Favorite dish you've ever made?

Hm. That's a hard one.

Probably that one time El got sick years and years ago. Whatever decongestant she was taking wasn't working (At least not fast enough for her.) and she told me to help her fix it "the old fashioned way". So I made her some Chicken Karahi over rice with a few more chilis than usual.

The good news was that it worked. The bad news was that it worked too well.

It wasn't the best dish I've ever made, but the memory of her guzzling a half gallon of milk while letting her nose drip into the sink is too funny for it not to be a favorite.
