I want to thank you guys for everything! See this post for information. I've got plenty of funds to go shopping for some food tonight, enough to get us through the next two weeks. This is such a load off my shoulders, you have no idea. If you want to (and only if you want to), I have a grocery-only wish list here on Amazon. Bit of a weird question, but would anyone be willing to gift me a book from my Amazon Wishlist? I want to read as many books as I can by the end of 2023, but my parents won't allow me to buy any new books (I'm 27, but due to being autistic and living in a assisted living facility, my parents are in control over my finances etc).

The kitties have some new items on the wish list! Some are certainly fun, but others are helpful, particularly the litterbox mat, the brush, some new blankies, and a cat tree that is much safer for Loki than the one we have now. Check it out!

i hate to ask Tumblr, but i have to.

my daughter and i moved out on our own in June. previously, we had been living with my mother and aunt, both of whom were pretty emotionally abusive. we have cut off most ties with them but just being out of the house has helped us immensely.

the tough part is that i am now a single mom having to pay rent and bills for the first time ever. no one ever told me just how hard that is. most weeks, i only have about $100 leftover from my paychecks. that has to wash our clothes, put gas in the car and feed us!

as such, i realize we need some help for Christmas. because Lilli is 14, she no longer qualifies for programs like Angel Tree, which sucks, because teens deserve Christmas too.

Hey guys, it's me, once again posting my amazon list. (This is a repost since the last one lost traction)

For those that don't know, my partner lost his job, and we're paid up for our necessary bills for right now, but unemployment has still yet to be approved, it's notoriously slow in our state. We don't have extra money for anything right now, and there are a few things in the patio garden and the indoor garden we need to get started, so some of the top things on the list are those things. I also have a couple of things on here for the kids as well, since it's warming up and they can play outside more. There are some flipflops for the oldest two as well as some crew socks for the youngest.  They've also been so good about not asking for things since my partner lost his job, I feel bad that I can't get them anything fun for the summer. 

Last but not least, there’s a bedframe on this list and it’s so me and my partner can get our mattress up off the floor. We were planning to build a platform for our bed, but then he lost his job and you can guess the rest.

Christmas Will Be Difficult

Finances being the joke that they are coupled with the prices of everything being ridiculous, I am not able to do much of anything for my girls this year. Plus, the 21st is the 9th anniversary of my mom's passing from renal cancer. Christmas is just so much harder these days.

So I will continue to pimp out my kids ' Amazon wishlist.
