Backstory

tw: abuse, murder, attempted murder

Mikitama and Michio were raised by Haruki since he killed their parents after Mikitama was born.

One day, when Mikitama was 3 and Michio was 6, their aunt Aika tried to take both of them in, but Haruki only let Aika take Michio.

Before leaving, Michio gave Mikitama her purple bow that she’s always wearing.

Haruki is very abusive towards Mikitama, and only Mikitama.

This is because of Mikitama being a yokai.

When Mikitama was about 6 years old Haruki attempted to drown Mikitama which led to her fear of water.

Shiina was adopted by Haruki when Mikitama was 9 years old and Shiina did everything she could to keep Mikitama safe.

Also, Mikitama was forced to live in poverty despite her uncle being rich since he wouldn’t spend any of his money on her.

One day, when Mikitama was 10 she was digging around in a closet and found various scrolls and letters from her father, who was the starlight hashira when he was alive.

She used those to teach herself the starlight breathing style and how to do total concentration breathing constantly.

She did the final selection with her future adoptive mother, Muichiro, and Aoi at 11 years old then became the starlight hashira at 12 years old.

Personality

Mikitama is a very kind and selfless girl.

She’s very shy and sweet.

She’ll do anything to protect the people around her no matter the consequences.

She’s very introverted and submissive.

If someone is being rude to her she’s not going to do anything about it.

She’s always willing to help anyone.

Random facts

Her favorite food is chicken udon.

The first time she met someone who didn’t mistreat her she was stunned to tears.

In Kimetsu academy her best subject is chemistry.

She doesn’t think she deserves to be treated with kindness.

She’s deathly allergic to garlic.

She made her arm warmers and painted her sword sheathe herself!

She loves cooking and sewing.

She often has really bad nightmares.

When she and Michio reunited they both cried together for an hour and they hugged the whole time.

Mikitama’s birthday is February 3rd and she’s 14! (14 in the show and 15 irl-)

In her small form she is about 2’2.

She wraps her tail around her leg when nervous or scared.

Update Perdrakoran

Last august, after having two online classes every night, I decided to watch drakor again after hiatus for several months. Drakor yg paling menarik perhatian saat itu adalah drakornya babang Jun Ho, kangen soalnya 😆 Dah lama mata ini tida diservice oleh oppa oppa tamvan, langsung deh cus nonton King The Land. Luckily the female lead-nya Yuna SNSD yang gw have no problem with her acting skill like SuzyBae ✌🏻 mian. Jadi ya gapapa tetep gw tonton.

Tamvan dan cantique yaa, bener-bener memanjakan mata yg minus ini. Tapi belum sampe sepuluh episod, aing m e n y e r a h :)) Gila, ngalah-ngalahin sinetron rcti cringe nyaaa. Bener-bener adegan satu lagu diputer dan kamera cuma nyorotin si Yuna ama si Junho doang tu ganti-gantian. Gelik hamba woy, gak cocok untuk tante-tante yg udah muak sama drama romance modelan begitu 🤢

Merasa salah pilih drama, aing beralih lah ke satu genre melodrama yg judulnya Reflection of You. Sebenernya ini dari dulu udah gw pantengin, kayak mikir ni drama kok terlihat seru dan full of mystery. Tapi masih maju mundur gw mau nontonnya. Akhirnya mutusin buat hayu dah gas, sekalian ngobatin kegelian dramanya bang Junho. Sorry ya bang, kamu masih tetap tamvan kok 👍🏻

Yang paling mendorong gw utk nonton ini drama adalah the female lead-nya bukan aktris yg gw kenal, which I love. Trus of course sinopsisnya yg bikin gw kepo abis. Trus ada karakter cowo yg menurut gw tida kalah gantenk dari babang Junho, yg mana juga gw belum pernah liat ni aktor siape, which I love. Combo attack gais.

This man 😍 Kayak keluar dari anime anime gak tuh visualnya. Khan maeeen

Aaaand last but not least, kaget dong ternyata another female lead-nya mbak GYEO UL di HOSPLAY AAAAAKKKK makin excited, mengingat di hosplay kan beliau jadi dokter ignorant kesayangan, yg akhirnya berubah jadi caring ke pasien berkat dokter Andrea. Eh di mari peran beliau jadi wanita yg agak agak micin yeoja aka wanita kurang waras karena terobsesi utk balas dendam. Harus nonton lah kalo begini ceritanya, ada mbak gyeouraaa 🥰

Trus berhasil gengs, aing namatin ini drama karena beneran kepo endingnya bakal gimana. Meski agak kesel ya, si mas gantenk itu obsesif nya gak ketolong sampe aing gemush. Intinya cerita ini tu tentang having grudge, obsessive, dan perselingkuhan. Gw biasanya anti sama drama2 berbau selingkuh, but this one dikemas dengan berbeda dan menarik. Mana yg selingkuh juga bukan pria which is very common, but the wife :)

