I mean this in the most polite, respectful, do only as you wish under zero pressure, way - I am FERAL for dog Johnny and am drooling and begging for more pretty please and thank you ignore my hybrid kink standing in the corner it’s fine we’re fine…unless you don’t want to :)
Uuuuuuuhhhhhhuuu let me start by saying I owe my dog soap illness to such pillars of the community as @boolger and @frogchiro so never forget that they walked so I could crawl around leaving a snail trail with my pussy.
cw: hybrid stuff
Dunno about you but I know my brain chemistry was permanently altered by lady and the tramp when I was a child. I never stood a chance.
So imagine Stray!Soap and Lady!Reader. He sees you every so often. On walks, laying your head in your owner’s lap as he reads the paper on the porch, scratching your ear, playing in the yard with your other owner as she tends to the garden.
Soap sniffs around in your yard at night, just the lightest traces of your scent drive him a little crazy. He decides to wait around— see if he can meet the little house-princess when she comes out in the mornings.
You have no idea what to make of him. He thinks it’s cute how your ears perk as you inspect him. No collar. Not like you— with your shiny little heart-shaped tag. You’re a little wary, but you figure there’s no harm in him being in the neighborhood.
And you know how it is with Soap. You give an inch, he’ll take a mile.
So he’ll wait right by the door near every damned morning. Just to say hello to the little lady. Smitten as can be.
Heehee and what if you had neighbors, also. Bloodhound!Price. Russian terrier! Or Newfoundland!Nikolai who’ve watched you become a young lady, and warn you to watch out for young dogs like Soap. Always a mess of trouble… you should be with someone who knows enough to look after you. Someone older, maybe. Not some young tramp looking to knot any pretty thing he can sink his teeth into…

instead of you [part thirty-nine] || l.mh
pairing: [best friend’s brother] lee minho x college!reader ft. han jisung
summary: you didn’t expect to spend your summer pretending to be your best friend’s girlfriend- then again, you didn’t expect to fall for your best friend’s brother, either.
warnings: swearing, angst
word count: 3.1k
a/n: revamped my tom holland series from my main blog ( @wazzupmrstark ) to try and motivate myself to finish it!!
“How much longer until we reach it?”
“You’ve asked that six times in the past ten minutes!”
“That’s because no one’s given me an answer!”
“Because no one knows, Felix! None of us have hiked this path before.”
Felix grumbled something behind his brother’s back but he must not have heard because he didn’t argue further.
The majority of the hike thus far had been uphill, something that the park rangers had neglected to mention when they sent you off into the forest. Thankfully, the mountains and canopy of trees provided some kind of shade but it was still scorching hot. And humid. And you were sweating like crazy.
Everyone was. Minho had already taken his shirt off and Felix had completely sweat through his. That was probably why he was complaining so much. He refused to take it off, though. Something about not wanting to get sunburned again.
“You doing okay?” Jisung asked, looking over at you.
The two of you had found yourselves in the middle of the pack for once, walking behind his parents and in front of his brothers.
“Yeah, fine,” you answered, trying not to sound as out of breath as you felt.
“Did you bring your inhaler?”
“Um...”
“Why do I even ask?”
-
After fifteen more minutes of walking and a bathroom break, you finally reached the waterfall.
Felix sighed. “That’s it? We walked all this way for this?”
“Shut up, Felix,” Jisung snapped. “It just looks small from the bridge, it’s not actually that small.”
“I’d say it’s a pretty average size,” you added, “maybe even kind of big.”
Minho laughed behind you. Thankfully, his parents didn’t seem to hear your comment. To be fair to Felix, it wasn’t a huge waterfall. It certainly wasn’t the biggest waterfall in Hawai’i, but it was one of the few that visitors could swim under. That’s what made it so popular.
And the bridge had made it look smaller than it really was.
There was an area to rinse off before and after getting in the water so you all took turns under the showerhead.
Nikki was the only one who didn’t want to swim, which meant that she was stuck with all of the bags. You felt sort of bad when Jisung handed over the backpack you were sharing but Nikki assured you that it was fine, that she would rather hold them for you than have you rent one of the rusty lockers to store it in.
Waimea Falls required everyone to wear a life jacket, regardless of swimming ability. You knew it was a liability thing but you still couldn’t help but shiver when you slung on the cold, wet vest and buckled it around your chest. Who knew how many people had worn it before you today.
Shoes were optional so you left your sandals in the gravel by the bleachers and tiptoed your way back over to the edge of the water. The boys did the same.
