My name is Yotsuyu Yagiyama, welcome to my blog. I work as an architect in the peaceful town of Morioh, but my job isn't the main focus of this blog. I will mostly talk about... um... let's say... suggestive things.
I have a crush on Jobin of the Higashikata family, but Aisho told me it looked more like an obsession. I just want to be his doll, there's nothing wrong with that, right?
If you're a minor, block the "nsft" tag.
My posts will be tagged as "Yotsuyu-chan's wonderland".
Everything on this blog will be heavily based on headcanons. I'll try to write fics to post here, so I hope you'll enjoy.
Jojolion RP blogs please interact :D I'm not a good roleplayer most of the time, but I'll gladly RP as my favorite rock human :)

A few days had passed, and things were finally getting to be normal again for Mae. She was finally back at school, sha had clean clothes on, and she had been able to take a shower...
Well, bot EVERYTHING was normal, she thought as she waved by to her sister, the two heading to their own classes. She ran her fingers through her hair, which was now completely clean of black dye, and smiled.
...Things were better though. Probably.
"Oh, you're back. Nice hair." Mae turned around,.and found herself facing...
Oh shoot what was her name? She knew that she was the student council secretary, and they had the same homeroom, but shit, uh...
Fuck it she just wouldn't address it.
"Yes, I am, and thanks.
...I'm assuming I'm behind on treasurer work?"
Aisho shook her head. "No, I covered for you. Still, I'm impressed you're already back to school. I would have thought you would need more time off to process things, especially since...
Well, you know."
Mae waved her hand dismissively. "No, no I'm fine. The guy's gone anyways, so it's not like I'll ever see him again.
... Speaking of which, I guess we're out of a homeroom teacher now, huh."
"Actually, they hired someone yesterday. So she'll be starting this morning."
"...So your telling me. That there was just a science teacher looking for a job in this town exactly when we needed a new one."
Aisho nodded, giggling a little bit. "Yeah, and she also specializes in chemistry. What are the odds?"
Mae couldn't help but crack a grin. "What the fuck is wrong with this town?"
"Good question." She smiled. "It's nice to see you in a good mood, though.
...Ah, we're going to be late at this rate."
"Oh, you're right. Well," She began walking and motioned for Aisho to follow. "Let's get a move on then."
The two chatted a bit more as they walked to class; Aisho was admittedly more than a bit confused by Mae's more social behavior. She was usually so cold and formal...
But, this was nicer.
As the two settled in, the room was filled with hushed murmers. Who was the new teacher? Had Satsujin-Sensin really been responsible for the disappearances? Had no one actually noticed that his last name was murder?
The room went silent as the door opened, and a unfamiliar figure walked in. Their plum hair curled around their face, and their outfit was... Interesting, to say the least.
The woman placed a pile of notebooks and folders as well as a cup of coffee onto the teachers desk, before writing her name on the board ('Professor' Natsumi Su-Jin? What happened to using Sensei?) and turning to the class, eyes obscured by swirly glasses of all things.
Mae's face scrunched up. What the hell kind of weirdo...
"Good morning, class." She began, pacing a bit as she spoke. "I am avare that your previous teacher vas... Fired under less zhan flattering circumstances. As such, a new hire vas deemed to be necessary, and zhat," She pushed her glasses up on her face. "Vould be me.
I look forvard to vorking vith you zhis year. Let us hope zhat zhere are no more issues, yes?"
Mae was floored. Literally where did the school get these people.
A few rows back however, Chikaru stood up, one hand slamming on the desk as their other one shot up.
"Su-jin-Sensei..."
Almost everyone in the class turned to look, the intensity in their voice kind of frightening.
They looked up, their eyes sparkling. "Where did you get that tie? It's so cool, I HAVE to know!"
The room went silent. Really. Really?
Mae sighed. Well, weirdos would get along, she supposed.
Still... Was there no such thing as a normal science teacher?
...Atleast this one wasn't a serial killer. She hoped.

Field Guide to the Rock Humans
I wrote this earlier today and Tumblr ate the post. I've noticed that ever since Tumblr last changed the dashboard, this will happen. I don't think it saves drafts like it should, and if you zoom in on the screen too much it closes the post editior window. So I'm doing what I used to do on Livejournal and writing this out on Notepad before I commit to posting. So Tumblr's regressed to 2005 standards.
