Bali imbis na smooth down na e nagloko yung feedback power sa labas (bali kumukuha na kami ng power sa NGCP since hindi na nakakapagproduce ng kuryente)
Tapos ayun na nga, nung nagkaroon ng power, paranf nag-startup lang din kami uli.
