offer a weak smile.
“She’s gonna be trouble, just like you” you say with an accusing finger and Mac smiles before pulling you close and wrapping his arms around your waist.
“Maybe, but at least I know how to handle it. When I was blowing things up I never had anyone who understood me” Mac says and you give him a panicked look.
“I didn’t say anything about blowing things up” you tell him, head beginning to shake and Mac quickly stops you.
“I know but I happened to remove an entire football field once in my life. Maybe I can keep hers contained to a small park or something” he teases but you give him a stern look that says you’re not ready to joke about this just quite yet.
“How about no explosions and no more experiments in our home?” you say and Mac clearly mulls it over. You know he wants to cater to his daughter’s curious mind, provide her with every opportunity he could to learn, but could that be done at the expense of your kitchen?
“One explosion and experiments in the yard?” he counter offers and you sigh.
“No explosions and experiments small enough to not alert neighbors in the yard” you finalize and he nods with a grin.
“I can accept that” he says before pressing a chaste kiss to your lips. “Now where’s our little scientist, I want to applaud her”
“She’s taking a bath, you can say hi after you clean up this mess” you tell him, hands pressing against his chest and in the direction of the green foam.
“And what about you?” he asks, a small pout to his lips and you slowly press a kiss to them. The pout gone in seconds.
“I’m going to help her out of the bath and then we’re going to set some rules” you tell him and he nods, saluting you as you walk back to the bathroom to find Jackie hadn’t even washed her hair yet.
It’s only an hour later you finally have the small girl in fresh pajamas, damp hair combed, and sat between you and Mac on the couch. The Nancy Drew book from before is open on her lap and you finally give Mac a look to tell him it’s time to set some rules and create boundaries for her.
“Jackie honey?” you coo, fingers reaching to push away the book for a moment.
“Yeah Mom?” she says, half distracted and trying to chase the page as it moves away from her.
“We wanted to talk to you about your little experiment today” you tell her and Mac nodded, blue eyes finding his daughter’s matching ones.
“Yeah honey, just a quick chat” and at her father’s words she finally closes the book on her lap.
“We love that you enjoy learning new things. It’s amazing the things you already understand, but we need to set some rules” you tell her and a sad look flashes across her features in seconds.
“You made a big mess today, one that worried your Mom. So there can’t be anymore experiments in the house” Mac says and the girls is instantly defeated, a gasp leaving her mouth.
“But Dad, it was just elephant toothpaste. It wasn’t dangerous!” she whines and Mac shakes his head, staying firm and on your side.
“Yeah but your Mom didn’t know that. So there is going to be no more experiments in this house unless approved and supervised by one of us” he tells her and her lip instantly quivers as her arms cross over her chest.
“But you and Dad can do as many experiments in the yard as you want and he’s also agreed to bring you to his lab at work once a week to learn something new” you comfort the sad girl, arm wrapping around her.
“You promise?” she asks, hopeful eyes looking up at her Dad.
“Of course honey, pinky promise. We want you to grow and learn but science can be dangerous and it’s important we treat every experiment as that” he tells her and she nods even though you know she’s not entirely on board yet.
“Does that mean I have to tell you about the habitat I’m growing in my closet?” she whispers and you flash a worried look to Mac who is trying his best not to laugh.
“Well, why don’t we go find out” he says, standing and lifting the girl to dangle over his shoulder. The giggles and squeals she lets out are a stark contrast to the somber mood she was just in and you can’t help but smile as you watch them disappear down the hallway.
“Is that a toad?!” you hear Mac’s voice bellow down the hallway and you are quick to stand to your feet and rush down the hallway.
“Oh hell no”

Overload - a MacGyver fanfiction
Fandom: MacGyver (2016) Characters: Angus MacGyver, Jack Dalton Prompt: this was written for day 1 of @whumptober 2024, prompt Panic Attack. Word count: 1253 Warnings: contains descriptions of panic attack, anxiety and angst.
Mac wasn’t always the loudest or most present person in the room. He enjoyed company, but could just as well be by himself. So when he took a bit of a backseat during today’s debriefing of their latest mission, that wasn’t an instant reason for concern. Most might assume him to be tired, but Jack was the one to sense something more was going on.
They were subtle signs, more than likely missed by everyone else in the meeting room, but Jack caught them even from the other end of the table they all sat around. It was in the haunted look in Mac’s eyes, his complete detachment from everything happening around him, and the breaths that were much too shallow for Jack’s liking.