Anyway, what I want to do here is go over all the Rock Humans in JoJolion. While reading Part 8, I kept getting frustrated that there seemed to be an endless supply of Rock Humans running around, and every time Josuke turns around, there's another one waiting for him.
But as it turns out, there really aren't that many of these guys. The JoJo Wiki lists 13 characters, and three of them are Rock Animals who may not even have Stands. Two of them are the A. Phex brothers, who are only a threat when they work together, so really, you're only dealing with nine Stand Battles, which seems like a pretty reasonable number when you put it that way. Even so, I want to write all this out, because it helped me make better sense of the plot.
What I'm going to do here is list each character, with their Stand's name in [Brackets], followed by the span of their first appearance to when they were last active. Let's get the Rock Animals out of the way first, since they're fairly minor characters.
A. Iwasuke, JJL #22-Present
Iwasuke is either a stray dog who wandered onto the Higashikata estate, or he was purposely sent there by Yotsuyu Yagiyama to get Tsurugi's attention. I just assumed Iwasuke was a normal dog who somehow got strange rock characteristics from all the weird stuff going on with the Wall Eyes and the Higashikata land and whatever else, but the JoJo Wiki calls him a Rock Animal, so okay. Whatever his ties to Yotsuyu, Tsurugi adopted the dog after Yotsuyu's death, and gave him the name Iwasuke. I don't think he's appeared since Chapter 77, but as far as I know he's still alive.
B. Doremifasolati Do, JJL #65-70
Unlike Iwasuke, Doremi is unmistakably a Rock Animal because he looks absolutely nothing like any real-world animal. He burrows underground, and his master, Urban Guerrilla, can ride inside him like a tank. They died together while fighting Josuke Higashikata, Rai Mamezuku, and Yasuho Hirose.
C. "Hair Clip Rock Animal", JJL #71
This creature lived and died in 2005, several years before JoJolion takes place. A 13-year-old Yasuho purchased a hair clip, not realizing it was actually a Rock Animal. For some reason it inflicted various misfortunes upon her, including a dandruff-like skin condition, and making her see a simulation of her father telling her that he would never visit her again. Yasuho nearly committed suicide because of the Rock Animal's machinations, but Dr. Holly Kira saved her. While in the hospital, her son Yoshikage Kira stepped on the hair clip, never realizing that it had been alive.
I never quite understood the point of this flashback, except to illustrate the depth of the connection between Yasuho and Josuke, and to show that the Rock Humans must be inherently evil, since even Rock Animals appear to delight in cruelty and suffering for some reason.
And now the Rock Humans.
1. Yotsuyu Yagiyama, [I Am A Rock], JJL #26-32
Yagiyama was the first Rock Human in the series. He claimed to have killed Yoshikage Kira, but in the flashback shown in Chapters 50-53, that's not actually how it went down. Like all Rock Humans, he had no name until he stole the identity of some unsuspecting human. Yotsuyu became an architect, building the Higashikata House, as well as renovating the Morioh baseball stadium. But he was also part of the Locacaca Organization, a group of Rock Humans who smuggle Locacaca fruit into Morioh to sell to humans and for research at the TG University Hospital. Yotsusu was with the smuggling wing of the group.
Pre-JoJolion, Yoshikage Kira and Josefumi Kujo stole a branch from one of their imports, and Yotsuyu and his boss Tamaki Damo ambushed them and interrogated them to get it back. Later, he discovered Josuke at the Higashikata house, and manipulated Tsurugi into helping him trap Josuke. His plan ultimately failed, and he died when Josuke submerged him in the sea to interrogate him. When his body collapsed into rubble, Josuke and Norisuke Higashikata realized that they were dealing with a group of inhuman enemies.
"I Am A Rock" has the power to cause specific objects of Yotusuyu's choosing to fly toward his target. He has to touch a target to activate the ability, and then the objects will be attracted to the victim and eventually push throug the victim's flesh to reach his very center.
