Pas tadi nyamperin tempat uni, bener-bener berkali-kali dalam hati tuh bersyukur.

"Untung suamiku mas, jadi mau aja disuruh nemenin"

Sebelum pergi, udah diwanti-wanti sih padahal kalau jalannya kecil. Terus kan kita cek di maps yaa "aah kecil begini doang mah aman." Untung ngga pergi sendiri karena ternyata jalan jauh sebelum sampe tempatnya itu medannya yg menyeramkan menurutku.

Sebelum pergi tuh udah menyampaikan kekhawatiran ke mas. Nanti kalau sampe sana diracun gimana, nanti kalau kita berdua ngga bisa pulang dari sana gimana. Terus aku udah mikir kalau sampe tkp mau shareloc ke kang @rubahlicik sambil bilang "kang, kalau kita ga pindah-pindah mapsnya tolong kirim anak tumblr bandung buat nyari kita ya." Hahaha

Pas udah sampe ditempat pertama, alhamdulillahnya ketemu tukang. Dan kita dapet pertolonganlah. Info-info dari tukang dan tetangga. Walau yaa, tidak bertemu. Tapi akhirnya dapet nomer suaminya karena ditolong sama ponakan yg punya kontrakan. Kita tungguin kabarnya dari kang rubah sajaaa, yaa. Terus karena udah mikir yg ngga-ngga, baru masuk gangnya aja aku udah deg-degan.

Terus pergi ketempat kedua. Memastikan info yg aku dapet dari kang rubah dan yaa seperti tebakan. Dan mengecewakan tentunya. Tanya-tanya ke warga sekitar sampe pak RT dan yaa ngga tau. Terus terakhir kali, sebelum balik akhirnya ketemu satpam yg udah kerja disitu dari 2015. "Dari saya kerja sampai sekarang, ngga ada nama itu yg kerja disini."

Sambil nungguin satpam tadi kita sempat makan baso cuanki. Sungguh ya, aku ingin mam baso cuanki malam-malam pinggir jalan tuh belum keturutan. Kenanya siang mulu.

Balik-balik terus masaaaak. Bikin salad roll ala-ala, yg ternyata tidak cukup mudah cuma nggulung doang. Karena pas udah digulung saladnya pada nempel. Hih. Terus bikin sop ayam, dg resep nyontek chef devina yg pake ikan dori.

Terus tadi ngobrolin lagi tadi sama mas. Pas tadi berangkat sempet diajakin beli minum dulu kaan. Kopi dan air putih yg kita beli. Aku pikir karena mas haus. Ternyata karena dia juga khawatir takut ketakutanku beneran terjadi. Jadi si air bisa jadi alasan buat kita ngga menerima suguhan 😅🤣

Recientemente se me ocurrió una idea de Brozone posesivo, solo que en ves de ser hacia Branch es hacia John Dory.

Aquí los hermanos Brozone tienen una platica y se dan cuenta de lo mucho que aman y extrañan a JD y de que lo han estado tratando realmente mal, todos asen las paces y después de un accidente con un troll, los hermanitos de JD lo empiezan a colmar de mucho amor y afecto, llegando al punto de apenas dejarlo salir solo. Además de que en vez de ayudar a JD a relacionarse con las demás personas del pueblo lo mantienen en el bunker o en Rhonda.

Este comportamiento empieza a asustar a JD pero no hay mucho que pueda hacer, y lo que con un principio comenzó como algo para proteger a JD, se fue convirtiendo en una actitud posesiva por parte de ellos.

(These are the snippet I wanted to see in IPKKND. After every rewatch, I just close my eyes and the scenes are flash through my mind like they are actual scene. It's the evening of Anjali & Aman ji's wedding ceremonies. khushi was wearing a red saree with matching sequences and crystals all over it. she was looking ethereal. Her hair was curled at the end cascading down her back. she was standing in front of the mirror, looking at the jewellaries, confused of what to wear today. Arnav was looking at her from afar. he had a gift for his wife specially for today that would go with the saree beautifully. he stood behind her and removed the hair from one should to another and then he tied the necklace in her neck.khushi gasped with the combined effect of the sight of the necklace also the sensation of his fingers in her neck. Arnav's finger trailed down her neck to her back, toying with her dori. he kissed her shoulder, then her neck, then her ear,then he put a ear ring there. khushi by the time got her composer back.she turned around.

