I bought a chest freezer recently so I can finally indulge my grandma instincts of Make An Unreasonable Amount Of Food For Not Much Money And Eat Of It For Months
Today I bought two rotisserie chickens and made SIX large chicken pot pies (9" pie tins), used the leftover carcasses and have chicken stock going in the slow cooker, with enough leftover chicken meat and veg to make chicken rice soup tomorrow for DnD and probably have quite a bit to freeze as well.

still mad i paid 13$ for shrimp combo at popeyes and this fucker gave me a fist of shrimp. brother, i think the BISCUIT is bigger than the shrimp portion??? like the box was put in vertically in a paper bag and when i looked at it horizontally, the biscuit took up half the box and the shrimp took up the other half and only went up like, maybe halfway up the box. ive bought it before and it covered up the bottom of the box PLUS biscuit on top.
also i asked for another biscuit for a friend and i was like "i could pay" and it was like 1.75$. i did not pay.
popeyes is soooo good but jeezUS is it pricey now AND they skimp on the portions. i thought fast food was supposed to be cheap, this shit expensive. also i was still violently hungry after when normally i order and have enough left for the next day.

Tumblr media
addition from @dont-worry-about-1t !
Tumblr media
hi birds of paradise and of prey! I sincerely hope your 2024 has been kind to you so far, and if it hasn't, I hope it starts being fucking nicer soon. We got eyes on it and are ready to take it out should it fail.
I'm coming to the end of my list here soon, so if anyone has ideas on what they'd like to see next, please do hit me up! Even if its just a piece of media with interesting food in it and not a specific dish you wanna see. My roommate got me a recipe book from that TikTok fantasy tavern guy, "recipes from the lucky gryphon"? So we could also take a shot at a few of those, although im not really familiar with his work. Regardless-
We will be making Stuffed Cabbage from Lord of the Rings Online today!
(As always you can find the cooking instructions and full ingredient list under the break-)
MY NAMES CROSS NOW LETS COOK LIKE ANIMALS
SO, “what goes in to this Stuffed Cabbage?” YOU MIGHT ASKYou cant kinda put whatever you want for seasonings and even the meat filling. I used ground beef but pork and lamb are also stellar candidates.
Yellow onion
Garlic
2 eggs
Ground beef
Rice
A head of cabbage
Oregano
Thyme
Red pepper flakes
Cumin
Crushed tomato
Tomato sauce
AND, “what does this Stuffed Cabbage taste like?” YOU MIGHT ASKBa bawsa
Very, very filling wow
2 rolls filled me up for a meal and i made about 20-ish from one head of cabage
A bit plain tbh, the texture is great but I'd really double up on the seasonings
A blank canvas for you to impart your spice preferences onto
Reheating makes it taste almost identical to fresh
Would pair well with a hot sauce dip
could also go well with an artichoke dip
If you run out of room and need to layer the rolls, I'd try experimenting with pouring some of the crushed tomato and sauce inbetween the stacked rolls. Otherwise the ones at the bottom lack a lot of the tomato flavor. However it might make the bottoms on the rolls laying ontop soggy?
. Where rice called for, used long grain white rice
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've never blanched anything before. Theres not much western food that calls for it, meanwhile whenever my friend from malaysia shows a dish they ate, 9 times out of 10 the vegetables are blanched. Much easier process than the fancy name might suggest- boil water and dunk the thing in until its done. Whatever 'done' may be for the thing you are cooking.
Also for the ground beef (or whichever meat you use) you don't have to cook it beforehand, but in doing two tries at making these cabbage rolls i would recommend you at least season your meat before mixing it with everything else. The meat will cook to a safe temperature inside the cabbage rolls, i just prefer the taste and texture of it when cooked twice.
I give this recipe a meandering 7/10 (with 1 being food that makes one physically sick and 10 being food that gives one a lust for life again.) I want to review more horrible recipes, truly i do, so that the rating scale isnt always a 6 and above, but whenever i try something horrible its like "why the fuck would i put all the effort into making and sharing a review of this thing i Do Not Want others to eat????" yknow?? Would people be interested in roasting horrible recipes?
🐁 ORIGINAL RESIPPY TEXT BELOW 🐁
Ingredients:
1 yellow onion
6 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
2 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 cup cooked rice
1 large head of cabbage
28oz crushed tomato
14oz tomato sauce
Oregano
Thyme
Red pepper flakes
Cumin
Salt/pepper
Method:
Saute garlic and onion in butter over medium heat until onions are caramelized. When done, remove from heat and let cool.
Season the beef to your liking with cumin, red pepper, and salt. Very, very lightly cook the beef in the same pan used for the garlic and onions. Cook until it starts to brown, but dont let it darken.
Beat eggs thoroughly with oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Add all of the above ingredients together in a bowl with (cooked!) rice. Mix thoroughly then cover and let rest in the fridge.
Core and blanche your cabbage in boiling water, peeling them off as they become limp.
Once you've separated all the leaves, cut off any thick stems that would prevent the leaf from folding.
Put roughly 2 tablespoons of meat filling into each leaf. Fold the sides of the leaf inwards and roll it up. Place each cabbage roll seam-down into a casserole dish.
If they don't all fit in one layer, its more than okay to stack. Try not to stack more than 2 layers though.
Once you've used all the cabbage, take your can of tomatos and pour them over the rolls. Mix some oregano into the tomato sauce and pour that over the rolls as well.
Bake uncovered in the oven at 350 for about 2 hours. Dont worry if a bit of tomato on top looks burnt.
IF REHEATING LEFTOVERS: Bake 10 cabbage rolls in the oven at 320 for about 40 minutes. Reduce time for less rolls.

Natasha Romanoff x Beefy!Sergeant!Reader*
18+ only read at your own risk
Word count: 3248
Requested by anon: Hi i love your work..you don't have to do this request if you don't want.. i was kind of was wondering since we haven't heard from Sergeant Nat and reader. If we could hear from them? I was thinking since Nat is always the confident reassured one in that universe like maybe something happens where shes not sure where she stand with reader? Like jealous or maybe reader lets one of her military friends borrow her laptop and they use it to watch porn...and nat finds it and thinks its reader. And nat kind of loses her mind in a way that we havent seen. (Not like crazy but for the first time shes like am i enough). And reader is high key oblivious bc she worships nat. Some communication to sort out and then smutty times. Only if you want. If not i look forward to whatever you post yay.
AN: *Reader has a penis, no pronouns used.
Thanks for the idea, anon! This was a lot of fun to write. :)
This is Part 5 in my Sergeant Beef series. Read the first one here.
“Hey, can I borrow your laptop?” Sam asks, poking his head into your room.
“Why?” You don’t even look at him, focused on you video game on the tiny television mounted to your wall.
“I dropped mine in the lake, so I had to buy a new one but it won’t get shipped off until later this week,” Sam explains.
“Okay,” you say, hardly listening to him as you race your little car across the screen to bump the giant soccer ball towards the goal. “It’s in my room on the–”
“I know where it is. Thanks.” Sam whisks in and helps himself.
“Close the door on your way out!” you call, just in time to hear the door slam behind him. Turning your whole focus back to your game, your fingers mash the buttons to a triumphant win.
***********************************************************************
A few days later, Natasha is over at your apartment. While the two of you had discussed a thousand times moving in together, you had always stalled or walked around the subject. Natasha wasn’t sure if it was because you were nervous what the public’s perception would be of your relationship, or if you preferred your own private space too much to give it up. Ever since the deployment, you had been more likely to retreat and hide away (even from Natasha) when you were upset or moody. She wondered if it was a side effect of your PTSD, but you never seemed ready for that conversation so she left it alone.
For dinner, you grilled some steaks (setting off the smoke detector in your apartment) while Natasha made a side of mashed potatoes and green beans. Afterwards, you went to take a shower while Natashas lounged around and found a movie on Netflix for the two of you to watch. She sits on the couch, opening your laptop and finding the web browser. She looks up Netflix and then browses through the recommendations on your home page, but none of them pique her interest.
She goes onto Google to search what other people are recommending and wades through a sea of titles and descriptions to find one. Swapping back and forth between tabs, she finds a website with a host of titles and flips back and forth until she finds a movie that is both on the list and currently on Netflix. But in the process, she loses track of the tab and accidentally closes it, silently cursing to herself, before going to check the history to find it again.
But what she finds in the history is not what she had been looking for.
Natasha feels almost scandalized when she sees the words “big busty blondes” in your search history, followed by a list of pornsites. While she knew you watched such videos in her absence, she didn’t know what genre you were into, and now a deep sinking feeling of insecurity fills her. She was not blonde, nor was she particularly busty after the years of hard workouts had shrank some of her assets a little. You always told her she had the perfect body, but now she wasn’t quite sure if she should believe you.
“Nat? Did you pick a movie?” You poke your head out of the bathroom. You’re not wearing a shirt and your wet hair is dripping water down your chest, emphasizing the lines of your muscles. Natasha can see the bullet scar on your ribs from the deployment that almost ended your life. But you walked away with every member of your team alive, and your tale of bravery had become something of a living legend in the community.
She knows you could have any woman you wanted. She had seen the way the recruits eyed you and how bold the other brass were with you. Before your promotion to sergeant, you were often overlooked and completely ignored. Natasha, perhaps a little selfishly, always considered herself the catch in your relationship: she was one of a handful of female sergeants with outstanding credentials, and looked great in and out of a uniform. But maybe she thought too highly of herself. You had developed into a very competent sergeant, were extremely good-looking, and had the most lovable personality anyone could ask for.
What if you didn’t want her anymore? What if you wanted someone younger, or someone you could start a family with? Natasha hadn’t yet disclosed to you her inability to have children, but if the subject ever came up, she knew you’d need no other excuse to walk away.
“Nat? Did you pick out a movie?” you ask again.
“Yes,” Natasha says. “We can watch Trolls.”
“Okay. That sounds fun.”
You come out in a sweatshirt with matching gray sweatpants and join Natasha on the couch. Instinctively, you put your arm around her shoulder and she snuggles against you, letting you rest your head against hers.
You seem to enjoy the goofy children’s movie, laughing out loud at the jokes and cheering when the main characters hug by the end. But Natasha can’t focus for a second, still thinking about the search history on your laptop. She didn’t even know if it was something she should bring up, but it was already eating her alive to think that she wasn’t good enough for you.
Natasha didn’t know if she would be able to survive without you. She would have to do everything she could to keep you by her side.
***********************************************************************
“Give me a sec,” Natasha calls, hurriedly slipping her boots on. She checks herself in the mirror one final time before opening her apartment door to see you.
“Hi, Nat–oh.” Your expression goes flat.
“What’s wrong?” Natasha asks, her stomach twisting in knots. Maybe this had been a bad idea.
“You dyed your hair,” you say, blinking at the short blonde hair she was now sporting.
“You don’t like it?” she asks, her worry growing by the second. She had dropped a significant sum at the salon on base to cut and dye her hair. Perhaps this had been a severe overreaction on her part.
“Oh. No, um, it looks very nice,” you stutter.
Natasha is not convinced in the slightest. Her face flushes red and she bites her lip to stop herself from crying in frustration. “That’s okay,” she mutters more to herself than you. “Where are we going again?” she asks, even though she knows every detail of the outing she had planned with you.
“The gym first, then we can get lunch and go grab groceries,” you list off, seemingly oblivious to her awkwardness.
“Yes, that’s right. Okay, let’s go,” she replies sullenly.
***********************************************************************
Natasha isn’t sure what else she can do to hold your attention after the hair dying incident. She tries to be extra doting with you, but all of her efforts seem to go completely unnoticed. You only say “thank you” once when she gets you your favorite chocolate bar from the commissary. The next time the two of you are in bed together, Natasha feels like she has to guide you through all the motions and you fuck her with a concerningly low level of enthusiasm. Natasha is convinced you’ve found someone else and just the thought of losing you makes her sick.
She’s nearly sent over the edge when she finally gets a text from you:
From Y/N: Can you come over tonight? I want to talk
Natasha feels like the rug has been pulled out from under her feet. Sweat breaks out on her forehead and her stomach starts to hurt like she had a bad meal. What if she just didn’t go to see you? Would you really still break up with her over text?
Her body seems to have a mind of her own as she responds:
To Y/N: Ok
***********************************************************************
“Thanks for coming over,” you say, welcoming Natasha into your apartment. She steps in guardedly, wondering if you’re hiding your new girlfriend under the couch. Or maybe she’s already in your bed. She shuffles down the hallway to subtly peer into your bedroom, which is empty.
“What did you want to talk about?” Natasha isn’t one to dance around the elephant in the room. Besides, she doesn’t want to draw this out any longer than it needs to be.
“Oh. Um…” You sound caught off guard. “Well, I was thinking that–”
“You want to break up with me.” Natasha can’t stop the tears forming in her eyes. She wipes them away, angry at herself for showing such weakness already.
“What? What makes you think that?” Your shock is so genuine, Natasha almost wants to believe you.
Natasha hides her face behind her hand. “I saw it on your laptop last week. The kind of porn you were watching–”
“Porn? I use incognito,” you say. “Unless that doesn’t actually hide things…” you add in a mumble.
“Your search history said you looked up…” Natasha takes a breath. “‘Big busty blondes,’” she repeats, hating the way the words sound off her tongue.
“What?” You sound confused now. “That’s…I don’t watch that kind of stuff. Wait, is that why you dyed your hair blonde?”
“No,” Natasha lies. “But I saw it on your laptop!” she insists, hastily changing the subject.
You pause for a moment, then start shaking your head with a chuckle. “I’m gonna rip him a new one,” you mutter. Then louder, you explain, “Sam borrowed my laptop last week because his was broken. I’m guessing he used it to…you know…” Your expression turns into one of disgust, and Natasha matches it.
“Oh. So, you’re not into big busty blondes?” Natasha is embarrassingly desperate for clarification.
“No, I’m not.” You take a step towards her and hold out your hands. “But I do have a thing for hot redheads who could totally kick my butt.”
“I know,” Natasha says, taking your hands and leaning up to kiss you. Her lips lift into a smile when you return her kiss with more passion than you had all week, wrapping your arms around her and pulling her flush against you. You dig your fingers into her thighs, lightly rolling your hips, and when she feels your hard bulge against her stomach and all of her doubts are cast away immediately. Her face burns in shame when she realizes how quickly she had jumped to the wrong conclusion. You weren’t going anywhere. You were totally in love with her and wanted no one else.
“Wait, so what did you want to talk about?” Natasha asks, trying to ignore the arousal building in her core as you hump her.
“Oh! Um…” Your face reddens, as if you’re so turned on yourself you forgot why you asked her to come. “Uh…I wanted to ask if…you would like to move in with me? Or if I could move into your apartment? Or we could find a new place together…”
Natasha feels like she’s gotten whiplash from the subject change. She had come here thinking you were breaking up with her, but instead you actually wanted to move in with her? Just when she had thought it was never going to happen.
“Why the change?” she asks.
You shrug your massive shoulders. “We spend so much time together as it is. And I was mostly nervous because you know I have those night terrors a lot, but…” You sigh. “I realized I get them a lot less when I wake up next to you.” Natasha wants to melt in your arms. “And it would be really nice if I got to wake up next to you every day. And eat every meal with you. And–”
Natasha cuts you off with a hard kiss. “Yes,” she pants, groping for the tie on your sweatpants and pulling them down. “Of course I’ll move in with you.”
“Nat,” you whine when she grabs your cock. She feels it throb in her hand and her arousal spikes. As high as her own sex drive was, there was little else that turned Natasha on more than to see how excited you were for her. She pushes you towards the bedroom and you understand without needing words, obediently sitting down on your bed and pulling you on top of her. You grunt when her weight lands on your thighs and Natasha immediately props herself on her knees; sometimes she forgets about the injury on your right thigh that still causes you pain sometimes.
“Sorry baby,” she whispers while leaning in to kiss your cheek. It had been a long and sometimes frustrating journey to get back to the same level of intimacy the two of you shared after the deployment ambush and your recovery. The medicines you were on had drastically affected your mood (and performance) and there were still some positions you could no longer do because of the strain it put on your body. But Natasha had been patient and gentle with you, even when all she wanted to do was fuck you senseless. Over time your strength and stamina had come back, and Natasha was thrilled you could still please her in bed.
She leans back and takes her shirt off while you mirror her. You’re almost back to your weight as before the deployment, but the physical therapy has encouraged you to work out even harder, so you are more muscular and toned than before. Natasha eyes your body hungrily, her hand reaching out to trace the scar on your ribs. While she hates the memory attached to your scar, she can appreciate how much more badass it makes you look.
“Nat,” you say, and she breaks out of her thoughts. “Is everything okay?”
“Yes.” She pushes you to lie on your back, rolling her clothed lower body against yours. “Everything is very okay.” Her hands skate across your warm skin, squeezing your biceps before resting on your chest, balancing herself as she rocks back and forth. Even though you’re still wearing boxers, Natasha can feel the hardness of your dick pressing against her butt.
“All ready for me?” she hums, digging her nails lightly into your chest.
“Always,” you respond, rolling your hips to match her rhythm.
“Hmm.” Natasha contemplates how she wants you today. You almost never call the shots in bed, but you have no problem with Natasha taking control most of the time. She likes how submissive you are to her and your willingness to please her even at your own expense. But she isn’t feeling selfish today and wants you to relax and enjoy too.
Her body seems to have a mind of its own as she humps along your abs, eventually pushing her panties to the side so you can feel her heat on your stomach.
“Nat,” you whine, gripping onto her waist to guide her movements.
“Just let me ride you,” she says, lifting off of you for a moment to remove her panties completely, and the two of you moan when she settles back on you. You flex your abs until Natasha swears she could grate cheese on them. She angles her hips back and widens her legs so she can drag her pussy along the ridges of your abs, smearing her wetness everywhere. “Fuck, you feel so good, baby,” she moans.
“So do you,” you say, your hands tightening around her waist.
Natasha moves her hips faster, sliding back until she can feel your cock practically poking a hole through your boxers. She’s just warming herself (and you) up and doesn’t want to rush to the main event. But as she hears your whines and feels the tension in your body, all she wants is for you to flip her over and fuck her until she can’t walk.
