i’ve had this blog for about nine months now! i had it since like october / november but i started posting around late october ‘till the end of novemeber. i wasn’t rly as consistent bc i didn’t know what i was doing 🫡 i started posting frequently around maybe december. when my first post got 1k i was shocked bc i didn’t think people would like it :’)) it was a gojo fic i believe and it was also my first request from one of my moots (ily bella <3) but yah !! as of now i try not to pay attention to big notes bc it can interfere with the joys of writing. like, writing isn’t meant to be competitive

i do get hate messages 🧍it’s every once and a while though. well i wouldn’t say hate, more like really stupid asks. like as of recent. i never answer hate anons because to be honest i really don’t give a fuck. i’m just here to write and it’s never that serious and you’re not gonna disrespect me on my blog and my space. i rather let them talk to themselves instead of feeding into negative energy. people say lotssss of shit in my inbox that is mainly … not nice but i just block and move on. to deal with this—i’d say to just to block / delete and pay them no mind. i wish them well at the end of the day 🧚🏽‍♀️🧚🏽‍♀️ this is the internet and people are always gonna say the craziest things, but just ignore it! do you <3

i go through writers block all the time actually 🧎‍♀️to counter it, i just stop writing completely or read novels + that usually helps me. or i just sleep it off ‘n come back to it later. i try to avoid forcing myself to write while i’m on writers block because it’ll make it worse. but it’s all about pacing yourself !

it used to feel like a chore for me, especially a few months ago but now i write for myself! i find it easier to post without feeling pressured, requests make me really pressured but i answer them on my own time 🧚🏽‍♀️ plus, i don’t have a writing schedule because it wouldn’t feel like a hobby. i post whenever im motivated + feel like it !!! 🩷

•So if you want to get technical I started watching wrestling/my earliest memory of watching wrestling was sometime around 2014, I used to watch some of the highlights with my dad whenever they were on tv but I then didn’t watch for TEN YEARS because I was too upset about the shield breaking up [im being so fr, in those ten years I couldn’t think about wrestling without getting super upset over it] [seth ‘sluttin’ rollins ily but you caused me my first trauma] BUT if you’re talking like when I started watching it ‘properly’ I’d say around 3/4 months ago!

•As yk I always have unpopular opinions and my first favourite wrestler is no different, when I was younger watching with my dad my favourite was Elias! I lovedddd when he came out playing his guitar [fun fact that’s actually what caused *me* to start playing guitar which I still do to this day] and I’d always be like ‘nooo the crowd needs to let him playyyy’ [he was being mean to the crowd LMAO] ALSO HONOERARY MENTION TO LIKE MY FAVOURITE WRESTLING THING WHEN I WAS YOUNGER; ‘W.W.E.? Especially the last part of my post there was something that I had struggle expressing yk, like I want good things for myself but when I have it or reach for it it always feels like I'm not worth them and I shouldn't be so greedy and take them for granted, which I'm not but yk, I always feel like they're one second away from fading away. That sounds bad but it's an improvement to what I would've said a few years back where I didn't think I wanted good things for myself.

i am working on a new short film with my friends and this is going to be the first long-ish one that i'm not starring in lol (bc i haven't really had actors other than me), i'm super excited for it and that's basically all i'm thinking about rn

i'm also in this global cinema class and we watch international movies and read articles about them, it's been super interesting and i feel very hashtag intellectual girlie. my prof is cool and i may go to his office hours sometime. it's similar to my feminist theory class from the spring (in the higher intellectual level that we're operating on than other classes)

i love hearing about all the books that you're reading, i feel like i'm vicariously reading them as well <33 plz never stop samael :))

i'm on projections crew for the crucible at my school rn with my friend and it's pretty cool! our designer is nice, very dad-like and he's not scared of swearing in front of us which is nice.

i also had these fried figs the other day, they were very good! if you put a bit of nice flaky salt on them, it really brings the flavor out mmm (now is soup season tho)

OMGGGG hiii syd 💖💖✨💖✨💖✨✨✨✨!!! I have literally SOOOO many feelings about the cutie mark crusaders my god.... I love them. I'm OBSESSED how they all have their own hobbies like appleblooms potions or scootaloos love for taking apart and putting stuff back together, I wish that it got more explored in the series though :( I would have loved to see them have an episode with these talents rather than just the twilight time episode :( I'm literally rotating bff zecora and applebloom in my mind rn... LIKE. THAT'S ANOTHER THING. we could've gotten more zecora if they explored it... so fucking tragic.......

I love the cmc. they are just little guys :) I love how they end up as teachers as well I think that's so so fitting to their characters... could you imagine having scootaloo as a teacher. do you think they all teach separately or do they teach as a group.......... two very different vibes
