(Spoilers warning just in case because idk how many people are still avoiding them!)

I was wondering about something regarding Marika and her people. I believe in the base game it described numens being from another world? I was watching my friend play the dlc and in the cerulean coast there seem to be these large ship like structures scattered about which also have some kind of bull or goat figure that kind of looks like torrent. Could these ship things in anyway be related to the numens traveling to the lands between?

yes the base game says that Numen are “supposed descendants of denizens of another world. Long-lived but seldom born.” you can play as a Numen using a preset from the character creation menu (where the lore text is from). then, the game says that Marika’s Hammer was made in “the lands of the Numen, outside the Lands Between” so we know that the Numen’s original homeland was somewhere else… and we also know they aren’t from the Lands of Shadow, because the inscription on the Suppressing Pillar says, “The very center of the Lands Between. All manners of Death wash up here, only to be suppressed.” so the Lands of Shadow are just a part of the Lands Between that were separated by Marika, and we haven’t actually been to the Numen’s original homeland!

the structures in the Cerulean Coast aren’t actually ships though, they’re called “stone coffins!” they apparently keep washing up on the coast (which is probably what the Suppressing Pillar is referring to) full of putrescence, which is “what remains of the impure lives kept within the stone coffins.” I have no idea what that means but essentially the stone coffins seem to only be carrying dead people. so I don’t think the stone coffins have anything to do with the Numen coming to the Lands Between, but I DO think that the Numen must have like, sailed to the Lands Between at some point.

I get the sense that Marika’s village of shamans (or, as people have pointed out, would be more accurately translated from Japanese as “shrine-maiden”) were just one settlement of Numen and there are more living elsewhere… it’s implied that the Nox are also Numen, because the Black Knife assassins were “rumored to be Numen who had close ties with Marika herself,” and we also know that they’re “scions of the Eternal City.” and again, we can literally play as a Numen from the character creator templates! plus, if Marika’s village was entirely just shrine-maidens, that seems like more of a “job” than a whole society? like maybe their purpose there was to venerate whoever the “Grandmother” is… and “shrine-maiden” also implies that they’re all women? the Black Knife assassins are also all women, and so are the high-ranking Nox clergy! maybe all-female groups made to carry out some purpose are a Numen thing? (I think there are Numen men though… you can play as one lol)

anyway I think the takeaway is that the Numen came from outside the Lands Between, and different groups settled in different places, one such place being where Marika’s village is! (which had the misfortune to be right next to the Hornsent…) so not all of the Numen are dead and in jars, they still exist in other places!

@adelarsims - You are an essential in my mods folder!! I love how much realism and/or character your cc adds to sims, from things like the piercing holes to the wonky glasses to the mechanic overlay... Just so many little things that I can't imagine not having in my game or on certain characters now. Speaking of characters, your sims both original and premade are always so gorgeous, and I really enjoy your interpretations of wg and jeb. & Thank you for being WCIF friendly, I know it takes time to get that info but it's so appreciated, u've help me find some very beloved pieces of CC. Also the level of dedication u have to organizing your mods folder is incredible and you've inspired me a lot to get my folder's act together finally!! Which is SUCH a QoL improvement

@bearphase - I adore the bright legacy and I admire all the little details and effort you put into your posts, like fixing clipping issues, making icons and templates for custom careers or story events, ur creativity really shines through. You've also reminded me how fun NSB can be and inspired me to get back to it and my human enough gameplay and I can't thank u for that enough, it's got me sooo excited for future simming endeavors

While I've never been a sims 4 hater, like a lot of people I've still struggled with the gameplay aspect of this iteration, so it's been really inspiring to watch how you go about your game and immerse yourself in it, see all the care you put into your sims. I have to thank you for the videos you've made on it, like the one on how to make sims you connect to, season 1 of Lovesick where you went basically vanilla with the specific intent to show people how much you can do with imagination and what that looks like in gameplay! It's been literally game-changing for me lol and helped me to have more fun with my saves, even if they're not one of the rare few that starts out off the rails, I get more enjoyment playing it out until things do start happening outside of my control. & YOUR CC RECS!! I've downloaded so many of the mods you've recommended and I love how much they fill out the game. On the topic of Lovesick, I have not been able 2 get enough!! I'm so hooked lmao. Watching this series has really taken me back to the days when I was a teen reading like those particularly juicy drama-filled sims 3 stories you can't help but to keep clicking "next page" on, except Lovesick is so solid writing-wise. @simandy - Your hairs have been an essential in my CAS folder for so long, and I've been so impressed with the evolution of your creations over the years. I've always liked your work but GODDAMN the quality always blows me away these days!! & I really, really adore and appreciate the variety! @squea - ANOTHER SORT OF LONG ONE BUT ... Your sims just POP!!! SO much character, and your edits and art r phenomenal. Corn is one of my favorite little digital guys I've had the pleasure of experiencing on line in all my years in the sims community reading stories and gameplay. If Cornelius has a million fans I am one of them. If Cornelius has ten fans I am one of them. If Cornelius has no fans I am no longer on the earth. If world against Cornelius, I am against the world. So on and so forth TBH you've also helped me have a lot more fun with the sims 4 talking about how you enjoy your game, and have a healthier mindset about my place in the community and connect back with the reason I made this blog in the first place, which was just to have fun and archive something I love, regardless of whether it got any attention or not! I started going MIA a bit post 2019 after really getting involved in the community, for Life Happens reasons, and naturally the lack of consistent posting for a while meant less eyes on whatever I came back to share. For a while I let that discourage me esp when a lot of effort was put into something, but after you posted about just genuinely enjoying ur game and loving what you made regardless of notes it made me realize what I was doing and helped me get back to that state of mind. @warwickroyals - Ok so first off your clothing is a STAPLE in my folder for my more wealthy and/or fashion-oriented sims! And as for the Warwick Legacy? One of my absolute favorite simblr stories I've read. I still remember when I started it, it was pretty late at night so I was just planning on reading a handful of posts and then picking it back up the next day. That did not happen I could not stop. Straight up stayed up the entire night bingeing all the way to the latest post (which was the Big Phillip Thing. I had to get up from my computer to pace I was having a Moment LOL) I've got some catching up to do but so far I think that's been my favorite arc. Aside from that your editing is beautiful, and I've always been a character enjoyer so I'm in love with how much thought you've put into all of yours, and the fact we get to learn so much about them. I think you do a really good job of balancing the cast and I really dig your storytelling style in general.

