AHH yes and then they go like apple picking or something and richie teaches eddie about the "farm lifestyle" and shit and there'll be a lot of fluff BUT (as hallmark movies typically have this in them) there's this angsty part where eddie gets called back to work but he's already fallen in love with richie and doesn't want to go back.

there are two possible outcomes for this:

eddie chooses to stay and they live happily ever after

eddie chooses to leave and they have this sad angsty moment at the doorway

-or secret third option: they try to do long distance (assuming this takes place in a modern setting)

-OR SECRET FOURTH OPTION: eddie decides to leave but changes his mind at the airport and goes back to richie and they live happily ever after (this is the best ending) (and also probably the most predictable one)

Maybe I should continue with like a reddie hallmark series and do fics based on movies bc ??? I’m writing so much with ITYT (which yes it’s the same fic I wrote over a year ago but dif pov BUT STILL)

Hallmark movies?? Meh. Gay hallmark movies? Yes. But REDDIE fics based on hallmark movies?? Absolutely yes
