Volviendo a ser yo 🏐🏅(Febrero - 2024)

Hace aproximadamente un año, tuve una lesión que me obligó a dejar de entrenar del deporte que más disfruto. Empece a jugar volley en el 2021, año luego de la pandemia por COVID-19 🦠. Primero, por cercanía de mi hogar me inscribí a JC, academia de beachvolley, estuve aquí por un año, posterior me cambie a volley de sala al club UVIV, aquí me lesione. Pero lo raro es que nada se comparaba con lo que sentía jugando beach 📈.

Tras un año de para debido a mi operación a causa de lesión 🧬🩻. El 14 de febrero cuando el doctor me dio el alta médica, regrese a V&B (academia relacionada con JC). Habían caras nuevas, y ahora era mixto. Estaba demasiado nerviosa, sentía miedo, ¿se imaginan que me volvía a lesionar? (desconfiaba de mi rodilla) y fue realmente un entrenamiento duro que requirió de harto esfuerzo físico 💪🏼. Habían momentos en los que sentía que no podía respirar, y me acuncllillaba en la arena para recuperarme...aún si, la sensación de estar de vuelta fue incomparable🔋.

El plan es seguir entrenando, para recuperar mi nivel deportivo, sin dejar de lado lo académico y mi salud. Considero, que el deporte es mi manera de distraerme y relajar mi mente; además de que al ser adolescente sí necesito de actividad física...y más que todo mantener mi mente ocupada en situaciones 'productivas' de manera personal. Es obvio que necesitaré de organización, y NO procrastinar actividades...disfrutar de mis vacaciones, sin embargo no desprenderme de mis responsabilidades y del desafío al que me enfrento en mi segundo año del diploma (del que todos suelen quere desistir).

En los entrenamientos comenzamos con un calentamiento con movilidad, luego ejercicios para reforzar la técnica 😼. Después en dupla, trabajamos situaciones reales de juego. Y es posible que terminemos con un rally, donde nos enfrentamos dupla vs dupla, para adaptarnos al juego, perder el miedo, poder arriesgar, aprender y disfrutar de esta disciplina deportiva ✌🏼💋 .

Lo que más me ha gustado, es que después de un largo año de abandonar actividades, siento que estoy volviendo a hacer las cosas que me gustan...a ser yo, porque cuando no estaba activa.. me sentía atada y vaga. Ahora, si sigo así, pienso que haré un gran trabajo, organizándome, aceptando y asumiendo mis responsabilidades, ayudando en casa, próximamente un nuevo idioma, ser PROM 64 (último año de la etapa del colegio 🥲)...y en busca del diploma ☠️. Se espera un año ajetreado, pero que valdrá la pena, puesto que reflejará mi esfuerzo, disciplina y perseverancia 😉
