Prompt: Wako's Beta Family AU

This is for the one and only @wako-dreamer who thought it was a good idea to let me write a prompt about their Beta AU. (Thank you Wako). Please go follow Wako. They're absolutely amazing and I love their art.

Luz and Alonzo played around the front yard of the cabin. The Nocedas decided to settle peacefully on the Knee. Which meant every morning the yard was covered in snow. Luz and Alonzo loved playing in the snow. Luz would take Alonzo sledding and make snowman's. Meanwhile, Amity stayed inside making hot chocolate. Amity would look out the window of the kitchen to find Luz and Alonzo frolicking around in the snow. Many times Amity has joined them, but today she didn't feel like it. She rather be in the warmness of her house. As Amity turned off the stove, she made he way to the doorway. Amity didn't have the appropriate clothing to stand out in the snow, so she yelled out to the two Noceda's.

Amity: ALONZO! LUZ! THE HOT CHOCOLATE IS READY.

Luz scooped up Alonzo making him giggle as they headed towards the cabin. Luz and Alonzo were cover head to toe in snow. Amity noticed the ice and stopped the two from entering further in the cabin.

Amity: Before y'all go in, take of your jackets and shoes. You're both covered and snow and I don't wanna have to clean up your mess.

Luz started helping Alonzo by taking off his boots and jacket.

Luz: Wow Amity, you're really gonna be that mean to your own kid and wife.

Amity scoffed at the comments.

Amity: I'm not the one covered in frozen water.

Luz finally got her jacket and boots out and carried Alonzo to his high chair. As Luz sat him down, Amity came from behind and placed a kiss on Luz's shoulder.

Amity: You're freezing cold

Luz: And you're smoking hot

Amity blushed at the stupid comments, burying her face in Luz's neck. Luz kissed her head as she made her way to the kitchen. Luz grabbed a sippy cup from the cupboard and poured some hot chocolate in the cup. Then she grabbed a mug with '30 but flirty,' printed on it and filled it up. Luz went back to the dining room and set the mug and sippy cup on the table. Amity picked up Alonzo and sat him on her lap. She grabbed the sippy cup and started feeding Alonzo. Luz took a few sips from her mug before looking at Amity and Alonzo. Luz's heart begins to melt at the sight and sound of Amity purring and being so motherly. And her little baby Alonzo is growing up so fast. Amity stands and starts to make her way to the living room.

Luz: Hey, where are you going.

Amity: I'm just gonna take him to the couch. He looks a little cold.

Luz: Here, I'll make a fire

Luz started the fire place with a fire glyph and grabbed a blanket from the nearest closet. Amity and Alonzo snuggled up on the couch. Luz shortly joins them, pulling the blanket over the three of them. Alonzo is placed in the middle near Amity so he can hear his mother's purring. Luz wraps her arm around them while her hot chocolate is in the other hand. Alonzo begins to drift asleep. Amity notices and places the sippy cup on a nearby table. Alonzo is sound asleep, softly snoring. Luz smiles and kisses him on the head.

Luz: Sleep tight Cariño.

Amity: Imma go put him in his crib.

Luz: He can stay here

Amity: You don't want some alone time with your wife?

Luz: Well when you put it that way, might as well.

Amity carried Alonzo to his room and set him down in his crib. Suddenly she felt two arms wrap around her waste.

Amity: Luz

Luz: Shhhhh

Luz started to sway their hips. Amity leaned her head against Luz's shoulders.

Amity: C'mon, let's go to the living room.

Luz grabbed Amity's hand and guided her to the living room. Luz plopped herself on the couch and Amity followed after. Luz grabbed Amity by the waist and pulled her up, placing soft kisses around her neck.

Amity: You're so soft now Noceda

Luz: Shut up. You made me this way

Amity laughed at Luz's response. Luz has and will always be known to be hardcore to others, but when it came to Alonzo and Amity, she had a soft spot for them. Though, she wouldn't hesitate killing anyone that would cause them harm.

Amity: I know I did. And I don't regreted it.

Amity turned and placed a tender kiss on Luz's lips. Luz couldn't help but smirk.

Luz: Going soft on me blight?

Amity giggled. Remembering a line that only made Amity fall deeper for the human.

Amity: In your dreams

Luz and Amity spent the next few hours snuggled by the fire side, remembering old times and counting the blessings they had as they slowly fell asleep.