Jack held his gaze fixed on Mac, counting down the minutes until this meeting would end. Mac sat unmoving, one hand clamped so tightly around a paperclip that Jack feared he might have to dig it out of Mac’s palm later. He was fully turned in on himself and wasn’t participating in the meeting in any way anymore. All he seemed to do was sit and try to keep some level of control over himself. "Come on, come on," Jack mumbled under his breath. No one else saw it, but Jack knew in his gut that Mac was silently spinning out of control right in front of him.
Finally, after what felt like hours, the meeting came to an end. Where everyone immediately got to their feet to resume their work elsewhere, Mac did not even make an attempt to get up from his seat. Even worse: he did not move a muscle at all. He sat frozen, rigid, gaze fixed unblinkingly at a point somewhere near his hands resting on the table top.
Jack hung back and waited until everyone else had left the room, before he closed the door. "Mac?" Jack sat down in the chair next to his partner and friend. Mac did not respond in any way. "Come on, hoss, talk to me. I know something is going on with you." Jack rested a hand on Mac’s forearm and immediately felt how Mac’s muscles were tensed up to their max. Jack knew then and there that this situation was infinitely worse than he had been suspecting. He had only seen Mac have a full-on panic attack twice before, and both those times had not been pleasant experiences for either of them.
A whimpery gasp escaped Mac, as he looked wide-eyed at Jack now. "Okay, okay…" Jack wasn’t sure exactly what he should do, so he just did what felt right. He held his hand on Mac’s arm, speaking softly to instill some sort of calmness back into him. "It’s alright, I’m here with you, you’re going to be fine." Jack repeated the words like a mantra, but they seemed to fall on deaf ears.
Mac’s breaths shuddered now and a distinct tremble spread through his entire body. He felt like screaming, thrashing, running away, and preferably all at the same time, but he found himself unable to move or utter any words. His chest constricted painfully and made him feel like he couldn’t take a proper breath. A feeling of panic and fear so feral settled in every fiber of his being, and he had no idea how to deal with it or how to get himself out of it.
"Buddy, please." Jack pleaded. "Let me help you. Try to tell me what I need to do." Mac gulped like a fish out of water, before he frantically shook his head. Jack huffed helplessly. All he wanted was to help, but he didn’t, for the life of him, know how to.
Mac gasped another few times for a breath, and finally managed to get a few words out. "J-just… be… here…" Each word was followed by a sharp, hitched intake of breath. "You mean sit here with you?" Jack wasn’t sure how that would be of help, but if that was what Mac asked of him, he would do it. Mac nodded a silent confirmation. He had to struggle to get a breath in by now, and he felt like he had lost all control over himself. It was a scary feeling, terrifying even. Jack might not be the best to deal with these kinds of situations, but he was what Mac needed right now.
"Okay, absolutely." Jack accepted this cry for help without protest. He leaned back in his chair. No matter how long Mac needed him to, Jack would sit here with him all through it.
---
Well over 30 minutes had gone by, when Mac finally seemed to have battled himself through the worst of his panic attack. His breaths turned easier, and his posture dropped as his muscles slowly released their tension.
Jack noticed this, too. "Are you back with me?" He asked softly. "I think so. A little." Mac ran a trembling hand through his hair. This movement was the first he made since this panic attack had started. "Do you need anything?" Jack inquired. Mac slowly licked his lips. He only now realized how dry his mouth was. "Some water, please."
Jack poured a glass of water from a canteen and handed it to Mac, before he leaned against the edge of the table to have a good look at his partner. Jack had seen Mac in all states of disheveled over the years, but somehow seeing him go through this panic attack today unsettled Jack greatly.
"What happened?" Jack finally asked the question which had been bothering him most. "I don’t even know." Mac sighed wearily. "I guess I’m just tired. This latest mission has been stressful." It wasn’t much of an explanation, but Jack felt Mac was telling the truth. He looked genuinely confused and betrayed by his own mind and body.
Mac took a sip of water. Jack couldn’t help but notice how Mac’s hands seemed to tremble a little worse again. "Easy, hoss," Jack said calmly, "no need to lose control again. We’re just going to take it easy." Mac chuckled darkly. "I’m doing the best I can." "I know." Jack rested a comforting hand on Mac’s shoulder. "And I’m here to help you through it." Mac nodded gratefully and shakily took another sip of water. He was calmer now, but looked absolutely spent. Something that hadn’t eluded Jack either.