The five of you stood there, staring at the rocks leading down into the lagoon, trying to figure out how to proceed without falling. It was hard to determine the best way in as all of the rocks that were big enough to step on were either jagged and/or slippery.
“Ladies first,” Felix said unceremoniously.
You glared at him but decided to take a step down anyway. Someone had to go first and since everyone else was being a pussy it might as well be you. You moved at a snail’s pace, trying your best to move in a way that wouldn’t send you tumbling down the incline if you misstepped.
The rocks seemed stable enough to hold your weight without sliding around in the mud but one of them wobbled under you upon stepping on it, making you nearly lose your balance.
“Careful!” Jisung and Minho shouted at the same time, causing you to turn around and make a face at them both.
They traded weird looks with each other before turning their attention back to you, who had made significant progress toward the water. By the time you finally reached the edge, the boys had started trekking down behind you, much more haphazardly than you had.
You extended your leg out in front of you to feel it out, trying not to scream when your toes grazed the water. It was freezing, way colder than you expected, but you knew it would feel incredible once you were fully submerged. It was one of if not the hottest days of the trip and you had sweat through everything. Even the life vest they’d saddled you with was beginning to feel sticky.
“How is it?” Jisung called from behind you.
“Feels good!” you lied, not trusting yourself to turn around and show him your face. He’d know you were bluffing instantly.
Since you didn’t want to hold up the line, you took a deep breath and pushed yourself off of the ledge, finding your footing with both feet in the water. The bed of the lagoon was also covered with rocks. They were more slippery than the ones on the path seeing as they were wet and covered with algae so you had to be extra careful.
You moved away from the shore so that the boys could get in after you.
“Oh, Jesus fucking Christ!” was Jisung’s shout from behind you.
You turned back to see him submerged up to his waist. He apologized to the people around him for cursing before glaring at you.
“You little brat!” he muttered, lunging at you.
You let out a yelp as the weight of your best friend dragged you under. You both emerged with dripping hair, laughing and sputtering.
“You said it felt good!”
“It does! It’s refreshing!”
“It’s cold as fuck,” he muttered, “and you knew that.”
“What, can’t take a little chill?” you taunted.
He splashed you.
“Are we going to swim over to the waterfall or what?” Minho’s voice echoed from behind you both, sounding annoyed.
Jisung smirked before turning around to face his older brother.
“We don’t all have to go together. You could have gone on without us.”
Felix was the last to get in, gingerly stepping on the algae-covered rocks to make his way over to the three of you. Dom stayed by the edge, content to keep Nikki company from the water. He claimed to be too old to swim against the current just to get thousands of gallons of water dunked on him.
“Let’s go, babe,” Jisung said, jerking his head over his shoulder in the direction of the waterfall.
Swimming to the base of the waterfall proved to be a lot more difficult than it looked. The current was strong and moving against it required a lot of effort. People who weren’t strong swimmers had no chance of making it all the way under.
It was doable for you, but not without struggle. The boys seemed to be in the same boat, save for Minho, who was the fittest out of all of you. He was already several strokes ahead of the rest of you when Jisung called out for him to wait up. He paused and tread water while he waited for you and the twins to catch up.
“I thought we were going together,” Felix panted bitterly.
“Not my fault you guys are slow,” he rebutted.
“Maybe we should hold hands,” Jisung suggested and pointed to another family who was making significantly more progress. “They’re doing it.”
“You think that’s going to work?” you asked.
“Yeah, how do we know you guys aren’t just going to hold me back?”
Felix clicked his tongue in annoyance. “Minho-”
“You could stand to pull some more weight, K-pop boy,” Jisung pointed out.
“Tsk, fine. How should we do this?”
Minho obviously helmed the line. You were stuck between him and Jisung, with Felix bringing up the rear. You didn’t argue about your place in the order but it did feel strange to be holding both Minho and Jisung’s hands at the same time. You couldn’t tell whether they felt similarly but you had to assume they did.
Minho tugged you along and you pulled Jisung in turn. They held on to you tightly so as not to lose you in the tide. You tried to focus on keeping your head above the surface instead of the feeling of both of their hands in yours.
Jisung’s hand-holding strategy actually worked and you made it to the waterfall twice as fast as you would have on your own.
Trying to get under the waterfall was another ordeal. The water pressure was so aggressive that you had to fight against the water in order to get up on the rocks right beneath the stream.
“This kind of hurts!” Jisung shouted over the roaring of the water.
“Yeah, I think I’m getting bruises!” Minho agreed.
“You guys are pussies!” you yelled, even though it did hurt and you wouldn’t be surprised if was bruising you.