The maybe I was boring album came on yesterday while I was cleaning and I had to stop what I was doing and turn it off halfway through because I just couldn’t stop hearing an admission. I wasn’t even sad I was just. So done with it. I still am just kinda like. God I hope Shelby is doing ok with all this being public now. I’m glad she was able to heal like she said and I’m glad she made the video dude.

I almost got his lyrics tattooed if that’s testament to how much I loved his early music. It’s not connecting in my brain that this music that’s been apart of my life for like 4 years and helped me through so much was made by an abuser.

well. my information im about to share with you could be outdated or incomplete, so take this with a grain of salt. but i remember in elementary school how my teacher told our class that google alters the search-results per [insert IP or whatever the technical term she said that ive forgotten is] depending on the history of searches. she told us this so that "if you can't find the answer you need, it doesn't mean you're stupid. ask a friend to check their search-results and find the answer together! it might just be google being picky about what words (or i guess the equivalent would be which frame you chose to screenshot in your and my case, since i dont think an image-file itself being uploaded could result in pickiness) you decided to use, or perhaps it's results are biasedly influenced by what the AI has learned about your family through your families' collective internet search-history". which was basically her sly way of telling us to not depend on the first results we find, or even the first page of results, but to be critical of our sources in their credibility and whatnot. so, the way i understood what she meant was via an example she proceeded to give us that went SOMETHING(?) like this:

(🅰️) a kid whose parent is a professor with a doctorate who brings work home often, meaning they use the family-wifi to research academic studies. when that kid googles "teach me about pyramids"? their results may be extremely well-regarded articles about the Egyptian pyramids (such as the New York Times), peer-reviewed journals about the Egyptian tombs history, Khan Academy and other very good mathematical sources to help you understand how pyramids work within geometry, a released study-guide of various pyramids' formulas (relating to geometry) from Harvard's math-degree program, and much more. a very good foundation for their Egyptian pyramid report for class, and the math could help with that research in breaking down those pyramids dimensions in that report which could give that student an interesting angle that puts their report from an "A" status to an "A+" status, especially if their parent can help them plug in the right numbers into the relevant formulas! very helpful

vs. (🅱️) a kid whose parent works in accounting and taxes, who strives for a healthy work-life balance of never bring work home as often as possible. as a result, the parent uses the family wifi to play pseudo-gambling-with-fake-money apps on their phones more than anything else, to de-compress and de-stress. when that kid googles "teach me about the pyramids"? their results will include some articles about the Egyptian pyramids, but maybe not as credibly-sourced since the [insert IP or whatever it was called again] with this family's wifi isn't used to finding online resources of academic credibility. in fact, the student might get confused since a lot of results might be influenced by those pseudo-gambling phone-apps, and be showing the child information about Las Vegas's pyramids. which. isn't what the report is about. and due to this parent likely having to still bring work home sometimes, like during tax season or other stressful crunch-times, there might be way more math results about pyramids (geometry) than about the Egyptian pyramids. but accountants don't use geometry in their work, they use more basic arithmetic and algebra. so the formulas about the pyramids (geomtry) here would only talk about the pyramids of Egypt as part of the word-problems. so even if the parent was to also have the availability to help the kid plug in the accurate applicable numbers into the formula? those formulas are more likely to be not give a full picture of how to calculate the Egyptian pyramids' size and dimensions. and that's if the kid has the right numbers written down as they might have the dimensions for those Las Vegas pyramids instead, and feels inspired by these online results to even try to do this math (as the lack of "training the computer" to look for reliable articles means these word-problem results are more likely to be blank homework page examples, but could also include walk-throughs here and there like the Kid-A recieved plenty of). but those Egyptian pyramid articles, the most important part of this whole paper, are ALSO more likely to be from less reliable sources with perhaps incorrect information (bc people online like to lie. bc it is fun. but also sometimes people online think they are right when they actually fundamentally misunderstand something), like maybe Kid-B sees enough articles by conspiracy theorists on those unreliable websites that Kid-B thinks "aliens built the Egyptian pyramids" is a more seriously considered and debated topic of academic discussion than it is (which.. it's not. that actually has gotten the famous "Aleins" History Channel Meme Guy fired from his job bc his outspoken belief in this theory cpuld have risked his university's reputation and accreditation. so. yeah, no, Kid-B, those are not academic articles). overall, unless either the parent or Kid-B themselves catches that Kid-B has to sort through a lot more "proverbial litter" to find good, ACTUALLY academic, and ACTUALLY reliable sources of information about the Egyptian pyramids and Egypt's history, Kid-B could fail their report. even if they spent just as long on research and worked just as hard as Kid-A, all bc Kid-B was ignorant to their digital disadvantages and Kid-A unknowingly advantaged. all bc of that [thing with IP or AI or whatever it was called] and what it had learned from the family wifi what the assumed interests of its users would be. a feature no kid could easily turn off/on

