Day 7 4/20/2020

AYYYEEE!! IT’S 420!! I do not smoke **Coughs** anymore...

Now on to today’s update I fasted from around 9pm last night until 1:30pm today. I had 2 choizo and egg burritos, can I just say thank god to whoever made low carb tortillas. Before dinner I snacked on a cheddar cheese stick and for dinner around I’d say 6:30pm we had burger patties stuffed with cheese, I also had a scoop of broccoli which was probably 4 pieces and half an avocado. after my workout I snacked on a pickle because with keto you gotta keep your electrolytes up. Now the work out, gonna be honest I did not want to do this one today haven’t been feeling good getting the keto flu and my stomach has been killing me. But I did a 50 min workout by myself with no motivation other than staring at my fish tank telling myself how how I wanna look on my cruise. I did 200 jumps on the jump rope. 100 squats and crunches. I did 2 sets of 50 with the resistance bands punch in front of me and 2 sets of 50 bicep curls with resistance band and 2 sets of 50 what I would call dead lifts with the resistance band. and then 2 sets of 25 where you stand straight and left your foot out to your side working out your butt. IDK what it’s called but it hurt. Overall it was a successful day and I will update tomorrow as always wish me luck because I need it.