“I think Mom is trying to take a picture!” Felix screamed.
Automatically, all four of you posed even though you couldn’t see where Nikki was and you could barely open your eyes under the stream. You grabbed for Jisung but got Minho instead, accidentally squeezing his ass in an effort to hold his hand. How you mixed up the person standing beside you and mis-approximated where their wrist was, you didn’t know, but you immediately let go once you realized your mistake and fumbled for the right person’s hand instead.
If Jisung noticed what happened, he didn’t say anything about it. Minho definitely did notice and you could see him trying not to laugh out of the corner of your eye.
“Should we swim back now?” one of the boys, you weren’t sure which, asked after you had stood there for what felt long enough for their mother to have snapped a couple of photos.
“You guys can, I think y/n and I are going to swim around by ourselves for a bit longer.”
That was news to you but you weren’t necessarily upset about it. You hadn’t been in the water for long anyway and you wanted to make the most of it. And if Jisung wanted to be alone with you, you weren’t going to say no.
Your number one priority was winning him back, making it up to him, as much as you could.
You followed Jisung to a secluded part of the pool, letting him tug you along as you floated on your back. Minho and Felix either got out or fucked off to another part of the lagoon. You weren’t paying attention when you split up and you weren’t about to look for them.
“Did you want to talk about something?” you asked your best friend.
“No, just wanted some space from my brothers.”
“Oh, ok.”
“Did you want to talk about something?” he parroted.
You made a face. “No, unless you’ve changed your mind.”
You could tell he knew what you referring to immediately from the way his expression shifted.
“Not here, yeah?”
You nodded in agreement. He was right, you should have that conversation somewhere private. Still, you took his answer as a good sign. ‘Not here’ implied that there was somewhere that you would have that conversation, which meant that he was willing to have it. You counted that as a win. A very small win, but a win nonetheless.
“What?” Jisung asked, squinting at you through the sunlight.
“Huh?”
“What’s got you smiling like that? What’s on your mind?”
You hadn’t realized you were smiling until he pointed it out.
“Just happy to be here with you.”
-
You had dinner at some famous burger place that night. You were too tired to pay much attention to what you were eating or what everyone was talking about but you’re pretty sure the food tasted good.
The restaurant was in the middle of their dinner rush when your party arrived so you had to wait for a table. There was a small surf shop attached to the same building so you went with the boys to check it out while Nikki and Dom scoped out somewhere to sit. Everything was expensive so no one bought anything but window shopping kept you occupied for the time being.
After dinner, you rode with Jisung’s parents back to the resort. He seemed indifferent to your presence this time, which you took as another win. He held your hand in the back seat and you rested your head on his shoulder. Neither of you fell asleep but you kept your eyes closed, enjoying the silence.
“We’re here, kids,” Nikki said softly once Dom had parked in the lot.
Jisung stretched, forcing you to sit up too. You thanked them for the ride, and for dinner since they paid, before Jisung asked if you wanted to take a walk on the beach.
“Sure, let’s go.”
He led you by the hand through the maze of buildings to the hotel’s beach entrance. You passed other couples as you strolled past the pool and the firepits and it made your heart sink a little. You were jealous of them. Jealous that they could enjoy each other’s company out in the open like that. Jealous that they looked so happy. Jealous that they weren’t sacrificing one relationship for another.
You were definitely projecting, they absolutely could have been in the same situation as you and you would never know but you refused to acknowledge that possibility because you were resolute on feeling bitter.
The sun hadn’t fully set yet despite the late hour. Being that it was still the middle of summer, it wouldn’t get dark until much later than usual. You were also convinced that daylight lingered longer in Hawai’i than it did in other places but you had no evidence to back that up.
“Here, I’ll carry your shoes for you,” Jisung offered, holding out his free hand for them.
You paused. “Oh, are you sure?”
“Yeah, I know you don’t like the feeling of sand in your shoes.”
“Thank you.”
You bent down to undo your sandals and handed them to Jisung. He looped the straps around two of his fingers and resumed holding your hand.
The sand was still warm, holding on to the heat of the day.
“Are we going all the way down to the water?” you asked.
“If you want to,” Jisung answered.
“I don’t really feel like getting wet again.”
“That’s fine with me.”
You settled for walking along the outline of the tide where the sand was still dry. You followed the curves of the waves from hours past, tracing the remnants of high tide with your arms out like you were walking on a tightrope. Jisung trailed behind you for a few moments before catching up with you again.
You had pulled your hand out of his grasp moments earlier to run ahead, distracted by the seafoam in the distance. You waited for him and put your arms back by your sides.
