I love when writing posts come around that are all about write what you know, because you get to see what the individual writing the post’s blind spots are for the depths of what any given person might “know.”

#I have never once seen one of those posts take into account that what someone might know is something like complex mathematics or #hydroponics or surveying #All deeply interesting subjects. But typically deeply uninteresting to include in their details to a story #It just always feels like there’s a very narrow set of six or seven sexy skills they’re talking about #Like. They’re definatley taking about cooking or playing a sport or working on a machine. But every now and then it amuses me #To sit back and let myself believe they’re saying I should make the characters do Taylor series expansions