2. Aisho Dainenjiyama, [Doobie Wah!], JJL #38-42
Aisho was apparently the sales and delivery guy for the Locacaca smuggling ring. Pre-Jojolion, Kira and Kujo stole a Locacaca Branch from him while he was transporting it through town.
Following Yotsuyu's death, Yasuho Hirose discovered his connection with Aisho, who worked as a security guard at the baseball stadium Yotsuyu renovated. She and Tsurugi tried to spy on him, only to run afoul of his Stand. During the battle, it was revealed that Aisho knew Jobin Higashikata, but he was killed before anyone could find out the extent of that relationship.
Doobie Wah! is an automatic pursuer Stand. When activated, it chases after the victim, producing miniature tornadoes from the victim's own breath. These tornadoes will attack the victim relentlessly, and the only real defense is to stop breathing or attack Aisho directly.
3. A. Phex the Elder [Schott Key No. 1] JJL #44-46 4. A. Phex the Younger [Schott Key No.2] JJL #44-46
These two guys were the assassins for the Locacaca Organization. Pre-Jojolion, they were tasked with pursuing Kira and Kujo after they escaped from Damo and Yotsuyu. Then they were sent to kill Karera Saknami, due to her connection with Kira, and followed her for trail for six months.
Their chase led them back to Morioh, where Josuke saved Karera from their attack. She then returned the favor, setting the brothers on fire while they were attacking Josuke.
Their Stands are somewhat limited in power. Schott Key No. 1 merely teleports objects from the left hand to the right. Schott Key No. 2 emits toxic gas at all times, so the user has to keep it inside a soccer ball most of the time, as even he is not immune to the gas. Working together, the brothers can combine their abilities to be more formidable.
5. Tamaki Damo [Vitamin C] JJL #47-55
Damo ran the "Damo Kan" Cleaning Service as a front for his smuggling ring. When his four subordinates all perished, he seduced Hato Higashikata so that she would bring him home to meet her family. Once inside, he used his Stand to incapacitate them all, hoping to interrogate them for answers. But Josuke appeared and managed to free Hato, enabling her to fight back against Damo with her own Stand. Before dying, he offered to help Josuke get Locacaca fruit for his mother, but Josuke killed him instead.
Vitamin C liquefies its victims, reducing them to malleable fluids that Damo can torment with ease. The ability is triggered once the target touches Damo's fingerprints, so his strategy is to enter a room without being suspected and then touching lots of things so that his victim will touch the same objects without realizing the danger they're in.
6. Dolomite, aka Masaji Dorokoma [Blue Hawaii] JJL #59-63
This guy was never part of the Locacaca gang, and had no interest in the Locacaca fruit, because he lost his limbs and most of his teeth in an accident, and figured the fruit's equivalent exchange powers would do him no good, since he was missing too many body parts already.
But somehow, Dolomite knew Jobin Higashikata, who sought his help in obtaining the "new" Locacaca fruit that would come from the stolen branch that was hidden somewhere in the Higashikata Estate by Yoshikage Kira and Josefumi Kujo. Jobin suggested that this new breed of fruit might even be able to heal Dolomite, so he agreed to make a go for it. Instead, he was defeated by Yasuho Hirose before he could kill Josuke and tell Jobin what he had learned from him.
Notably, Dolomite is the one Rock Human that the good guys haven't killed. Josuke decided that he's no longer a threat, and he doesn't really know anything.
Blue Hawaii can control the mind of a victim once they touch something that was connected to the user, like a tooth. The victim will attack and pursue Dolomite's target, and the mind control can be transferred to another victim on contact. Blue Hawaii seems to only be able to control one person at a time, but the power is very difficult to escape, so the only real defense is to attack the user.
7. Urban Guerrilla aka Dr. Ryo Shimosato, [Brain Storm] JJL #65-70
The other side of the Locacaca Organization was a group of four Rock Human doctors based out of the TG University Hospital. Dr. Ryo Shimosato, operating under the guise of "Urban Guerrilla" was sent to intercept Josuke and the "Plant Appraiser", Rai Mamezuku, before they can locate the New Locacaca branch on the Higashikata estate. He was defeated, along with his Rock Animal, Doremifasolati Do. Unlike Damo's group of smugglers, who were only out to recover their stolen property and protect their secrets, the four doctors seem to view the New Locacaca branch to be a breakthrough discovery, and they want to take possession of it for their own research.