“Can you do exactly what I ask you to?” Natasha pants, the building arousal in her stomach almost painful now.
“Yes,” you gasp. “Yes, Sergeant. Whatever you want.”
The use of Natasha’s title makes her pussy clench around nothing. Her body aches for you and she’s done playing around.
“Good. I want you to get on your knees and fuck me,” she demands, abruptly climbing off of you and presenting her backside to you. You scramble to obey, wasting no time lining up your cock with her soaking pussy and pushing in eagerly. Natasha inhales sharply when your length stretches her out, filling her perfectly and reaching places she could never reach with her hand or a toy. When you start moving your hips, she whimpers and moans, gripping handfuls of the bedsheets so you don’t slam her into the headboard.
She spasms around you with every stroke, clenching tightly and trying to draw you in as deep as you can go. Natasha loves to hear you moan, knowing she was the cause of them, and more of her slick leaks out around your cock.
“Fuck, Nat,” you grunt, your thighs slapping against her butt with every thrust. “You always feel amazing.”
“Harder,” she begs. “I want you to cum when I do.”
“I’ll try,” you respond, your breathing ragged as you start to falter in your rhythm.
“Fuck, you’re in me so deep,” Natasha moans, wishing that despite your already above-average size, you had more to give her. She lets go of the bedsheets and slips her hand down between her legs, rubbing her clit for added stimulation. “Don’t you dare stop,” she warns, noticing the way your legs are shaking and your thrusts are losing their power.
“I won’t,” you whimper, and Natasha is not convinced you’ll be able to last much longer. Her hand glides back up to her stomach, where she can feel the bulge of your cock through her skin. That alone nearly sends her over the edge, but she has one more request from you.
“Bite me,” Natasha pants, motioning to her right trapezius muscle. Normally, she is very against you marking her during sex because she doesn’t want to worry about hiding them, but now she is panting at the thought of you finally staking your claim on her.
“Bite you?” you say, sounding extremely timid.
“Yes!” she growls, not wanting to repeat herself. “If you don’t bite me, I won’t let you cum.”
You moan and tighten your grip on her waist. Natasha feels your cock throbbing inside her, but she knows you won’t finish without her permission. The bed creaks as your weight shifts and she feels your chest press against her back as you lean over her. She hums in anticipation, feeling your breath across the back of her shoulder. Your teeth graze her skin lightly, your hesitancy obvious.
“Y/N,” she moans, pushing back into you and squeezing your length. “If you don’t fucking bite me–”
Your teeth suddenly clamp down sharply and Natasha keens, gushing around you and not even noticing you finish inside her. White spots of pure pleasure burst behind her eyelids and she feels cum drip down her thighs. It feels like she’s riding out the high forever, but when she finally unwinds, she feels your weight pressing into her back and a dull stinging in her shoulder. She twists her head to see the clear imprint of your teeth in her skin, the flesh reddening already.
“Sorry if that was too hard,” you say softly, as if you’re embarrassed by following her instructions.
“Nonsense,” she says, reaching behind her to cup the back of your neck. She pulls your head down against hers and nuzzles against your cheek. “Next time, you can bite me harder.”

Welcome to the Crew: Home for the Holidays
Hey everyone! Here is an indirect sequel to Welcome to the Crew to celebrate American Thanksgiving. Please reach out if you ever want to borrow any concepts to include in your own stories. Always happy to collaborate.
Tumblr media
“They’re going to love you.” Sarah reassured, “Don’t worry.”
Jack nodded and smiled warmly at his girlfriend as they approached the front door to her parent’s home. The two college juniors had been dating for a little over a year now, and Jack was still madly in love. He never met a girl quite like Sarah. They had been friends since their first year of college, and their chemistry was instantaneous. She was everything he could want- smart, funny, adventurous, and absolutely stunning. He imagined he would ask her to marry him one day.
“I’m not, honestly.” He said, adjusting his collar, “I’m just happy I get to meet your family. They sound like incredible people.” Sarah smiled, “And I brought a secret weapon.” He said nodding to the Pyrex in his hand, “No one can resist my mom’s mashed potatoes.” He flashed her a confident grin- clearly proud of himself, “I mean, I’m not sure how good they’ll be. First time I ever made ‘em.” He laughed.
“You’re such a dork.” Sarah replied, rolling her eyes.
She knocked on the door and was greeted soon by her mother, who quickly pulled them into a firm hug.
“Oh Jack, we’re so happy to finally meet you!” She said, “My little Sarah wasn’t lying, you’re so handsome.”
Jack blushed as she continued to sing him praises. Sarah was right- he didn’t need to worry. Her mother already loved him. She beckoned them indoors and they followed her into the kitchen. Jack felt himself salivating at the smell of the cooking Thanksgiving meal.
“Oh you brought a dish?” Sarah’s mom said, “What a kind thing to do.”
“Yeah of course. What kind of guest would I be if I showed up empty handed?” Jack smiled, “Do you need any...”
The sound of boisterous cheering and a cacophony of ‘let’s go!’ and ‘fuck yeahs!’ filled the air. Sarah’s mom groaned in embarrassment.
“They sure love their football.” she said, shaking her head, “And don’t you worry dear, I think we’ll be okay in here. Sarah’s aunt has been helping me out plenty.” She turned to Sarah, “You might as well introduce him to the boys.”
“It’s just down the hallway.” Sarah said, beckoning her boyfriend to follow.
“Oh Jack, you’re such a sweet young man. My Sarah is so lucky.” She gave him another hug.
Jack followed Sarah down the hall, where the sound of boisterous cheers became more audible. The young man remembered that Sarah had two older brothers, both of whom worked with their dad in some construction job. He just hoped they’d be as accepting of him as her mother.
“Don’t let them scare you.” Sarah said as they opened the door to the man cave.
“Oh shit, its Sarah!”
Her two brothers jumped up from the couch, nearly spilling their beers. Their massive beer guts jiggling as they stood, barely contained by their too tight t-shirts. They pulled Sarah into a tight hug, and Jack was afraid that these massive men might snap her in two. But when their drunken eyes landed on Jack, their smiles faded.
“Who’s this little guy?” One asked.
“This is Jack, my boyfriend.” Sarah replied.
“Looks kinda small.”
“Oh leave the boy alone.” Sarah’s dad said, still sitting on the couch, sipping his beer, “You like football?”
“I watch it from time to time.” Jack replied. He could see her brothers roll their eyes.
“Take a seat. Game is just getting good.” He continued.
Jack turned to Sarah, who rolled her eyes but gave him a nod. The young man smiled slightly and made his way over to the couch, where he was squeezed between Sarah’s dad and her two brothers.
“Tony, Al be nice.” Sarah warned, “That goes for you too, dad.”
The older man let out a deep chuckle that caused his massive gut to shake. He looked over at her and smiled, taking a sip of his beer. Jack watched as Sarah left and shut the door, leaving him trapped in the man cave. The young man shifting uncomfortably between the larger men, the smell of their B.O. and beers invading his nostrils.
“So, you’re dating our sister?” Tony asked, “You treating her well?”
“Of course.” Jack replied, “I...”
“You’re a bit smaller than her last boyfriend.” Al butted in, “God, Colin’s fuckin’ hilarious, you remember that guy?”
“Of course I do. I still go fishing with him.” Tony replied.
“Best pong player ever.” Al laughed, “Could outdrink all of us too, which is not easy.”
“He’s a hard worker.” Sarah’s dad contributed, “Glad I hired him.”
Tony nudged Jack, “You much of a drinker?”
“Not really.” Jack replied, trying his best to ignore their comments about Colin.
In fact, Jack never even tried alcohol. He never saw the appeal and Sarah seemed overjoyed to hear that he didn’t drink too. Seemed like a win-win to him. As for Colin, Sarah told him all he needed to know. He was an asshole- loud, boisterous, and immature. Someone he figured her brothers and father would enjoy.
“Not really? Aw come on, little guy.” Tony said, “Pops, grab him a beer.”
Jack tried to politely decline, but Sarah’s dad fished a beer from the cooler and tossed it to him. He caught it and inspected it closely. It was brown- the color of a football. Some guy in old football gear was on the front. But instead of holding a football, there was a can of Gridiron brew in his hands.
“I think I’m good...”
“Drink it.” Her dad said firmly.
Jack didn’t want to make a bad impression. And if drinking some stupid beer would win them over, then so be it.
“Just a sip.” He thought.
He opened the can and placed it to his lips. He could feel the cold liquid fill his stomach as he drank it. The taste nothing special, if anything, it tasted cheap.
“Oh shit dude, he just chugged it!” Tony laughed, “Let’s go!”
“Did I really?” Jack mumbled, realizing the can was empty, “I burrrppppppppppp.” Jack’s eyes widened and his face flushed with embarrassment, “Ugh I burrrrrrrrrppppppppppppp.”
“Fuck, nice one dude.” Al patted him on the back.
“Yeah, let that shit out.” Tony continued.
But Jack’s eyes were wide with terror. He felt like his entire body was heating up, sweat starting to drip down his face. His mind racing- he drank beer before and never had a reaction like this.
“I think I might be allerg... burrrppppppppppp.”
He could hear Tony and Al’s laughter fill the air. Sarah’s dad continued to stare at the game ahead of him, seemingly unbothered. Jack was hyperventilating now. And despite knowing he shouldn’t, he undid the buttons on his shirt and threw it aside, desperately hoping to cool down.
“Yeah, take it off bro!”
The button down wasn’t enough and Jack peeled off his sweat-soaked undershirt, revealing his lean, firm musculature from years of swimming. He let out a gasp as he watched his taut abs vibrating and his stomach churning, his youthful skin glistening with sweat.
“Please, I need help...” He gasped, closing his eyes tightly as his stomach churned.
He placed a hand to his abs, but instead of their normal firmness, he felt his hand sink into soft flesh. His eyes shot open and he looked down at the pudge that now hid his abs. Feeling the new softness, he let out a gasp as his stomach pushed out again. And again. And again. The growing mass that was once his hard-earned six-pack hung over his waistline, jiggling with each small movement. Jack’s eyes were wide as he pushed against it, almost as if he was willing it to retract.
“Oh my god...” He grunted, realizing as he looked over at Sarah’s brothers that his gut matched theirs, “No, no, no buurrppppppp.”
This time, his lean pecs plumped up with fat, sagging and resting comfortably on his new gut. He winced as adipose rapidly expanded in his legs, arms, and ass- covering his lean musculature in a healthy padding of thick fat proportional to his midsection. Even his once angular and handsome face puffed up with chub, rounding out his previously strong jawline.
“Lookin’ good beanpole.” Al laughed, poking at Jack’s new gut.
“Not much of a beanpole anymore.” Tony replied.
Jack looked back and forth between them, tears stinging his eyes, “Please... please stop this... I’ll do anythaaahhhhhhh.”
Jack scratched desperately at his chest and belly as a rush of testosterone was ravaged his body. His well groomed, light chest hairs darkened and sprouted into a matted, sweaty, curly bush. His dick hairs were not spared as they sprouted into an untamed, musky mess that quickly ascended his entire belly and joined his chest hairs. Jack flung his head back as hairs sprouted from his now round face, forming a messy beard. The young man groaned again as his skin sagged a bit more with age, growing more leathery with each passing second. He placed a hand on his hairy abdomen as he breathed heavily. In and out. In and out. Slowly, Jack opened his eyes, the horror of his ordeal being painfully confirmed.
“What....”
He had so many questions, so many horrifying thoughts. But then he saw it. On the TV screen. He watched as one of the players expertly maneuvered around the defense. Running down the field. The announcers freaking out, growing more excited. And when that player scored a touchdown, Jack jumped up from his seat.
“Fuck yeah, bros! Did you just fuckin’ see that!?” His boisterous yell shook the house and he fist-bumped Tony and Al, “Now that’s what I’m fuckin’ talkin’ about!” He collapsed back onto the chair and grinned, “I did the same shit in high school when I played, ya know.” He continued, “Could’ve gone pro too if I wanted.”
Memories of track and college quickly shifted to fit Jack’s new reality. His eyes dulling as years of education vanished and his IQ dropped considerably. The previously well-mannered young man vanishing into a sea of burps, sports, and lost dreams.
“Sure big guy.” Tony said, sipping his beer.
“No for real, dude. I...” His brain paused as he tried to remember details of his life, “Whatever, you’ll just have to believe me.”
Tumblr media
The door to the man cave suddenly swung open, revealing the women of the house. Sarah in particular looked livid, her face morphing into a look of horror as she gazed upon the unfamiliar man sitting between her brothers.
“Jack?” Her eyes widened as she gazed upon her boyfriend, “Oh my god, Jack? Is that you?”
“What’s up?” Jack chuckled, “Grab me a beer, would ya babe?”
“Dad, you didn’t!” She shouted, “This is just like Colin.” She stormed away, tears stinging her eyes.
“Geez what’s wrong with her? Women, am I right?” Jack let out another burp, and fist bumped his bros as he stood and grabbed another can of his new favorite brew.
Sarah’s mom and aunt quickly went to go comfort Sarah. Meanwhile, the boys continued shouting at the TV screen, their burps and cheers echoing through the house- Jack remaining blissfully oblivious to the life he once lived. And as the game wound down, Sarah’s dad turned to him.
“So boy, you want a job workin’ for me?”
Jack was more than happy to accept.

A/n: hi bb! Thank you sm for always supporting me! 🫶🏻 sorry it took so long, but I hope u like this💋
The door to your home creaked open softly, and you heard the familiar shuffle of shoes against the doormat as Hugh stepped inside. The late evening sun cast an orange glow through the windows, but the air carried the first crisp hints of autumn. You glanced up from the kitchen counter, already knowing by the way he moved that it had been a long day. His shoulders were hunched with exhaustion, and the usual spark in his eyes had dimmed.
“Hey,” you greeted warmly, putting down the dish towel and walking over to him. “You’re home.”
Hugh turned toward you, his smile small but genuine. “Yeah. Finally,” he said, his deep voice gravelly with fatigue. He placed his bag by the door and kicked off his shoes, letting out a heavy breath. He looked so worn down, and all you wanted was to make sure he left his troubles at the door tonight.
“You look tired honey” you observed softly, reaching up to smooth your hand across his arm in a comforting gesture.
“Long day. I feel like I’ve been running on fumes,” he admitted, leaning into your touch. “But it’s better now.” His eyes found yours, full of gratitude already.
“Well, I thought you might need something nice to come home to,” you said, guiding him toward the kitchen table. “Sit down and relax. I made your favourite." He sat down and looked up at you,"you are my favourite"
Hugh looked at the food and raised a brow, and a slight smile tugged at the corner of his lips despite his tiredness. “You didn’t have to go to all this trouble.”
“Of course I did,” you replied with a soft laugh. “You’ve been working so hard lately, I wanted to make sure you could unwind tonight.”
The table was set simply but beautifully, with candles flickering in the center and a hearty meal waiting for him. Grilled chicken, roasted vegetables, and buttery mashed potatoes, comfort food at its finest. You placed a glass of red wine in front of him, watching as he took it all in. He looked touched, almost overwhelmed for a moment.
“This looks incredible,” he murmured, eyes flicking back to you. “I can’t tell you how much I needed this.”
“You don’t have to,” you said, smiling as you sat down across from him. “Just enjoy it.”
As Hugh dug into the meal, you could see the tension start to leave his body. Each bite seemed to relax him a little more, and you felt a sense of satisfaction just watching him unwind. It was rare for him to take a moment for himself; he was always giving so much to everyone else, always on the go. Tonight, though, you were determined to make sure he felt appreciated.
After a while, you cleared the plates and returned to the kitchen, a playful grin on your face. “I hope you saved some room,” you called over your shoulder.
“For what?” Hugh asked, leaning back in his chair, his interest piqued.
You turned around, holding a tray of pumpkin spiced cinnamon rolls, the golden-brown swirls drizzled with a light glaze, still warm from the oven. The sweet scent of cinnamon and nutmeg filled the air, instantly making the room feel cozier.
His eyes widened as you set the tray down on the table. “You made these? You’ve been busy.”
“Just wanted to make sure dessert was special too,” you said, sliding one of the rolls onto a plate and handing it to him. “Pumpkin spice is perfect this time of year, don’t you think?”
Hugh chuckled, taking a bite and closing his eyes in pure enjoyment. “You’re spoiling me tonight,” he said, his voice filled with warmth. “These are amazing.”
You sat down next to him, watching him enjoy the dessert, your heart swelling with affection. There was something so satisfying about knowing you’d given him a bit of comfort after such a hard day.
Hugh took your hand across the table, his fingers gently tracing patterns on the back of your palm. “I don’t know how you do it,” he said softly. “You always seem to know exactly what I need.”
“That’s what I’m here for,” you replied, smiling as you squeezed his hand. “Tonight’s all about you. You give so much of yourself to everyone, I just wanted to make sure you get a little something back.”
He was quiet for a moment, his thumb brushing gently against your skin as he looked at you with a deep sense of appreciation. “You don’t know how much that means to me. I’m so lucky to have you.”
You could see it in his eyes, the weariness fading, replaced by something softer, more relaxed. He had needed this—a night to feel cared for, a night where he didn’t have to be “on” or worry about anyone else.
After dessert, you led him over to the couch, the soft glow of the candles still flickering in the background as you settled down beside him. He stretched out, pulling you into his arms, and you both melted into the cushions, the warmth of the evening wrapping around you.
“This,” Hugh said quietly, his arm draped over your shoulders as you leaned into him, “is perfect. I feel like I haven’t had a chance to just... be in a while.”
You nestled closer, your head resting on his chest as you listened to the steady beat of his heart. “You deserve it. No need to do anything tonight. Just relax.”
Hugh chuckled softly, pressing a kiss to the top of your head. “I know it’s supposed to be my night, but I can’t help it. I want to give something back.”
You tilted your head up to look at him, smiling. “You being here is more than enough.”
But he wasn’t having it. Gently, he shifted, pulling you on his lap and his lips found yours in a soft, lingering kiss. When he pulled back, his voice was low and sincere. “You make everything better, you know that?”
