Seiji Fukagawa (Ruki Shiroiwa) is a high school student with silver color hair. He is is free-spirited and fond of painting. He tells people exactly what he thinks, but he also has a mysterious side. His classmate is Akane Niwa (Rinka Kumada). Akane Niwa is a model student who always wears a face mask. At first, she doesn’t like Seiji Fukagawa, but she is attracted by Seiji Fukagawa’s painting and his blunt personality. They get close with each other and they both have their own secret they can’t tell anyone.

Based on novel "Yoru ga Aketara, Ichiban ni Kimi ni Ai ni Iku" by Natsue Shiomi (published June, 2017 by Starts Publishing Corporation).

Classroom for Heroes Anime New Trailer

The upcoming Hero Classroom anime adaptation has received a character introduction trailer, a second key visual, and more cast details. The Classroom for Heroes novels, by Shin Araki, follow Arnest Fleming, a girl who holds the top record at hero-training school Rosewood Academy. Her latest assignment has her tasked with guiding a mysterious but cheery new student named Blade, whose power might rival her own. The newly announced voice actors and characters are: • Sarah Emi Bridcutt as Maria/Mao • Aya Uchida as Iona • Eri Yukimura as Claire • Haruka Shiraishi as Jessica • Shuuichi Uchida as Clay • Tomohiro Oono as Cassim • Tomohito Takatsuka as Leonard • Konomi Kohara as Eliza • Rikiya Koyama as King Gilgamesh • Tetsu Inada as Asmodeus The opening theme will be performed by NIJISANJI VTuber Kaede Higuchi and the ending theme will be performed by Akane Kumada. Cast members revealed thus far include Reiji Kawashima as Blade, Misuzu Yamada as Arnest Flaming, Nao Toyama as Sophitia and Hina Kino as Kufurin.  Keiichiro Kawaguchi (Spy Classroom) is directing the Hero Classroom anime, with Naoki Hayashi (Higurashi: When They Cry – GOU) on series composition and Kosuke Kawamura on character designs and chief animation director at anime studio ACTAS. The series made its debut as part of Shueisha’s Dash X Bunko imprint back in January 2015, with Haruyuki Morisawa providing illustrations. Classroom for Heroes has also inspired a manga adaptation by Koara Kishida, which runs in Ultra Jump magazine.

Anime of the day: Oda Cinnamon Nobunaga

Nobunaga was reincarnated as a girl's pet dog named Cinnamon. This is a light hearted adorable anime about a girl and her dog and all the animal friends, who are also famous warlords. It’s a funny and different take on these famous warlords. They get to see modern interpretations of themselves as well as the romanticism of their time period. They are reminiscent of their old days and regrets. It’s nothing serious but I enjoyed it. I mean it’s a comedy and it’s done well. It takes into account that people might not know a lot about Nobunaga and lays things out nicely. It portrays what it’s like being a dog and what it might be like for a person to feel if they became a dog.

I found both the opening and the ending to be annoying. The opening is "Sunny Sunny Girl◎" by Akane Kumada. It’s just so jumpy out of nowhere. Then ending is “犬生は一度きり” and it’s sung by the dog cast. It’s just a little cringy.

Healer Girl is a "new-style musical healing animation" that depicts a world where "healers" who heal people with songs are active. The main cast includes Isobe Hanabusa of the Healer Girls, a female voice acting unit that has been active since this year, and Isobe has been cast as Kana Fujii, Horiuchi Marina as Reimi Goshiro, Kumada Akane as Hibiki Morishima, and Yoshitake Sisyu as Sonia Yanagi. The animation is produced by Studio 3Hz, directed by Yasuhiro Irie, series composition and script by Noboru Kimura, and character design by Yukie Akiya. The teaser visual depicts Kana Fujii, Reimi Goshiro, Hibiki Morishima, and Sonia Yanagi lying down.

Fuck I’m excited, and also super relieved to hear this. Flip Flappers in 2016 was a great original, but Oshiyama left the studio. Princess Principal in 2017 was a great original, but 3Hz is having no part in Crown Handler. Come 2018 and we only had adaptations - the admittedly great SAOAGGO, though it still needed a recap episode, and Rifle Is Beautiful, which looked ugly as sin and had a pretty bad production, alongside just having none of the studio’s flair. Things look up in 2019 with BlackFox, but the production troubles for that were so intense that what was intended to be a TV anime became just a movie instead. Finally we get a bishie boy mobage adaptation where they work alongside P.A. Works - it didn’t look great, it again had none of the studio’s charms, and the scheduling issues were so intense that the show got delayed an entire season.

I mean the TL;DR is just that 3Hz fell from grace. All I can hope is that Healer Girl is the return they need.