So, how would you close the diwali loop, like how they did it with the pearls, dori, terrace, like that. It seems like diwali sequence was totally left out :( The things you come up with feels as close to the real ipkknd character and the writing. So whenever you are free,kindly do me a favor and pl tell me, if YOU could write up the diwali sequence, how will it be?

Diwali was actually closed with their Roka ceremony.

In Diwali Arnav announced an engagement with La leaving Khushi in tears with him running away from what he desired.

In Roka Arnav, gladly, follows every rituals and puts aside his discomfort and accepts the rituals and his relationship with Khushi wholeheartedly in public.

In Diwali Arnav and Khushi stopped right before kissing by the poolside,

In Roka Arnav showers multiple kisses to Khushi by the poolside (I like to imagine they kissed for real by the poolside)

Khushi even teases Arnav that he might stop kissing her due to a phone-call from Aman!

It's a literal contrast of day and night and how everything has finally continued from where it stopped.

But for their first Diwali post marriage I would've inserted a sweet scene of Arnav gifting her the gorgeous red lehenga,

but you know the fact he kisses her cheek with 'Happy Diwali' is an idea enough that it was a callback.

I don't like how Diwali ends cause the argument was valid, so I would've loved something more sombre out of it. Also they looked damn delicious in that outfit - literally more wedding ready than their actual wedding.

Actually yes I would've had a scene over Arnav gifting her the very pretty red lehenga, some dash of romance and the fact that he wears a white kurta only for his wife (awww).

And the argument could've become more serious if he said that talks about disliking his wealth doesn't suit one who is wearing the jewelry he gifted on her neck.

Oof... very foot in mouth, very Arnav.

And I can imagine Khushi absolutely refusing to touch anything Arnav owned/gifted out of her self respect and it would've covered base over their economic differences - which was their ultimate difference.

AND I WOULD'VE PUT KHUSHI'S BIRTHDAY AFTER THIS BECAUSE WITH ALL THE BIG TALK OF MONEY, ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA CANNOT BUY THE ONE GIFT HIS WIFE WOULD BE HAPPY WITH.

Strong attachment between us.

Aku lagi nyuci baju, habis beres beres, nyapu, ngepel. Tapi selama beberes itu aku nggak tenang, anak ku lagi main di tetangga depan rumah. Si ibunya ngajak main sengaja biar aku bisa beberes katanya. Satu sisi, aku merasa tertolong karena anak ku ada yang ngajak main dan aku bisa beberes dengan proper, beda cerita kalau anak ku di rumah, mana bisa aku beberes. Cucian selesai, lantai juga udah bersih, meskipun nanti bakalan acak acakan lagi pas anak ku pulang.

"Duh, ambil sekarang nggak ya?"

Kekhawatiran yang sebenernya tuh ngga perlu terus muncul dipikiran ku. Takut anak ku jatoh, takut anak ku dikasih cemilan ciki cikian, coklat, takut anak ku nggak diperhatikan disana, takut ini dan takut itu. Tapi karena rumah nya emang di depan banget cuma beberapa langkah, jadi kalau nangis pasti kedengeran, dan sejauh aku melakukan tugas rumah, anak ku kayanya anteng main disana.

Rasa gelisah ketika nggak lagi sama anak bukan pertama kali buat aku,

Pernah suatu hari aku mau ngedate sama suami, malam minggu makan di luar karena kita udah jarang banget quality time berdua, anak aku titip dulu di bibi nya suami. Ya, aku ninggalin dia dengan keadaan kenyang dan happy, tapi selama aku makan di luar sama suami, tau nggak? Aku sama sekali nggak enjoy, kaya pengen buru buru pulang, buru buru ketemu anak, kepikiran anak aku lagi apa ya? Nangis gak ya? Nyariin aku nggak ya?

Abis ngedate kita mampir ke supermarket sebentar buat beli ikan dori, dan bahan masakan lainnya. Itupun aku belanja nya buru buru banget karena pengen cepet pulang, padahal kita keluar nggak ada sampe 2 jam dan aku udah segelisah itu. Pas aku balik ke rumah bibi suamiku, lihat anak ku lagi anteng main sama beliau, terus aku tanya dia nangis nggak? Katanya enggak, cuma keliatan ngantuk doang tapi nggak sampe nangis. See? Nothing happened and it just my feeling.

Jangankan ninggalin anak keluar jauh, aku pernah pergi ke alfamart depan aja rasanya grusukan, belanja nggak tenang, gabisa milih milih lama lama, pokonya pengen cepet pulang. Padahal anak lagi anteng main sama bapak nya di rumah.