You shifted slightly in his lap, feeling the warmth of his body beneath yours. As you moved, you could feel him growing beneath you, the subtle shift in his breath giving him away. His hands instinctively tightened around your waist, pulling you closer as you began to gently grind against him, your movements slow and deliberate.
A soft groan escaped his lips, his head falling back as he gave in to the sensation, eyes fluttering closed. The way he responded to you, completely immersed, sent a thrill through your body. You reveled in the control you held, the connection building between you.
But just as the heat began to build, you slowly pulled away, rising from his lap with a teasing smile playing at the corners of your lips. His eyes opened, clouded with desire as he watched your every move. Without breaking the gaze, you reached down, undoing the button of his pants, your fingers deft and patient.
You freed him gently, your touch light and careful, feeling the weight of the moment between you. You knelt before him, your lips finding his dick.
Each sound he made, each quiet groan or sharp intake of breath—spurred you on, filling the room with a charged energy. His hand flew to your hair, his fingers tangled in the strands as he guided you with barely perceptible movements, letting you set the pace. Every motion was filled with deliberate care, a mixture of affection and desire growing stronger between you.
You could feel the tension in his body mounting, the way his muscles tensed beneath your touch. His breathing became heavier, ragged with anticipation, and you knew he was close. His hips bucked slightly, and the warmth of his body against you sent a wave of satisfaction coursing through you. You could sense him nearing the edge, so you quickened your pace, eager to give him everything he wanted.
But then, just as his breathing hitched and his grip in your hair tightened, he suddenly stopped you. His hand slid from your hair to your chin, gently lifting your face to meet his gaze. The intensity in his eyes made your heart race, your breath catching as you realized how close he was. A soft whine escaped your lips, the loss of contact leaving you yearning for more, but his gaze, dark and full of desire, held you in place.
“Not yet,” he murmured, his voice low and husky, thick with need. His thumb brushed over your bottom lip, making you shiver in anticipation. “I want you to ride me, babygirl.”
The way he said it, so calm yet commanding, sent a thrill through you. You bit your lip, a flush of heat rising in your chest as your mind raced. Without a word, you nodded and took your pants off, a smile playing on your lips as you shifted your weight and moved to straddle him. His hands immediately found your waist, guiding you into position, his fingers digging into your skin in a way that made your pulse quicken.
Slowly, you lowered yourself onto him, the feeling of him beneath you igniting every nerve in your body. His low groan vibrated through the air, and you felt his grip tighten as you sank down fully, taking him in. For a moment, you stayed still, letting the intensity of the connection settle between you both. The room was filled with quiet breaths and the electric hum of anticipation, each of you lost in the feeling of the other.
His hands slid from your waist up your sides, fingers grazing your skin as he urged you to move. You began to roll your hips, slowly at first, finding a rhythm that matched the deep, unspoken connection between you. His head fell back against the couch, his eyes closing as he let out a soft, guttural moan. The way he reacted to your every movement, the way his body responded so naturally to yours, only encouraged you to go further.
As you moved, your hands found his chest, your fingers tracing the lines of his muscles beneath his shirt. The friction, the closeness—it all felt so perfect, like the two of you were made for this moment. His hands never left your body, guiding you, lifting you, as you moved together in sync. His breath was ragged now, his voice low and strained as he whispered your name, filling the space between groans of pleasure.
The pace quickened, and the tension between you built with every movement, each of you caught in a loop of need and desire. His hands gripped your waist tighter, pulling you closer, urging you on. Your bodies moved in perfect unison, your breath mingling with his, the closeness of it all making your heart race.
Your pace quickened even more as you felt him tense beneath you, his grip on you becoming almost desperate. His groans grew louder, and you knew he was close again—this time, you weren’t going to stop. You leaned forward, pressing your forehead against his, your lips barely brushing his as you whispered, “I’ love you.”
With that, everything between you seemed to reach its peak. His body responded to yours in perfect rhythm, and together you chased your realease, both completely enveloped in the heat of each other. "I love you to sweetheart. So much.."he moaned as he came into you.
The rest of the night was spent in quiet bliss, the two of you wrapped in each other’s presence. Hugh’s exhaustion slowly faded as the night wore on, replaced by a calm contentment. For once, he wasn’t thinking about work or responsibilities, just you, and the warmth of the home you had created together.
As you both drifted off into sleep, tangled in each other’s arms, you couldn’t help but feel that tonight had been exactly what he needed. A reminder that no matter how hard the world was on him, there was always a place for him to rest, always a place where he was cherished. And that place was with you.

06:50 PM — Nanami Kento
Tumblr media
"Fried or grilled chicken for dinner?"
"Uhm—" a grunt can be heard from the other line, followed by the sounds of slashing and inhuman shrieks. He must still be busy. "Uhm, grilled is good, love. What you're thinking for side dish?"
"Cheesy mashed potatoes and tomato sauce, just the way you like it." You close the fridge door, holding the phone with your free hand while the other arm carries the pot of fresh seasoned chicken you prepared a few hours ago. You organize the counter with all the ingredients, pan pre-heating with butter.
"Perfect." There are a few more distant grunts, but you can still understand your husband's approval, making you proceed with your dinner plans. "Don't forget to lower the heat, in case you want to practice your dance moves again."
"It was just once, Kento!" You sulk, not like being called out for grooving in the kitchen. Did you burn a few things back then? Yes, but who didn't? It was your favorite pop playlist, your body went on its own!
Making sure your phone stays still well between your ear and shoulder blade, you land the first filet of chicken breast on the hot pan, a not-so-usual sizzling sound taking place in the room. Yep, let's definitely lower the heat, you move your fingers around the knob. "I won't burn our food again, smarty pants. Stop bullying your wife."
But you can't stay mad at him for too long. Not when you feel his deep, breathless chuckles flowing right inside your ear, into your mind and heart, making your stomach flutter like a scholar girl just like every single time. "I'm sorry love, you're right. Your food 's heaven, burned or not."
Letting out a last huff, you roll your eyes, feeling your lips curve in a lopsided smile. You bet Nanami has a similar one on his face right now. "How long 'til you come home?"
There's a small pause, filled with lowly breaths and the far sound of crickets. Maybe he finished what he was dealing with. "45 minutes from now. Think you can hold tight?"
"You're not deserving, but I'll make an effort." Now you hear the perfect form of a snicker, making you wish you could kiss it away and fill that pretty cheeky face with even more kisses. You miss your husband. "Come safe, 'kay? I'll see you soon."
"See you soon, love. Stay safe."
And the red finish button is pressed. Nanami carefully returns the device inside his pocket, now investing his whole attention on the last, persistent curse gaping at him behind a pillar, thinking it could catch him out of guard.
Rubbing of the remains of blood coming from a small cut on his jaw, he roughly loosen the tight knot of his tie that you so lovingly did this morning. He needs to move without restraints if he wants to get the next subway, though.
"Let's finish for today, shall we?"
And like every weekday, Kento makes it on time.

The Great Hall wasn’t the same anymore. The enchanted ceiling still glowed with its usual charm, painted in amber hues that mirrored the late summer sunset, but the light felt muted somehow, swallowed by a weight too stubborn to dissipate. It hung in the air like smoke from a dying fire—bitter, clinging, impossible to outrun.
Harry sat at the Gryffindor table, the hum of voices around him blurring into an indistinct murmur. His eyes stayed fixed on his plate, laden with food he didn’t remember serving himself: roast chicken, mashed potatoes, a gleaming crescent of gravy. None of it tempted him. The thought of eating made his stomach twist uncomfortably, a dull ache that spread through his chest.
The war was over. Voldemort was gone, his name no longer a curse. This was supposed to be the part where relief set in, where everything hurt a little less. Instead, Harry felt as though he was still wading through the rubble, shoulders bowed under the crushing weight of those who hadn’t made it. Colin Creevey. Remus. Tonks. Fred. Their names were a mantra he couldn’t stop repeating in his head, their faces seared into his mind’s eye.
His grip on the fork tightened until it dug into his palm, the bite of metal a thin distraction.
“Harry.” Hermione’s voice was a soft thread that tugged him out of his spiral. He looked up, startled, to find her hand brushing against his arm. Concern clouded her features, her brows knitting together. “You don’t have to stay here. If it’s too much, you can—”
“I’m fine,” he snapped, sharper than he meant to. The words came out like a reflex, cutting her off mid-sentence. Hermione flinched, pulling back her hand, and for a fleeting moment, guilt gnawed at him. But he shoved it down. He didn’t want her worry, her pity. He didn’t want any of it.
Ron shifted beside him, chewing on a hunk of bread like it was his way out of the tension. He didn’t speak, though Harry could feel the sideways glance he shot him. The silence stretched, thick and uncomfortable, until Harry let out a slow, controlled breath and placed his fork on the plate. The metallic clang rang louder than it should’ve, making him wince.
The scrape of his chair against the floor cut through the noise of the hall as he stood abruptly. “I need some air,” he muttered, already turning away.
He didn’t wait for Hermione to protest or Ron to offer some half-hearted comment to fill the space. His feet carried him toward the door, away from the low hum of conversation and clinking dishes. Toward the one place in all of Hogwarts where the noise couldn’t follow. Where he could finally, maybe, breathe.
─────────────
The Astronomy Tower had always been Harry’s escape. Perched high above the rest of the castle, it was the only place where the world felt distant enough to bear. The sprawling grounds stretched out below him, bathed in the purples and blues of dusk, and for a brief moment, the sight eased the tension coiled in his chest. He leaned heavily against the stone railing, its chill biting through his sleeves, and the wind making his already wild hair even messier. It carried the sharp, clean scent of freshly cut grass, grounding him in the present even as his thoughts drifted elsewhere.
The sound of footsteps startled him—not loud, but enough to break the fragile stillness he’d sought. He turned sharply, hand brushing the wand tucked in his pocket, only to pause when a voice cut through the quiet.
“Are you hiding too?” you asked, lingering near the top of the stairs. The dim light softened your features, but it didn’t quite mask the curiosity behind your words. There was no malice in your tone, only a quiet humor that made his shoulders drop slightly.
“I wasn’t hiding,” Harry said automatically, though even to his ears, the denial sounded weak.
You tilted your head, unconvinced. A faint smile ghosted across your lips, but your eyes remained guarded, unreadable. “Right. You’re just conveniently up here, avoiding everyone, the same way I am.”
Harry shifted uncomfortably, his fingers brushing the edge of the railing. He didn’t respond, unsure how to defend himself—or if he even wanted to. There was something about the way you stood there, hands loosely at your sides, your voice soft but steady, that caught him off guard. It wasn’t pity or prying curiosity, just… understanding. Like you could see the weight pressing down on him and felt no need to ask what it was. Like maybe you carried some of it yourself.
He swallowed hard, his gaze flicking back to the horizon. “I guess you’re not.. wrong.’’
You stepped closer with quiet purpose, each movement deliberate, as though gauging the fragile equilibrium of Harry’s silence. He didn’t flinch or shift away, didn’t so much as glance at you. His gaze stayed locked on the horizon, but you could feel the weight of his awareness, the way the air between you seemed to hold its breath. When you finally stopped beside him at the railing, the stillness wasn’t stifling. It was tentative, balanced, as though it might shatter if either of you spoke too loudly.
“It doesn’t feel like the same place, does it?” Your voice was soft, your eyes fixed on the horizon as the last threads of sunlight dissolved into the hills. The sky deepened into shades of indigo and amber, blurring the edges of the world.
Harry nodded, though the motion felt stiff, half-hearted. “No,” he said, but the word came out hollow, too small to carry the weight behind it.
You leaned forward on the railing, fingers brushing the cool stone. “It’s strange,” you murmured, more to the sky than to him. “You think coming back will fix things, like the castle will just… feel the same. Like being here should make it easier. But it doesn’t. It’s all still different.”
Harry turned his head slightly, his gaze catching yours out of the corner of his eye. He didn’t mean to linger, but your words struck something raw, something he hadn’t managed to put into words. You’d said it so simply, yet it was exactly what had been clawing at him for months.
“Yeah,” he said quietly. “It’s not the same.”
Your eyes flicked to him, your expression unreadable. “And neither are you.”
The observation hit like a hex, sharper than you’d probably meant it to. Harry’s jaw tightened, his hands curling into fists against the stone. “Nobody is,” he said, his voice low and edged with a bitterness he didn’t entirely mean to direct at you.
But you didn’t flinch. You didn’t back away or apologize for the truth in your words. Instead, you tilted your head slightly, a flicker of understanding softening your tone. “I didn’t mean it as a bad thing,” you said, your voice gentler now. “War changes people. It has to.”
He wanted to argue, to say something sharp and deflective, but the words caught in his throat. Because you weren’t wrong. He wasn’t the same person who had fought his way out of the Chamber of Secrets or stood in front of the Mirror of Erised. He wasn’t sure who he was now—just that he wasn’t enough.
The silence stretched again, but this time it felt different. Not heavy, not empty, but something quieter, more bearable. Your arm brushed his lightly as you leaned forward on the railing, the contact fleeting yet somehow electric. He stiffened, his pulse jolting unexpectedly, and he waited for you to pull away. But you didn’t.
“You don’t have to talk about it,” you said after a moment, your voice low, steady. “I just thought you might not want to be alone. Sometimes it helps.”
He swallowed, his throat dry, and tried to muster some kind of response. He wanted to tell you he didn’t need anyone, that he was fine—had always been fine—on his own. But the words wouldn’t come. Maybe because they weren’t true.
“Thanks,” he said eventually, his voice barely audible, as though saying it too loudly might break whatever fragile thing had settled between you.
Your lips curved into the faintest smile, one that felt less like triumph and more like an offering. You leaned back against the railing, gaze lifting to the stars beginning to scatter across the night sky. They blinked faintly in the deepening dark, small points of light that somehow didn’t feel so far away.
For the first time in weeks—months, maybe—Harry let the tension in his chest ease just a little. The world still felt impossibly heavy, but next to you, it didn’t feel so crushing.
Maybe you were right. Maybe not being alone did help.
─────────────
The two of you stayed there, side by side, the silence between you settling into something quieter, more natural. Harry’s hands curled around the cold stone of the railing, the familiar feel grounding him as his eyes traced the lines of the grounds below. The weight on his chest hadn’t vanished, not completely, but your presence dulled its sharp edges, made it something he could carry, if only for a little while.
“You don’t talk much, do you?” Your voice cut through the stillness—not loud, not accusing, just curious.
Harry turned his head toward you, startled by the observation. But you weren’t looking at him. Your gaze stayed on the horizon, your features lit faintly by the glow of the rising stars.
He shrugged, the motion small, self-contained. “Guess I don’t have much to say.”
You hummed softly, the sound low and thoughtful, almost like you were agreeing with him. “Sometimes it’s easier that way,” you murmured. “Less to explain.”
His grip on the railing tightened, knuckles pressing white against the stone. He wanted to ask how you could say something like that, how you seemed to know exactly what he was thinking when he hadn’t even said it aloud. But he didn’t. He couldn’t. Some part of him was afraid that asking might shatter whatever strange, fragile understanding hung between you.
“Not everyone sees it that way,” he muttered instead. “Most people just want me to talk. Like if I say something, it’ll fix everything.”
You turned your head then, and he felt your gaze settle on him—steady, unflinching, impossible to avoid. “They probably think it’ll make them feel better,” you said, your voice calm but edged with certainty.
Harry blinked, the words landing harder than he expected. He hadn’t thought about it like that before, but of course, you were right. People didn’t just want him to be okay—they needed it. They needed Harry Potter, the Boy Who Lived, to be fine so they could tell themselves that things might still go back to the way they were.
“But it’s not about them,” you added, your tone softening just slightly, as though you’d noticed the way his jaw tightened. “It’s about you.”
The words struck something deep, loosening a knot he hadn’t realized had been pulling him taut all day. He turned to look at you fully now, his gaze searching your face for something he couldn’t name. But you weren’t watching him like everyone else did. There was no pity in your expression, no awkwardness. Just quiet understanding.
“Why are you up here?” he asked, the question spilling out before he had time to think better of it. He didn’t want to talk about himself anymore, didn’t want to keep peeling open wounds that hadn’t even begun to heal.
You hesitated, just for a moment, as if deciding whether or not to answer. Then your lips quirked into a faint smile—tired, almost self-deprecating. “Guess I needed to get away too. Being around people all the time… it’s exhausting.”
He nodded slowly. That, at least, he didn’t need explained. The noise, the questions, the endless parade of looks that didn’t ask but expected—it was suffocating. Up here, though, the castle below felt distant enough to forget, just for a little while.
“It’s different up here,” he said after a pause, though he wasn’t sure he’d meant to say it out loud.
You glanced at him again, your expression softer now, as though something in his words had shifted the space between you.
“I’m glad you’re here,” he added quietly, surprising himself with the honesty of it.
You blinked, tilting your head like you hadn’t expected it either. “Yeah?”
“Yeah.”
And for the first time in what felt like forever, the tension in his chest eased, just a fraction. Whatever warmth flickered there wasn’t tied to the war or his title or anything he’d done to save the world. It wasn’t about being Harry Potter. It was just you.
You gave him a small, knowing smile, and for a moment, the weight of everything slipped from Harry’s shoulders. The ghosts quieted, the endless expectations faded, and the hollow ache that lived in his chest dulled just enough. Up here, with you beside him, the rest of the world felt far away, like it couldn’t reach him.
“I’ll take that as a compliment,” you said lightly, leaning back against the railing, arms folding across your chest. The breeze stirred your hair, the faint scent of pine and earth clinging to it, and Harry found himself watching the way the dim light softened your features.
“The Boy Who Lived doesn’t strike me as someone who needs anyone.”
Harry’s lips quirked into a faint smirk, but the warmth of it didn’t quite reach his eyes. “Is that what people think?”
You tilted your head, considering. “People think all sorts of things about you. Half of it’s probably rubbish.”
That drew a soft laugh from him, low and unexpected. The sound sat strangely in his chest, but it didn’t feel unwelcome. “You’re probably right.”
