Ma 90+km, majd 800m szint. A kis tökmag vagyok én. Zh-ból indulva, Zugersee majd Albispass.

Mivel nem másztunk sokat, így jobban ment: 24.4km/h. Ez szerintem már egészen vállalható. Azért sokkal jobb csapatban menni, el is felejtettem milyen élmény is ez. Sokkal nehezebb egyedül mászni az appenzelli hegyeket, mint 35+ átlaggal suhanni a tóparton. ♥️

Sajnos az Albispass szegmens kicsit el van rontva, a hegy legtetején ér véget, nem az előtte 50m-re lévő pihenőnél/kútnál, ahol kb 10-15 percet álltunk. Mármint én, a többiek nyilván többet, nekik még plusz volt amíg felértem. Na azt mind hozzaadta a szegmenshez ,🤣
