Recently, I've realized that I tend to get mixed up between the "yours" and "mine's" in the ask memes. But I think I got it this time but I think that it's more likely that it works the other way around in this case with what we've talked about before. Naturally, A'rachk is intrigued by Theo's excitement for another member to the hive. And because there's no need for any real preparation he's already on it.

The only ones to have any problems with it are the two oldest, groaning about the other little creatures in the house already being too many. Namely B'otfa ♡

Long story short!

A'rachk is of a species called "Obdura" that is Native to the same realm as Kierron. The obdura are insectoid humanoids that share a hive mind mentality. And while sexual reproduction is possible , the obdura are highly solitary by nature , and thus are unlikely reproduction has become a possibility through millions of years of evolution. Hence the larvae A'rachk has with him despite not visiting the "hive". He has named his spawn "R'ao'k" and is often seen caring for her even while in class.

His species is also highly endangered, mostly wiped out by keirron and dritan's father.

Like it would suggest , being solitary the Obdura are easily agitated by other humanoids and do not have many social skills. A'rachk, even is the most sociable one will be. And even then , he is widely disliked because of his introversion and reclusive nature.

A’rachk’s unique magic. It allows him to read the minds of those he’s closest with , and carry out tasks they may need done. This works in reverse as well , as he can command one to do mundane tasks for himself.

A’rachk speaks in an odd third person tone. His voice is uneven and he doesn’t use personal pronouns. Which is why everyone just refers to him with male pronouns and terms. As he does not respond to them. 

When referring to himself , A’rachk says “This one” instead of “I” or his own name

A’rachk is a twisted form of the Arachnid Family. And Evaniidae is another genus of Insect , primarily wasps.

Highly venomous and volatile. Crewel has antivenoms on hand specifically for students stung by him.

His exoskeleton can open ever so slightly in the abdomen region to protect the young of his species. A’rachk typically carries an Infant around in the hidden pouch throughout the day. 

A’rachk’s species is Known as “Obdura” ( a play on the Latin “Obduratus” meaning “hardened” as a reference to the exoskeleton ) And is native to only The Deadrealm.

A’rachk is twisted from D’vorah, from Mortal Kombat X and Mortal Kombat 11.

Maybe an odd choice, but A'rachk being a species from a mysterious land i feel would draw Taron to him in pursuit of his knowledge. The two of them are left brain users as well, which is beneficial. Being logical prevents them from butting heads as often as they do with Inessa. A'rachk would find them fascinating in return, relying on him for information about the isle of sages.

Love interest: Song Fenhua

Song Fenhua is a mischievous but analytical person. Someone to keep Taron on their toes. He's typically busy with the prince, but in his free time he does enjoy refining his skills with a lost magic. Along with studying the isle of sages. He can take Taron's more blunt way of speaking with ease. Responding back with his combative and obscure way of speaking. They'd make interesting foils. Along with being yesmen ( non binary in taron's case but yk ) for a royal family member. I think Song Fenhua would be fascinated by him, seeking them out occasionally to pick at their brain.

Enemy : Jekyll Korpze

If Taron hates illogical thinking and doesn't get on with those that are childish in that way , they'd absolutely hate Jekyll. And while Jekyll likely wouldn't pick up on it . The disdain and anger towards the jester is still very much there.

A'rachk blinked slowly as he felt a pressure against his face, pivoting his head to look at the perpetrator. Huffing.

"Absurd behavior," The obdura Scoffed , staring up at Theopan. "This one fails to understand you." He continued , lifiting his hand to place it on his faceplate where he had kissed him. How strange these mammalians are. Showing such strange means of affection.

Kierron isn't easy to fluster by any means , but when he's angry or flustered he basically glows bright red like tinkerbell. People just can't see it because his face is covered almost 100% of the time.

Song Fenhua is actually quite graceful and nimble ! He's comparable to ballerina when he fights, and notoriously hard to land a hit on.

A'rachk asexually reproduced R'oa'k because he was lonely and unable to communicate with another obdura. Even if solitary, they do need the reassurance of the hive.