which worked at making the kids in our class write down these Definitively Reliable Websites where we could search for accredited articles and peer-reviewed sources. i dont remember what they were back then, we were only in 5th or 4th grade. but it was a great lesson to be taught, im frankly shocked and a bit appalled that more kids were not taught this kind of syuff when teachers are first helping students learn how to research. everyone NOT from that class (even kids who did go to the same elementary school, but jusy did not have that teacher) all have been shocked as i am usually the first one to tell people about how, yeah, that's an aspect of how many (if not all) search-engines work

anyway. the information stuck with all of us from that class, as far as i can tell (a lot of us in that class attended the same middle and high school. like. at least 40% of us, if not a LOT more. so there was a rare time or two where id talk about this and i wouldn't be The First Person To Ever Tell Someone This Search-Engine Info. and every time it was bc the peer in question i just told would go "oh! yeah, i remember [insert name of other kid that i shared that elementary teacher with] said the same to me, like, last year!" or something. but that WAS rare so idk), or at least it always stuck with me. and i was one of the luckier kids who didn't NEED to know the info! and it still has stuck with me all these years later, even the examples of Kid-A and Kid-B!! like! i was on Kid-A's side of the spectrum WAY more than i was to Kid-B's side of the spectrum. my family definitely "trained the computer" in a way i got massive benefits from. like im talking i either was 100% Kid-A, 0% Kid-B or else i was a very minimal mix like maybe 93% Kid-A, 07% Kid-B levels of "minimal". yet still, whenever i find i distrust the google results on my phone, if im next to a friend, ill ask them to google the same thing i did to see if their first page of results looks better than mine and very often we DO get different search results! so!! even if i dont get how that works, that teacher was still right!

brief tangent: im convinced this is how some of my friends that are girls who do the whole "i can stalk your would-be-date like a Private Eye and find out information down to a C.I.A. level about if this person is worthy of being assumed to be trustworthy or not" benefit from this. like they themsleves have trained their phones (with their own dates and friends' dates and even co-workers/other acquantices' dates) or something to be AWESOME and THAT FAST at pulling up the results most likely to give them all of this stranger's private info. it's wild

anyway, screenshot or download the png or jpeg or whatever (or screenshot a frame from a video) to try to find the source if you think the lack of credit on the post implies i cant find it (bc it's either that or i forgot. which. "forgot" could mean "i have the source but didnt realize i didnt put it in the post" OR "i once had the source but now forgot who to credit this to and can't find them, oh no". so. good chance i likely need help even if it was an "oh, i forgot" type of mistake). you may have a better trained [whatever the tech is, if not IP, idk] than me at reverse-image-searching to find the people and/or company the item in question is originally from. who knows. go give it a try! what's the worst that could happen? lol

i think my lines with who i decide to credit and who i dont are overall pretty clear. and i think it helps that, the way i see it, im not a hypocrite about my ideas of who to credit and who not to: bc things do get dicey when it comes to crediting people with small edits. yet i also dont insist on any credit for any of my own edits, bc i also see my edits as p fucking small. which might get SOME people mad on principle should they disagree with my overall perspective. regardless, this bit here will VERY likely be my one and only statement about it

but i do fully admit i dont quite know THE qualative line exactly? but let's establish what i mean via examples. if an account is posting a clip-compilation of "Digital Circus" and they did a "all the times Jax was sassy for 3 minutes" or something, meaning they did splice and edit this compilation together (that is one chunk of editing they did in of itself). but then they also added tiny edits, like i know its common for tiktok funny-scene-compilation-editors to have one the said simple edits just be a "🙄😒" next the character rolling their eyes (in this case, Jax). in my mind?? even tho this editor did add these kind of very minimal additions to the content at hand? and im just profiting off of the convenience of "oH YEAH, i wanted this scene clipped to use for reactions/memes! i just was putting it off bc i didnt know its time-stamp" and i use any clips, those with "🙄😒" edits and otherwise, where the most editing *i* then do afterwards is like add captions? i still see that as "the source belongs to 'Digital Circus' as there were no significant edits done to alter the material". i'm not crediting the editor that i benefited from the clip-compilation of. that's part of why i also walk what i talk in saying "if i subtitled or edited additionally to anything on this blog? you do not have to credit me. i barely did anything. i just added text, maybe with some effects done to said text to reflect volume/tone/pitch or whatever, and maybe a couple emojis/pictures were overlayed. that's nothing. i try to caption most things for accessibility. and sometimes i feel like being a goofball and i add other things ontop of it. bur nothing worthy of crediting me". bc, in the case of my edits and other people's similarly small edits? is the gag 10 times out of 10 is all still on the original content. but we start talking about an edit as in someone made an AMV?? 1. arent some of the copies of that lo book upwards of $40 dollars if not more? like bare minimum ive seen it at least $20 even for the paperback but it goes way up for the hardcovers (tho the second vol already had a pretty massive markdown by what i saw on amazon which was ... weird). wt readers flip out over paying a few cents for fast pass, why would they buy the same thing they already read for free for a much higher price thats not even formatted correctly and kept all the typos?

