That grating voice- it made the prince’s face scrunch into an angry little frown before he even got to turn around and confirm who it belonged to. That Gautier boy that his father said was going to be one of his retainers in the future alongside Rodrigue. Except…this boy was the worst!

“Boo! You’re jealous that I’m a prince and you’re not!” He earned his title, he was going to become a cool prince and then an even cooler and super strong, awesome king in the future! Everyone already said so, he even had a crown! “You’re just like my brother! Why does my title matter to you so much!?”

That boy-! Lambert gasped, eyes widening before he angrily grit his teeth. “Oh yeah? Then come at me! I’m gonna make sure you have to be warped home by one of my mages!” And then, without warning, the young prince threw himself at the other boy. Aiming to…bite his cheek.

little megumi is so smart for his age. of course he's going to be slick and try to get you and toji back together after you've broken up. he'll do little things, like "accidentally" get off at the wrong bus stop after school and go to the cafe you're at every single afternoon so you can walk him home, where you'll find toji outside working on a car since he had the day off. or "forget" his favorite dog plushie at your house, so toji has to go and get it. of course he'll stay for a little bit to catch up. or his favorite, looking up at you with puppy eyes and sweetly asking for just one more movie, which eventually leads you sleeping over for the night and spending the morning with the fushiguro family. megumi will smile to himself as he watches you and toji make his and tsumiki's favorite breakfast, quietly laughing together over old memories and stupid jokes. you'll get back together and move back in any day now.

And then he busts some sort of gang or smuggling ring run by people in white suits and there's... holy shit why do these four toddlers have Lazarus eyes?!

Is that a lab?! And Lazarus waters?! Jason might be a bit mad but he's not an asshole, he's not going to just leave these kids here to the streets. He can't just take them to the Batclan either, and as much as he begrudgingly trusts Talia, he sure as fuck doesn't trust Ras. Who knows what he'd do to four... what are they, pit-kids?

Timmy had known Peri might pursue becoming a godparent, because Peri had consulted with him about career tracks!! And like. Being the only one invited to Peri's college graduation tends to give Timmy more insight than his parents. Special older brother privileges.

As for being assigned a Godkid, Timmy sorta... Stumbled into it. He found out long before Peri was told he had been given an assignment!

“Get lost, Gautier! I don't wanna play with you!” Lambert yelled out the moment he saw the red hair, initially turning his face away with a humph before giving the boy a second look. A third. Fourth? By the fifth the look in his eyes had changed from annoyed to very, very confused. This wasn’t Matthias, not even one of the other Gautier kids, but he looked so much like one. “Oi…wait! Who are you!” This was some other kid!

But as always, Lambert didn’t sit and wait for a reply. He saw the big stick and before the other boy could even answer, a mischievous grin appeared on his face as he grabbed his own stick off the ground. 

“You better start searching, because I’m gonna win! En garde!”

the bad end boys, because of their “birthless”nature (one came outta a rock, the other a shadow? idk), are raised by…all the mama monkey yaoguai in their troop. since they’re nobodies babies, they’re everybody’s babies. they don’t see humans very often (or ever, since they’re on an island). but they're not horrible yet, so cuteness will ensue :)