“Sorry, I didn’t mean to ditch you,” you sighed when he reappeared at your side.
“I know,” he replied.
Instead of offering you his hand this time, he gave you his elbow. You took it gently, resting your hand on his bicep.
He was uncharacteristically quiet. You wondered what was on his mind. When he invited you down here, you thought it would be to talk, to finally have that conversation. Maybe it had been and he changed his mind. Or maybe it had never been his intention in the first place.
You were starting to think you’d never get an answer when he finally spoke.
“I’m sorry for what I said.”
You tensed but kept walking, not wanting to confront whatever expression might be on Jisung’s face. If you stopped, you would have to look at him or stare at the ground. If you continued walking, you could just look straight.
“I... didn’t mean that shit... about wishing I never met you. Or any of it really. I wanted to mean it. But I couldn’t, because none of it’s true. I was just really hurt. I still am, to be honest.”
“I understand,” you responded.
“I want us to move past this,” he continued, “but it still feels really fresh. I mean, I only found out about you and Min a few days ago.”
You nodded as you listened. He was right. It had only been a handful of days even though it felt like an eternity. Being at odds with Jisung was hell. He was your best friend, after all. You had lived life with him by your side for the past four years. You didn’t want to imagine what that would look like without him.
“Right.”
He cocked his head to the side, lost in thought.
“I’m sorry too,” you added, wanting to reiterate just how shitty you felt about the whole thing.
“I know,” he said softly. “I know you are. I knew you were then too. I’m sorry for invalidating your apology-”
“Don’t be!” you interrupted. “My actions and my words... they don’t add up. I would’ve thought I was bullshitting too.”
Jisung scratched the back of his neck and forced a laugh. “Yeah, it wasn’t easy to wrap my head around. But I get it, I think. There’s just something about Minho, isn’t there?”
You snuck a glance at him but didn’t say anything. You had a feeling it was a rhetorical question.
“You must have been miserable this whole time. Trying to push down your feelings for him and then finally acting on them but being consumed by guilt when you finally do.”
“It hasn’t been the best,” you admitted, “but it’s my own fault.”
“Not entirely,” Jisung reasoned.
You were surprised he was coming to your defense but you figured he’d go up to bat for anyone if it was against Minho.
“Enough of it is.”
Your best friend shrugged. “I mean, it’s not like you’re known for your decision-making skills.”
You scoffed and nudged him with your shoulder. He laughed a real laugh for the first time in days. You had missed hearing it. It made you smile too. You rested your head on his shoulder and for once it felt natural.
“I really am sorry, Ji,” you sighed, your voice wavering.
“I know. I can’t pretend that I’m over it... but I will be. I also know that I can’t ask you to end things with him...”
“You can-”
“No,” he murmured. “I can’t. You would resent me for it.” You opened your mouth to protest but Jisung shook his head and you closed it again. “You would. Maybe unconsciously, but you would. Things wouldn’t be the same.”
“Things won’t be the same if I don’t end things with him,” you pointed out.
“I know,” he agreed solemnly. Then he sighed as if it was something he had already come to terms with. “But you’ll still love me the same. And that’s enough.”
lmk what you think i always appreciate feedback!!

⚠️❗️ANIME SPOILERS FOR BENN BECKMANN DOWN BELOW❗️⚠️
Sorry for that, but I wanted to put a warning in case others don't wanna know. Okay, so, apparently, on Beckmann's bounty poster, it says he's wanted "Only Dead" rather than "Dead or Alive". I cannot find proper evidence of this anywhere other than internet comments saying so, but I'm gonna roll with it anyway for the fun of fanfic writing.
There's theories about why this could be cause it's pretty crazy to think he's only wanted Dead and meanwhile, Shanks (his captain) is "Dead or Alive" (as far as I'm concerned at least). One theory I saw that stuck out to me was that he might've killed a celestial dragon as the cause. Now, here comes the fic idea, what if Beckmann met someone at Sabaody who was forced to become a celestial dragons wife? I have quite a few ideas on how this would play out, but I wanted to share it with you cause I wanted to hear your thoughts, plus you love Beckmann a lot.
Sorry for the long paragraph btw, hope you don't mind. Also, I have to recommend you listen to Lady by the Sea by Stephen Sanchez while thinking of him. Maybe it's just me, but it gives Beckmann vibes.