"Come on, let me take you home," Jack suggested. "Yeah," Mac answered wearily. He slowly got up from his chair. For a short moment he swayed on his feet, which made Jack quickly reach out and steady his friend. "You good?" Jack asked with slight concern in his voice. Mac nodded. "I’m good." Jack wasn’t altogether satisfied with Mac’s well-being, but didn’t press the matter for now.
"Jack?" There was an uncharacteristic vulnerability to Mac’s voice. "Do you have any plans this afternoon?" "No." Jack already sensed the question hanging in the air. Mac averted his gaze to the glass of water still in his hands. "Would you… would you mind staying with me?" Even though they knew each other so well, had been friends and partners for so long, Mac still found it difficult to ask for help sometimes. "Of course," Jack instantly agreed, "I’ll keep you company for as long as you need me to." "Thank you," Mac mumbled.
Knowing that Jack would stay with him, Mac already felt himself calm down even more, and he was sure he would eventually feel better completely.

Convincing Enough For You?
Pairing: Angus Macgyver x F! Reader
Summary: An important mission came up, and during the briefing it became clear that Mac didn't think you were the right fit for the flirtatious role.
Word Count: 1.6k
Warnings: 18+ MINORS DNI, Use of Y/N (not excessive), First Person, Fight Flirting, Arguing, A malfunctioning MacGyver, A villain who likes to take advantage of women, Couple Arguments. Let me know if I missed anything!
A/N: Hey Guys! This my first MacGyver Fanfiction, I love writing the series and characters so let me know if you guys like it! Comments and messages mean the world to me! If you've got any ideas for future fic's my idea box is open! ENJOY!
“I’m not sure if this is the best idea, Matty. You know how they feel about each other.” Riley trailed after her boss as they made their way down the hall to the war room. She had been let in on the game plan for the next mission early because Matty needed her input.
“They’re adults. They can put their feelings, undefined they are, away in order to do their job professionally.” Matty could hope. Ever since you joined the Phoenix Foundation there had been a certain animosity between you and a certain human encyclopedia. You were never sure if it was flirting or trying to get on each other’s nerves.
Matty could hear the sounds of shouting from the war room down the hall. “Oh, get your head out of the clouds! You know all too well that if it wasn’t for Bozer and Jack you would have blown yourself up, gotten shot, or made some kinda poisonous gas to kill yourself. You think you’re way more aware than you are. But newsflash: you’re not!” You paused to take a breath, you had made sure to choose your words carefully, they were nothing if not the truth. Mac could make a plane out of a recycling bin and some potatoes, but he routinely got his ass saved by Jack in the field, and Bozer in his own home.
Mac stood in front of the coffee table, his arms crossed tight across his chest. “At least I actually do things to save our asses on missions. Or were you the one who made infrared glasses so we could see the cameras when Riley couldn’t access the system?”
Something about Mac’s defensiveness made you want to egg him on continually. Maybe it was because you liked to hear him talk, even when it wasn’t in a positive way. There were days where the two of you were civil and even friendly, but those days were boring. No conversations would be had, and the day inevitably turned into awkward silence and stares.
Neither you nor Mac liked it that way.
So you picked on each other. It was clear there were never any ill intentions, but sometimes it rode the line and, you were sure, made your coworkers wonder if you and Mac were actually mad. To be fair, it was a question that rarely had a simple answer. But that was just the way the two of you were. Complicated. And you wouldn’t have taken it any other way.
“Can we go one meeting without you two saying something distasteful to each other? One meeting. That’s all I’m asking.” Matty pulled up her screen on the wall before shooting a pointed look at those who stood around the room. Jack observed the screens as they came up, and Riley sat on one of the chairs doing her best to ignore you and Mac, knowing how this would go, and something told her Matty wouldn’t get her wish for peace.
“This is Bryan Snyder.” A rather unpleasant-looking man was pulled up on the full screen along with his Phoenix records. “Hacker extraordinaire with a rap sheet a mile long of gambling offenses.” Matty flashed a couple photos across the screen of Bryan surrounded by presumable winnings and women.
Riley finally took a cue from Matty and spoke up. "He's had incidents filed with multiple casinos, all stemming from his pension for picking up women who've just fought with their partners, while the partner is around."