Brain Storm is perhaps one of the bullshittiest Stands of them all, in that it's not only incredibly overpowered, but also fails to actually do what's it's supposed to do whenever it's inconvenient for the plot. Supposedly, it dissolves flesh, and when it comes into contact with flesh, it drives "feelers" even deeper into the victim, which supposedly causes even more damage from the inside, and it "multiplies exponentially". So you'd think this would destroy a person within minutes, but instead the good guys just seem to shrug this effect off, because no one has any healing abilities in this part, and no one wants to see the main characters with gaping holes all over their faces.
8. Poor Tom [Ozone Baby] JJL #70-76
This is the second of the four doctors, although we never got a real name for the guy. Does everyone in the obstetrics ward call him "Doctor Poor Tom?" Following Urban Guerilla's defeat, Poor Tom contacted Jobin Higashikata and offers to stop Josuke from finding the branch. You'd think that by now Jobin would know better than to trust the Rock Humans, but whatever.
Jobin buried Poor Tom's Stand, Ozone Baby in the Higashikata Orchard, believing it would prevent Josuke and Rai from entering the property. Instead, it nearly killed everyone in a 100 meter radius, including Jobin himself. Tom's real plan was to search the orchard for the branch once everyone was safely dead. So Jobin set fire to the orchard and called Tom to tell him it was on fire, just so Tom would have to come to the orchard in person and cancel his Stand's attack in order to keep the branch from burning up. Soon after, he was defeated by Josuke, but he managed to secure a branch and get it to a waiting ambulance, only to die from a gunshot fired by... someone. But Tom died in vain, as his allies received the branch, only to find that it was not the right one, and Jobin had managed to hide it in his house.
Ozone Baby alters the atmospheric pressure of its surroundings. The pressure increases greatly outdoors, but even in an enclosed space, it slowly increases, so that there is no real escape from the effect.
9. Dr. Wu Tomoki [Dr. Wu], JJL #76-82
The third doctor of the Rock Human cabal at TGU Hospital. I'm not quite clear on how this got started, but somehow Jobin's wife Mitsuba paid Dr. Wu 200 million yen for medical treatment, and he just kept giving her doses of Locacaca, which would heal one body part only to inflict a new ailment on a different part. So Mitsuba kept coming back for more treatments. I'm not sure if Wu was doing this to use Mitsuba as a test subject for his experiements, or if he was just bilking her for money, or if he was using her to get information about the Higashikata household. Maybe all three. When Yasuho tracked Poor Tom to the hospital, she discovered Dr. Wu's scheme, and she and Mitsuba fought against him. Josuke finally killed Wu by drowning him in medical cement.
Wu's eponymous Stand allows him to transform his body in a cloud of fine particles, which drifts along air currents. Upon contact with a victim's body, he can penetrate the body and trigger allergic reactions, or fuse with the victim's tissues to control them like a puppet.
10. Dr. Afeku Satoru [Unidentified Stand], JJL #76-Present.
Presumably the final boss of JoJolion, and the sole survivor of the Locacaca Organization, unless Dolomite wants to join.
Satoru acts as the Head Doctor of the TGU Hospital, a largely ceremonial role. His Stand apparenly causes objects to collide with anyone who attempts to follow him or get a look at his face. The Stand's exact abilities are not yet clear, although it seems reasonable to assume that something has to trigger this ability, since it only seems to work on Satoru's enemies. He gave a lecture announcing a new Locacaca-based medicine, and his audience was able to see him just fine.
Satoru appears to show up in multiple places at once, leading Rai Mamezuku to speculate that the image of the elderly doctor is actually the Stand, meaning that the user must be someone else, somewhere else. Whatever the case, he's been roaming the Higashikata estate, searching for the Locacaca Branch, and in Chapter 96 he entered the house, since that's where Jobin's been keeping it.
One wonders why he doesn't just strike some kind of deal with Jobin and Josuke. They only want the fruit to lift the Higashikata Curse and save Holly Kira, and he only seems to want to push the boundaries of modern medicine. You'd think everyone could get what they want, but Satoru seems to think he's invincible, so maybe he sees no need to bargain.