You glanced at him then, head tilted, your gaze curious but not intrusive. It wasn’t the sharp, prying look he was used to, the one that demanded answers or apologies or pieces of him he didn’t have to give. Instead, it was quieter, like you were searching for something without expecting him to offer it. Harry shifted under the weight of it, his fingers curling tighter around the railing, but before he could say anything, you spoke again.
“Sometimes I think people forget you’re just… human.”
The words caught him off guard, sinking into him like a stone dropped into water. You didn’t say it with pity or reverence—just a soft kind of honesty that made his breath catch. It was like you weren’t talking to Harry Potter, the Chosen One, but just Harry, the boy standing beside you on a cold, quiet night.
For a moment, he couldn’t respond. The silence between you stretched, filled with a thousand things he wanted to say but couldn’t find the words for. “Sometimes I forget that too,” he said finally, the confession slipping out before he could stop it. His voice was barely audible, and yet it felt louder than anything he’d said in months. “It’s like… if I’m not fighting or fixing something, I don’t know who I’m supposed to be.”
You turned to face him fully now, your expression soft but steady. “Maybe you don’t have to figure that out right now,” you said. “Maybe it’s okay to just… be.”
The simplicity of it stunned him. Just be. As though it were that easy. As though he could strip himself of everything he carried and exist without purpose or expectation. Harry’s grip on the railing tightened. “I don’t know if I even know how to do that anymore.”
“Maybe you don’t have to do it alone.”
The words hung in the air between you, weightless and heavy all at once. Harry’s gaze lifted to meet yours, his heart stumbling in his chest. You weren’t looking at him the way most people did, like he was a puzzle to solve or a hero to rely on. You were looking at him like he was… enough.
He swallowed, his throat dry. “Why are you being so nice to me?”
Your lips curved into a soft smile, but there was something in your eyes—something faintly sad and yet unwavering. “Because I think you need it.”
The knot in his chest twisted, a sharp ache he hadn’t felt in years threatening to rise to the surface. He blinked hard, pushing it back, refusing to let it crack him open. Not here. Not now.
His hand moved almost without thinking, brushing against yours where it rested on the stone. It was a light touch, tentative and fleeting, but enough to send a jolt through him. He froze, half expecting you to pull away, to retreat the way everyone else eventually did.
But you didn’t.
The touch lingered, delicate and unspoken, neither of you pulling away. It wasn’t an accident, nor was it intentional in a way that required words. It just was, the kind of quiet moment Harry didn’t know how to name—simple, yet heavy with meaning. His gaze dropped to your hand, where your fingers just barely grazed his, and something unfamiliar stirred in him, warm and disorienting.
“I’m not used to this,” he murmured, the words slipping out before he could stop them. The night breeze nearly carried them away, but you heard him.
You turned your head, curiosity softening your expression. “Used to what?”
“Someone just… being here.” He let out a dry laugh, short and humorless, as if mocking himself. “Most people either avoid me or expect something.”
Your fingers shifted, brushing his more firmly, the subtle movement grounding him. “I don’t expect anything, Harry.”
His name, spoken so gently, without expectation or weight—it shouldn’t have struck him the way it did. But it lodged in his chest, the simplicity of it making his stomach twist. You weren’t trying to be anything other than honest, and somehow that made it worse.
He looked at you then, really looked at you. The moonlight played across your features, softening the edges, casting faint shadows against your skin. Your gaze met his and didn’t waver, holding steady in a way that made his chest tighten. There was something solid about you, something he couldn’t explain but couldn’t deny either. An anchor, maybe, in a world that had only ever felt like chaos.
“I don’t know how to…” The sentence faltered, crumbling before it could finish. Harry shook his head slightly, as if that might hide his frustration. How to what, exactly? Let someone in? Say what he was feeling? Be himself again?
“You don’t have to explain anything,” you said, like you could read his mind. Your voice was low, steady, but kind. “I meant it. You don’t have to do this alone. Whatever this is.”
A lump rose in his throat, the kind that tightened every word into silence, but he nodded, managing a quiet, “Thanks.” It felt small, inadequate, but you didn’t seem to mind. You just gave him a smile—small but warm, like the kind of light you don’t notice until it chases away the dark.
For a while, neither of you said anything. The silence wrapped around you, not heavy or cold, but something softer now. Warm, even. Harry let himself sink into it, his shoulders easing, his usual tension slipping away bit by bit. He glanced down at the grounds, the glow of the castle windows below casting long, soft shadows over the grass.
“Do you ever think about leaving?” you asked suddenly, your voice breaking the quiet but not shattering it.
Harry blinked, caught off guard. “Leaving Hogwarts?”
You nodded. “Yeah. Just… walking away. Starting over somewhere far from all of this.”
He hesitated, the idea catching him in a way he wasn’t expecting. The thought of leaving everything—this castle, its whispers, the weight of who he was supposed to be—was both terrifying and strangely tempting. To go somewhere he could just be Harry, without the war, without the name, without the constant pull of the past.
“Sometimes,” he admitted, the word quiet but honest. “But… I don’t think I could. I don’t know who I’d be without all of this.”
You nodded, like you understood. “Maybe that’s something you figure out with time.”
There was no judgment in your voice, just patience, and that startled him more than the question itself. Harry turned to look at you, searching your face for something he couldn’t name. You weren’t pushing him. You weren’t rushing him to have answers he didn’t have. And somehow, that made him ache.
“What about you?” he asked, the words coming out before he could stop them. “Would you leave?”
Your smile was faint, wistful, like the question had passed through you a thousand times already. “I think about it. But I always come back to the same answer.” You paused, your gaze slipping to the horizon. “I don’t think running away fixes anything.”
He nodded slowly, letting the words sink in. “Yeah. You’re probably right.”
You laughed softly, and the sound caught him by surprise. It wasn’t loud, but it was real, and it made something in his chest ease. “Only probably?”
The corner of his mouth twitched, the ghost of a smile finally breaking through. “Fine. You’re definitely right.”
“There you go,” you teased, your tone lighter now. “See? That wasn’t so hard.”
It was strange how the conversation shifted, how the tension between you melted into something easier. Lighter. For the first time in longer than he could remember, Harry felt himself relax into the moment, his guard lowering just enough to let the night and your presence settle over him. For once, the weight on his shoulders didn’t feel so crushing. For once, the world outside the two of you could wait.
─────────────
The hours blurred together, the sky above deepening into a velvety indigo scattered with stars. The castle had fallen silent, the faint hum of voices and clatter of dishes from the Great Hall fading into memory. You hadn’t moved far from him, and Harry found himself noticing—really noticing—how the quiet didn’t feel oppressive anymore. It wasn’t heavy or suffocating. It was just… there. And for the first time in what felt like forever, it was bearable.
When you turned to him, your gaze was steady, searching but not invasive. “Do you think you’ll ever feel normal again?”
The question caught him off guard. It wasn’t laced with pity or weighed down with expectation—it was just honest. Simple. It twisted something inside him all the same. Harry swallowed hard, the knot in his chest pulling tighter.
“I don’t know what normal is,” he admitted, his voice low, like he was confessing something fragile to the night itself. “Maybe I.. never really did.”
You nodded, like that answer didn’t surprise you. Like it wasn’t the wrong one. “I think a lot of us feel that way.”
You didn’t push, didn’t prod for more, and that—more than anything—made him want to keep going.
“When it ended…” He trailed off, his eyes dropping to his hands on the railing. They looked unfamiliar, scarred and pale against the stone. “I thought it would stop. The hurt. I thought I’d feel relieved.” His jaw tightened, and the next words slipped out like they had been waiting for years. “But it didn’t. And now I don’t know if it ever will.”
The admission hung in the air, raw and vulnerable. Harry’s fingers curled against the railing, the cold bite of the stone grounding him. He didn’t look at you—he couldn’t. He didn’t know what he’d see in your eyes, and some part of him was afraid of it.
“You lost so much,” you said softly, your voice steady but laced with something achingly gentle. “It’s okay to feel like that. No one expects you to just move on.”
Harry let out a hollow laugh, bitter and quiet. “Everyone expects me to be fine. To be Harry Potter, the one who saved everyone.” He gestured vaguely to himself, his voice cracking under the weight of it. “They don’t want to see this. Whatever this is.”
“I do,” you said, your voice unwavering.
The words hit him like a punch to the chest, knocking the air clean out of him. His head snapped up, his eyes meeting yours. There was no hesitation in your expression, no doubt. Just quiet sincerity, so clear and certain it left him breathless.
“Why?” The question fell from his lips before he could stop it.
You shrugged, a faint, bittersweet smile curving your lips. “Because… you’re more than what everyone sees. And because I think you deserve someone who doesn’t just want the shiny bits of you.”
Harry stared at you, his chest tightening painfully. He didn’t know how to respond, didn’t know how to process something so simple yet staggering. No one had ever said anything like that to him before—at least, not in a way that felt this real.
The air between you shifted, heavier now, like it was carrying something unspoken, something fragile but undeniable. You weren’t touching, but Harry could still feel the warmth of you beside him, like a presence he didn’t want to lose. His heart pounded harder, the sound of it loud in his ears.
“I don’t think I deserve it,” he said quietly, his voice barely audible.
Your brows knit together, a flicker of sadness crossing your face, but you didn’t look away. Instead, you stepped closer, close enough that he could see the faint curve of your lashes, the soft press of your lips. “I think you do.”
Harry inhaled sharply, his grip tightening on the railing as you moved into his space. His pulse thundered, and his mind raced with the weight of the moment, with how close you were, with the quiet pull of something he wasn’t sure he had the strength to reach for.
“I don’t want to screw this up,” he whispered, the words raw and fractured.
“You won’t,” you said softly, your voice steady but kind. “But you don’t have to decide anything right now.”
His eyes flicked to your lips, then back to your eyes, and he felt something shift in him—like a thread unraveling after being pulled too tight for too long. Slowly, almost hesitantly, he reached out, his fingers brushing yours again.
This time, you didn’t just let the touch linger. You let your fingers twine with his, warm and certain, the weight of it enough to crack the walls he’d been holding up for so long.
Harry’s breath hitched as your fingers laced with his, the touch so simple yet carrying the weight of something he didn’t quite know how to name. It sent a ripple through him—a warmth that started in his chest and spread outward, leaving a faint ache in its wake. His grip tightened slightly, hesitant but sure, and he drew in a shaky breath, trying to ground himself in the moment.
You didn’t push him, didn’t say a word. You just stayed there, steady and close, your thumb brushing softly over the back of his hand. The stars above blurred into the edges of his vision, the castle fading into shadow. The world narrowed until it was only you, your touch, and the quiet hum of something unspoken between you.
“I don’t know how to do this,” he admitted, his voice low and uneven. His green eyes searched yours, wide and vulnerable in a way that made his chest feel both too tight and too open. “I don’t know how to let myself… feel like this.”
You didn’t flinch or pull back. Instead, you gave him a small, steady smile, your free hand lifting, hovering just near his arm, a silent question. “You don’t have to know how. You just have to let it happen.”
Harry exhaled, shaky and raw, but didn’t pull away. If anything, he leaned closer, his forehead almost brushing yours. His heart pounded so loudly it drowned out everything else, but for once, he didn’t care. He was tired of holding himself together, of keeping everyone out, of pretending he didn’t need this.
And then, almost instinctively, he closed the space between you.
The kiss was gentle, hesitant, like he was afraid of breaking something fragile. Or maybe breaking himself. But the moment your hand slid to his cheek, grounding him, something inside him unraveled. He pressed deeper into the kiss, his other hand rising to rest lightly at your waist. It wasn’t desperate or hurried—it was slow, deliberate, filled with everything he couldn’t put into words.
Your fingers threaded into his hair, pulling him closer, and Harry felt something crack open in his chest. It wasn’t pain, but a kind of aching relief, as though he’d been holding his breath for years and was finally allowed to exhale. For the first time in what felt like forever, he wasn’t drowning.
When you finally pulled back, your breaths mingling in the cool night air, Harry didn’t go far. His forehead rested lightly against yours, his hand still at your waist, his fingers curling slightly against the fabric as though afraid you might disappear if he let go.
“Sorry,” he murmured, though there was no regret in his voice, only uncertainty. “I… I didn’t mean to—”
“Don’t apologize,” you interrupted, your voice soft but certain. Your hand slid down to rest over his chest, where his heart still raced beneath your touch. “You didn’t do anything wrong.”
A quiet laugh slipped from him, more a sigh than anything else. “I’m not used to this.”
“Neither am I,” you admitted, your fingers tracing small, absent shapes against the fabric of his shirt. “But.. I think we’re allowed to have this. Even after everything.”
Your words settled deep in his chest, heavy and grounding in a way that didn’t feel like a burden. He didn’t know if he fully believed you—not yet—but for the first time, he wanted to. He wanted to let himself try, to let himself have this, even if it scared him.
“Stay,” he said quietly, the word barely above a whisper. It wasn’t a question. It was a plea.
Your lips curved into a small, tender smile, and you nodded. “I’m not going anywhere.”
─────────────
The space between you thrummed with tension, the kind that wasn’t uncomfortable but electric, alive with everything unspoken. Harry’s hand lingered at your waist, the tips of his fingers brushing against the fabric of your shirt, hesitant but wanting. His other hand gripped the railing behind you, steadying himself as he leaned in, his lips hovering just shy of yours. Your heart pounded, loud enough to drown out the quiet of the night.
You didn’t pull away. Instead, you tilted closer, your fingers curling into the front of his shirt, clutching the soft cotton as though it might keep you tethered. His breath ghosted over your lips, warm and uneven, and when he kissed you again, it was different this time—no hesitation, no doubt.
It started slow, the way it had before, soft and searching. But when you pressed closer, your body molding against his, something inside him gave way. The kiss deepened, shifting into something more urgent, more unrestrained, as if the careful control he had been holding onto had finally slipped. His grip on your waist tightened, pulling you flush against him, and for a moment, nothing else existed but the heat between you.
Your hands slid up his chest, fingers trailing over the steady thrum of his heartbeat. He felt so solid beneath your palms, so real, and yet the way he kissed you was anything but careful. Your hands found his shoulders, clutching tightly as he kissed you harder, his need for you palpable. One of his hands left the railing to thread through your hair, his fingers tangling there with a kind of reverence that sent a shiver down your spine.
The rough stone at your back was cool, grounding, but it was nothing compared to the warmth of Harry’s body pressed against yours. He seemed to be everywhere at once, overwhelming in the best way.
“Is this okay?” he murmured against your lips, his voice rough and unsteady.
You nodded quickly, your breath catching as he kissed you again, more certain this time. “Yes,” you managed to whisper, your voice trembling. Your fingers slid to the nape of his neck, brushing against the soft, slightly damp strands of his hair. “More than okay.”
That was all the encouragement he needed. His lips left yours, trailing down along your jaw, slow and deliberate. When he reached the curve of your neck, the heat of his breath against your skin sent a spark shooting through you, and you couldn’t stop the quiet sound that escaped your lips.
The noise seemed to break something in him. His hand slid lower, from your waist to your hip, his thumb grazing the bare skin just above the waistband of your jeans. His name slipped from your lips without thinking, and Harry groaned softly, the sound reverberating against your throat. He pressed you more firmly against the railing, his body bracketing yours as though he wanted to block out the rest of the world.
His mouth continued its path along the line of your throat, slow and reverent, stopping just above the collar of your shirt. Every kiss left a trail of fire in its wake, every touch pulling you deeper into him.
“Tell me if—” he started, his voice hoarse and uneven, but you cut him off, your hands gripping his shirt to pull him back up to kiss you again. This time, you were the one who deepened it, letting him feel the weight of everything you couldn’t say. He responded instantly, his hands roaming over your waist, your hips, your back, as though trying to memorize the shape of you.
You broke the kiss only when you couldn’t breathe, your forehead resting against his as you whispered, “Not here.”
Harry froze for a moment, his breath heavy against your lips, his eyes locked on yours. They were dark, intense, filled with something raw and vulnerable. You half-expected him to hesitate, but instead, he nodded, his hand sliding down to find yours. His grip was warm, firm, and steady, like it was the only thing anchoring him.
“Come on,” he said quietly, his voice low and sure.
You didn’t need to ask where. You just followed, your hand in his, trusting him completely.
─────────────
Harry led you through the castle’s dim corridors, his hand steady in yours. The silence wasn’t awkward—it buzzed with anticipation, each step echoing softly against the stone walls. His grip was firm but gentle, grounding you in the moment, though the occasional brush of his thumb against your skin sent a quiet thrill through you, making it harder to focus on anything but him.
He didn’t tell you where he was taking you, and you didn’t ask. You trusted him completely.
When he stopped, it was outside an empty classroom near the Charms corridor. The door creaked softly as he pushed it open, revealing a quiet space bathed in silvery moonlight pouring through tall, arched windows. The room was unremarkable, desks and chairs pushed to the sides, but it felt secluded—safe. A haven away from the weight of everything outside.
Harry let go of your hand only to close the door behind you, locking it with a flick of his wand. The soft click echoed in the stillness, and your pulse quickened as he turned back to face you. His gaze met yours, sharp and intense, and for a moment, you felt frozen under the weight of it.
“Is this okay?” he asked, his voice low, almost uncertain.
You didn’t answer with words. Instead, you stepped forward, your hands finding the front of his shirt again, pulling him down into a kiss that left no room for doubt. His lips met yours hungrily, and his hands found your waist, anchoring you against him. This time, there was no hesitation in the way he held you, his touch firm but reverent, like he’d been waiting for this moment as long as you had.
The kiss deepened quickly, the tension that had simmered between you all night spilling over like floodwaters. His hands slid up your back, pulling you closer, his body pressed against yours like he couldn’t bear even a breath of space between you. Your fingers found the hem of his shirt, tugging it upward, and he broke the kiss only long enough to let you pull it over his head, the fabric falling to the floor.
Your gaze drifted over his chest, tracing the faint scars etched across his skin, each one a reminder of everything he’d endured. The moonlight highlighted every line, every curve of muscle, and for a moment, he looked vulnerable—unsure. His chest rose and fell quickly, his nerves evident, but you didn’t let him linger there.
