I know nobody here really cares that much, but since 1989 (Taylor’s version) came out my fyp has been all about her & Harry, and so many of the videos are like “GASP was Harry one of the bad boyfriends?!”

And as someone who’s never felt any type of way about Harry, I think I like or at least respect him a little bit more after the vault tracks? Especially “is it over now?” Because I’ve seen a lot of clips of this man talking about Taylor over the years, and I’ve never seen or heard him say something disparaging or complaining about her writing songs about him. In fact, I’ve only ever seen him be like “hey, it’s her life and if she’s written anything about me, I’d be flattered. She’s so talented.” And this isn’t a new reaction, like there are interviews from that year where he says something to that effect and honestly?? Pop off, Harry.

They’re friendly enough that I’m sure he’s heard these songs before, or at least knew that she had some less than flattering ones in her back pocket, and was still like “yeah, no, I’d be honored. Are you kidding?” Like he was 20 or something when they were together and 20 year old boys are awful and shitty and apparently he’s talked about the fact that he’s a bad boyfriend before, so I love that this entire time he’s shown a level of emotional maturity and respect for her that fucking John Mayer refused to. It would’ve been so easy for him to be a dick about it, and he never was! It seems like he just went “I treated you like shit. You’re totally valid in this. Go off, queen.”

I’ve been laughing imagining him listening to the vault tracks and the “if she’s got blue eyes I can surmise that you’ll probably date her” line and being like “fuck, bro. She really called me out like that on main? Damn. I should send her flowers or something.” And then “now that we don’t talk” I can literally see him hearing the line about her mom and going “aw, Andrea. I always liked her. I hope she’s well. Fuck it, somebody send her flowers too.”

As somebody who knows nothing about him and never really got into 1d or paid close attention to his career, only passively enjoyed his music, I think these song’s coming out vastly improved my opinion of him 😂

my hatred for arson is so big i can’t even explain it. i need kelly to stay far away from ofi. i still don’t understand two things.

one, at what point did kelly go from consistently tell ofi investigators that he wants to focus on being lieutenant of squad 3 to wanting to run ofi one day. that was so random and when he mentioned that in season 12 i was just confused in every way imaginable.

and two, is what you said, he likes to be in the field where the action is and ofi is more paperwork work and less action, it’s a desk job which is exactly the opposite of what he wants. consistency is very obviously not andreas thing.

andreas inability to listen to the fans when we say we hate arson and she just doesn’t care and continues to not only give him arson cases but want him to run the damn department even though he’s said he doesnt want to transfer pisses me off. if they explain where the shift came from, give him additional storylines so his entire storyline doesn’t revolve around arson, and have him interact more with the firehouse, i really don’t care if he does ofi. but it’s clear none of that will happen so i will continue to stay mad.

since kelly very clearly won’t ever get a promotion, he needs a medal. it’s long overdue. also, i want to see something career related come from him (not related to ofi). i want him to teach at the academy or mentor a kid or something. i just don’t want his only professional storyline to revolve around something so many people despise, ofi. andrea please listen to the fanssss

To give some benefit of the doubt, Joe could have turned sour and neglectful (and really could have cheated), but like, he wasn’t some Machiavellian trickster who made her slip and fall into the arms of the weird little racist dude. Her parents approval always makes me laugh because she's in her mind 30s, she's dated so many guys and they've approved of all of them apart from John Mayer so the bar isn't particularly high, and I feel like they (or at least Scott) are more obsessed with her being famous and raking in cash than she is - they're not going to upset her by dissing her bfs.

i mean debatably? i’ve made a bunch of jokes about how similar 2009 was to 2016– we’ve got kanye drama, we’ve got taylor getting ready to move out of her parents and we’ve got taylor getting ready to move to london, and we’ve got three men trying to date taylor at the same time

my guess is in september, her and taylor lautner were still in the friend stage, or at least very early dating with no commitments. i don’t think she and taylor lautner were never exclusive, because she also starts dating john mayer in the middle of dating taylor lautner, and when taylor lautner tried to make it exclusive in december she broke up with him

Was watching Taylor's performances with J*hn & M*rtin (don't ask) and they both make me cringe so bad, man. The John one is legitimately like watching a horror show. That level of obnoxious flirtation should be banned from public viewing, especially when:

1) there is a super inappropriate age gap

2) you are VERY PUBLICLY (casual or not) dating someone else

The Martin thing makes me cringe because like... while they DO have chemistry and there is enough of a vibe there that I can buy they had a thing, he just seems WAY more into it than she is. He's staring her down, putting his heart and soul into that song, meanwhile she's waving at the crowd, not even looking in his direction.

Also, AGES ago, I saw one of those Martin Johnson truthers putting them side by side to try and make it seem like John was fake but Martin was real and like... I'm sorry, but no. As horrifying as it is, that John performance is one of the most blatant displays of being DOWN BAD I have ever seen in my entire life.