Snail: sighs. "Lemme open my WIP list"

I'll Handle It
"Your voice it blooms the flowers on the beach // With lips that glisten in the moonlight every time you speak"
Synopsis: All of it was against your will. It was never your doing, your craving, your motivation, nor your love that drew you to the celestial dragon. It was arranged from before you were born, you trained your whole life to serve him. Your duties as a wife were performed with excellence and grace, only met with violent brutality at the hands of your spouse. Fleeing into the night, you were immediately met with a broad torso, two strong arms, and a kindness in his eyes speaking more volumes than words could ever muster. "I'll handle it."
Notes:
I have so many thoughts, and I took some time to think on it to see what my mind could cook up for you. Let me know if I'm on track for hitting the craving for him in the head.
It might get a little messy with DV implications, I will heavily tag.
@i-am-vita would you read something like this?

Full Family AU Part 34
CRACK!
Marilyn blocked the first swing of Camila's bat with her staff. And then the second. And third.
"Jeeze! Lady! Ease up!"
"You! Owe! Me! MONEY!"
"I'll pay! I'm good for it!"
Camila stops her next swing, staying still and narrowing her eyes at Marilyn. "Are you?"
"YES!" Marilyn exclaimed before taking a breath and standing up straight and looking composed. "I'm sorry. I make it an effort of not paying things. Now...How many snails do I owe you?"
"SNAILS?!" Camila yelled before swinging her bat some more, to which Marilyn started sporadically blocking each attack.
"GAH! WHAT DID I SAY?!"
As Marilyn tried, and consistently struggled, to defend herself, King ran up to the pair, keeping his distancing but yapping at them with many "Wehs!" Luz saw this, and her eyes sparkled over the cuteness.
"Papi! Can I pet the puppy?!" She asked her stunned father. "I want to pet the puppy!"
"Wha--Uh, hang on, Mija." Manny ran over to Vee and scooped her up into his arms as well. She still hyper-focused on Eda, though. And Manny was concerned by the fact that she didn't seem to notice he's there. "Camila! Maybe we should leave this crazy woman!"
"NOT UNTIL SHE PAYS!" Camila shouted, going for another swing. But not only did Marilyn blocked it, she then swung her staff back, causing the bat to fly out of Camila's hands. Defiant, Marilyn then pointed the head of her staff at Camila's face with a very smug smirk.
"HA!" she laughed. "Now what are you going to do with yer weird stick thing?!"
Camila answered that by grabbing the staff and using her own strength to pushed it back and hit Marilyn square in the stomach. It did the effect of causing her to double over and winded, letting go of her staff in the process.
"Okay..." She croaked. "That was pretty good..."
Camila used the staff, firmly grasped in her hands now, to tilt Marilyn's head up so she could properly see the rage in Camila's eyes.
"I am a mother," she growled. "And recently, I have just became a mother of two. I work hard to provide food, shelter, and many more things to keep my baby happy, and now I have to go into double time to do it for my new baby! I will not let some cheapskate with her weird dog think she can run out without paying me for the hard work I put in!"
"...To be fair, I wouldn't call an hour of looking him over that hard of work," Marilyn said.
"SHUT UP AND GIVE ME MY MONEY!" Camila shouted, the tip of the staff glowing yellow. Marilyn raised her hands up in surrender because of it.
"ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT! I'll do whatever you say! Just watch it with that thing, okay? There's enough stored power in there for--"
Unfortunately, Marilyn was cut off as a blast of yellow energy shot out of the staff, causing her head to fly clean off her body and hit a tree.
All but Vee gawked at this display. She may have switched her attention from Marilyn to the staff now, but she still remained in her stagnant state. As for Camila, her eyes focused on the headless body, shocked beyond comprehension as to what she's done and how it still seemed to miraculously sit up.
It wasn't until the hands started to feel around where the head used to be that Camila's shock turned to pure terror.
"Oh, look what you did, lady!" the head exclaimed from where it's at while the body pointed an accusing finger at Camila. "You see what rage does? It gets you so mad that you literally take someone's head off! Got anything to say for yourself?!"
Camila...had nothing to say. Nothing to think. She just stared at the finger of a headless body until it all went dark and she just flopped down onto the grass, completely passed out.

The fairy Gala takes place every year in her town, but once it happened at NRC... Rose cried for about a month and kept calling Crowley to sue him!! Asking him "What's the difference between a crow and a desk?" before hunging up.
She uses affectionate pronoun like darling to everyone.
She doesn't let peoples finish their sentences and is too engrossed in her own fantasy.
She considered herself a closed aquaintance to Queen Maleficia, she also visits Briar valley quiet often (for a human) but Maleficia always kept her staying short and send her back with a boat full of roses.