Your fingers brushed over his scars, soft and deliberate, and you leaned in to kiss him again. He melted into it, his hesitance replaced by a quiet urgency as his hands slid to your hips. His lips left yours to trail down your jaw, finding your neck, his kisses slow and infused with something akin to hunger. The heat of his mouth against your skin made you shiver, your breath catching as his fingers found the hem of your shirt and lifted it.
You raised your arms to let him pull it off, and when he stepped back just slightly, his gaze lingered on you in the moonlight, reverent and full of something raw that made warmth bloom low in your stomach.
“You’re incredible,” he murmured, his voice barely audible, as though he wasn’t sure he was allowed to say it aloud.
Before you could respond, he kissed you again, his hands wandering your sides and back, like he was mapping every inch of you. You barely noticed the edge of a desk pressing into the backs of your thighs as he guided you backward, his movements growing bolder with each passing moment.
Your fingers drifted down his chest, following the ridges of his muscles until they found the waistband of his jeans. You worked the button free, and Harry let out a low groan, his forehead dropping to yours, his breath warm against your lips.
“Are you sure?” he asked, his voice strained, his green eyes searching yours with an intensity that made your heart stumble.
“I’m sure,” you whispered, your voice steady despite the whirlwind of nerves and desire coursing through you. “I want this. I want you.”
Something in his expression shifted, the raw emotion behind his gaze making your chest ache. He kissed you again, slower this time, as though he was trying to pour every unsaid word, every feeling he couldn’t name, into the press of his lips.
His hands gripped your thighs, lifting you onto the desk with ease. You wrapped your legs around his waist, pulling him closer, the warmth of him against you making your breath hitch. Every touch, every kiss, every whispered sound felt all-consuming, pulling you deeper into him.
The world outside disappeared. There was no war, no expectations, no fear. Just Harry—the feel of his hands, the heat of his mouth, the quiet way he murmured your name like it was the only thing keeping him grounded.
For the first time in what felt like forever, the weight you both carried didn’t matter. In this moment, there was nothing but the two of you, and that was enough.
Harry’s hands gripped your thighs firmly, his touch grounding and electric all at once. His kisses grew hungrier, more insistent, his mouth moving against yours like he’d been holding back for far too long. The edge of the desk pressed into your back, but the slight discomfort melted away beneath the heat of his body pressing against yours. Everything about him—his hands, his lips, the low, ragged sounds he made—consumed you entirely.
Your fingers worked at the top of his jeans, fumbling slightly in your haste. Harry groaned softly against your mouth as you finally managed to pull them down, his breath hitching sharply when your hands slipped below the waistband of his boxers brushing against the heated skin just above his throbbing length. His hips jerked slightly at the contact, and the sound that escaped his lips was low and guttural, sending a rush of heat spiraling through you.
He pulled back slightly, just enough to look at you. His green eyes were dark, heavy-lidded, and filled with something raw that made your pulse stutter. His hands slid to your hips, fingers brushing against the hem of your jeans. “Can I?” he asked, his voice low and rough, barely steady.
“Please,” you breathed, lifting your hips to help him.
His gaze stayed locked on you as he slid your jeans down, the fabric brushing against your skin in a way that left you shivering. The look in his eyes made your breath catch—a mixture of reverence and want, like he couldn’t quite believe you were real. His hands trembled slightly as he tossed the jeans aside, and the way his gaze raked over you, slow and deliberate, made warmth bloom low in your stomach.
“You’re…” He trailed off, his words faltering as his eyes met yours again. He didn’t need to finish the sentence; the intensity in his expression said everything his voice couldn’t.
You reached for him, pulling him closer until his bare chest pressed against yours. The heat of his skin against yours sent a shiver through you, and when his hands slid back to your thighs, parting them just slightly, you gasped quietly. His lips found yours again, slower this time, deeper. Each kiss was deliberate, filled with a need that made your whole body tremble.
One of his hands slipped between your legs, his fingers brushing against the fabric of your underwear. The touch was tentative at first, testing, but when a soft moan slipped from your lips, his confidence grew. His fingers pressed more firmly, tracing the heat of you through the fabric, and you arched into his touch instinctively, the sensation overwhelming.
“God, you’re so—” Harry broke off with a groan, his free hand gripping your thigh tightly as you rolled your hips against his hand. His breathing was unsteady now, ragged and uneven. “You’re perfect.”
The words sent a jolt of pleasure through you, making your pulse race. You reached for him, your fingers slipping beneath the waistband of his boxers, finally pulling the restrictive barrier between the two of you down. His forehead dropped to your shoulder as your hand wrapped around him, the heat and weight of him making your own breath falter. He let out a strangled moan, his hips rocking instinctively into your touch.
“Wait,” he murmured, his voice tight, like he was holding on to the last threads of control. He pulled back just enough to look at you, his hands trembling as they moved to your waist. “I want to—can I—”
You nodded quickly, your cheeks warm, reaching for him again to help guide his length inside you. The desk creaked faintly as he stepped closer, his hands finding your hips as he lined himself up with you. He hesitated, his eyes meeting yours, and for a moment, the world stilled.
“Are you sure?” he asked, his voice softer this time, steady but full of emotion.
“Yes,” you whispered, your voice sure despite the nerves and anticipation rushing through you. “I want this, Harry. I want you—all of you.”
That was all he needed.
Harry leaned in, his lips finding yours again as he pushed forward, slow and purposeful. The initial stretch made you tense, your fingers instinctively tightening against his shoulders. But then his breath brushed warm against your cheek, and the soft, shaky sound he let out as he slid deeper sent a ripple through you, easing the tension and replacing it with something else entirely—something that left you breathless.
“You okay?” he murmured, his forehead pressing against yours. His voice was tight, laced with restraint, and it made your heart ache in the best way.
“Yes,” you whispered, your nails digging lightly into his skin as your body adjusted to him. “Just… don’t stop.”
His jaw tightened, and he nodded, his hands trembling slightly where they gripped your waist. He started to move, his hips rolling in a slow, achingly delicious rhythm that made your breath catch. Each motion sent a wave of heat building steadily through you, your body arching instinctively toward his as though you couldn’t get close enough.
“God,” he groaned, the sound rough and raw as it left him. His hands slid down to your thighs, lifting you slightly to meet his thrusts, and the shift made you gasp. Your head fell back against the desk as the new angle sent a spark shooting through you. “You feel so—”
The rest of his words broke off into a low curse, his lips finding your neck again as his movements quickened. The world beyond the room ceased to exist—the only things that mattered were the soft creak of the desk beneath you, the heat of his body against yours, and the quiet, desperate noises that escaped him with every thrust.
Your hips tilted to meet his rhythm, and the friction left you dizzy, sparks lighting beneath your skin. Your hands slid into his hair, tangling in the messy strands as his face buried in the curve of your shoulder. His breath was hot against your skin, and each groan that escaped his lips sent a shiver coursing down your spine, your body arching into his as the pressure low in your belly coiled tighter.
“Harry,” you gasped, his name tumbling from your lips like a plea, raw and unrestrained. His response was a groan that seemed to echo through you, his hands gripping your hips tighter, his touch almost possessive as he pulled you closer.
“You’re gorgeous,” he murmured, the words rough against your skin, reverent and awed. His voice broke slightly as he added, “I—I can’t…”
“Don’t hold back,” you whispered, your voice trembling but sure. Your hands slid down his back, clutching at his waist to anchor yourself. “I’m here. I’ve got you.”
For a brief moment, his pace faltered, his forehead pressing against yours as though grounding himself in the moment. And then he kissed you again, hard and desperate, his lips crashing into yours as though he needed you more than air. His rhythm grew uneven, each thrust deeper, more precise, until the tension inside you snapped.
The wave that crashed over you left you trembling, your body shuddering in his arms as the heat and intensity overwhelmed you. His name slipped from your lips again, barely audible, as you clung to him.
Moments later, Harry followed, his movements faltering as he buried himself in you one final time. A low, guttural sound escaped his lips as he trembled against you, his forehead dropping to yours. His breaths came fast and ragged, his chest heaving as he held you close, his hands gripping your hips as though afraid to let go.
For a long time, neither of you moved. The room was silent except for the soft hum of your breathing, the faint rustle of fabric as Harry shifted, wrapping his arms more securely around you. He pulled you close, his body still trembling faintly, and you rested your head against his shoulder, your fingers tracing aimless patterns across his back.
“Are you okay?” he asked after a moment, his voice hoarse but filled with quiet concern.
A soft smile tugged at your lips, and you tilted your head just enough to brush a kiss against his neck. “More than okay,” you whispered.
Harry let out a quiet laugh, low and warm, his arms tightening around you. “Me too,” he murmured, his lips brushing lightly against your temple.
Finally, for what seemed like an eternity. Everything felt right, it felt okay. Like harry could just..exist again.

𐙚 footsie
IN WHICH - draco and y/n play footsie under the table - well, more like y/n plays footsie with draco under the table...
warnings: slight smut / foot fetish ? / draco jerking off / public-ish
── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──
the smell of roasted turkey legs and mashed potatoes & gravy filled the dining hall. you sat across from draco tonight, crabbe stole your spot beside him. draco was going to tell him to piss off, but you insisted it was fine.
draco was looking rather handsome tonight. his hair was neatly swept to the side and he was wearing a white button down & his slytherin tie..
you couldn't stop admiring your boyfriend-particularly his outfit. he wore it everyday, but tonight... he just looked different. he just looked so... good?
your thoughts started to go else where. playing back the memories of a few nights prior;
draco had you bent over his bed, legs spread, ass up. he took slow and excruciatingly long strokes into your pussy. your hands were tied behind your back with his green and black tie.
"dray... please go faster." you begged, face stuffed in his pillow. he smiled at your neediness and then proceeded to leave your legs sore and ass cheeks red for the next day.
"y/n," you snap out of your thoughts. you look up to see draco staring at you with a slight smile. "what's up? why aren't you eating?"
you just smiled at him, "nothing." you took a couple bites before hesitantly slipping your foot out of your shoe.
draco feels an unexpected foot touch his own. he jumps a bit, and slightly raises an eyebrow at you.
he then just smiles softly, assuming you just wanted to touch him in some way shape or form. he knew you liked to touch him whenever you felt anxious, it always calmed you down. you blinked innocently at him, slowly rubbing your black-tight covered foot up his calf.
he glanced under the table at your foot-his raised eyebrow coming back. he gives you a curious look and mouths, "what are you doing?"
you shrug your shoulders, taking another bite of food. your foot continues to make its way up his leg, rubbing against his knee.
"y/n stop.." he mouths, again. you can tell he is a little flustered. you know he didn't want you to actually stop. if he did, then why'd he scoot himself closer to the table?
draco's eyes narrow at you. he silently curses himself for letting you do this sick stuff in public. he doesn't have the balls to tell you to stop.
your foot reaches the inside of his thigh, spreading his legs apart slightly. draco refuses to make eye contact now. he's instead looking around the room hoping no one is noticing what is going on underneath the table.
your foot suddenly reached his crotch. you rubbed against him slowly but firmly. he looks up at you, frowning when he sees you smiling.
"draco," he snaps out of his gaze on you, "you ready for the match today? i think gryffindor's been winning a lot of their games recently." said blaise. he was sat next to you, which you hated when he did. his elbow was always in your face when he was eating.
"yeah..." for a moment draco almost forgot what you were doing. he clears his throat, "yeah gryffindor has been playing well lately. i'm not worried, though, i'll beat potter. no doubt about that."
you had to bite your lip. your foot was still massaging draco over his pants. you couldn't deny how wet this whole scene was making you.
draco's ears were tinted red with blush as he talks to blaise. he was finding it difficult to concentrate on the conversation with your foot rubbing against his cock like that. he glances between your face and blaise's.
he wanted to push your foot away so bad, but he really didn't want to. he can feel the heat building up inside of him.
his knee suddenly slammed up against the table when you quickly pushed even harder on his dick. he backed away from the table, pushing your foot down.
everyone at the table looked up at him as he stood,
"i need to use the restroom." he muttered before walking off, holding his bunched up robes in front of his crotch. he leaves the dining hall making his way to the nearest bathroom.
draco quickly finds a bathroom and he slips inside. he enters one of the empty stalls and locks the door behind him. sighing, he leaned against the door, closing his eyes.
he can still feel the way your foot was pushing and pressing against him. he mentally curses at himself before undoing his belt buckle and sliding his trousers down.
he takes a seat on the toilet and immediately grabs his cock. quickly stroking up and down, draco just desperately wanted to get back to the table. he closed his eyes, imagining you.
the way you looked when you were on your knees gagging on him, or the way your pussy looked from behind when you bent over, or the way your boobs bounced when he fucked you.
he looks down and lets out a string of his spit onto his dick. he hated doing that, but it was the only 'lube' around here.
he spread it around himself, continuing to bring himself closer and closer.
he closes his eyes once more, remembering one night you two shared;
draco had your front side smushed against the wall in the bathroom in his dormitory. he was behind you with an arm wrapped around your neck, and a hand over your mouth.
his cock was slipping in and out of your wet pussy slowly, not trying to make much noise. his roommates were just outside the door, playing a party game.
to your disappointment, he pulled out, but only to bend down and eat your dripping pussy from behind. he wanted to smack your ass so bad, but he knew he shouldn't.
he spun you around so you were facing him, and he wrapped one of your legs around his shoulders. he dives back deep into your wetness, guiding you to your orgasm as quietly as possible.
draco quickly grabbed some toilet paper with his other hand and released himself all over it. he let out a sigh, finally feeling relieved.
he takes a moment to calm himself down and clean up before leaving the bathroom. he runs his hand through his hair, trying to calm his breathing.
he takes a deep breath and heads back into the dining hall, forcing the memories of what just happened to the back of his mind.
he takes his seat across from you, staring you down. he gave you a small glare and you giggled to yourself.
you really did have this boy wrapped around your finger.

It's late when you fall into bed, sinking into the shape of yourself indented into a mattress you'd long left behind.
You're exhausted. The special kind. The kind that only comes with visiting your family for Thanksgiving.
It was stupid to have expected anything else really. Between the travelling, over indulgence, and endless socializing and catching up with family, there wasn't a chance you'd be anything other than bone tired and irritable. Wasn't that how these things always went?
In fact, from the moment you'd been welcomed by your mom with open arms and an it's good to have you home, you'd been annoyed. You couldn't even quite put your finger on why until Joel had sent his first message that morning; a picture of him and Sarah in matching holiday t-shirts, wearing matching squinting eyed grins, with a message that read wish you were here, and you wished you were too.
It wasn't until the fifth welcome home that day that you realized home hadn't been this place in a long time. Home, instead, was a million miles away, in Austin, Texas.
Home was sat on his couch, sharing a bag of chips with his daughter.
Home was chatting shit with his brother, cracking open a cold one on the patio.
Home was probably curled up in bed, holding a pillow close to himself to fill the empty space left by you.
Home was Joel Miller.
And home wasn't here.
At dinner, you'd made a decent effort to fill the Joel shaped void in your chest with mashed potatoes and stuffing, eating until your stomach ached so much that any other part of you couldn't possibly ache for any other reason. By the time dessert rolled around, the longing was back, clawing at you and pulling you toward a family that could be yours, if only you'd let it, until you filled that aching void again with too much pie and wine.
It was back now, that ache. Softer and gentler now that you were alone. More creeping than clawing as it worked its way back up your spine, latching at your throat with a squeeze rather than the bruising grip from earlier in the day.
It was that very same ache - that longing - that made you send maybe the most pathetic text you'd ever sent in your life.
you up?
He shouldn't be, you don't think. If it's late here it's even later there. He has a kid. Responsibilities you have been reminded over and over by "well meaning" family members that you don't have. At any rate, he had better things to do than to keep you company in the middle of the night, when the longing got too much to bear alone. Because you are alone, in this house filled with people - people you love - and you think that maybe you've never been more alone than now because, suddenly, alone feels a lot like lonely and -
The shrill ring of your phone stops your spiralling thoughts and, in a panic, you slap at the screen just to shut it up, rolling over until the brightness of it blinds you, and then you hear him.
His familiar drawl is softer than usual. He sounds tired, but content, almost like you can hear the smile in his voice and the crinkle in his eyes.
"Was hopin' I'd hear from you."
Your brain has stuttered to a stop. You're not breathing, not blinking, barely moving where you lie on your front, propped on your elbows, staring down at the too-bright screen of your phone where Joel stares back. It's just a picture - one you'd taken some weeks ago as you sat next to him on his couch and had looked at every day since. It was a good picture. He looked beautiful - soft and comfortable in his own home, looking right at you. Fuck, do you miss him.
"Hello? Y'ain't fallen asleep on me that quick, have you?"
You blink, shake yourself, and curse under your breath, catching Joel's raspy laugh as you fumble with your phone and smack it to the side of your head much harder than you meant to.
"Fuck, fuck, ow, yes, sorry. Hello," you garble, before taking a deep breath. "Hello. Hi."
"Hey there, darlin'," he says back, that smile so evident on his voice you're grinning right back at him in the dark. "You okay? Doze off for a little there?"
"Sorry it's - it's just your voice. Sounds better than I remember," you laugh softly. "Wasn't expecting it."
"Only been a couple days," he teases, and the familiar, comfortable ease of being with Joel blankets you. From what feels like so very far away he's managed to crawl back into your chest and illuminate the dark, empty cavern inside of it in a matter of moments. You never stood a chance.
"I know," you sigh as you roll over and flick on a bedside lamp to keep the creeping dark at bay. "I've missed you. Today was... not fun."
"Wanna talk about it?"
"Not really."
By this point you knew him well enough to know he was running his tongue across his teeth, nodding in that gentle, understanding way he did whenever you'd complain about work, or how you'd kicked the kitchen cabinet by accident yet again. For as much as he'd barrelled into your life, he was always so very gentle with the parts you gave, and even gentler with the parts that you weren't yet ready for him to see. Fuck, do you love him.
He hums then, in just the way you'd expect, and you listen to the delicate sounds of each others breaths for a beat before he breaks the silence.
"Wanna tell me what that surprise you were teasin' me was instead?"
Shit. You'd forgotten about that. Sort of.
