My life was not as alluring as fairytales, been through a lot of bad and good experiences but I keep on instilling in my heart and in my mind that living life to the fullest and achieving my dreams has always been the number one goal in my life. I am Darwenda Javier Rosos, hails from the “Land of Sugar” of Cebu - Kawit, Medellin. I’m 34 years young and currently studying in Gullas Medical Center-University of the Visayas-Banilad Campus taking up Doctor of Dental Medicine. There are many reasons why I chose this course but mainly it was that I wanted to be a doctor someday and to have my own clinic. Pursuing to be a dentist is really a though race, 6 years in the making! Isn’t it though? I know this race would be a challenging one, but I strongly believed that with great persistence and courage I can be what I wanted to be. Again, it may be a very rough road ahead, I may stumble many times, may feel some negative vibes but one thing is for sure I will endeavor all odds because this is what life is, we have and we need to keep on trying even though it may look strenuous. Always remember to aim higher! Stay positive and still enjoy little things in life! :)
