Hi! Mind if I call you Admin for short? Also I remember seeing a video about City of Heroes a while back - a guy I subscribe to you on Youtube makes retrospective videos of MMO’s, things like their history, why they ended up failing and the overall story/gameplay - he even covers much older ones like The Matrix Online.  From what I could tell, City of Heroes sounds like a much loved game and I do hope it gets a second chance because it sounds as though it has a rather dedicated fanbase!