More to the point, Holly Kira probably got sick in the first place because she was involved in his Locacaca research to some extent. She helped set up the lab they used for the research, and when she started asking too many questions, she would up bedridden. So maybe Satoru doesn't want Holly to recover for fear of the secrets she might reveal, but this begs the question of why he doesn't just have her killed.
As for Josuke, he seems to have shifted tactics. Instead of pursuing Satoru at all costs, he's taking Holly's advice and concentrating on a different goal. If it puts him in Satoru's path, so be it. On the other hand, Jobin seems to be determined to fight him head-on, which is probably the worst possible move...

〈whisper of yoriichi’s heart〉
+ a demon sends you back in time and you miraculously meet the elusive yet warm yoriichi... and you fall in love with each other. (violence / angst)
Taisho-era. The feverish gasps elicited from the heat scorching your lungs fill the air brimming with tension, your numb fingers refuse to let go of your sword—even as it quivers. How long has this fight been going on? How long have you endured sprinting around, praying for daybreak?
This demon, Shifumi, has scarcely used his Blood Arts on you; only effecting the surrounding terrain by decaying the vegetation, or rapidly flourishing it. A long spear was his choice of weapon... which he also hasn’t utilized at all. It was perplexing, to have someone trap you within their circle yet not attack you. Shifumi is clearly attempting to wear you down until you cracked. But wouldn’t the sun be rising soon...?
Just as those spate of thoughts gyrated in your mind, Shifumi casts a technique and the crinkled roots under your sandals spring to life and ensnare around your ankles. Your sword immediately shreds them away, but another wave comes at you and effectively keeps you locked in your spot.
“You’re such an idiot girl... You embody your breath-style. You’re slow at escaping me and making deductions... just like the clouds,” Shifumi taunts, the spear glimmering as a crack of sunlight bears itself before you—but he swiftly submerges you in the darkness of trees. “That look in your eyes? Did you finally realize my powers?”
The weapon tucked between his hands, hands teetered with wrinkles yet youth, was a spear in the shape of a clock’s hand. This whole time, he wasn’t controlling plants. He was controlling time, increasing or decreasing their lifespans as he pleases. What a dangerous demon... How many had he killed with those powers?
The tip of Shifumi’s spear tilts your head up by your chin, and a malicious grin appears on his face; his rotted teeth sharp contrast to his plump lips. “Because I’m fond of your special breath-style, I’ll allow you more time to live; or so you’ll think. Just as the clouds have always existed, drifting in and out of time... I’ll send you back to a time where they block the sun. And when you return to your rightful place in time, you’ll feel the pain of a thousand deaths.”
“There has never been a time, or will there be, a time when the sun is not comforting humans!” As trepidation shakes your body, your axons jerk and you push yourself forward in order to impale his spear into your throat and end your life before giving him the pleasure of having his way.
Feeling the immense pain in your neck, your eyes innately shut. However, as you expected to see your deceased family when your eyes opened... you were met with only a familiar sky.
Your body feels functional and healthy, although dried blood coats your throat’s skin—and it feels hard to breathe when you acknowledge that.
When you push yourself up, you scrutinize your surroundings and are unnerved to recognize nothing. The buildings around you are modelled differently from what you know and understand, and even the people ambling by are dressed in old clothing styles.
The people around you haven’t acknowledged your presence in the middle of the road, but you drive any pernicious ideas out of your mind and stand up; addressing the nearest person for advice. You couldn’t afford to squander time by dazing about, you needed to grasp what was happening as quickly as possible.
However, as you tapped a benevolent-looking lady’s shoulder, she didn’t flinch. “Excuse me...?” you said, but she wasn’t even looking in your direction at all. “Please answer me!”
But she didn’t. When her head craned in your direction, her eyes couldn’t see you at all. Their depths only reflected the cat frolicking behind your entity.
Panic settles itself in the thicket of your nerves, and you desperately search around this town for anyone who could acknowledge your existence. In this endeavour, you discover it’s nearing the end of the...
Sengoku-era. Your despair is acute, bringing you to tears as you stumble your way out of the town. It seems as though you can interact with the world, but they cannot react to you. You’re transparent, in a world bordering reality and dream.