She wants peace beetween inter species. And defy magical authority (Magic ministry) to let magic runs free along everyone here, she is also the first queen to have adknowledged the right to "alchemy being born baby" under supervisions and strict rules.
Her fashion designer is the Devil's house, with Cruella De Vil and her nephew Divus Crewel.
She's twisted from The Queen of Heart and the King of Heart.
She's a mage but doesn't use magical stone, her use of magic is based on former magic regulation lost during "the lost century".
She has 8 childrens, 4 pairs of twins.
She loves her husband but sometimes forgets him or doesn't see him right next to her.

instead of you [part sixty] || th
pairing: [best friend’s brother] tom holland x college!reader
summary: you didn’t expect to spend your summer pretending to be your best friend’s girlfriend- then again, you didn’t expect to fall for your best friend’s brother, either.
warnings: swearing, angst
word count: 3.1k
“How much longer until we reach it?”
“You’ve asked that six times in the past ten minutes!”
“That’s because no one’s given me an answer!”
“Because no one knows, Harry! None of us have hiked this path before.”
Harry grumbled something behind his brother’s back but he must not have heard it because he didn't argue further.
The majority of the hike thus far had been uphill, something that the park rangers had neglected to mention when they sent you off into the forest. Thankfully, the mountains and canopy of trees provided some kind of shade but it was still scorching hot. And humid. And you were sweating like crazy.
Everyone was. Tom had already taken his shirt off and Harry had completely sweat through his. That was probably why he was complaining so much. He refused to take it off, though. Something about not wanting to get sunburned again.
“You doing okay?” Sam asked, looking over at you.
Harry sighed. “That’s it? We walked all this way for this?”
“Shut up, Harry,” Sam snapped. “It just looks small from the bridge, it’s not actually that small.”
“I’d say it’s a pretty average size,” you added, “maybe even kind of big.”
Tom laughed behind you. Thankfully, his parents didn’t seem to hear your comment. To be fair to Harry, it wasn’t a huge waterfall.
You felt sort of bad when Sam handed over the backpack you were sharing but Nikki assured you that it was fine, that she would rather hold them for you than have you rent one of the rusty lockers to store it in.
Waimea Falls required everyone to wear a life jacket, regardless of swimming ability. You knew it was a liability thing but you still couldn’t help but shiver when you slung on the cold, wet vest and buckled it around your chest. Who knows how many people had worn it before you today.
Shoes were optional so you left your sandals in the gravel by the bleachers and tiptoed your way back over to the edge of the water. The boys did the same.
The five of you stood there, staring at the rocks leading down into the lagoon, trying to figure out how to proceed without falling. It was hard to determine the best way in as all of the rocks that were big enough to step on were also either jagged and/or slippery.
“Ladies first,” Harry said unceremoniously.
“Careful!” Sam and Tom shouted at the same time, causing you to turn around and make a face at them both.
“How is it?” Sam called from behind you.
“Oh, Jesus fucking Christ!” was Sam’s shout from behind you.
“Are we going to swim over to the waterfall or what?” Tom’s voice echoed from behind you both, sounding annoyed.
Sam smirked before turning around to face his older brother.
“We don’t all have to go together. You could have gone on without us.”
Harry was the last to get in, gingerly stepping on the algae-covered rocks to make his way over to the three of you. Dom stayed by the edge, content to keep Nikki company from the water. He claimed to be too old to swim against the current just to get thousands of gallons of water dunked on him.
“Let’s go, babe,” Sam said, jerking his head over his shoulder in the direction of the waterfall.
Swimming to the base of the waterfall proved to be a lot more difficult than it looked. The current was strong and moving against it required a lot of effort. People who weren’t strong swimmers had no chance of making it all the way under.
It was doable for you, but not without struggle. The boys seemed to be in the same boat, save for Tom, who was the fittest out of all of you. He was already several strokes ahead of the rest of you when Sam called out for him to wait up. He paused and tread water while he waited for you and the twins to catch up.
“I thought we were going together,” Harry panted bitterly.
“Not my fault you guys are slow,” he rebutted.
“Maybe we should hold hands,” Sam suggested and pointed to another family who was making significantly more progress. “They’re doing it.”
“You think that’s going to work?” you asked.
“Yeah, how do we know you guys aren’t just going to hold me back?”
Harry clicked his tongue in annoyance. “Tom-”
“You could stand to pull some more way, Spider-man,” Sam pointed out.
“Tsk, fine. How should we do this?”