Hal ini sebenernya udah sering terjadi pas aku masih kerja, tiap kali lagi ngajar aku selalu gelisah mikirin anak aku lagi ngapain?

Aku takut dia rewel, susah tidur, nggak mau makan, ini dan itu. Makanya aku ngerasa kerja juga nggak fokus, raga nya ada di tempat kerja tapi jiwanya udah pengen sama anak terus.

Setiap hari, 24 jam bareng anak bikin aku melekat banget sama dia, karena dia selalu ada di pengawasanku setiap saat, jadi aku merasa dia aman, makan nya terpenuhi, minum nya, tidurnya, semua oke kalau aku yang handle dan aku nggak yakin kalau orang lain bisa sebaik aku neghandle anak ku. (Even itu ayahnya sendiri)

Mungkin, karena itu aku jadi sering ngerasa gelisah tiap kali jauh sama anak, sebenernya aku juga pengen tuh me time keluar, anak dititip, pacaran sama suami berdua doang, anak dititip. Tapi, aku malah jadi nggak menikmati kegiatan kegiatan itu dan kepikiran anak terus.

I dont know, apakah ini bagus karena attachment kami sangat kuat sebagai ibu dan anak, atau malah jadi kurang bagus karena kita jadi sangat bergantung satu sama lain.

Journey to the Greathelp City

Kredo yang digembor-gemborkan bapak-bapak founder eFishery soal speed over stability pada akhirnya juga jadi cara belajar yang paling efektif di awal karir sebagai eFisherian. Anyway buat yang belum apa itu eFisherian, yaitu sebutan buat orang-orang yang kerja di eFishery. Entah kenapa disebut eFisherian, mungkin tebakan gue ini adalah embrio fanbase-nya Gibran demi melenggang mulus jadi RI 1 beberapa tahun yang akan datang.

Turn back time di penghujung bulan Oktober 2020, hari kedua gue join eFishery langsung ikut weekly meeting tanpa brief atau konteks sama sekali. Diminta komentar saat meeting pun cuma bisa kasih jawaban normatif dan banyak ngawang-nya. Tapi puncak ke-epic-an yang selanjutnya ada di hari ketiga join. Hari ketiga dan empat hari setelahnya benar-benar memaksa otak, badan & nyawa harus fully synchronized karena kalau enggak bakal bisa oleng. Hehe...

Hari ketiga join jadi hari yang sakral. Menjadi awal mula sebuah perjalanan ke timur karena pada hari itu gue diminta ikut business trip pertama ke Tulungagung yang konon adalah kawah candradimuka-nya para kaum eFisherian. Perjalanan biztrip-nya pun luar biasa karena harus roadtrip di malam hari Bandung - Tulungagung pakai mobil ala-ala syuting My Trip My Adventure! (bacanya pakai intonasi yang sama kayak host-nya). Yang paling memorable selama di perjalanan tentunya di bagian harus duduk di baris ketiga mobil Xenia selama 14 jam sambil meluk 3 box stereofoam yang isinya sample frozen dori NBL tanpa boleh jatuh. Kalau ditanya rasanya gimana? Yaa punggung luar biasa puegel sampai mau minta ditempelin koyo ukuran A4.

Sampai di Tulungagung pagi harinya, siksaan yang sebenarnya baru dimulai. Diawali dengan berkunjung ke rumah petani patin yang sedang panen dan gue terkesima dengan bak bleeding berwarna merah darah. Warnanya demikian karena literally ya memang isinya darah ikan patin segar yang habis diputus insangnya agar semua darahnya keluar habis dari tubuhnya. Mirip-mirip lah kalau lagi nonton film-nya Quentin Tarantino tapi si bak bleeding patin ini versi real. Siksaan berikutnya yang cukup bertubi-tubi adalah harus roaming dengan semua istilah budidaya yang disebutkan sama petani, semacam: FCR, SR, saprodi, Cargill, dll. Belum lagi istilah keren yang kerap disebutin eFisherian lain kalau lagi ngobrol, semisal: regmem, dafnom, nubitools, FreshHub, pain points, TLA, building block, which is, tembak calendar, dll. Kolaborasi istilah roaming tersebut masih terus keluar selama silaturahmi empat hari dengan beberapa tokoh kunci eksistensi bisnis eFishery di Tulungagung, antara lain: Pak Solekhan, Pak Muktasim, Mas Putut dan the one and only Lord Arman a.k.a. Aman Mulyono a.k.a. CEO of Amitan Group (Bakul Iwak Ngunut). Sebenarnya yang paling ngeselin dari biztrip ini adalah orang yang buat itinerary naudzubillah dimana setelah roadtrip 14 jam, langsung disuruh kerja di lapangan, terus baru check in hotel jam 22.30 dan akhirnya baru bisa mandi setelah hampir 27 jam lamanya sejak waktu mandi terakhir.