Upon making it towards the stream outside of the town, you peer into the water and are relieved to see your own face staring back at you. You senselessly wash away the blotches of blood on your neck, before heaving a quavering sigh. What should you do? You’re supposedly in the Sengoku-era, where no one can even see or hear you. Feel you. Wouldn’t the only option be... to die?
The sword forged upon your feelings of resolution to destroy demons shimmers on your hip, and you draw it ruefully. “There’s no time for hesitation,” you whisper to yourself, preparing to slit your throat, “I’m going to die once I return home anyway.”
Yet, before you could complete the act, the clamor of metal colliding resounds and you find your sword being ripped from your hands.
Standing before you is a man, the hanafuda earrings he wore swaying with his swift movements. But the calm gentleness in his eyes makes you aware of your heart, how it's still beating. “Don’t hurt yourself. You still want to find a way out, so think before you choose to end your life here.”
The way he says this gifts you solace, even if in that fleeting moment. And that sensation of relief was enough for your mind to process the burden of your body, and you collapsed; although the man caught you on his shoulder before you hit the stream.
... And when you awoke, the scent of fire and fish wafted around you. The sky was dark, and not a cloud tainted the onyx-colored horizon. You peer over at the pale light of the fire, before shifting your gaze towards the man from earlier. “Um...” you breathe out, unsure of what was happening. “You can see me?”
It was all you could think of to say, only you immediately thought about how you should’ve expressed your gratitude firstly afterwards.
Nodding his head, the man clarifies, “I can also touch you.”
When you bring yourself up, the man’s red haori flutters into your lap—and you gasp out, “Th-Thank you very much! Here you should have it back—“
“No, it’s okay. You’re not... wearing proper attire, so you need it more than I do right now,” he tells you, noting your uniform’s short skirt. “I know you’re not supposed to be here. You’re trapped by a demon, aren’t you?”
You then proceed to explain your situation to him, elucidating that you’re from the future and how you came to be before him. Even though you would’ve never opened up this easily, he gave you abundant comfort and you find him trustworthy in spite of not knowing his name. “I’m [full name]... May I ask for your name?”
“It’s Tsugikuni Yoriichi.” And you wondered why Yoriichi was the only human able to perceive you. Maybe it was the purity in his eyes that enabled him to see things others cannot see.
Once he soaked in your plight, Yoriichi agreed to let you accompany him places as you search for a way to return home. To your rightful place in the world.
You felt invincible and powerless all at the same time. Whenever he slayed a demon, you weren’t harmed. Because you weren’t ‘really there’.
The two of you travel evasively across the warring lands, sharing memories and thoughts along the way.
As you learn of Yoriichi’s childhood, you can’t help but say, “If you’ve been cursed at all, it’s only because evil believes you’ll defeat it someday. Why curse a newborn child, who has yet to develop anything?” You also add in, “Also, I think your birthmark is pretty! I-I know I shouldn’t say that, since you’ve been through so much... but I can’t help how I feel.”
Yoriichi is speechless for a moment, mostly for your second remark more than the first. He knows he’s no one special, so the impact was scarce on him. But calling a part of him beautiful so unabashedly shook his heart for a second. “Thank you for saying that, [last name]-chan. If it’s the reason I’m able to help you, then I’m happy for it.”
When he breathes that out, your cheeks suddenly heat up. It’s a tremendous sentiment to be given, and you’re suddenly grateful to still be alive.
Of course you were thankful for Yoriichi before, but now... you feel exuberant strength accumulating within you. It even helps ease your struggles with accepting the fact that you can only give him emotional safety and nothing more.
Yoriichi always tells you that he’s older and doesn’t mind taking care of you—though he would still do his best for you even if he was younger.
In such a short span of time, you had grown extremely close to Yoriichi—and him to you. The nights spent with your head on his lap, his on yours, or mutually draping your haoris (he generously bought you one in your favorite color) over top of you both... they were precious. You cherish them.
Sometimes, when you’re fast asleep, Yoriichi presses his lips against your forehead and sighs against your skin; deeply enraptured with your entity, but too afraid to display such affection when you’re awake.