2. i swear LO is making me into a pearl clutching nun. I get its trying to be ~pro sexuality~ or whatever but its so hamfisted in trying to do so and everyone and everything is so horny for??? reasons?? like no one talks or acts like this.

3. the way rachel "designs" characters deadass looks like how NFTs work. she just uses the same template and changes one or two things and calls its unique.

4. Does anyone know a comic where Persephone ACTUALLY chooses to go to the Underworld? Because LO and Ficlets still has her be kidnapped and Punderworld has it just be an accident she ended up there.

5. i think whats annoying me too about all these flashbacks is that im not sure whats actually true?? which i think is maybe the point but even when we see it from h or p's POV it comes across as the worst option? like helios' version actually made persephone look better than reality, hermes' flashback gave her personality and set their relationship better, meanwhile we get it from hxp and hades is just a neglectful ass to a literal child meanwhile persephone just looks like an idiot? like?? 💀

The biggest thing to me is these ancient stories don't belong to us, and modern "retellings" are not the "natural progression" of mythology, it's just people taking known stories and more often than not just making fanfic with the creator's biases. LO is allowed to exist, but Rachel is not "keeping the mythology alive" or "adding to the canon" as her fans claim. LO doesn't even fit a loose retelling, and it is not nor will ever be as legitimate as the actual texts. Sorry to be harsh but 🤷🏿

7. The way my skin crawled at the Niobe part… that’s so dumb if RS wants to portray Artemis as good and Apollo as bad why would you choose that myth like 😭 “hey Artemis only killed 6 instead of 7 like her awful brother” how does that even make sense??? Also ofc cutting so much of the original myth like-

From OP: Yeah, it doesn’t even make sense because we hear Leto is a sun goddess in LO but not the goddess of motherhood.

8. i dont get why all of a sudden now persephone wants to be queen? off of what? first its set up on she had goals to get her degree and have freedom, but now she just wants to be his wife? why? second, even her idea of making elysium is just her trying to relive her own guilt, not that she actually cares about the dead. her motives are out of nowhere and purely selfish, which the latter would be fine if LO didnt set up one set of goals but drop them to be hades' wife instead with no reasoning.

9. i think the biggest issue with this trial plot line is one) so dragged out, who cares, but two: hades is both leading up and during this whole thing has been so cartoonishly awful that i dont even care if he points out something right. a broken clock is also right twice a day, but that doesnt mean it still isnt broken. not to mention its very easy to make him look "right" when rachel purposely makes everyone else so irrational/wrong that he looks correct in comparison. that isnt a win, actually.

FP SPOILERS// Hades basically tells Persephone that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger in reaction to learning about her sexual assault and that really rubs me the wrong way because that kind of trauma doesn't make a person stronger, it damages you and as you heal you become stronger in spite of what happened so idk that whole diamond pep talk just irked me idk if anyone else feels the same way

11. Fp) Helios (thought it was Hera at first lol) she gives you HOMEMADE birthday cards as a bribe each year how dare you report a homicide she committed... Of course now we will get to know the real story is completely different and Perse is an angel who allowed those poor mortals to duebabd Minthe co. are such a horrible people for lying. She can't do anything wrong. Also, seriously? Russell? Such a Greek sounding name again.

12. I shouldn't be as annoyed as I am that episode 184 was basically more pointless stalling, it's honestly just a trend at this point. Is it bad that I actually laughed when Helios told Persephone that her birthday cards ain't shit? The way she actually tried to guilt-trip him for reporting her murdering people by saying "bUt I mAdE you Birthday Cards!!11" and him njust not having that shit. Beautiful. Also, as much as I was never a fan of Smythe's demonizing of Apollo, I'm not sure I like the direction she seems to go in now, namely the implication that Apollo's predatory behavior is really all Leto's fault because she encouraged it. It's yet another female character Smythe villainized just so Persephone could be the most perfect woman of them all in contrast to all these manipulative harpys on Olympus.

IDOLiSH7 #NANAKAME TUTORIAL [ENG]

I made this Tutorial since IDOLiSH7 Game will make this kind of event every year to celebrate their anniversary. I think a lot of i7 players already know this but well, I made this not for the pro but for our beloved new i7 Manager or beginner of the game <;3 Welcome to Banri's Hell, folks!

Joke aside, let me explain what Nanakame is. Warn, I'm not a professional in Japanese yet and I'm a self-taught learner so please bear with me :D.

According to my last two brain cells (or maybe some of you guys notice), the word of Nanakame / "ナナカメ" was made from NANA ("七" or 7 in Japanese. Tho it's written in katana but still it means seven. Represent aiNANA or IDOLiSH7) + KAME (represent "カメラ" >> the katana of camera). In conclusion it's like IDOLiSH7 Camera... Yeah... Something like that (lol)

So, base on my experience as someone who wants to be pro in IDOLiSH7 Game, basically it's a place for you guys edit or insert objects related to the Anniv Theme (idols , texts, etc.) to some pics. You can also share those edits to your social media.

Tbh, tho it's really simple but it's really interesting and entertaining. You also can make memes from it. Believe me, I'm not lying.

Okay, because we're in a week of IDOLiSH7 7th Anniversary so I will show you the tutorial base on the Nanakame 7thAnniv version. As you can see from my lovely home (Sorry, I just love this card so much bc TennIo in one frame :v), there's a circle that I made at the not-so-top right corner. Yeah, just press that to open the Nanakame.