Tapi eh tapi...bukan eFisherian kalau tidak bisa mengambil pelajaran dari proses yang terjadi (di titik ini gue sempat ragu eFishery itu bimbel apa startup, kerjaannya ambil pelajaran terus 😄). Balik lagi ke kredo yang disebutkan di awal: speed over stability. Jadi untuk belajar soal bisnis, organisasi, kultur dan dinamika lapangan di eFishery, cara yang paling mujarab ya terjun langsung ke pusat aktivitasnya. Tidak akan pernah bisa belajar efektif kalau cuma tunggu sesi onboarding ataupun formal training. Konsekuensi cara belajar dengan cara nyemplung langsung ini yang memang jadi bagian tidak terpisahkan dari sisi unstable yang bakal ditemui. Jadi memang harus dinikmati aja.

Sebagai epilog, perjalanan pertama ke Tulungagung memang butuh pertolongan besar, yang mana ini sesuai dengan nama kotanya: Tulung-agung = great-help!

Hi!! You blog is awesome, i love it. During the roka ceremony of Arnav and Khushi’s remarriage, Arnav takes Khushi to poolside in that particular place and showers her with kisses. Do you think it’s closing the diwali pool side disaster loop? I mean, Arnav never said sorry to Khushi for that night. Did he take her there on purpose? And not to mention, Khushi reminded him that Aman might call, which is exactly what happened during diwali! Well, we don’t know who called him haha. Would love to know your interpretation of the pool side scene during their roka. Thank you!

Ah you’ve done much of the interpretation yourself :) definitely the roka has closing the loop vibes and we canonically know that because Khushi sneakily mentions Aman’s phone right before they could kiss 😂

And we all know when that happened!

However for me I felt Arnav was doing two things during the remarriage:

- confirming it to Khushi that he’s doing this for her and her happiness means the most!

(I think he feared Khushi would take this as an interpretation of “oh it must be officiated by the elders and since Arnav said yes, it must be done”. And we see that note because even when she’s happy and talking to the newly pasted photo of Arnav, she’s calling the wedding as something he wants that is getting fulfilled. And I think Arnav picks up on that feeling so he’s determined to prove it to her that he’s fulfilling her dream. That he’s happy at this wedding because she’s gonna be his wife. This isn’t going to be a ritualistic wedding for the sake of it. It’s going to have romance, fun, dance and colors - everything Khushi enjoys! Khushi is hence surprised and taken aback in the beginning to see him so participative in their wedding because weddings are so not his thing and this happened because Dadi was spewing bullshit. But I think here, with all the flirting and kissing he eases her and basically let’s her know that this wedding is for them. So of course he’s gonna get a lil frisky 😉)

- an attempt at restarting what was lost

(Arnav never quite says this in the show but he knows he burned a lot of bridges between him and Khushi and whatever little beginning they had to their love story was interrupted in the most tragic way possible. So it is awfully sweet that at these rituals he’s genuinely bringing back the fondest moments. Her denial of “A” on her hand, him tying her dori, bringing her stars, gifting her bangles on the wedding day or just kissing her everywhere by the pool where a kiss was once supposed to happen.)

Specifically on roka I feel Arnav is setting the scene and pace of their relationship. We have never seen these two in a healthy phase without angst or secrets. They were kind of exploring it pre-Dadi but even then the after six months and Di situation hung in the air.

Arnav travels a lot in his head. Mentally ever since he said I love you too Khushi he’s gone to the point where he loved Khushi and wanted to have a permanent relationship with her. So he seizes this opportunity - the roka- to go back to where they were. And with roka he expresses as much love as he can. Of course Khushi is taken aback at first, but by the end of the moment you can feel her get comfortable at what her relationship with Arnav truly is like. A bit of kissing, a bit of flirting and a lot of teasing. And by the time mehendi comes she’s really settling into this new essence of their relationship. It’s the first time we’re seeing them on healthy grounds. Also by then Khushi is genuinely loving the rituals and doesn’t care about anything else.
