I did not get back to insanity or keto. I went to Hawaii though and now here I am still fat and unhappy with my body. When will I finally grow up and stick with it.

So I did do day two of insanity and then I got a dog and I’ve been slacking on both insanity and keto but I plan on getting back to it today!

Day 28 5/11/2020
So Monday day 28 was the beginning of a new journey. I started the Insanity work out and died during the fit test but I’m committed to doing this journey. So I did my fit test and here is my results you’re supposed to do it every two weeks so we will see my improvement.

So Friday night I finished my crunches and squat challenge
Saturday and Sunday I was house sitting/ puppy sitting and watching my year old goddaughter. Saturday I cheated by eating some chocolate and since Sunday was Mother’s Day I cheated by eating grits and then Thai food for dinner. I did not work out these two days but it’s okay.

Day 21 5/4/2020
Water: 1,000 ml
Food: bell pepper,blue berries, raspberries, black berries. Peanut butter on a spoon. Peanut butter and sugar free jello mixed in a bowl. Sugar free jello. Avocado. And then I fucked up and cheated and had taco bell. I had 2 bean and cheese burrito, a soft taco, and 2 cinnabon bites. I feel guilty and as I sit here typing this my stomach hurts so bad. But I do not want to see this as a step back I want to see this as a little release.
Fitness: Day 6 of crunches and squat challenge.
Insanity came in the mail. I’m going to start tomorrow. So as usual wish me luck!!

Day 19 5/2/2020
So Saturday I didn’t really do a workout but I did spend a few hours at Utah’s national park swimming in waterfalls and hiking on rocks. It was a lot of work and my muscles are sore today but boy was it amazing even with my sunburn I really enjoyed getting out and hiking.
Water: Didn’t measure it but a lot!
Food: Poki bowl with side of bell peppers. Peanut butter and jelly tortilla. Cup of nuts. Menudo.

Day 16 4/29/2020
So I started on top of my 20 hour fast I’m trying to drink 4,000 ml of water.
So yes I am trying to over achieve as I’m losing motivation but I’m bored so yeah 20 hour fast and. A gallon of water.
Water- 3,500 ml
Food- 2 peanut butter and jelly tortillas. Handful of macadamia nuts. Taco salad. Plain chicken wings.
Fitness- 2 sets of 25- Squats with high knees. Leg lifts side and back. Prayer pulse. Upright pulse. Elbow touch. Tricep pulse.