Tom obviously helmed the line. You were stuck between him and Sam, with Harry bringing up the rear. You didn’t argue about your place in the order but it did feel strange to be holding both Tom and Sam’s hands at the same time. You couldn’t tell whether they felt similarly but you had to assume they did.
Tom tugged you along and you pulled Sam in turn. They held on to you tightly so as not to lose you in the tide. You tried to focus on keeping your head above the surface instead of the feeling of both of their hands in yours.
Sam’s hand-holding strategy actually worked and you made it to the waterfall twice as fast as you would have on your own.
Trying to get under the waterfall was another ordeal. The water pressure was so aggressive that you had to fight against the water in order to get up on the rocks right beneath the stream.
“This kind of hurts!” Sam shouted over the roaring of the water.
“Yeah, I think I’m getting bruises!” Tom agreed.
“You guys are pussies!” you yelled, even though it did hurt and you wouldn’t be surprised if was bruising you.
“I think Mum is trying to take a picture!” Harry screamed.
Automatically, all four of you posed even though you couldn’t see where Nikki was and you could barely open your eyes under the stream. You grabbed for Sam but got Tom instead, accidentally squeezing his ass in an effort to hold his hand. How you mixed up the person standing beside you and mis-approximated where their wrist was, you didn’t know, but you immediately let go once you realized your mistake and fumbled for the right person’s hand instead.
If Sam noticed what happened, he didn’t say anything about it. Tom definitely did notice and you could see him trying not to laugh out of the corner of your eye.
And if Sam wanted to be alone with you, you weren’t going to say no.
Your number one priority was winning him back, making it up to him, as much as you could.
You followed Sam to a secluded part of the pool, letting him tug you along as you floated on your back. Tom and Harry either got out or fucked off to another part of the lagoon.
“What?” Sam asked, squinting at you through the sunlight.
After dinner, you rode with Sam’s parents back to the resort.
Sam stretched, forcing you to sit up too. You thanked them for the ride, and for dinner since they paid, before Sam asked if you wanted to take a walk on the beach.
“Here, I’ll carry your shoes for you,” Sam offered, holding out his free hand for them.
You paused. “Oh, are you sure?”
“Yeah, I know you don’t like the feeling of sand in your shoes.”
“Thank you.”
You bent down to undo your sandals and handed them to Sam. He looped the straps around two of his fingers and resumed holding your hand.
The sand was still warm, holding on to the heat of the day.
“Are we going all the way down to the water?” you asked.
“If you want to,” Sam answered.
“I don’t really feel like getting wet again.”
“That’s fine with me.”
You settled for walking along the outline of the tide where the sand was still dry. You followed the curves of the waves from hours past, tracing the remnants of high tide with your arms out like you were walking on a tightrope. Sam trailed behind you for a few moments before catching up with you again.
You tensed but kept walking, not wanting to confront whatever expression might be on Sam’s face.
I mean, I only found out about you and Tom a few days ago.”
You nodded as you listened. He was right. It had only been a handful of days even though it felt like an eternity. Being at odds with Sam was hell.
Sam forced a laugh. “Yeah, it wasn’t easy to wrap my head around. But I get it, I think. There’s just something about Tom, isn’t there?”
“Not entirely,” Sam reasoned.
You were surprised he was coming to your defense but you figured he’d go up to bat for anyone if it was against Tom.
“I really am sorry, Sammy,” you sighed, your voice wavering.
“I know. I can’t pretend that I’m over it... but I will be. I also know that I can’t ask you to end things with him...”
“You can-”
“No,” he murmured. “I can’t. You would resent me for it.” You opened your mouth to protest but Sam shook his head and you closed it again.
And that’s enough.”
this one made me emo to write but I hope you enjoyed it lmk what you think I always appreciate feedback!!

Kinktober Week Two-- Kuro
Prompt: Sex Toys
Warnings: ok, this one does get some warning for some hints of sadomasochism, possibly exhibitionism, and you know. Being sexually explicit.
You were regretting everything. Your knees were weak as you leaned against the wall, trying to control your breathing and not let any kind of noises escape
(Phone won't load gifs, reusing this one)
Tumblr media
You were regretting everything. Your knees were weak as you leaned against the wall, trying to control your breathing and not let any kind of noises escape.
But god was it hard.
The small vibrator nestled against your clit buzzed, slowly then growing faster before slowing once more. As if wherever he was, Klahadore was lazily playing with the control in his pocket.
You would kill him for this. Nevermind you had fully agreed to it and had been excited at the thought. This was pure torture. Fuck. You were so wet it was making it better/worse.