Jack scoffed as he found his way to the empty seat next to Riley. “Sounds like he's made a game out of picking up girls on the rebound."
Jack’s comment earned a grin from Riley, who added: "At least he looks like he tips well."
Your leg bounced involuntarily as you fiddled with the few paperclips in your hand—not bending them, just linking them together one after the other to make a chain. It drove Mac mad, and you knew it. He was one who did things with purpose, so idly fiddling with some paperclips without reshaping or bending them clawed at him internally. “So what is our position in this?” you finally spoke up. “I didn’t know the Phoenix Foundation did personal vendetta work for ex-girlfriends.”
Matty shook her head watching Mac who silently but unsubtly stared you down as you wrapped the paperclip chain around your wrist to make a bracelet. “Not a vendetta. A prevention service for the Parisian government. Snyder holds a virus on his laptop that, if released onto the broadband servers of France, would cause nationwide blackouts and hold millions of people’s information hostage.”
Jack’s face soured at the thought. “Oooh, okay, yeah, so not an angry ex-girlfriend. Got it.”
“We’ve had Riley coding a USB drive that, once plugged in, can give her access to the computer’s system. That way she can corrupt the virus so that when he tries to open it, none of the code will be salvageable. The only thing our team needs to worry about is getting that drive plugged into Snyder’s computer for 8 minutes without him noticing.”
Another scoff came from Jack. “No offense, Matty, but this guy seems like the kinda nerd to be obsessed with his computer. He’s probably one of those weirdos who treats it like his baby or something.” He immediately turned to Riley who had her computer in her lap. He pressed his lips together and stood up, walking towards the other wall to get as far away from Riley as possible. “I’m just gonna shut up now.”
“Yeah, smart choice.”
“The plan, if you guys will ever let me get to it, is this: Is to send in (Y/N) with a partner to pose as our unhappy couple, Bryan has a stay booked with a casino in Monaco this weekend. It’s his last stop on the way into France. A messy breakup in the middle of the casino should be enough to pique Snyder’s interest, and from there all (Y/N) has to do is get him to take her to his hotel room so she can connect the USB to his laptop, which shouldn’t be so hard given his M.O. After 8 minutes, once Riley’s USB has done its job, (Y/N) will take it out and destroy it so it’s not traceable.” Matty pressed her lips together firmly when she noticed Mac shifting his stance and uncrossing his arms, which normally meant that he had something to say. “Can I help you Blondie?”
Mac took the opportunity and stepped forward. “Why don’t we just send in Riley? If the USB doesn’t work, she’ll be able to disable the virus manually. Plus,” a strong look of disdain settled on his face, “I don’t think (Y/N) can flirt convincingly enough to get him to take her back to his room. It’s dangerous to put the weight of a mission on it without a backup.”
That got you mad. You stood and eyed Mac in his stupid power stance. His hands on his hips while he stared at the screen as if he was avoiding eye contact with you. You wondered where all of his confidence had suddenly gone.
“Oh? You don’t think I can handle it?” You took a confident couple steps towards Mac. A well-placed hand on his forearm brought his big blue eyes back to you, somewhat confused as to what you were doing but it didn’t seem as if he was going to stop you.
You took his silence as permission to continue and slid your hand down his arm, bringing your free hand up to play with the suede lapel of his jacket near his chest. You lifted your eyes to meet his for a single, shy moment and couldn’t help the way your cheeks flushed. Who thought it was a good idea to give a man with such a perfect face those baby blues? Fuck.
Mac was malfunctioning, his jaw slack as he tried to focus on anything other than how close you were to him. Or the fact he could feel your breath on his neck, or the way your hands held him. Tantalizing and unobtainable. He was sure if either of you did anything in the oncoming moments he’d find himself too deep to back out.
You slid the fingers fiddling with his jacket past his chest to his abdomen, felt the shiver run up his spine even though he tried his best to hide it. Your fingers reached his beltline with more confidence than you felt, and…there was a undeniable tension. One that left you wondering if perhaps you should excuse yourself and drag Mac into some unoccupied office down the hall.
A quick smack below the belt and Mac was half-keeled over, gasping for air as you stepped aside with a prideful smirk. “That convincing enough for you?”
The rest of the team broke into laughter, the sexual and uncalled for tension that was in the room had gone.