“Having someone by my side... I never imagined it. Now, I don’t yearn for anything else,” Yoriichi muses to himself, the leaves rustling as the world is still, “I know you’ll depart back to your rightful time someday. And I know... I’ll never be able to love anyone but you.”
The grief is threaded in Yoriichi’s soft voice, yet a tranquil smile is still present on his thin lips. “Maybe I wished for this all along. Wished for you.”
You were a bit slow at times, but Yoriichi never minded having to carry you in his arms; or having you sit on his shoulders when the two of you needed to make great distances. You were also clumsy; couldn’t grill the fish right because you put them too close to the fire at times. But...
You were kind, faithful, and optimistic—you were becoming your old-self, the you who wasn’t overwhelmed with desolation for the future. He wasn’t aware that he was the one who helped you return to your normal self, given you such inspiration and hope.
But Yoriichi is a man of no worth, one who knows he is unable to protect you from your dismal fate.
As he brushes his hand against yours, you unconsciously slip your hand into his... allowing his larger, solicitous hands to encase yours in their heat.
The only one who can grasp your hand... it sounds lonely, like his existence, but it’s much more profound than that. Always behind the clouds is the sun, bright and warm—giving you a push from behind, giving you a perpetual sense of safety. And standing before the sun is the attainable clouds, who give respite and shelter.
“When we die, we’ll be together. We’ll be at the same place. Please, [first name]... don’t lose heart. I’ll never forget you. No matter how much time passes, you’re engraved in me.”
The last thing he whispers is mournful... “Forgive me for being who I am.”
#tsugikuni yoriichi#kny x reader#kny scenarios#kny headcanons#my headcanons#my scenarios#[note: the demon's name 'shifumi' is composed of the characters death+sentence!]#this should've been a one-shot but i don't have the dedication for anything over 6k words right now haha#i hope you all enjoy! i adore yoriichi & this is super self-indulgent

Webcomic Recommendations
part 2
Hey! Riley here. A lot of my friends are a little bummed that a certain anime has ended its first season and are looking for something to read to fill that void in their hearts. I read a lot of webcomics, so I have decided to make a masterpost of my favorites so that you will be able to continue the adorable queer fluff
Rock and Riot
This webcomic is about queer teen gangs in the 1950′s. It features a lot of racial and LGBT+ diversity, and the characters are all really likable. The art style is adorable, the story is interesting, and it is so fun to watch these characters grow as the comic continues. The comic features many queer couples as well as a gang completely made up of nonbinary people (I really love the Bandits and so will you). This is one of my favorites on this list. It is currently ongoing with over 50 pages so far.
Griefer Belt
Griefer Belt is a story about queer criminals that work in the black market. They trade, sell, and acquire human organs. Wonderful characters and art style. Despite this being a story about criminals killing people for their organs, this is actually a slice of life story. It focuses heavily on the interactions between the characters and is very enjoyable to read. This webcomic is slightly mature and contains some gore and sexual content. It is currently ongoing with over 60 pages so far.
Countdown to Countdown
I don’t know where to begin with this beautiful comic. It focuses on a boy named Iris Black who has been kept in a lab for the past 5 years because of his power to reach into artwork and make the objects in the pictures become real. This comic takes place in the far future after an outbreak of a horrible illness that has infected most of the country. This comic is very atmospheric and had me hooked after the first few pages. The art is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this comic for people who like science fiction and dystopian stories with some fantasy elements. The part of this comic that I think is the coolest is that the comic has the appearance of a point and click game. Overall, very unique, amazing art, and I love Begonia. This comic is ongoing and has over 390 pages so far.
Flowerpot
This story focuses mainly on a character named Ben. Ben was the first patient to be diagnosed with the “fleurine” virus, which causes flowers to grow on or in the human body. The people with this virus are known as “flowerpots”. Depending on the location of the flowers, the disease can be fatal. Ten years after his diagnosis, there are many flowerpots besides Ben that have been affected in different ways. The comic focuses on Ben and his friends and is very heartwarming. The ideas and designs for the characters are really cool as well as the world-building. It’s really hard to not fall in love with this comic. This comic is ongoing and currently about 50 episodes and 4 chapters long.