This morning you'd almost pulled it out, plan set to tease Joel with it all day. One look at the thing in your hand, and the idea of your cunt pulsing away while you tried to have a conversation with your mother turned you off from that idea entirely.
Now, it sat back in your bag, tucked away and hidden in the closet, away from the prying eyes of your family, and almost forgotten entirely by you.
"It can wait," you say hastily, flapping a hand in the air as if there was any chance he could see you.
"Now hold on a sec. You were teasin' me with that all week. Told me I couldn't have it at home, it was best to show me from all the way over there. Now, I don't know what you're plannin', but you got two days to show me what mischief you been makin', sweetheart, or all that fuss before was for nothin'."
You don't answer, instead eyeing the closet and weighing up your chances of waking anyone in the house if you did show Joel the little surprise you'd been planning on giving him for weeks.
"Think I can make a few guesses, don't you?"
"You could try," you scoff, knowing Joel's eyebrows are making a valiant attempt to meet his hairline right now.
"Try?" he asks, all too innocently. "Just tell me somethin', then. You doin' that thing where you touch yourself without even realizin' it?"
Your hand stops just at it's about to make another loop across your chest and down the softness of your stomach. "No."
He tuts down the line, and you can see the tick of his head behind your eyes, pinched shut as if he'd just caught you in the act in person.
"And you're gonna tell me your little surprise got nothin' to do with that."
That happened to be the way you always found yourself touching yourself in some way whenever you spoke to Joel, from whatever distance you found yourself from him. Not always in a sexy way either, though more often than not it was. Sometimes it was just soothing, you supposed. Listening to him talk while your hands played idly on your skin calmed you better than just about anything else, and here you were, soothing yourself with his voice from across the miles, your hands tracing the patterns you wished his could. It was nice - a connection to him even through the distance that wasn't just audible, but physical too.
Which was the exact point of your little surprise - a way to be with Joel without actually being with Joel.
"It might."
Joel's stubborn silence is about all you need to know the man isn't about to back down and let you off the hook any time soon. "Fine, but you've got to give me a second to grab it."
You huff in faux annoyance and haul your ass out of bed, tired bones creaking, but the weariness you'd felt all day slowly fading away as excitement creeps in to replace it.
"Can hear you movin' around."
You're glad for it. You hope he can hear every single thing - the soft click of the closet door, the thud of pillows propped up on the bed you spent years of your life sleeping in, the creak of springs as you settle yourself back into the unfamiliar sheets covering it, how you pull up your shirt just so and rest the surprise you'd stashed away across the miles right between your bare breasts. You hope he hears you fumble and tap at your phone as you take picture after picture, until you get one just right, and scramble to hit send.
It's a hope that's realized when you hear his breath hitch and the words get lost in his throat.
"Well," he says with a cough. "Don't quite know what the surprise for me is. Never hid those beauties from me before though, so I'm gonna have to say it's the pretty thing between 'em. Think I can guess where it goes. You gonna let me listen in?"
"Maybe," you say just as you hit send on another message to Joel. "Was kinda hoping you'd give me a hand though."
"What -"
He sounds muffled, but you can hear him mumbling to himself as his thick fingers tap away at his phone screen. And then, exactly as you hoped, the toy sitting on your chest rumbles to life and you could almost cry at the feeling. You grasp it in your fist, just as the other motor hums into action and starts gently thrusting against your palm. For a moment, the intensity gets so much your skin starts to tingle, until it dies down and then finally rumbles to a stop.
"This what I think it is? You really get this so I can play with you like this?" he asks, voice laced in disbelief.
"Yeah," you say, the toy in your hand purring into action again.
"You ain't put it in yet, have you?"
"Not yet," you murmur. "But I can feel you."
"Yeah?" he says, and a moment later the vibrations strengthen and weaken against your hand, like a wave coming in strong before pulling back out to sea. "Y'feel that?"
"Mhm."
The toy buzzes to life and quickly shuts off over and over, short stacatto bursts of vibrations tickling your hand, and you laugh at the silliness of it. "Joel. That's not gonna get anyone off. You're just gonna break it."
"What? It ain't nice like that?" he jokes.
"Feeling you is always nice."
"Know what'd be even nicer?" he asks. "Takin' off them panties and lettin' me really put this thing to use. Feel me where you really need it. Know you gotta be wet down there - your brain don't shut off like that when I'm talking to you if you ain't."
Your panties are flung across the room barely a moment later, your fingers skating gently along the edges of them before you yanked them down your legs. You are wet, panties soaked through in the middle, cunt sensitive and ready for a cock that isn't coming. Despite the obvious emptiness, and even more painfully obvious lack of Joel in the room, you know you're about to come quicker than you have in some time. You can barely swipe your own fingers through your slick folds, gathering your own wetness to smear it over the toy, without holding back a moan.
"That's it. Can hear you. Think we oughta start off nice 'n' gentle, huh?"
The air hitches in your lungs as the toy thrums to life. You guide the gentle buzz down your front, leaving a slick trail of your own wetness over the softness of your belly, before teasing down and down, between your legs and across already twitching thighs.
You circle your cunt with it, teasing with its vibrating tip, eyes pinched shut while Joel keeps it soft and steady for you as you slip it across slick coated skin and up to your clit.
"That good?"
He sounds so soft, almost breathless. You hope he's touching himself too, but you don't have the words to ask. If you open your mouth you're going to let out the moan you're so desperately holding back, your bottom lip sore with it, and the idea of anyone waking up, of ruining this for you now when it's just begun, is enough to keep your lips sealed tight.
"Mhm."
"S'good. Think you're playin' with that clit now, huh?"
You nod. Stupidly. Yet somehow he knows. He always knows. And the toy buzzes harder, intensity sliding up so gently as you were swirling it around yourself you almost didn't notice until the vibrations dancing past your clit forced the moan out of you, face turned into the pillow to stifle it.
"Gotta keep quiet," he says then. "Y'aint alone over there, darlin'. But I ain't with you to put that mouth to use either."
You groan again. You can't control it. It comes out low and strong, the phone you were grasping so tightly left forgotten against the pillow by your ear so you can clutch the plush pillow to your face instead, biting it.
"Too good," you say around a mouthful of pillow. "I need to put it in, Joel, it's gonna make me come too fast - shit - just knowing - knowing you're there, doing that and I - fuck..."
"Put it in. Slip it in that wet little hole for me. You feel that? Feel me in there?"
It's easy, sliding it into you. It's only small - you certainly have bigger - but so very powerful. Not the motor, no, but the way it, and Joel's control over it, have you a sopping mess already.
"I feel you," you say, Joel turning sliding on the other setting - the thrust you felt in your palm minutes ago - setting the toy wiggling and buzzing inside you. "Fuck, I feel you."
You dig your nails into your thighs, letting them bite into the soft, sensitive flesh to pull you back, to pull you down from whatever high you were going toward. It's too much and it's not enough all at once. You want him - need him - desperately, but he's so damn far away and somehow that makes this all the sweeter and all the more bitter, all in one.
"Wish I could be fuckin' you for real, feel you twitchin' on my cock. You twitchin'?" he asks, that breathlessness back in his voice again, and you just know he's joining you. You can see his hand gripped tight around his cock, his head slick and ruddy, squeezing more than stroking, holding back just like you were desperately trying to.
"Don't want to yet. Want this to last - ah - won't have you for days."
"Look at you," he mutters, the vibrations inside you kicking up a notch. "Can't go a few days without me."
And you never want to again.
"Touch that clit for me. Wish I could do it for you. Know how much y'need it."
At his guidance, your grip on your thighs releases. You stroke one quivering hand across your mound. You're so tense. From the day, sure, but from holding back too. All damn day you've held back. Held back looking at your phone in front of anyone. Held back saying Joel's name, mentioning the man who had you so distracted even from so far away. Held back talking about his amazing daughter, and the little family you'd accidentally and gladly fallen into. Held back telling everyone about the life you'd carved for yourself a million miles away from here, so different from the one you left behind. Held back, held back, held back.
Even now you're holding back, but fuck, are you ready to fly.
"Need to see you," you beg, a little too loudly, but you can't bring yourself to care. The combination of him working away in your cunt and your fingers stroking against your swollen clit are too much. You need to see him. "Please. I'm close. I'm -"
There's a shuffle and then the screen illuminates against your face just as the pulsing throb in your cunt gets stronger. You fumble, grabbing it just before it slips beneath your shoulder, and squint against the brightness, eyes adjusting until you see the beautiful face of Joel.
He's smiling. Face as flushed as you imagine yours is.
"Fuck -" you gasp. He looks better than you remember. Even at this terrible angle, the extreme close up of his face. He's shirtless. You can see his bare, tanned collarbones, the slope of his traps into his shoulders. "Fuck."
"You really that close?" you watch him say, your eyes fixated on the way his mouth moves around each word. So fixated, you barely notice him pull back the camera, or shift it upwards, until his full head is in view.
Including the turkey hat perched on top of it.
You almost stop swiping your fingers across your clit.
Almost.
"You asshole," you moan, as Joel's face lights up. He frowns then too, a look of concentration flicking over his face, tukey legs flapping by his ears, until you feel the damned thing rumbling inside you thrust wilder, wiggling against that very spot usually reserved for Joel's fingers. "Fu-uck. You - you just put that hat on. I heard you."
"This old thing?" he says with wobble of his head that sends the turkey flopping from side to side.
"Take it off. I'm close Joel, I-"
He shrugs. You watch him fucking shrug as you speed up the movement of your fingers, teasing yourself as he teases you in every sense of the word and, somehow, it does nothing but get you wetter, sends your legs quivering and your brain desperately trying to hold on for a little bit longer. "Don't think it's enough to stop you. Never had a problem comin' before. Think you can come no matter what I'm wearin'."
"Fuck," you say again, because it's true. And he smirks, because he knows it is too.
"You can do it. Keep rubbin' that thing for me, can tell you're so fuckin' close."
"Are you hard? Please. I need to know, I can't, I'm - I -"
"Where the fuck do you think my other hand is, huh? You wanna see 'im? Know you said you missed me but I bet you're really fuckin' missin' him right now, ain't you?"
"Please."
You're loud. You know you are. Even as you beg, you know it's too loud, and you know these walls are too damn thin for this. The only thing saving your ass right now is holiday exhaustion and too much pie.
When Joel flips his camera, you damn near come immediately. He's cupping his balls, massaging them while his solid cock desperately leaks. He's holding himself back for you - fuck, you love him - he's waited for you all this time, hoping to hear from you, thinking of you as he played with himself alone, so far away from you and your helping hands.
"Oh my god, I swear, I swear I've never wanted it more. I need it."
"I believe you," he breathes, jerking his cock in his massive hand. "You're gonna get it, darlin'. Second you're back here, gonna bend you over your kitchen counter and fuck you right there. Keep makin' them pretty noises for me now. That's it. Need more fuckin' hands..."
"I'm gonna, I'm gonna -"
And you do. Joel makes one last flick across his phone screen, the intensity rumbling in you reaching a peak, your fingers rub, rub, rubbing at your clit as you watch his heavy cock throb in his hand, and you come, clenching and fluttering around the unrelenting toy as you swear and moan right down the phoneline.
Joel isn't far behind. Even fucked out and exhausted, you somehow keep your eyes open, keep the toy lodged in you, buzzing away, pulling aftershocks out of you as you watch Joel work his cock until he's spilling all over his fist and thigh with a shakey groan.
"Shit."
You yank the toy from you when it becomes too much to bear, leaving it wet and rumbling on the sheets. Joel cleans up - a softly murmurred be right back, leaving you face down on his bed as you become a boneless sack filled with too much pie and longing in your own bed, so very far from his.
"You made me come in a turkey hat," you say sleepily when his face reappears on your phone screen, that very same hat still pulled tight on his head. You can see his own exhaustion now, each line and shadow on his face exacerbated by the late hour and low light.
"Think we both know you came with me wearin' weirder before. You like the weird."
"You like the weird."
"I love the weird."
He yawns. His massive hand covering his mouth, eyes closing in on themselves, rolling his head - and that stupid turkey hat - on his neck, and he's maybe never looked better. Silly, sleepy, content. Yours.
"I love you."
You don't know why you say it, exactly. You suppose you think it so loud it just slipped out. Fuck knows you'd toyed with it enough. Started saying how much you love his laugh or love his hair in the morning. Text him it. You love him. It should be easy. But it wasn't, even if he said it to you a thousand times over, a thousand different ways, without the many miles between you.
Joel doesn't hesitate, not even for a second. "Come say that to my face."
"I will," you say. "I promise, I will."
There's four days between you, and as many phonecalls. As many I love you's too. Practice makes perfect, they say. And you have a promise to keep.
You say another I love you to your mother when she pulls you in for one last hug, and you mean that just as much, even though that's never been easy either. Practice makes perfect.
She pulls away, pushing you toward something else, when you load your bags into the car, welcome home turned to safe journey home. From where home was to where home is. You know she sees it too.
Soft smiles, a kiss to your head. Whispers of I'm so happy for you, I can't wait to meet him, and you're off, away, longing for where love is.
She sees it too.
When you land in Austin that evening, you drive past the door with the lock that started it all, the key sat forgotten at the bottom of your bag. One knock is all it takes, and he's there.
"I love you."

Fire & Desire - Matt Sturniolo Part 7
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Part 6 Part 7 Part 8
Pairing: Y/n x Matt Sturniolo
Summary: Y/n has always clashed with Matt. Despite working for Chris’s clothing brand and being close with Nick, her relationship with Matt has always been tense at best. While being forced to be around each other more, their animosity turns into something deeper. Can they overcome their differences, or will their fiery emotions tear them apart?
Warnings: MDNI, angst, tension, flirting, drinking, being intoxicated
The Uber pulled up to a classy restaurant in downtown LA. Nate held the door open for me, gesturing for me to step out first. “After you, princess” he teased with a grin.
I rolled my eyes, unable to suppress a smile. The place was stunning, candles lit on every table, large groups of people filling each one.
We were seated in the corner with a perfect view of the restaurant as a whole. The menu was overwhelming, filled with dishes I couldn’t even pronounce. Nate, sensing my indecision, leaned over the table. “If you’re stuck, just order the steak. You can’t go wrong with steak.”
I ended up ordering just that with mashed potatoes, while Nate opted for lamb chops. We ordered vodka to the table, how classy, but the conversation flowed effortlessly. Nate had this way of making me feel comfortable, allowing me to forget everything going wrong in my life.
We laughed about faking 7 minutes in heaven last night and swapped embarrassing stories from our teenage years. By the time dessert arrived, we were both sat back in our chairs, not too far off a food coma.
“This place is insane” I said, looking around as the lights dimmed slightly, the atmosphere beginning to change.
“It gets better trust me” Nate replied with a smirk.
As 10pm approached, the restaurant began its transformation. The tables near the center of the room were cleared away, allowing space for a dance floor and a DJ set up at the far end.
“You ready to have a good time?” Nate asked, already standing and holding out his hand.
I laughed, taking it. “I’m always ready”
We danced in the centre of the dance floor, only ever coming off it to get a drink or take a shot. It felt nice to feel so carefree in the moment. A break away from drama was exactly what I needed.
Hours passed in an instant. We stepped onto the garden terrace for some air, the terrace was quiet, dotted with couples kissing and girl groups gossiping.
I leaned against the railing, staring out at the city lights. Nate stood beside me, his hands in his pockets.
“You like Matt, don’t you?” he said after a moment, his voice unusually serious.
I blinked, caught off guard. “I mean, he seems to be a nice person to everyone else, so-”
“No” Nate interrupted, turning to face me. “I mean, like, like him. Like, you have feelings for him.”
“What would ever make you think that?” raising an eyebrow at him, utterly shocked.
Nate’s eyes softened, almost smirking at me. “From the way you two were last night. The tension? The way you argue? There’s no way you don’t have feelings for each other. It’s written all over your faces.”
“Nate, that’s ridiculous.” I said finally, forcing a laugh. “Matt doesn’t even like me. Half the time, he can barely even tolerate me.”
“That’s not what it looked like to me” Nate countered, his tone calm but firm. “The way he was acting last night? That wasn’t someone who doesn’t care. And you? You wouldn’t have been that upset if you didn’t care either.”
I didn’t know what to say in response, so I stayed looking into the distance.
“Look..” Nate continued, his voice softer now. “I’m not trying to start anything. I just think there’s something there, whether you want to admit it or not. It’s like them.. What are they called?.. Enemies to lovers tropes!” Nate laughed.
“Hmm I’m not too sure of that Nate” I said, trying to play it off. I stared down at my hands, Nate’s words echoing in my mind. Did Matt? Care? Did I?
Nate’s gaze softened as he studied me, and for a moment, I felt like he could see right through all the walls I’d suddenly built up. “Alright, alright..” he said with a sigh. “If that’s how you feel, I won’t push it. But you’ve got to know, you two are like.. one bad argument away from getting together. It’s obvious.”
I chuckled, trying to let the tension in my chest ease a little. “You’re just being dramatic.”
Nate leaned in, his voice dropping slightly as he added, “I know I am, but you know I’m right. And if you’re really not going to act on it, that’s fine. But if you ever change your mind, I think you should go for it with him. Matt’s a mess, sure, but I’ve seen the way he looks at you. It’s not just him being an ass. There’s more there. And trust me, he won’t be able to keep playing it cool forever.”
His words hung in the air between us, and I couldn’t help but feel my stomach flutter slightly.
“I appreciate the advice” I said, my voice quiet, unsure how to process all the things Nate had just put out there. “But I’m not sure I’m ready for that.”
Nate gave me a smile, as if he was already predicting my answer. “You don’t have to be ready. But sometimes, you just have to let things happen.” He nudged me with his elbow. “Just don’t make the mistake of waiting too long.”
The silence that followed was comfortable, but I couldn’t help the swirling thoughts in my mind. Was Nate right? Was I just afraid to admit that I had feelings for Matt? There was no way.
Nate put a hand to my back, breaking my thoughts. “Anyway, don’t worry about me. I’m just a spectator here. I’ll let you sort out your mess with Mr. Moody. But don’t wait too long to figure it out.”
I couldn’t help but chuckle at how blunt Nate could be. “Thanks for the advice” I said, a little more genuinely this time. “I’ll think about it.”