Masing-masing karakternya punya rahasia yg saling berkaitan, dan of course there's a classic accident which is lupa ingatan pada satu tokohnya. But still okay, karena itu yg buat ceritanya makin greget. Endingnya unexpected, but not really in a good way. One grudge has finally been paid off, but the price is not cheap. Yet, it's quite fair for the hurting one. Takut spoiler aing wkwkw manatau ada yg pengen nonton setelah baca review yg gajelas ini kaan 🥹

Karena di sini romance-nya sikit, adegan romantis nan hangatnya juga hampir gak ada (kalopun ada kissing scene, itu udah kecampur-campur sama obsesif dan perselingkuhan tadi, which is gak hangat :)), aing masih crave something loving and warm tentunya. Trus keinget dramanya mantan pacar hamba yg lain, yakni mas In Guk 😻

The Smile Has Left Your Eyes. Ini drama yg masih oke punya bgt karena selain sad ending, adegan romantisnya itu loooohhh feels so warm, gak lebay, dan real bgt. The way mas In Guk attach dan showing love to So Min is so mupeng demi apapun. Apotek tutup pokoknya.

Masih hangat :) Memang ahjumma ini cocoknya yg bikin anget-anget aja dah pilemnya karena kurang kehangatan di rl 🙃 Satu hal yg bikin adegan romantisnya jadi deep adalah karakter mas In Guk yg memang ga punya perasaan serius dalam berhubungan ke setiap cewe, the real manipulative, pesona rang gantenk yg siapapun bakal jatuh hati, tapi abis dideketin dan dikasih afeksi, bilangnya I don't love you dan pergi. Bngcd banget memang, tapi gantenk :> Sampe akhirnya ketemu So Min yg buat perasaan dia campur aduk, gak kayak cewe lain yg readable, dan akhirnya bisa punya perasaan serius. That's when In Guk menghujani So Min dengan kehangatan yg maybe he never showed to any girl before. Mupeng parah si, kiyowo pula 🥹

Sisa 2 episod lagi gais. Ah, ntar nangis lagi gak ya. I hate the ending but love it as well. Gara-gara endingnya nih gw juga akhirnya pengen nonton lagi, tapi sekarang kok agak agak menyesal ya. Tau ah, ni ahjumma banyak bener maunya dah.

Yaa yodah, segitu aja. ((((aja))))

Bisa Kok

Tiba-tiba mikir pengen nulis ini pas lagi nyuci. Iya, nyuci. Kamar mandi itu kayak magical place, semua ide bisa muncul disitu. Wkwk. "Bisa, kok" adalah kata-kata motivasi paling ampuh dulu. Hmm....jadi di postingan yang ini saya bakal bahas tentang patah hati. Bakal sedikit cheesy, ya, siap-siap aja ya. Hujan, senja, rindu, kopi, dan masa lalu; kata yang sering kita temui di lagu-lagu indie dan gombalan ala Pidi Baiq atau Fiersa Basari (eh siapa ya saya lupa). Kadang, kalo inget jaman dulu, dengerin lagu Maybe You're Gone-nya Sondre Lerche tuh dah deh. Belum ditambah Hyperballad-nya Björk atau yang udah paling galau One Last Cry-nya Brian McKnight. Hahahaha. Saya rasa setiap orang punya national anthem masing-masing buat urusan patah hati. Kalo saya itu, sama Decorate-nya Yuna. Just come back when you think it's time. Salah satu liriknya, hm. :( Iya...jadi cerita saya kayak gitu. Nunggu mantan selama tiga tahun. Datang dan pergi sesuka hati, yang bikin lebih sakit hati, setahun dia masih gitu pas posisinya sudah punya pacar. Duh. Tapi apa sih yang diharapkan dari pria seperti itu? Bukannya sok tahu, tapi karena sudah tahu. Haha. Scientifically proven (?). Kita semua punya orang yang duh dah ah gue rela nunggu. Tapi, emangnya is she/he worth it? Iya kok, gue percaya dia jodoh gue. Hm? Are you sure? I've been there. Yap, tiga tahun ada kali ya saya ditarik-ulur, ditinggal punya pacar lagi, tapi kok ya masih keep in touch, tapi ya kok punya pacar lagi, tapi kok rasanya semesta menakdirkan bersama, tapi ya dia punya pacar. Ya, dia punya pacar. Dulu sih saya berpikir, cowoknya yang jahat. Kok bisa-bisanya dia begitu? Tapi sekarang sih beda. Kok bisa-bisanya saya begitu? Saya tahu dia sudah sama yang lain, kalo saya jadi pacarnya rasanya kayak mana coba. Dia yang gak tau apa-apa, cuma tahu bahwa pria yang dia genggam tangannya sekarang, do the same. Sudah. What the fell?? Then, I decided to move on. Bukan karena dia sudah punya pacar. Tapi lebih ke sayang hati sendiri sih. Kata motivasi tentang patah hati, cuma bakal jadi pembenaran aja. You deserve to be happy, and he's not your kind of happines. Bakal ada saatnya, ngerasa sendiri, ngerasa he's still the best, sampe akhirnya giving up, dan berdoa pada Sang Maha. Berdoa nya pun tetep, jodohkan saya. Hahaha. I know, it ain't that simple. But...bisa kok. If you can't do it for ur self, at least you do it for him, and her who knows nothing about you.
