i adore the detail they go into about not only the visual influences but thematically as well, the inspirations they list at every point had me nodding my head, there’s also a great deal of insight into the thematic of grief and an analysis of david from the perspective of him being his own emotive device and that alone is so fun to read and take into account alongside my own analyses, i am very happy i have this in my little collection now.