SUNDAZE
This comic is about a floriculturist (that’s someone who studies and helps cultivate flowering plants) named Dahlia who has just moved to a very small beach town to study a new breed of aquatic plant. There she meets Lori, a mysterious girl with long blue hair in an awesome rock band. There is the start of a romance, and I don’t want to spoil anything, but mermaids may or may not be involved. The comic has beautiful colorful art and has a very warm sweet atmosphere. This comic is similar to Flowerpot (In fact, Ben and Emmett from Flowerpot made a cameo in one of the more recent updates). I love the town that the story is set in, and I can’t wait to see where this comic goes. This comic is ongoing and currently over 70 episodes so far.
Toxic For You
This comic basically focuses on the life of Calisto, a gay university student, and his friends. All of the characters are very likable and this comic’s humor makes me laugh a lot. There isn’t a ton to say about the story so far without spoiling things, but it is pretty much a boy meets boy story with lots of laughs, pretty art, and feelings. This comic does contain some sexual content. This comic is currently ongoing (although it is currently on a hiatus until February 2017) and has 37 pages so far.
George and Johnny
This comic is the kind of thing that will many “awwwww”s out of the reader. It is about two unlikely friends, George and Johnny, that hang out and do cute friend things together. This comic was something that had happy tears starting to form in my eyes to the point where I texted my girlfriend that I love her at 2 in the morning. If you love soft and cute things, then I highly recommend this absolutely adorable comic. Also, you will love Crystal and Alice guaranteed. This comic is currently ongoing and has 12 parts, but each part is reasonably long so don’t worry.
Colorless
This comic focuses on a motherfucking blueberry guy named Joki who wakes up to a very strange place known as Aisho with no memories of February 29th. There are creatures known as animated roaming the city, and they are not fans of humans. If I say anything else, the twists will be spoiled and I don’t want to ruin the surprises. I really like the coloring and art style for this comic, and it has left me with questions that I need answered, so I’m hooked. This comic is currently ongoing with 281 pages so far.
The One Who Loved You From Behind
This comic is about a boy named Mame who is has a huge little crush on a dude named Wren, a rebellious teen who likes to pick fights. Wren pretty much only listens to his online girlfriend, Eda. What Wren doesn’t know is that “Eda” is actually Mame, a boy in a wheelchair who goes to his school. The colors in this comic are so pretty to look at and Mame is a filthy sinner precious boy. The relationships between all of the characters, especially Mame and his sister and her friends, are all very sweet. Not gonna lie, there is the tiniest bit of sexual content. This comic is currently ongoing with about 30 pages so far.
Khaos Komix
Now this. This comic is a classic. It may be old but it was one of the first webcomics I started reading and it remains one of my absolute favorite stories. It basically follows the stories of 8 college kids discovering themselves. With each story, you will fall in love with the characters more (my favorite is Charlie. She is the one who sparked my love of green hair). This story was started in 2006, so keep that in mind while reading. There are some sexual scenes as well as colored explicit chapters that are 100 percent optional to read and do not add much to the story. This comic is COMPLETED and 564 pages long (not counting all of the nsfw side stories).
Well, there you have it! Ten webcomics to keep you all busy for a while. I highly recommend all of these. Let me know if I should continue to add to this list!

Hemp masks become a return gift of hometown tax payment.
In response to the shortage of masks due to the new coronavirus, the town of Aisho, Shiga Prefecture, added hemp masks developed by the town's hemp textile industry cooperative to its hometown tax return package in March. When we introduced it on the town's website, we were inundated with applications. It is currently out of stock, but it is expected to be delivered by the end of this month.
According to the town, the town's Aichi River area has been producing hemp fabrics since the Muromachi period. Hemp, which dries quickly and has excellent antibacterial and deodorizing properties, is said to be environmentally friendly and hygienic because it can be washed and used over and over again.
There are four types of hemp used: linen and organic linen, hemp, and rummy and linen. For a tax payment of 7,000 yen for the linen and 8,000 yen for the others, I will give you a set of two pieces of any one type.
They can also be purchased at the Yumemachi Terrace Echi (tel. 0749-42-3246), where the union is located. 1,000 yen for linen and 1,200 yen for other items (both tax not included). A union official said, "We're making it at full capacity and I think we'll be able to provide it soon.