And once it pressed for the first time, it will be downloading the data of it. Just wait until the download done. When it's done, change the orientation of your phone to portrait and you will see this kind of view:

Let's start the tutorial~!

1. First, you will be asked to choose what kind of background that you want to use. You can choose it from your phone gallery, take a new picture or use a template. For this tutorial, I will choose background from the template.

2. Then, choose the background. Anyway, I choose Tenn's background here. Done with that, press the checklist at the right bottom corner.

3. Adjust and resize the background as you like. For me, I prefer choose the default size.

4. Add filter if you want. I didn't add any of it bc sometimes original is better :D

5. Just add stamp, logo, your charming idols, kind words as many as you like on the background. Oh, this process is kinda confusing actually (idk with you guys but I found out a lil bit confusing at first). So, you can add idols or anything only by clicking it. Then, you can start the process that everyone knows a.k.a resize and adjust as wild as your imagination (heh). If you want to erase an object, click the same object in... Idk what this is called so just see the pic below. And it'll disappear just like ZERO.

6. Lastly, you can save it (by click the down arrow button at right bottom corner), delete it (by click the trash can button) and share it to your social media (by click the share button. I know you guys know which button it is so I don't need to explain). Don't forget to add hashtag #ナナカメ on the caption so you guys popular :D

im sorry to the fetts, to anakin and obi-wan, but ive been thinking about quickswitch and sixshot’s story since before i got into star wars and ever since i saw the prequels i cant help it [copies homework but changes it as much as i can so its not similar] (long post ahoy)

anyway!! i started working on a lil comic script some time ago (which im not gonna finish anytime i bet but it still gave me Ideas). sixshot is taken prisoner by the autobots, and theyre gonna experiment on him to try and make their own six-changer. unfortunately sixshot wakes up, trashes the place and escapes before they could finish the full scope of the project but they did manage to create... a baby clone of sixshot (our boy, quickswitch). they get magnus/minimus to take care of the kid because a) not a lot of ppl have the clearance to know abt the project and he’s one of the few b) of the people who do know, he’s the only beastformer c) since he’s so dedicated to the cause, it would ensure that quickswitch grows up to be a loyal autobot, yes? so here. take care of this child.

things go wrong eventually. but for the time being minimus is an adequate dad to quickswitch, for someone who had zero prep or warning that he was going to care for sixshot’s baby clone. and they do love each other. minimus cares about the pup more than most things in life. maybe even more than properly filled paperwork. he has to be actually minimus way way more often too, and thats probably good for him and his identity issues. quickswitch‘s dad is minimus ambus, not ultra magnus. its a secret thats hard to keep, very hard now that he doesnt hide in the armour as often, but minimus follows the rules; not even his own pup can know.

and, naturally, quickswitch finds out. but not before he finds out the truth about his origins first. he’s a curious kid, yknow. and he’s different. people treat him different. nobody else is like him, he’s special. he’s going to grow up to become the hero of cybertron. (he’s going to grow up to become a weapon.) and it takes a little push from an anonymous message, telling him that he needs to know the truth. to know why he exists, and where he came from. and he sneaks around and finds out about the whole project, confronts his dad, and asks what other secrets have been kept from him and, well, the kid doesnt take well to being lied to his whole life. doesnt take well to the realisation that his whole purpose is to be used. he runs away, scratching the autobot insignia off his chest.

and as all this is happening, sixshot does his job, does his duty: committing acts of violence for the decepticon cause with indifference and existential loneliness. to someone like him, its a simple life. he’s been bored since he was born, really. he’s not had a challenge for a long time now. and unlike others he’s disinterested in fighting his fellow decepticons. whats the point, if they all end up in the same medbay? besides, he’d win anyway. he lets shockwave examine him, mess around and experiment, because what’s the point of saying no?

(shockwave found out about quickswitch very quickly, and decides to shelve the “cloning sixshot” project idea. if someone beat them to the punch, might as well not waste any resources. no, lets just take the already finished product, and make him think it was his idea too.)

quickswitch grows up, roams around the galaxy, unaffiliated. takes in a few bounties for cash, ends up making himself known against his will. well, its kinda hard to be inconspicuous when youre this big and you’ve got six altmodes, just like that very infamous decepticon, sixshot. quickswitch doesnt know if he wants to meet him. he’s afraid, a little bit. but he’s also so curious. think about it. thats his dad, right? well, his template at least. in his dreams, sixshot takes him under his wing and becomes his new mentor, maybe even recognises him as his son. in his nightmares, he is an autobot still, and he is pitted against the very person who he is made from, and he dies a brutal death. quickswitch still holds a grudge. he misses minimus but if he wants to stay, he’d have to rejoin the autobots, and he Does Not Want That. no telling how he’d be treated too.

minimus retreats into the armour. he’s ultra magnus nearly 24/7 now. he thinks about reaching out, of finding quickswitch and reconciling, but he’s afraid of being rejected. the magnus armour doesnt do anything against his son. its minimus who fucked up. he knows it, and he hates it. hates himself.

maybe they cross paths once in a while. but quickswitch just glares at ultra magnus’ face and walks away.

quickswitch gets swayed towards the decepticons. the idea of meeting sixshot is compelling, and as he grows into his own strength, he’s less and less scared, and more just curious, excited maybe. and he will meet him.

