Finally finished this dracopia drawing I started a few months ago :)

I changed the overall lightning and colours and I'm pretty happy with it now. It's based on a scene from the movie dark shadows.

I think quintessence can set off Geiger counters. Ambient quintessence isn’t harmful, but it’s similar enough to radiation that human tech can’t tell the difference.

I also think quints can sense radiation, which is why Aether likes bananas so much. They’re just slightly tingly to eat.
