CONCERT REPORT!!!!!

so before i went in, i was dressed like this:

so i saw this guy and he looked familiar to me (and also he had an all access lanyard) so i went up to him, we started talking and TURNS OUT HE WAS ONE OF STYX’S MEDIA MANAGERS????? AND WE KNOW EACH OTHER NOWWW

he said that he saw me in the merch line and that he loved my outfit and i was like EHEHEHEGEEEE

so i got in, and everyone loved my outfit ESPECIALLY this one lady who fangirled over me and told me how much she loved JY and how she was as into dr. righteous as i was when she was my age!!!! we were like besties for the night!!!!

AND CHUCK WAS THERE!!!!

I did it. I called my parents, told them they need to use they/them for me for us to have a healthy relationship, and it worked.

My dad said his love for me is unconditional and he's invested in getting this right. My mom asked in a strained tone how this affects my relationship with my husband, how she's supposed to refer to me with people in her life, etc. (best case scenario given how abysmal this convo went with her a year ago). And we ended it all with our life updates and "I love you"s.

I was at the Will Wood show last night!!! Have some highlights:

1. Will Wood and I awkwardly shuffled past each other TWICE. (Don’t worry, I said hi, I didn’t just stare.)

2. Someone’s phone went off and Will asked to talk to the person on the phone. Turns out it was an alarm set for “Clowning Hours.”

3. He played Cicada Days!!! I almost cried.

4. Everyone was so nice and respectful of him. Nobody was shouting at him, or interrupting. We all sang along but it was quiet enough to hear him.

5. My mom got to talk to Shayfer about how much she loves his music. (Even though it was the first time she had heard him lol)

6. He opened with Main Character, one of my favorites.

7. The opening act was a really sweet guy; he sang some original songs that made me want to cry. :(

Overall it was the best show I’ve ever been to. I met some of the nicest people and got to see an amazing show about love, death, pants, and timeshares. 10/10

Home Idle 3: Kalim and Hornton seem to be a natural at this. I guess I should have expected that. It’s really nice to see them shine.

notes:

i had fun with the voice lines aaah but it might have some changes when i’m done with the groovy (and i’ll properly put her in an actual card template)

also slight lore drop from one of the voice lines: yuusha has experience hosting formal parties pre-twst. basically she just locks in (a bit too heavily) when she has hosting duties.

(some of the voice lines also foreshadow the groovy 👀)

anyways i was just messing around a lot with the outfit design and the colors hgsdfjds

i tried my best making her purple color scheme agree with the limited color palette and i think it worked out??? idk idk--

also the cape was supposed to have patterns similar to the ceremonial robes so as to label her as someone from nrc.

i wanted to include a LOT more ruffles too but i had no patience for lining all of that 🤧

at first i based off her suit on hans frozen but then (because of pinterest giving me ideas) i realized i wanted a more fun outfit and so here i am-