..... this is the part where im not quite sure how i want the story to go. the things that are definitely going to be a thing: quickswitch meets sixshot. sixshot is initially like “what the fuck” but slowly comes to like quickswitch. ultra magnus shows up at some point and all three have a confrontation. minimus and quickswitch reconcile, at some point. but idk what actually does happen??

either QS and 6S meet in a string of coincidences, or QS joins the decepticons? maybe?? i feel like either way QS is factionless by the end at least. thats just the vibe im getting. kinda wanna say “and then quickswitch gets two dads and they all live happily ever after” but ahh.... it just doesnt feel right for the tone of the story so far. but anyway thats what i got!!! the ending is!! not really there yet!! but ive been typing for like an hour so sksbjsjak im wrapping this up.

HASO, “The Patron.”

Sorry guys! I totally forgot I had this ready for you. I was playing with some some audio adjustment software and lost track of time. Might record one of these stories for fun at some point IDK, but I hope you like this story for today :)

The days passed by, and the sun rolled overhead on repeat, rising and falling with the pulse of Anin as day turned into night into day in an unstoppable cycle, that slow march of time that could not be slowed or stopped. If anything time here seemed to speed by and the rising and falling of the sun almost made her dizzy as she sat on the white moss of that mountain, eyes half closed in slow meditation.

The turquoise water before her was completely still with barely a ripple as the days turned into weeks.

Sunny hardly remembered eating, and she certainly didn’t remember sleeping as her entire existence seemed to be fevered waking dreams. And in through her thoughts and contemplations there weaved the voice and words of the Watcher, his face pulling into occasional focus, dark against the light of the moss behind him.

She didn’t know what he said, but he weaved words around her slowly, like a blanket, entrapping her in a cocoon of time and space from which she could not have escaped even if she had wished it so. At night stars spun above her. The southern star shining bright…. Polaris, a star they shared with earth.

He spoke to her slowly drawing her into a state of meditation so deeply profound it felt as if she no longer had a body. She listened to him, falling into the world, entering as close to the realm of spirits as any Drev ever would. Here, she felt almost… embraced by them, wrapped in arms that were familiar but somehow distant.

She knew she needed to be here.

She had to keep her connection with the spirits, and hopefully the more powerful ones would be able to speak with her. He had no long how she needed to stay in this meditative state before one of them approached. Some had died of starvation during the process, but she didn’t feel hungry, so that was not a concern for her, but she supposed that was the point.

She waited.

And waited.

And waited as the sun wheeled around her, as if she was the center of the solar system.

“I’ve been thinking about you.”

She gasped, jolting awake, or so she thought at first, but somehow, looking around her at the frozen moss, she knew she wasn’t awake. She turned towards the voice and froze as she saw him sitting cross legged on the moss facing her. His voice echoed in her head.

“Adam! How did you find me?”

Adam smiled, and when he did, it seemed…. strange , unlike him, that was until she realized that she was looking into two glittering green human eyes. His legs, cross-legged on the ground below him were bare…. And human. He was hole, his skin unblemished by scars, clear and smooth, glowing with an almost pearly sheen.

He wore white.

“What are you doing here.”

“I’m here to help you.”

“Is this real?”

He scooted closer, and the look in his eyes was so familiar that she couldn’t believe that it wasn’t him. It had to be, there was just no other explanation. He reached out a hand taking hers in his, “Do I feel real.”

She shivered, “Yes.”

He withdrew his hand resting it back on his lap, “Regardless of how real I am, the impression I make on you is real enough to matter. You called out to the universe and I came, your voice is loud and echoes in my head when you call for me, and I cannot ignore.” when he spoke, his voice echoed as if they were standing inside a concrete tunnel, melodic and powerful. She felt, if he raised his voice, and shouted he could shake the world to the very core of it’s foundation, turn the planet to rubble, and weave chains of stars with the simple persuasion of his words.

“I need help.”

“Tell me what you need.”

“The doctrine of the Drev, the martial doctrine of our people is broken, or out of date. I need to fix it, and I need your help.”

He nodded, listening intently to her, and when she looked into his eyes, she saw the universe reflected back at her. It was such a strange and usual sight, that she couldn’t look for too long for fear of falling in.

“The martial styles were originally created with different ideals in mind. At first they were created with the idea of spiritual elements, after that it was the attributions of plants and animals. Sometimes the martial doctrine changed dramatically, while other times it was added onto slowly. I plan to change it in a way that it has not been changed before, and in a way that…. Some may not like.”

He folded his hands in his lap, “And what spiritual or natural phenomena do you plan to craft your martial doctrine after.”

She took a long deep breath, and lowered her head humming softly to herself in pleasure.

Sunny didn’t know she had been thinking about it, but it occurred to her just then, that her days in meditation had not passed by without use, “The GA.”

Adam tilted his head, “The GA?”

“Or the species within the GA.”

Adam sat back in interest, “I see.” He looked down in contemplation before standing, and in his hand appeared a spear of pure sterling silver. She stood with him, and together they stepped out onto th moss, their weapons held lightly in either hand.

He moved into stance, “Show me.”

She closed her eyes and spun her spear slowly round and around, thoughtful before snapping her spear upwards in a sharp motion. He followed her movement, “I would describe this style as…. economical .” She hummed pleased with herself on the description, “It does not use any more or any less than what is absolutely needed. It requires precision, and striking just at the right time to maintain maximum results. You don’t have to move too much to do it, you just have to move at the right time.”

He fell into position just opposite of her, and together they slowly moved through a pantomime fight. It was sharp, and precise, almost brutal if it wasn’t so…. So sharp. He smiled at her from across the circle his teeth bared, “Tesraki, economical, striking just as the right time, like in business but with fighting.”