“The Macbook needed to reboot there for a moment huh,” Jack said patting your shoulder. “You’ll do just fine, and your mission partner will be there as your backup, you can trust them
Matty just pulled on that subtle smirk she wore when she knew something was bound to be entertaining. “Well, glad you’re working on your chemistry, because Mac is your mission partner. Try not to cause a scene before the target gets there, though. Wheels up in 2 hours.”
Mac had finally been able to gather himself and recover from the unexpected tap. “Let’s just hope you’re ready for 2 to be playing that game.”
A/N: Thank You guys for reading! I am thinking about making another part about the actual mission or what the aftermath would look like for your and Mac's relationship.
A/N: Remember I'm always open to talk to people (18+) about MacGyver! I love the fandom and want to interact as much as possible. If your interested don't be afraid to shoot me a message!

🎢my wildest ride is probably take away the part that hurts and let the rest remain. It's not even that wild but it is a ride. One of my only planned multichaps
👀 MacDalton rendition room play like I did for McDanno sneakypeek:
“You should go ahead and get it all off your chest now, pretty boy.”
“What?”
A heavy sigh followed a heavy hand landing on Mac’s tense shoulder. “Tell me the name of your contact. ‘S all I need from ya. One name and you get to leave.”
“What kind of bullshit, discount CIA interrogation tactic is that?”
Mac wasn’t expecting the slap that handed solidly on his left cheek at all. It stung immediately, blue eyes watering under the blindfold.
“Alright, then,” his captor said easily, suddenly much closer to Mac’s face. “Didn’t wanna hurt your pretty little face, sugar.” He sounded almost apologetic.
Mac scowled. “Don’t worry about my face, asshole. Worry about what I’m going to do when I get free, what my team will do to you.”
“Then I have nothing to worry about; you ain’t gettin’ free until I want you to get free. Your team? Ain’t worried about them at all, honey. You’re stuck with me, Angus.” His name wasn’t said maliciously, just knowingly. Letting Mac know that he knew details about him.
and for those McDanno fans, some high school AU:
Danny stood up, reaching down to help Steve up. Steve kept hold of Danny’s hand after he was standing, following the shorter man’s lead towards a storage shed across the yard. Danny picked the lock easily (with a bobby pin that was in his pocket) and found an old moving blanket. He shook it out and spread it on the ground, grinning at his boyfriend. “Nice, huh? Quiet, private… Kinda romantic.”
“Why do you have a bobby pin in your pocket?”
“That’s what you’re focused on?” Steve sat down and grabbed Danny’s hand to tug him to sit next to him. He pulled Danny’s short legs over his lap.
“Yeah. Why do you have a bobby pin in your pocket?”
“Gracie… my sister… remember her? Four foot tall, hair down to her butt that Danno has to braid daily?”
“Yeah, Danno, I’m well aware of Gracie. Why do you still have it?”
“Are you getting at something?”
“You’ve been hanging out with MacGyver too much,” he teased.
“You think he taught me that?”
“No, but I think he gave you the idea of carrying a bobby pin, you delinquent.” Steve grinned, fingers massaging Danny’s frequently-pained knee.
“Your boyfriend finds a perfect little hideaway for some private time and you insult him?”
“I don’t think you what was ‘perfect’ means, sweetheart. I do like having you to myself, though.”
Danny grabbed Steve’s face and planted a heavy, smacking kiss on Steve’s lips. “You. I love you. You’re a big pain in the ass, but I love you. Now hush. I’m smokin’ my joint.”
🧠 You didn't pick a character, so I'll pick... Danny
Danny Williams: Danny grew up in a big family, so he wants a big family. His ideal number is 3.

More Macgyver hugs, primarily Bozer with a bonus Riley and Jack one. Have to say Bozer probably gives the best hugs out of the group.
(In order of photos, S1E17, S1E19, and then the last four are all S2E01)
More hugs :)

The wildest ep of the Macgyver reboot
Sometimes I think fondly about Macgyver (2016) season 3 episode 13 Wilderness + Training + Survival....and how absolutely batshit this episode was. If the creators had decided to confidently maintain these chaos levels, I think the show would have been better and had a longer run in general (but that's just my opinion).
Some random insane details that got fully brushed over but make me lose my mind every time:
Mac actively choosing to bring no emergency supplies out of pure god complex.
