Words I know I already reblogged this once, and you'll probably won't see this but thank you for introducing this to me you're a fic saver.
How to write romantic love
Writing romantic love is simultaneously one of the most joyful things you can do as a writer, and one of the most difficult. There’s a lot of emotion to cover - from the highs of a new relationship, to the struggles of a relationship on the rocks.
Like all of us, your characters will display love differently. Are they open and affectionate? Shy and nervous? Loud and blunt? To help you along the way, here’s some examples of descriptions you can use to show (not tell) your readers that your characters are in love. Movement
Inching towards each other to touch
Shyly tucking stray hair behind the ear
Unconsciously parting or licking lips
Embracing with full bodies touching
Nervously shuffling feet
Running and reaching with open arms
Fiddling with hair or clothing
Crossing or uncrossing legs
Leaning forward to show attentiveness
A bounce in the step
Glancing flirtily over the shoulder
Facial expressions
Flirtatious winking
Smiling to themselves at nothing
Glancing up through lowered lashes
Unblinking eye contact
Grinning or beaming uncontrollably
A look of yearning
Lips slightly parted with desire
Dilated pupils
Glowing cheeks or flushed skin
Faraway, daydreaming look
Slight, secretive smile
Sounds
Deep sighs
Unconscious swallowing
Nervous coughing or throat clearing
Light chuckle with a silly grin
Grunts of appreciation or praise
An inner, audibly racing pulse
Thumping heart
Quick, short breaths
Low, whispered voices
Listening to love songs
Joyfully humming
Feelings and sensations
Nervous tingling
Butterflies in the stomach
Hot and flushed face
Hyper-sensitive skin
Acute awareness of personal proximity
Weak knees or legs turning to jelly
Shaky hands
Loss of speech or getting tongue-tied
Daydreaming and absentmindedness
Seeing the beauty in the world
Pulse racing

Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright fic recemandatons
Some of which are inspiration for parts of my rewrite. Mostly ao3 fics.
All credits to the original writers! I didn’t write any of these.
I also kept out as many shipping fics as I can.
Add on your own: I would like to read!
I beg your pardon? The Professor and Luke learn of the madness that is Phoenix Wright and Maya Fey’s lives. The title gets said in every chapter. Fun read. Like the bonding between the two groups.
Phoenixes don't actually catch fire, but their wings will break a twist of fate allows Phoenix to save Maya from the fiery pit, but he falls in instead. I like the interactions between the characters and how Maya figured out how Phoenix and the Professor were still alive.
Sometimes Being a Gentleman is Overrated another what if fic. This time it’s Luke who turned to gold and Layton is the one who has to deal with the possibility that his friend is dead. Needless to say the gentleman has reached a breaking point. If you like the professor being human and his friendship with Luke this is recommended!
Melodyverse a group of stories that act as sequels to the original story (also Layton x Phoenix). Sometimes it gets dark, hopeless and messed up but it has some great feel good moments as well. Starting with the fidgid melody were The Professor and Luke team up with a disbarred Phoenix Wright and Trucy who go to a haunted town to solve a mystery. Encore that looks at the aftermath of the story (also when the laywright begins, sourdough a short but sweet fic, finaly Luke Triton: Ace Attorney where Luke becomes a defense attorney at WAA after the events of Spirit of Justice.
Respite for the Weary Luke overhears how Phoenix is dealing with everything after the golden court
Sailor’s Delight Professor Layton and Luke go off to solve a mystery and Flora tagged along. However stormy weather is on the horizon and trouble and murder around the corner. Thankfully they meet up again with a certain par of amaricans. It’s a pretty great story I’m invested in (even made some art about it) I like how the mystery is layed out, how the Professor and Phoenix are bumping heads and the relationships between the characters are. (Also it has laywright) currently unfinished but is being updated.
Just between friends The professor asks Maya to Chanel his ‘assumed’ dead brother….. things take a twist he couldn’t possibly imagined. (Also Maya antics)
The shade behind the curtain Spoilers! But behind the scenes someone is upset about the story unfolding and intervenes.
Labrintha Conversations a series of fics about the characters bonding and just talking to each other. Nice bite sized fics.
The Enchanted Turnabout not really a traditional fic more of a video of a fan case, but it takes a look at a different reality where Phoenix still works in Labrintha as a baker, gets roped into defining a familiar looking woman that reminds him of a friend he lost for being a witch and the murder of their mother. A really well written case that utilizes magic to its fullest. Phoenix and the prosecution are the only main characters that show up though, sorry professor Layton fans!
A last goodbye spoilers! Maya helps Darklaw get some much needed closure.

5, 19, 21 and 23!
awh thanks ;w; ;;;
What ships captured your heart?
Oh you know me, I am all in on Snufpollo. But Isafrin really got me, too. As well as the whole ISAT team polycule courtesy of @versegm (read their stuff it's all fun, the gang are comets!!!). I guess I can also say Elias and Bryant, considering. I wrote 3 fics for them lmao.
Share your favorite piece of dialogue
Hmm... Maybe not a back and forth, but this bit from my hanahaki Laywright sticks in my mind (and is probs my funniest line) --
"My sincerest apologies. I am, as we've discussed, currently dying."
Ya gotta love Hershel Layton continuing to fight no matter what XD
What's something that surprised you while you were working on a fic? Did it change the story?
Good question!! Considering I don't often go into writing with a solid plan, just a general idea of what scene I want to happen, I am always surprised at how I end up getting there. Just release the guys into an enclosure and see how it turns out. XD this is a pain in the ass btw
I guess the most surprised I was at a write this year was this out of nowhere bit for my flesh eater kiddo. It's helping me solidify how the big scene happens! (I need to get back to them aaaaagh)
If you had to choose one, what was THE most satisfying writing moment of your year?
tbh that flesh eater kiddo bit was probably my most satisfying and I need to rewrite it once I get the whole of their story finished =A= (also one of the more satisfying writes I did this year is still a secret until it can be published haha) also Layton and Luke ukagaka I am so happy I got them finished on time
Sorry this is a boring answer, I'm satisfied when I finish ANY of my writes haha. THE most satisfying thing really is finishing a project XD ;;;