Nate gave me a wink. “You better.”
And just like that, the conversation shifted, the weight of his words lingering in the back of my mind as we both turned back to the noise and lights of the club.
“You know what, I’m in the mood for something sweet.. Like a milkshake or something.” I say, hoping Nate sounds up for one too.
"A milkshake? At this hour?" he asked, grinning.
I shrugged, a playful smirk on my lips. "What? Do you not think that sounds nice right now?"
He shook his head, pulling out his phone to look up nearby spots. "No you’re right it does, Mel’s Diner is open 24 hours, and their milkshakes are elite."
We made our way to Mel’s and when we arrived, the place was lively with a mix of night owls and others like us who clearly have been partying all night long.
Sliding into a booth by the window, Nate and I scanned the menu. “You already know what you’re getting?” he asked, his eyes flicking to me.
“Chocolate, obviously” I said with a grin. “What about you?”
“Vanilla” he replied confidently.
I snorted. “Seriously? I never thought anything about you would be vanilla.”
He feigned offense, clutching his chest dramatically. “Hey it’s a classic! You can’t go wrong with it.”
We placed our orders, and just as the milkshakes arrived, Nate’s phone buzzed on the table. He glanced at the screen. The time just hitting 3 am.
“Chris is facetiming me”
Matts POV
The flashing lights of the casino along with the constant dinging of slot machines and chatter of hundreds of people was about to send me into sensory overload. It was the kind of place that was meant to distract you, to make you forget whatever was eating away at you. But even surrounded by all this chaos, my thoughts kept circling back to Y/n.
Christina and Rachel were waiting for us near the roulette tables, all smiles and dressed to a T. Rachel greeted Chris with a playful hug, while Christina’s attention shifted to me. “Long time no see” she said with a flirty smile, brushing her hair over her shoulder. “I got a weird text from you last night.. What was that about?”
My face went scarlet. I forgot about the message Y/n sent off my phone last night.
“Oh sorry, we were playing a drinking game.. Someone had to text something off my phone.. Thats all that was” I try to explain.
“Oh thank god! You had me worried for a sec.” She said with relief.
I gave her a nod, trying to seem engaged, but my mind was elsewhere. My jaw clenched involuntarily as Christina kept chatting, and I couldn’t help but glance at my phone. Nothing. No messages from Nick, no updates from the house. For all I knew, Y/n was out there with Ethan, getting sucked back into his ways.
“Matt?” Christina’s voice broke through my thoughts. “You good?”
I forced a smile. “Yeah, I’m fine.”
Chris, however, wasn’t buying it. He turned to me, almost pulling me to the side, his brows furrowed. “Alright, what’s up with you?”
“Nothing” I said quickly, but Chris wasn’t letting it go.
He stepped closer, lowering his voice so Rachel and Christina couldn’t hear. “You’ve been in a mood all day. What’s going on? This trip is supposed to be fun.”
I sighed, running a hand through my hair. “I’m fine, alright? Just tired.”
Chris was clearly unconvinced. “Bullshit. You’ve been acting like someone stole Trevor since we landed. Plus you had a nap. A five hour long one!”
“I’m literally fine” I muttered, shaking my head.
“Let me guess, this is about Y/n still?”
I glared at him, but his smirk only widened.
“Dude, if you’re jealous, just admit it” he said, leaning against the table.
“I’m not jealous.” I snapped.
Chris raised an eyebrow. “Right. So, this whole vibe you’ve got going on has nothing to do with her being on a date with someone else?”
“I don’t care what she's doing.” I muttered, avoiding his gaze.
“Yeah like I believe that” Chris waved me off. “Look, man, if you’ve got feelings for her, maybe you should actually do something about it instead of acting like you can’t stand to be near her.”
I scoffed, but his words hit closer to home than I wanted to admit. “Whatever” I muttered. “Let’s just play.” My tone of voice starting to pick up.
Chris clipped me on the back of the ear, his usual grin returning. “That’s more like it! Let’s have some fun and let loose!.”
I nodded, as Christina sidled up next to me, giggling about the game ahead.
The casino started to feel smaller as the drinks flowed and Christina’s laughter grew louder in my ear. She was leaning closer now, her hand brushing against my arm as she talked about some story I barely paid attention to. I nodded along, my focus dulled by the whiskey and whatever cocktail she’d handed me earlier.
Chris was across the table, grinning as he raked in chips at the roulette wheel. Rachel sat beside him, seemingly just as entertained by his charm. I tried to focus on the game, but Christina’s presence was impossible to ignore.
“You’re quieter than usual tonight” she said, tilting her head to meet my eyes. “Not like you.”
I shrugged, taking another sip of my drink. “Guess I’m just tired.”
Her lips curved into a smirk. “Doesn’t seem like that to me. You’ve just got something on your mind. Maybe I can help take the edge off.”
Before I could respond, Chris clapped his hands together and declared it was time to leave the tables. “Alright, let’s hit somewhere with better music. Nightclub time!”
We piled into the car waiting outside, the city lights blurring as we sped toward one of Vegas’s VIP clubs. The bouncers waved us in after Chris’s charm worked its magic again to secure us a table with bottle service.
Inside, the volume of the music made it impossible to speak to anyone on a normal level. Christina stuck close to me, her arm looping through mine as we made our way to the table. “This is more like it!” she said, pouring me a shot of tequila and handing it over.
I downed it without thinking, the burn in my throat growing. The night was about to blur into a wash of lights, music, and drinks. Christina’s laughter grew louder, her touches more lingering. At some point, she pulled me onto the dance floor. The alcohol hindered my resistance, and I let her lead. Her hands slid over my shoulders as she swayed to the music, her body grinding against mine.
“You’re finally loosening up” she said, leaning close to my ear.
I smirked, though it felt forced. “Guess so.”
The drinks kept coming, the bottles on our table never empty. Chris and Rachel were lost in their own world, and I could feel myself slipping further into the night. Christina leaned in closer, her lips brushing against my ear as she whispered something I didn’t catch over the music. I nodded anyway, letting the moment carry me because, for now, it was easier than facing what was really on my mind.
Chris stumbled up to me, a sloppy grin plastered on his face, it had been a while since I seen him this drunk. “Man, I wish Nate was here!” he slurred, throwing an arm around my shoulder. “He’d be tearing it up right now.”
Chris fumbled with his phone, squinting at the screen, 3 am showing as he pulled up Nate’s contact. “Let’s facetime him. Any bet he’s just sitting around bored as hell. He’ll wish he came when he sees this place!”
Before I could argue, Chris had already pressed the button, and we both leaned in toward the screen. It rang a couple of times before Nate’s face popped up. The background looking nothing like our house.
“What’s up, boyyys?” he greeted, loud enough to make Chris laugh.
“Dude, where are you?” Chris asked, his words tumbling over one another. “We’re out here killing it, and you’re-” He squinted. “Wait, are you at a diner? Drinking.. a milkshake?”
Nate tilted the phone slightly, and sure enough, he was sitting at one of those old school diner booths, milkshake glass in hand.
“Yeah” Nate said casually. “Gotta get a milkshake after the club, yous should try it later!”
Chris leaned closer to the screen. “Who are you with, though? Don’t tell me you’re solo right now.”
Nate chuckled, glancing off screen before turning the phone slightly. My stomach dropped as the camera panned over to her.
Y/n.
She was sitting across from him, sipping from her own milkshake, looking relaxed and.. happy.
That’s who she’s on a date with? The thought hit me like a bus, and suddenly, everything around me blurred. My ears buzzed, drowning out the rest of the conversation as my brain zoned in on one thing. Her. With Nate.
I turned away from the phone abruptly, needing to put distance between myself and the scene unfolding on the screen. Chris called after me, but I couldn’t stay there. Not while they were laughing and chatting like that.
I didn’t even realize where I was going until Christina appeared in front of me, her hand lightly grazing my arm.
“Hey, you okay?” she asked.
I nodded, though the knot in my chest tightened.
She smiled softly, her eyes searching mine. “What do you say? We go back to your hotel room?”
I hesitated for only a second before nodding again. “Yeah.”
“Alright” she said, slipping her arm through mine. “Let’s get out of here.”
I let her lead the way, my mind still spinning as I tried to push away the image of Y/n with Nate.
Y/n’s POV
It wasn’t long before Nate answered, holding the phone up infront of his face.
“What’s up, boyyys?” he greeted, I could hear Chris’ laugh through the phone, assuming Matt is also there since he technically just addressed them both.
“Dude, where are you?” Chris asked, his words tumbling over one another. “We’re out here killing it, and you’re.. Wait, are you at a diner? Drinking.. a milkshake?”
Nate tilted the phone slightly, to show Chris he was sitting at a diner booth, while getting the view of his milkshake in.
“Yeah” Nate said casually. “Gotta get a milkshake after the club, yous should try it later!”
“Who are you with, though? Don’t tell me you’re solo right now.” I hear Chris question.
Nate chuckled, glancing at me. Soon after he panned the camera around to show me.
“Is this who you’re on a date with?!” Chris’s voice cut through the background noise, a hint of surprise and confusion in his tone. I couldn’t help but laugh, shaking my head slightly.
“It’s not really a date” I said quickly, trying to clear up the confusion. “We’re just friends.”
“Yeah” Nate chimed in, “just friends. Nothing crazy.”
Chris, however, didn’t seem convinced. “Yeah, but I thought you-” He paused, almost as if he was reconsidering something. “Your Instagram story?”
I bit my lip, god it really was getting a reaction, but before I could respond, Nate jumped in. “You know, I told her to use that caption. So, don’t get all worked up.
Chris laughed to himself, clearly having a great time in Vegas considering how drunk he sounds right now.
“Hey where did Matt go?” Nate asked, his tone casual, but there was an underlying curiosity there.
Chris’s voice came through the phone again, a bit distracted. “He’s with Christina” he said, like it wasn’t a big deal.
The words hit me harder than I expected. Christina? My stomach twisted in a way that felt unfamiliar, and I caught myself gripping my milkshake glass just a little too tightly. Why did it bother me? I had no reason to care. Matt was free to do whatever, or whoever, he wanted.
But the ache in my chest didn’t match the logic in my head.
Nate, always perceptive, raised an eyebrow at me. “You okay?”
I forced a shrug, trying to act like it didn’t affect me. “Yeah, why wouldn’t I be?” I said, taking another sip of my milkshake to buy myself time.
I knew Nate was wrong.
Matt Sturniolo doesn’t like me.

Baby's Mealtime
Dad!Gojo x reader Genre: Fluff Synopsis: How does one make a picky baby eat? Masterlist
The sun lazily cast its golden glow through the curtains of the cozy dining room, where you and your husband Gojo Satoru found yourselves in a culinary predicament: your adorable bundle of joy, your little miracle, the product of your love was adamantly refusing to eat. The table was set with an array of colorful purees and tiny utensils, but your baby, nestled snugly in their high chair, seemed more interested in playing with the food than actually eating it.
"Come on, sweetheart," you cooed, gently nudging a spoonful of mashed sweet potatoes toward the baby's lips. "Just one little bite for Mama?"
But the baby simply giggled, sending a smear of orange across their tiny cheeks, clearly enjoying the messy playtime more than the prospect of eating. Gojo chuckled, leaning in to wipe away the stray food with a soft cloth.
"Looks like we've got a little food artist on our hands," he remarked with a grin, his eyes brimming with affection.
You sighed, exchanging a knowing look with Gojo. You definitely were determined parents, and both of you were not about to give up so easily. It was time to get creative.
"Alright, little one," you said, your voice filled with determination. "If you won't eat the sweet potatoes, how about some mashed bananas?"
With a swift flick of the spoon, you swapped the orange puree for a bowl of creamy yellow goodness. The baby eyed the new offering with curiosity, tiny fingers reaching out to explore.
"Go ahead, darling," Gojo encouraged, his heart swelling with pride at the sight of the little one's curiosity. "Give it a try."
With a tentative nibble, the baby tasted the banana puree, their face lighting up with delight at the sweet flavor. Success! You exchanged triumphant glances with your husband, feeling like you had just won a major battle.
But the victory was short-lived as the baby's enthusiasm quickly waned, pushing away the spoon with a pout. It seemed the little gourmet had already grown tired of bananas.
Undeterred, you and Gojo embarked on a culinary adventure, experimenting with different flavors and textures in a quest to find the perfect meal for your precious little picky eater. From mashed avocados to pureed peas, from tiny pasta stars to bite-sized fruit slices, you tried it all, each attempt met with varying degrees of success and failure.
Through it all, Gojo and you remained patient and loving, your hearts overflowing with affection for your little one. You sang silly songs and made funny faces, turning mealtime into a joyous celebration of love and family.
And slowly but surely, your efforts began to pay off. With each passing day, the baby became more adventurous, eagerly tasting new foods and delighting in the flavors on their tiny taste buds. The kitchen echoed with laughter and giggles, a symphony of happiness that filled the air with warmth and love.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity of culinary exploration, You and Gojo discovered the secret to your baby's heart: a simple combination of mashed bananas and sweet potatoes, mixed together to create a questionable concoction that had your little one eagerly opening wide for more.
As you watched your baby happily gobble up spoonful after spoonful of the homemade mash, you and Gojo exchanged a proud smile.

Hi fellow adventurers!! Welcome to chapter 2! We're going to be attempting a nice lil fruit-focused quiche/frittata/pie thing. And yes, tomatoes are fruits.
Who says you cant eat totally normal things in a dungeon with definitely no monsters in them?
You know what that means; Man-Eating Plant Tart!
(As always you can find the cooking instructions and full ingredient list under the break-)
MY NAMES CROSS NOW LETS COOK LIKE ANIMALS
SO, “what goes in to a Man-Eating Plant Tart?” YOU MIGHT ASKThe way its prepared in the show is akin to a frittata, but the crust is borrowed from quiche world.
Eggs
Whole milk
Bell peppers
Persimmons
Cherry tomatoes
Pitted green olives
Thinly sliced OR shredded sweet potatos
Salt
Pepper
In the show they use leftover hotpot stock, slime, and mashed up fruit as the batter ingredients. Fruit mush is easy to work with but I couldn't find any stand-in for slime that would cook correctly into what they made in the show, and the hotpot stock is just not thick enough to carry the base. It is too many watery ingredients at once. Needing a thickening agent, both gelatin and agar agar were tried. It was edible but the texture was… gelatinous. Regular egg and milk will serve for our purposes.
The next complication was the crust- so in the show its made with the skins of fruit, straightforward yeah? Well. You see it also has to be 1. Thick enough to bake without burning 2. Harden through cooking to be sliced and held and 3. Inedible. Lotus leaves? Plantain leaves? Really thin gourds? I couldnt find any historical basis for a savory food cooked in this method, or similar method, with an intentionally inedible crust. I could find a few dishes which used leaves as their crust, but none that hardened during cooking and even less that used fruit skin. I chose sweet potato skin for its visual match and texture. It is edible, and it is not a fruit.
I hope youll forgive me for these 2 major deviations as i wanted to keep it looking how it does in the show while also ensuring it tastes good.
AND, “what does a Man-Eating Plant Tart taste like?” YOU MIGHT ASKFluffy, airy, savory, salty.
The density of the eggs is offset by the crisp fruits
And the saltiness doesnt overpower the remnant fruit-sweetness
(If you eat the crust) the sweet potato brings this nice muted, smokey, flavor
Spongecake-esque in consistency
Would pair well with cranberry or strawberry juice
Would also pair well with a mellow hot sauce?
. You can use heavy cream instead of milk for a creamier batter . Roast the fruit longer to remove more liquid if too wet (and vice versa if too dry) . Smoked paprika, pepper flakes, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder would taste good in the mixture
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"A mixture of mashed up and cut up Man-Eating Plant fruit, slime and scorpion soup is poured into a pan lined with the flattened peel of the fruit and cooked before garnishing with some more fruit. Described as salty by the group."
From start to finish this recipe took 3-ish hours? Shredding the potatoes took the longest, so if you get them bagged itd be cut down. A very filling recipe and a good way to sneak veggies/fruits in if you have a hard time getting enough of those essential nutrients. The best advice i can give is to add salt/seasonings at every stage of the process, to build up layers. It makes a difference flavor-wise (even if its just salt). I advise against reheating if possible. The filling will make the crust soggy over time.
If you want to be closer to the cooking of the show, you could double the fruit amounts and mash them together while halving the amount of egg and milk. I hadnt tried due to budget reasons, but it should work with some finangling. I'll pass the final verdict off to you guys with how todays recipe turned out <333
What would you rate this recipe out of 10? (with 1 being food that makes one physically sick and 10 being food that gives one a lust for life again.) Did you love it, did you hate it? What're your thoughts on what I could do better, and what would you have done instead?
🐁 ORIGINAL RESIPPY TEXT BELOW 🐁
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
13oz whole milk
2 bell peppers
2 small persimmons
140oz cherry tomatoes
12oz pitted green olives
34oz thinly sliced OR shredded sweet potatos
Salt
Pepper
Method:
Heat oven to 420f and grease a 9-inch pie pan.
Thinly slice (or shred) your sweet potatoes and squeeze out any excess moisture. Coat in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Press sweet potato mixture evenly into and up the sides of the pie pan.
Blind bake for roughly 25 minutes or until lightly golden-brown. No worries if the edges get crisp.
Remove pie pan from oven and set aside.
Core and chop up your bell peppers and persimmons. Coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Line out on a baking sheet, evenly spaced, and roast for roughly 20 minutes or until softened. (you can do this at the same time on a separate rack from the pie crust if you have room)
Remove the stems from your cherry tomatoes, and drain/dry your green olives if canned.
Bring a frying pan to medium heat with olive oil. Add the green olives and sautee until their skin texture starts dimpling. Add the cherry tomatoes and continue sauteeing for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Once the bell peppers, persimmons, cherry tomatoes, and green olives are all done, set aside to cool until just above room temp.
Lower the oven temperature to 350f.
In a mixing bowl combine your eggs and milk, add salt to taste. If you want other seasonings nows a good time!
Once uniform in color and texture, add your cooked fruit. Stir until evenly distributed.
