atributos físicos marcantes: como metamorfomago, tonks pode mudar a aparência como quiser, mas originalmente os seus olhos são azuis, o cabelo escuro, ela tem covinhas nas bochechas quando sorri e sua baixa estatura (150cm mais ou menos) é notória. como adulta geralmente usa tons de rosa, lilás e azul nos cabelos, mas as cores chamativas vem falhando de vez em quando devido à ansiedade.

nymphadora nasceu filha de andromeda e ted tonks. a mãe havia fugido há seis meses para se casar com o pai, nascido trouxa, e por isso foi queimada do tapete e da árvore genealógica dos black, tida como uma traidora do sangue. nymphadora nunca ouviria a mãe dizer que se arrependia disso — por ter abandonado a familia e a vida por culpa da filha, ela — e, invés de ressentimentos e restrições, nymphadora cresceu mimada, amada e bem criada. também era uma bela pestinha, e nenhuma dessas características iria abandoná-la durante a sua vida. talvez a única diferença seria que a ignorância, a superproteção dos pais, não poderia durar para sempre.

seguiu o pai pra lufa-lufa, apesar de que teria combinado bem com a grifinória também. em hogwarts foi quando ela passou a entender melhor a realidade do mundo bruxo, os preconceitos e a patética noção de soberania sangue-puro. aos 13 anos, chegou das férias de verão anunciando para os pais que não responderia mais por nymphadora — um nome não só extremamente complicado (e feio), mas com resquícios da ligação ínfima com os black, e tudo o que eles implicavam de ruim. passou a usar o nome tonks com prazer e orgulho, algo que combinou não só com a sua recusa à esse lado pútrido da suas origens como também com a recusa à se identificar com apenas um gênero. como metamorfomagu desde o nascimento, ser apenas uma coisa sempre fora algo complicado para elu, e se sente mais confortável assim.

a escolha da profissão lhe parecia óbvia. conhecia alastor desde criança, por meio dos pais, e lhe aperriou durante anos, até que ele a convidou — como se já fosse algo certo, daquele jeito mais bruto de moody — para o programa de treinamento de auror. foram três, quase quatro anos pra lá de complicados, mas tonks ficou muito feliz de ser uma auror, lutar pelo certo, pela justiça. ficou, o mínimo a dizer, chateada ao perceber que os deveres de aurores não são apenas lutar por coisas certas; muitas das pistas que ela queria seguir por vezes foram ignoradas completamente. felizmente, elu sempre foi boa em esconder sentimentos negativos, se fazendo de tola e deixando outros pensarem nela apenas como a desajeitada miúda de cabelo colorido e sotaque carregado. felizmente, a qualidade de seu trabalho não é questionado, e elu é notórie no departamento, uma das seguidoras mais promissores de moody.

entrar na ordem, também, nunca foi algo que ela hesitou. os pais haviam sido membros honorários quando mais novos, e boa parte da sua companhia — os weasleys, um dos quais havia estudado durante hogwarts e ainda mantem amizade — também tinha simpatias pela ordem; além deles, negar a sua presença, a sua necessidade ali, era como negar a sua própria existência. e tonks nunca o faria. hoje, então, é um membro ativo da ordem, pronto para tudo o que vier. imagino que elu seja uma figura paterna bem irmãzona pra todo mundo da ordem, principalmente os mais novos; essa fraternidade com certeza se extende para seus colegas aurores, principalmente devido à ela ter tomado essa parte mais calorosa do departamento, enquanto o moody é mais turrão, e ela se mostra quase uma bubblegum princess que tropeça em cima dos próprios pés e pragueja as coisas mais cabeludas do mundo.

nota da player: minha tonks não tem, nunca teve e nunca terá paixonite nem nada a mais pelo lupin. eles são amigos, e ela não tem interesse em nada além disso dele.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

✗ CANON INFORMATION: Bellatrix Black was a pure-blood witch, the eldest daughter of Cygnus Black III and Druella Black(née Rosier) and elder sister of Andromeda Black and Narcissa Black. Bellatrix was an intensely sadistic witch with brutal, violent tendencies. She was intelligent, but could be easily distracted, and had a fierce and dangerous temper, a trait that she shared with her cousin Sirius and her aunt, Walburga. She was immensely proud of her status as the most loyal follower of Lord Voldemort. Bellatrix was an extremely powerful and dangerous witch. She was a mistress of the Dark Arts, an incredibly skilful duellist, and an Occlumens.  Rodolphus and Bellatrix had an arranged marriage by their parents once they both graduated Hogwarts. Both families wanted to continue the pureblood line and thought the match would work well.

✗ THEIR ALLIANCE: Bellatrix was born into a family that embraced the dark arts. Her father raised the three sisters to believe in blood purity. Bellatrix was always a father’s girl, she loved the stories her father told her about the dark lord. She embraced the dark arts from a young age. The more she’s embraced it, the further she’s ventured into the darkness. Bellatrix was one followers to become a death eater for Voldemort, he welcomed her into his group of death eaters. Now, Bellatrix is a loyal follower who will do anything her Lord commands. It’s all for the greater good in her mind.

CHARACTER CONNECTIONS

SIRIUS BLACK - Sirius was always a black sheep of the family, always standing out and being different. When he ran away from his parents in the sixth year, he was cut off from most of his family, including the black sisters. Andromeda was the only one that spoke to him after that, she wrote him secret letters whenever she could. After Andromeda left her family for a muggleborn, she stayed in touch with Sirius and they’ve remained close. His relationship with Narcissa and Bellatrix is nonexistent. ANDROMEDA TONKS - The three sisters were really close growing up. Everything changed when Andromeda left the family for a muggleborn, Edward Tonks. Her family could never accept it. They had been raised to believe muggleborns were below them. Andromeda’s sisters respected their families and refused to talk to Andromeda when she left them. They heard rumours she married her muggleborn boyfriend and had a child with him. Bella has never seen the child and doesn’t want to. Andromeda is no longer family.

NARCISSA MALFOY - Bellatrix and Narcissa were always close as children, but when Andromeda left the family, the two sisters became even closer. They do have a strained relationship sometimes, both are strong and opinionated women. Their fights are quite dramatic, but they do love each other.

LUCIUS MALFOY - Bellatrix’s parents first arranged for Lucius and Bellatrix to marry, but Lucius had his eye on Narcissa. Eventually, the Blacks gave in and allowed Lucius to court Narcissa instead. Bellatrix was never keen on Lucius, and still isn’t, despite the fact he’s now her brother in law. They don’t get along, but try to be peaceful, for Narcissa’s sake.

RODOLPHUS LESTRANGE - Rodolphus and Bellatrix had an arranged marriage by their parents once they both graduated Hogwarts. Both families wanted to continue the pureblood line and thought the match would work well. Bellatrix and Rodolphus get along well, they aren’t romantic and its more of a political arrangement, but they have common interests and look out for each other.