Sunny nodded, “You have the idea.”

He stepped back, “These will take a lot of work to perfect.”

“I am not afraid of a little wor.”

He smiled wolfishly, “Then let us continue.”

She nodded slowly and together with this strange spector of Adam she allowed it to flow through her: she wasn’t sure if it was simply some kind of reactive energy or if it was the spirits themselves bringing her guidance. Perhaps it was simply her own mind opened to things she had not thought of before.

But either way she could see, feel and hear everything around he, she knew what she was looking for, and the spear felt like an extension of her very being.

Tesraki, Economical and quick, Drev powerful and unrelenting, Rundi, teamwork and hierarchy in a way that no Drev fighting style had ever been performed. Where once pairs of two would have been the norm, the new styles allowed for more as well as shield walls and tight formations. The burg was fought with all four hands all at once in a fury of speed and confusion.

And then to her surprise came an idea from the back of her mind she had not once considered, and instead turned to sit on the ground to the mild amusement and even confusion of the Adam that watched her sat down too.

“I have one for the Vrul.”

The other Adam almost snorted in surprise, “Vrul?”

“Yes…. tactics. To control an entire battlefield is to control and entire battle.”

“Drev didn’t have tactics before?”

She shook her head slightly, “Only to a small degree, based more on platoon leaders and group captains than the entire battlefield. Granted we stage fights when there is ash or when we have the high ground versus the low, but it was never thought of to any kind of degree… “ She turned her head to look up at the sky, “I want to bring back the old tradition, reinstate how things were originally intended. If you can still hold a spear.... IT will be a hard thing for the Drev to accept when they have been steeped in their corrupt traditions for so long, but if there is anyone who can change it, it is me.”

He smiled at her, his sharp white teeth shining like the moss below his feet.

He stepped forward reaching out a hand and taking hers, “I believe you…. You will bring greatness back to the Drev. You will bring understanding and power.”

She stared at him for a long moment, “I have one more style in mind.”

He tilted his head in curiosity.

She stepped back and took her spear closing her eyes and conjuring up images of her foes. She began slowly moving with precision and rhythm until she slowly sped up, she was quick, and powerful and sharp and  worked as if there were others around her to help, She used everything she had, every part of her body as a weapon, every advantage she could find to defeat imaginary foes that fell upon her like flies swarm to a corpse.

When she stopped she was breathing hard, the air rolling in through her in great gasps, expanding her ribcage in and putin powerful gusting waves of air.

He watched her, “Was that a new style, or simply aloof them meshed together.”

“Both.” She planted her spear against the ground, “Humanity.”

His smile grew wider.

“With humanity as my template I have created the alst style, perhaps the most powerful among my creations for it combines elements from all the above. It is fast, and economical, and requires teamwork and tactics. It utilizes every advantage, ever limb, and every part of the body. It takes into account the environment and the allies by which you fight…. It is the ability to adapt and change to fit any situation, any terrain and any obstacle.” He beamed at her, the sparking universe in his eyes growing and expanding as his smile grew. She felt dizzy as vertigo overtook her, and she stepped back, falling into the moss and staring up at him as he walked over to kneel next to her.

When she looked into his face, she felt a sudden sensation of warmth that spread through her body, safe and comforting. That voice of his, echoing and powerful belied infinity and the kindness that she saw in his eyes. 

“You aren’t Adam are you?” Her voice was thin and quavering.

He knelt next to her, “I am Adam, but I am also more.”

She stared at him in confusion, not sure what that was supposed to mean and with no way to interpret it either.

“You talk about him like you aren't him.”

“That's a bit of a human condition isn’t it? The ability to talk about parts of yourself as if you're not you.”

“You don’t talk like him either.”

HE smiled, “I know more than he does, and I've been around for much longer than he has.”

She shook her head, “then how can you be him?”

He smiled, “Quite easily you might find…. But I am afraid my time here is almost over, and I must return to my place.” 

She stared at him, watching as the light around him began to intensify. She staggered back blinded hands raised to cover her face falling into the moss behind her. His form was almost obscured by white.

“Good luck, Sunny.”

And then the world began to spin and she was lying flat on her back in the moss the mountains and the sky blending into one eternal round. Smeared together like some sort of strange painting or another.

Her head continued to spin and curl as the light vanished, and finally.

She could feel.

She realized she was awake almost as soon as it had happened, inside the dream or trance, it had been hard to tell what was real, but as soon as she opened her eyes, she knew the difference, and gasped and sputtered for air as she sat up, looking around in confusion and bleary eyed unfocus.

And with her wakening a sudden word came unbidden to her  lips, and she sat up with a gasp.

“Deus.”

The word echoed in her head and it took a moment of confusion before she went quiet unsure of what to think.

Deus.

Naktan was waiting for her, crouched before her with a small stone bowl of water, “Drink, you are weak, and thirsty.”

She hadn’t noticed until he said it, but he was right, and she groaned softly as he held the bowl up for her to drink from. Most of it dribbled down her neck, but there was still more  than enough to wet her parched tongue. He held her up, crouched next to her and supported her by the back and shoulder.

“Deus?” he wondered, “Is that the name of the spirit that spoke with you?”

She frowned in confusion, “I…. I don’t know…. But it….. It took the form of a friend. I didn’t understand the things he…. It said.”

“These times are strange indeed. Did you find the answers you were looking for?”

“I… believe I did, but it will take more work for them to be realised.”