Pour mixture into the potato pie crust.
Bake for roughly 40 minutes. The filling should be mostly firm, but wiggle *slightly* when you shake the pan.
Remove from oven and let rest for roughly 15 minutes before serving.

Sweet as Pie
The sun sets below the horizon on Halloween night, casting a warm, amber glow through the kitchen. You’ve just finished clearing the table after a hearty supper of chicken a l'orange, fluffy mashed potatoes in rich gravy, and butter sautéed greens.
As you pull the warm pumpkin pie cooling on the stovetop, the sweet fragrance fills the kitchen, a delightful mix of cinnamon and nutmeg that wafts in the air.
Gale is seated at the head of the dinner table wearing a plain white T-shirt accentuating his broad shoulders and muscular arms, his green officers jacket draped over his chair.
His face is as stunning as ever—strong and defined, his features softened by the faintest hint of a smile tugging at his full lips. His sandy blonde hair is combed back, neatly in place, with just enough length to show its natural wave, giving him an effortlessly handsome, boyish charm.
As he sits there, relaxed but attentive, he looks every bit the dreamboat, the man you’d cross any room to be near. And the way he looks at you, with a mix of gratitude and desire, makes you feel as if giving him everything he needs is the easiest and most natural thing in the world.
While you carefully lean over the table to set the pie down Gale’s eyes instinctively fall to the tempting curve of cleavage spilling from your blouse then his eyes slowly travel back up, savoring every detail as he takes you in, the heat of his look making your heart race, under his appreciative gaze.
“You look like a dream, sweetheart,” he complements his voice velvety-soft, and you can’t help contain the grin that spreads across your face as you slice him a piece and bring it over to his plate.
“Thank you, Gale,” you say appreciatively, your gaze lingering on him as the look in his eyes makes your cheeks flush a deeper shade.
You take your seat across the table, giving him an affectionate glance as you settle in, and the two of you begin eating dessert together.
Gale savors every last bite of your homemade pie, his eyes locking with yours as he licks the last bit of filling off his thumb. The way he does it is so disarmingly makes your lips part, wishing for that attention elsewhere. A glint of mischief lights up his blue eyes as he catches it, and he leans back in his chair, giving you a knowing grin.
“You know, sweetheart,” he drawls watching as you reach for his empty plate, “I think you might make a sweeter dessert than this pie.” he praises.
You feel a rush of warmth flooding your cheeks, and before you can respond, he pulls you down onto his lap, his hands finding your waist as he draws you close.
He leans in, pressing a soft, lingering kiss to your neck, a grin playing at his lips. “Much sweeter,” he confirms, his fingers giving you a playful squeeze that makes your insides flutter.
“Gale, please… behave ,” you request, your voice soft and breathy as his lips trail along your neck while you try to calm yourself. “We won’t make it to the Halloween dance if you keep this up…and then… you won’t get to see what I’ve chosen as my costume.”
Your words are laced with a hint of longing, and he stops kissing your neck leaning back as you look up at him with your softest doe eyes.
He pouts not getting his way and you reach up, gently brushing his lower lip with a teasing smile. “Let me finish up the dishes so we can go,” you tell him, and with a reluctant sigh, he finally releases you, watching as you slip from his lap.
While you do the dishes scrubbing away, you can feel his eyes on you—steady and hungry—watching your every move as he sips his brandy.
He knocks the last of it back in one swallow, the clink of the glass setting on the table letting you know he’s finished. You barely place the last dish in the drying rack before Gale is behind you, his hands warm as they slide over your waist, pulling you close.
“What if you wear your costume just for me tonight?” he whispers, his voice low and rich, his breath warm against your ear as his lips brush just below it, sending a wave of arousal through you.
You lean into him tilting your head back on his chest. “Would you like that Gale?” you ask, your voice softer, half-tempted to stay right there and forget the night’s plans.
His eyes gleam with excitement he can barely contain as his hand slips to your waist. “Go put it on for me.” He whispers, his voice thick with anticipation as his hands trail a path down your hips.
“Cause’ when we’re done at this party I plan on taking every piece of it off you,” he whispers giving your derrière a firm squeeze that makes you softly gasp, his touch lingering with a promise of what’s to come.
Quickly you head to the bedroom and catch your breath, the excitement building as you apply your make up then pull the costume on you’ve been saving for the night.
It’s a sleek, fitted black dress—complete with a pair of pointed, velvet cat ears perched on your head and a long, playful tail that sways with each step. The fabric clings to your every curve, emphasizing your figure in a way that’s both playful and enticing, the plunging neckline dropping low enough to keep Gale’s attention on your every move.
A pair of thigh-high stockings completes the look, with delicate lace patterns tracing down to your heels, they accentuate the length of your legs adding an edge of allure that Gale can never resist.
When you step out into the living room, you pose against the door frame swinging your tale teasingly.  Gale gets such a good look at you he goes slack-jawed, his eyes taking in every detail. “Well, if that ain’t a sight,” he breathes, his voice low unable to hide his arousal.
“Come here, kitten,” he drawls, the nickname making you pool with desire as you bite your lip and saunter to him.
You reach your arms around his neck and his hands find their way to your hips, pulling you close enough to whisper in your ear, “I’m not sure I’m ready to share you with anyone looking like this tonight.” He confesses.
You smile pressing a kiss to his neck, your red lipstick marking him.  “I’m all yours Major” you say seductively and he grins clearly enamored by your response.
As you stare up at him he admires your makeup, his gaze trailing your face with appreciation. You’ve gone all out with a sleek, cat-eye eyeliner that makes your eyes look even more alluring, a touch of sparkle catching the light on your cheeks, and, as you smile, he catches a glimpse of the tiny, painted whiskers adding to your charm.
The doorbell rings interrupting the intimate moment, signaling the first arrival of trick-or-treaters.
You and Gale open the door to a chorus of “Trick or treat!” as a group of little witches, superheroes, and ghosts hold out their buckets. You offer warm smiles as you drop candy into each one, wishing them a happy Halloween.
Gale’s arm loops around your waist every chance he gets, his gaze lingering on you with that smoldering intensity that makes your skin heat up.
When he does leave your side as you pass out treats, it’s only to grab a glass of whiskey and lean against the doorframe watching you with a look that says he’s thinking of anything but the Halloween candy.
As soon as the hour is up and you lock the front door he pulls you close, his hand settling possessively at your waist, his fingers tracing the curve of your hip. “You ready to go to the dance, kitten?” he murmurs, his voice low and enticing, his blue eyes holding yours with an irresistible intensity.
“Yes Gale,” you reply, your pulse quickening as he reaches up, pinching your chin gently between his fingers.
“That’s my good little kitten,” he coos, his voice dropping lower as he leans in, brushing his lips against yours.
His kiss is soft and lingering so sensual it leaves you breathless, every part of you aching to forget the dance and stay right there in his arms.
With a smirk, he reaches behind you, giving the tail of your costume a playful tug. “Just so you know,” he says, winding the tail around his finger  pulling you closer, “I’m not letting you out of my sight for a second tonight.” He confirms, his voice low and rich, as he draws you into another deep lingering kiss.
The Halloween party  is in full swing at the towns dance hall when you and Gale arrive. All of his fellow officer’s from the nearby military base are reveling in the festivities.
The music is loud, trumpets blaring and drums kicking, setting a lively rhythm that pulses through the room. Couples twirl and sway across the dance floor, laughter and cheers filling the air as everyone parties in the exciting atmosphere
The Halloween decorations fill the space with a festive charm. Strings of yellow lights crisscross the ceiling, casting a warm, glow. Fake spider webs cling to the corners and grinning jack-o’-lanterns line the room, flickering with a spooky light.
As you walk in with Gale, all eyes shift to him, the military men cheering his name, and a few giving you looks that make you glance shyly at Gale, feeling a bit bashful under their attention “Cat got your tongue Major?” one of them calls out as the others begin to whistle.
“At ease boys” Gale smirks at them as his hand lowers to the small of your back leading you to the dance floor.
You immediately begin to sway to the music, your body moving in a sensual rhythm, a carefree smile playing on your lips as you let yourself get lost in the moment.
Gales fingers tighten on your waist, his eyes locked on every subtle, seductive move you make until he leans in his lips brushing your ear “You’re driving me crazy Kitten,” he says, his tone laced with barely restrained desire that makes you bite your lip.
Just as you both get caught up in the music, another Major, one of Gales closest friends nicked named Bucky strolls over with two drinks.
“Can’t let you hog all the fun Buck” He’s says grinning ear to ear as he places the cups in Gale hands, then he laughs having tricked him.
“Come on, sweetheart’, let’s show him how it’s done!” he says, pulling you away to dance before Gale can protest.
Gale gives Bucky a playful warning look shaking his head, and as you sway with Bucky, he leans in close his voice a rough whisper. “I think he’s getting jealous,” he teases, and you can’t help but steal a peek over Bucky’s tall shoulder.
Gale’s gaze is sharp, his mouth pulled into a slight smirk as he watches you both, a hint of envy flashing in his eyes.
After a few moments, Bucky finally relents, “Alright, alright, I’ve had my fun. Can’t keep you away from this man too long, or I’ll never hear the end of it,” he says with a grin, releasing you back to Gale.
You take one of the cups from Gale’s hand, raising it in a toast. “To Bucky, master of mischief,” you say with a laugh as Gale joins you in the cheer.
“To the stone in my shoe,” Gale chides, and Bucky bows dramatically, giving you both a wink before stepping back, leaving you and Gale to savor the moment, his antics only adding to the lively spirit of the night.
As the hours wear on, Gale stays close by your side, his presence both protective and adoring. He occasionally pulls you onto the dance floor, spinning you around until you’re breathless with laughter, or he goes off to fetch you a drink, returning with a smile.
His arm rests securely around your waist, grounding you in the bustling atmosphere, and every so often, he leans in to press an affectionate kiss to your temple, each gesture making the evening feel all the more special.
Eventually, the music begins to wind down, and you’re left giddy, cheeks flushed from dancing and a few too many drinks.
Gale says farewell to his fellow officers, before returning his attention back on you. He places his jacket over your shoulders, as he leads you outside, the cool night air a welcome relief.
He opens the car door and helps you in, making sure you’re settled before getting in himself.
As he drives you home, his hand finds its way to your knee, his thumb rubbing gentle circles there and you can’t help but steal glances at him, admiring his strong side profile in the dim light, feeling an overwhelming sense of gratitude and affection for him.
When you arrive home, you step into the entryway, leaning over to slip off your heels. Your fingers are just sliding along the back when you hear Gale’s voice behind you.
“Mmm mmm,” he orders, a teasing warmth in his tone as his hand closes over yours, stopping you in your tracks.
“Not so fast, darlin’.” He steps closer, his fingers brushing against your wrist, and you feel the slow, deliberate warmth of his touch as he straightens you up, guiding your hand away from your heel.
“This is somethin’ I’ve been lookin’ forward to all night,” he drawls, his voice low, each word settling over you with a promise.
His eyes flicker down, roaming over your costume, savoring every detail as his hands find their way to your hips, his fingers pressing in just enough to make you feel the heat radiating from him.
His gaze is intense, filled with a mix of mischief and pure desire as he leans in, his lips just grazing your ear.
“I want to take my time with this,” he whispers, his breath warm against your skin, sending a thrill straight through you. “So you just let me handle it.” He says his hands drifting down, fingers tracing along the edges of your stockings. Each touch a slow, torturous tease that leaves you breathless, anticipation building with every small, deliberate movement.
He's kneeling as he cups your ankle slipping the first heel from your foot with a reverence that makes your pulse quicken. Then he shifts to the other, his gaze never leaving yours, his movements careful, as he slides the heel off.
“Been dreamin’ about this since the second you put it on,” he murmurs, his voice a rough whisper, his hands warm and steady trailing up your legs.
With a smoldering look that leaves you breathless, Gale slides his hands to your thighs, his fingers digging in firmly as he pulls your stockings down your legs
As the fabric glides down, revealing the soft skin underneath, Gale leans in, his lips brushing against your leg.
The warmth of his mouth makes your breath hitch as he kisses the newly exposed skin, each gentle caress igniting a fire within you. His kisses are soft yet possessive, and with every tender press of his lips, you find yourself becoming more and more enamored by him.
With a deliberate movement, he pulls the stockings off completely, discarding them carelessly to the side.
With a playful glint in his eye, Gale pulls back slightly, a teasing smirk dancing on his lips as he takes in your alluring figure adorned in the black cat costume.
“You know, sweetheart,” he drawls, his voice thick with desire, “I actually want to take you jusy like this, wearing your little costume for me tonight.”
A soft sigh escapes your lips from his words as his hands reach under your dress up to your hips.
“There’s just something about you dressed as a kitten that drives me absolutely wild.” He reveals as his fingers brush along the waistband of your panties
He pulls them down with a deliberate care that heightens your excitement, the fabric slipping past your thighs and falling at your feet.
Then, with a sudden, effortless strength, Gale lifts you into his arms. pulling your legs around his waist, and you feel the hardness of his cock pressing into your front, a gasp escaping your lips at the sensation.
He carries you toward the bedroom, his lips finding yours in a heated kiss, the world outside fading away as his hands grip you tightly, making you feel both cherished and desired.
With a slow, careful ease, he lowers you onto the bed, your body resting on the soft mattress as he unbuttons and removes his shirt, his gaze filled with an intense need.
Your legs are spread wide open as he lowers himself down between them, his hands gliding along your inner thighs, savoring each tremble under his fingertips.
“I can’t wait to taste you,” he murmurs, swirling your wetness around your entrance before pulling his thumb away.
Then his mouth meets your clit with a deep, lingering kiss, and you arch as his tongue slides between your folds, drinking in the slickness of your arousal.
“As sweet as pie,” he whispers against you, just long enough to catch his breath and you moan as he licks around your entrance.
He pushes his tongue inside you with a slow, steady rhythm that has your legs quivering as you gasp.
His tongue trails along your inner lips, listening to every little sound you make until you’re clenching around nothing as you leak your wetness.
He doesn’t want to waste a drop lapping it up as his mouth makes slopping noises, his groans of pleasure muffled against your skin.
You moan into the air fighting not to push hard against his face as your hands tangle into his perfect hair.
He brings both of his hands to your thighs using his thumbs to spread your inner lips apart and he stares in awe at you fully exposed for him while he practically salivates.
“Making me feel like the luckiest man in the world right now” he pants easing his fingers inside your entrance as your walls tighten around them.
His long fingers slide deep inside you, making you gasp before a heavy moan spills out, raw and uncontrollable.
He moves his hand slowly at first, each thrust of his fingertips brushing against a ribbed, spongy spot that sends waves of tension through your core.
Your abs tighten as he picks up the pace, his fingers thrusting faster, the sound of your wetness growing louder with every movement. Your moans become unending, matching his unrelenting rhythm.
“That's it, kitten," he pants feeling you tighten around his fingers as he goes harder and faster, his knuckles  practically smacking against you as you moan in pleasure.
His other hand works to unbutton and slide down his zipper, his eyes fixed on your every movement as you you begin to orgasm, your hips pushing against his hand seeking more than just his fingers as he releases his cock.
He hurriedly shoves his slacks down, and while you’re still dazed, catching your breath, he positions himself on top of you sliding his cock down your clit to your entrance.
His breath shakes as he presses his tip against you and pushes inside without hesitation your walls eagerly taking him in as you moan in pleasure.
“You feel so good” he groans as his hips set a steady pace and he watches you beneath him as you take his cock making him push deeper and faster until your vision blurs, and your voice sounds foreign to your ears.
His hips pull back and forth as your walls glide against him, and he lightly groans, his hands gripping your hips, pulling you to him, looking at you like the prettiest thing in the world.
“I don’t wanna stop,” he breathes heavily, his eyes locking with yours, feeling the way your walls tighten and pull him in. “You feel so good on me” he pants.
His hands slide under your legs pulling them up to your chest making the most beautiful sound escape your lips as he thrusts harder keeping you in place.
“Y-you feel how deep I am kitten?” he says with exertion. You gasp as he pulls and pushes his hips faster putting more weight behind his thrusts. Your body trembles feeling him so deep and you sweetly moan his name as you orgasm a second time, your walls clenching tightly on his cock.
“Such a good kitten” he breathes in desperation as he looks down hearing the squishing wet sounds of your release.  As his hips smack against you his cock is coated in your come the sight filling him with so much arousal that he leans in and kisses you as you moan against his mouth.
He pulls back to roll his hips deeper against you, his breaths shuddering as his pace becomes erratic “I’m gonna come “ he gasps.
With a final, forceful thrust, your moans echo in pleasure feeling his cock throbbing in you at its deepest, then he rolls his hips back just enough to push in one last time, the sensation making you tighten around him as he releases his come.
The two of you remain intertwined, his chest rising and falling as he pants, staring at you in awe. You meet his gaze through lidded eyes, your own breaths still uneven.
“I love you,” he says, his hand tracing lightly down your arm.
“I love you too,” you reply your voice soft and filled with satisfaction.
He lingers a moment longer before he feels himself begin to soften “I’m gonna pull out now,” he says, his thumb brushing your hip tenderly and you nod.
As he slowly pulls back, a final surge of pleasure passes through you both, leaving a lingering warmth as he rests back, lying on the bed beside you, catching his breath.
Carefully you sit up and slowly walk to the vanity taking off your costume, and the sight in the mirror makes a surprised laugh escape your lips.
Your eyeliner is smeared, the whiskers you drew on are gone, but the rosy glow of recent pleasure is unmistakable.
Gale smiles behind you, watching from the bed. “Looks like my kitten had a little too much fun,” he teases, eyes gleaming with a playful smirk.
“Yes, she did,” you reply, wiping off your makeup and slipping out of your costume. You return to bed and climb into Gale’s waiting arms. He pulls you close, and as you nestle against him he brings your leg over his waist.
A satisfied smile crosses his face as he holds you close, his fingers tracing softly through your hair. “Can’t wait to see what you’ll dress up as next year,” he says with intense curiosity.
“Why wait?” you ask, your voice a low, seductive purr and as you look up at him the thrill that sparks in his eyes is undeniable.
