kinda insane that achievement hunter is like. gone. not that i didn't see it coming--the era that things like them thrived in has passed and it was time. but i spent half my life just..... with them, in a way. like, i was twelve when i started watching. there are times of my life that are unbreakably intertwined with achievement hunter.

i'm glad they're each getting to do what they want. i'm excited for dogbark, i've been following matt and jeremy on twitch forever now. since they've said let's play will stay around in some capacity, i'm excited to see how that works, and hope it means they'll only play games they want now (randomizers? super bunny man?), but even if they don't it was wonderful while it lasted.

idk i'm not sad, just... melancholy might be the word? sort of a 'goodnight my sweet' kinda vibe with me today. i'm... really grateful it existed. last year changed my blog name after literal years of it being achievement hunter-themed and while i pulled away that doesn't negate the place it holds in my memories--the place it held in my life.

idk. it wasn't perfect, but i'm gonna miss it. i'm excited to see what comes, but a little hollow now that it's gone.

i guess what i mean to say is: thanks for the laughs, guys. see you on the other side.

I think Apollo and Klavier are in love but will never be the most important people in eachothers' lives and should have a tragic situationship about it where they try and fail at least three times to make it work between them. Thinking about how canonically Kristoph has some repressed trauma that is in some way linked to why he killed Smith. And how the tipping point was Phoenix getting chosen over him. And how Kristoph is implied to have been controlling over Klavier to some degree. And how Klavier has major perfectionist tendencies both when it comes to music and also when it comes to law if it’s in front of Kristoph.

I need more details on these guy’s backstory cuz so much of this just makes me curious. Personally I think that the parents knew something was up with Kristoph and majorly favoured Klavier. Cut to Kristoph getting all jealous and being controlling over Klavier. I also think Kristoph and/or their parents had pretty high standards which is why Klavier has this perfectionist complex. Possibly why Kristoph also holds this presentation of perfection

I might be losing it here, but I feel like when it comes to Eddie, Buck, and Christopher, there's the potential to do a parallel of the Buck and Chris room conversation scene from the first episode. They can either:

a) Have Chris and Eddie talk and their relationship is still in a somewhat negative space, with Chris not knowing if he's ready to forgive Eddie just yet. Eddie puts up a front and says he understands and leaves Chris' room only for him to quietly break down against the wall outside of his room.

or

b) Have Chris and Eddie talk and their relationship is in a positive place, with Chris saying he's ready to forgive Eddie for the Kim situation and the two of them come to an understanding and hug it out. And then the camera pans out from the two of them to Buck listening outside of the room, smiling in relief knowing that he can leave the two alone to reconcile further and that the relationship between them is still solid.