He reached down helping her to her feet and supporting hre weak and trembling body when it refused to work, “And I will guide you for as long as it takes. I have watched the fall of the Drev for many years now, and I believe you… you are what will lead them into this universe with heads high. Like the sun for which you are named, you will bring them out of darkness.”

Her head spun a little at his words.

She would bring them out of darkness.

Her.

And her patron.

I want to start writing something for them because I have a long ass list of things that could happen and how the story could jnfold, but I'm not sure where to write it. Sooo idk

I know I said I was gonna bounce until TROS,

but I just need to express my last minute theories(in case I’m actually right so can have proof and brag about it).

SO before we get in to anything, I should say that I have not read any leaks or things like that. I’ve only watched the things officially put out by Star Wars/Lucasfilm whatever. I also come from the Reylo/Bendemtion part of the fandom, so that’s the mindset I’m in. Now on with the theories:

Now originally I was of the opinion that Rey was nobody and I liked that and that was okay, and I didn’t want them to retcon it or anything, HOWEVER my mind has slightly changed. Kind of. Not really. Allow me to explain. 

The whole thing in TLJ is that we see that situation from Rey’s point of view. Rey believes that the people who left her on Jakku for drinking money and died were her parents. And they may very well be the people who raised her up until that point, ergo her parents, but they MIGHT not be her actual bio parents. And Kylo sees this in her mind and that’s why he thinks he knows the truth. Because essentially it IS the truth. And that is why, if Rey turns out to be SOMEONE in TROS, I don’t see it as retconning or anything like that. They will still honor what Rian did(and maybe planned) without undercutting it. Now don’t get me wrong, in no way do I think she is a Skywalker or a Solo, or even a Kenobi or a Palpatine(well her being a Palps is by this point the most likely of those, but ya kno). Now is the time for me to put my tinfoil tiara on because I think that it is very probable that Rey is

a clone

AND/OR a sleeper agent.

The reason I think this is because the very first thing I thought, before dismissing it as symbolism, in the cave scene when Rey saw her reflections was that holy shit is she a clone!? (later i was glad that i wasn’t the only one who thought that bc of all the theory videos floating around). I think that it might have been part of Palpy’s contingency plan to restart clone production, and especially how to clone someone force sensitive(that might be why the cloning guy from Mandolorian wants Baby Yoda’s dna or whatever), and he might have succeeded and Rey just happens to a random one of the clones, maybe she was misplaced, or planted on Jakku, who knows. I don’t think she is the clone template, but she might be. Then the dark Rey we’ve seen in the trailers will probably be one of the other clones. (or it could totally just be a vision and i’m just full of bs)

OR if she is a sleeper agent she might have been placed on Jakku for some reason, maybe her memories are real, maybe they are planted, who knows. Palps has some kind of trigger words or something to either wake her up, or put her under a Winter Soldier type like spell(who is the real Rey?).

The reason I kind of came back to these theories was because of the latest TV spots as of  the 14th of December.

But then again she could have been created somehow by the force to meet the darkness in Kylo OR if any of the above, or her being a Palpy is true, she might have been created by the dark(Palps maybe somehow) to meet Ben’s light, because Ben was conceived by light essentially, but then manipulated. Who knows, I certainly don’t.

This is basically a long way of saying I am now in the mindset that I don’t NEED Rey to be a nobody(everyone is somebody) just not a Skywalker or Solo, or even a Kenobi(though I like that headcanon the best), but it is also fine if she is.

(Also out of every brunette lady in Star Wars the internet have speculated being Rey’s mom I think Qi’ra is most likely. But I don’t really think she is.)

(Also, also, Rey got her name/made her name up from the helmet she had on Jakku.)

NOW onto some other stuff that could totally be separate from everything above. Theories and wishful thinking:

What’s going on with C-3PO is that he is getting his pre-end-of-ROTS memories back, sacrificing his memories after that, and that helps with something, perhaps telling Anakin’s true story to Ben (R2-D2 already knowing all of it kinda blows holes in this, BUT maybe C-3PO wouldn’t believe him or something and we need him to articulate to the audience idk.)

We’re going on a Horcrux hunt. That’s it.

Anakin force ghost DEFINITELY. (and maybe even a whole army of former jedi force ghosts helping to save the day idk, but Ani is DEF showing up or else i will sue)

(Anakin hearing Padme’s voice, him turning his head and smiling knowing his love is there for him in the cosmic force)

Ben finishing what his grandfather started(aka defeating Palpy) (also palpy being back doesn’t undercut anakin’s redemption bc it’s the thought that counts even tho palpy didn’t disappear)

If Leia dies(she might not, but probably will), it is from space radiation and she falls asleep peacefully, Connix(Billie) holding her hand because everyone else is off world. (ugh sob)

Speaking of Connix she will at LEAST have as big of a role in this as she did in TLJ if not larger. Please.

Chewie will NOT die.

Nor will the Falcon.

In the space battle(from the scene where we can see the Ghost and maybe the Colossus) we see glimpses from inside the ships(as we usually do), one of them being Hera Syndulla(the actual best pilot in the galaxy) going “phoenix leader standing by” and Jacen is with her casually using the force to grab stuff and shit PLEASE.

same goes for Kaz and co. i guess but i don’t care as much about them sorry.

(Ahsoka. maybe. played by Rosario Dawson please. Catching a glimpse of force ghost Ani at the end celebration and he’s smiling at her being proud BC THEY HAVE THE BEST MOST BEAUTIFUL MOST HEARTBREAKING RELATIONSHIP IN ALL OF STAR WARS sorry)