That time the bad guy leader tore Mac's beanie off and grabbed him by the hair sexual-style. Absolutely no other character has thought to grab Mac by the hair in the original show or the reboot like wtf
EDIT I've been reminded by some friendly reblogs that hair-pulling happens in a couple other episodes. Regardless, it cracks me up every single time. The guy seems to do it out of pure frustration and that is so funny to me.
Riley wearing acrylics into the wilderness
The bad guy just up and massacred his entire squad so he wouldn't have to share the money. Like he just shot them all in cold blood. That's some GOT shit.
Mac getting shot in the thigh from like two inches away and not having his entire femur shattered.
Riley and Bozer running into a clearing scattered with dead bodies?? With Mac bleeding out (?) in the middle?? No questions asked.
At least two of the bad guys were SEVERELY injured and they just got left to die in the absolute middle of nowhere after all that emphasis on how dangerous the wilderness is lmfao
RILEY WEARING ACRYLICS INTO THE WILDERNESS
Bozer being totally confused by the word yarrow implying that he did literally none of the reading.
That one guy who was blinded by burning poison oak and left to die in the woods
Mac doing math and science word problems outloud while a group of murdering criminals stare at him in confusion
Why did he have a random hillbilly friend in the mountains
Why did he suddenly have a pickup truck for the occasion
anyway i miss Macgyver and i wish it would come back RIP ok bye

It's Only Fair
Pairing: MacGyver x Reader
Warnings: nothing but fluff
Summary: There is a new mailman that keeps switching up you and your neighbor, Macgyver's mail.
word count: 600+
a/n: this is my very first, very short, Macgyver imagine I ever wrote. I’m in the process of moving some of them from my original wattpad to here, to find a broader audience. I hope you enjoy x I know it’s not very good, I was seventeen when I wrote it

The cool breeze from outside drifted in the house and gave it a light glow. The weather had been absolutely gorgeous the past few days, warm with a light breeze paired with it. It was what caused you to open all the windows and allow it to flood the home. With the day off from work you spent your time in the kitchen, enjoying the breeze, and baking for what felt like the first time in months. Just as you started pulling out some cookies from the oven the doorbell sounded throughout the house.
"Come in!" you called out as you shut the oven with your foot and started to walk towards the opposing counter to set the trays down.
"Wow it smells great in here" you looked up to spot your blonde neighbor standing in the entry way of the kitchen, holding up a stack of mail. "The new guy gave me your mail again"
"I think he's doing it on purpose now" you chuckled and he smiled and nodded as he walked further in and set it on the counter. You quickly removed the oven mitts and grabbed the stack.
"Well that or he really has no clue he's mixing it up" Mac suggested and you nodded as you shuffled through some bills which honestly could've stayed at his house.
"Well we can't totally complain. We've lived next to each other for years and I finally know your name from the amount of times I've received your letters" Mac laughed at the comment as you set the mail down.
"Yeah I definitely can't complain" Mac's gaze hardened on you and you struggled to keep your composure. The suggestive look in his ocean blue eyes made your skin crawl.
"Would you like some cookies. I've been bored baking all day and I think I should start offering before I gain five pounds" you moved over towards the cookies to distract yourself from the close proximity between you and the oddly handsome neighbor.
"Bored baking?" Mac questioned as he leaned against the counter. You shrugged as you started to cool one off to hand to him.
"It’s a thing, trust me. It keeps me occupied" you said handing the now cooled and gooey cookie to the boy, he rose his eyebrows as he grabbed it from your hand. Slowly he took a bite out of it and then smiled. "What?"
"Nothing it's just this cookie is really good. Better than Bozer's but don't tell him I said that" you chuckled and grabbed one for yourself as he finished his.
"Well then I guess I did something right?" Mac brushed his hands on his pants and stared at the gorgeous girl beside him and he wondered how he had never noticed you before. If he was being completely honest, two weeks ago he practically camped out on his front porch to corner the new mail man and tell him to keep mixing up your mail. It was the perfect excuse to keep coming over and seeing you.
"Well now that you've let me try one of your delicious cookies how about you try one of my delicious dinners?" your eyes widened as you looked up at the boy. He offered a small smile, the dimple in his left cheek catching your attention.
"And what makes them so delicious?" a smirk graced your lips as you looked up to him and he chuckled softly.
"I have a secret weapon named Bozer" a large laugh fell past your lips at his answer and when your laughter quieted down he looked at you just like he did before. "So what do you say?"
"Well, I mean it's only fair"