"Are you okay?" Kaya's soft voice called out, breaking you from your thoughts. You opened your eyes briefly, your gaze landing on the young lady of the manor, looking rather worried as she leaned on Klahadore's arm.
Speaking of the fucking devil. You bit back a whimper as the vibration suddenly ramped up all the way, knees buckling for a short moment before you caught yourself.
"F-fine, my lady," you gasped out as the sensation suddenly died away, allowing you to catch your breath.
"Nonsense. You look absolutely feverish and you can barely stand! Why are you trying to work when you're so ill?"
Because apparently you were dating a sadomasochist. (Or maybe that was you?)
"You're quite right, miss Kaya. If you wouldn't mind," Klahadore spoke in that silk voice of his, sounding just as worried as the young woman. As if he didn't know exactly why you were in such a state. "I think it would be best if perhaps I helped her to her room."
Your stomach twisted at the thought, your mind instantly thinking of sweet relief. Yet at the same time, the look in Klahadore's dark eyes promised just as much pain as pleasure. (The fact it was lowkey exciting you was not something you were going to address.)
"Absolutely," Kaya agreed before you could even think to protest however weakly. "I can take care of myself for a few minutes."
The damn thing ramped up once more suddenly, and you couldn't stop the scream as you knees buckled. Klahadore was quick enough to catch you before you hit the floor, his arm wrapping around your waist as he helped you stand.
"Oh. I'm worried it may take more than a few minutes."
-*-
The second the vibrator was pulled from between your wet folds, you breathed a sigh of relief.
"Look at how wet you are," Klahadore purred, slipping his hands from his gloves before sliding two fingers into you. You bit back a moan, head arching back as he curled his fingers into that sensitive spot. "You looked so pitiful earlier; a poor little kitten barely able to stand. It's a good thing our lady is so naive, hmm?"
"Fuck, please, Klahadore!" You whined as his fingers moved slowly--an agonizing snail pace that was driving you crazy. This why you both love and hated this man--he loved to torture you in the best of way, pushing and finding your breaking point and the fucking edging it.
A cat playing with a mouse.
"Only because Kaya is no doubt waiting impatiently." He pulled his finger from you, taking his time to lick the slick from his digits as if it was a delectable treat while his other hand worked on the fastening of his pants. "Now, no coming until I say so, understood? Or I'll have to punish you again."

Worm Arc 5 thoughts:
Young lady, is your team about to make a deal with Nazis? What have I told you about making a deal with Nazis? Don't do it! That's what I've told you.
The school meeting was probably the hardest chapter to read so far. Do not want. Give me more horrible cape shit instead.
Also, Alan can die in a fire. Alan can get resurrected and die in another fire. Twice. Alan is absolutely a 3 fire asshole.
So many good wolfspider moments!! AHHHH! Taylor runs into the building to rescue Rachel. Rachel comes back to rescue Taylor. Rachel's dogs defend Taylor when Rachel isn't there. Taylor tells them to stay back so they won't get hurt!! RACHEL GIVES TAYLOR HER JACKET!!!!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Taylor fucking rocked during the whole fight, I couldn't be more proud of her. Figuring out how to deal with Oni Lee, desperately working to save Newter, the shit she pulled on Lung? Beating him a second time? Giving orders to everyone, keeping people focused, and sharing money at the end to earn goodwill? God damn that is some top notch shit.
Seriously, the Oni Lee fight was crazy. That man is scary but Taylor found a way to lock him down.
Coil’s sniper!!!! I had heard about him with no context before, so I got super excited when I realized this was the scene that birthed him! Fuck ya you Clint Barton motherfucker, I love you.
“I made his crotch rot off. Accidentally.” Fucking amazing line.
Holy shit though, she just fucking cut out Lung's eyes without a second thought. God damn. Fuck girl. And you still think you want to be a hero? Child villainy clearly runs in your fucking blood!
It looks like the Nazi survived, that's really too bad.
I love Newter he is fun. Taylor made some comment about him being attractive "if you looked past the odd appearance" and I'm just sitting here going "the odd appearance is what makes him attractive!!"
Labyrinth is super fascinating and I want to know more about her.
Taylor, child, have you put any thought into the fact that you've defeated Lung twice, Oni Lee once, and Bakuda once? That basically the entire leadership of the ABB is going to have it out for you forever? Not that you could have prevented all of that (I mean, if you hadn't blindly attacked Lung on your first outing you could have but we're ignoring that), you had to defend yourself, but are you going to plan for the future? Or just hope that Lung never escapes again and the other two forget you?
Interlude thoughts - There is that unethical parahuman testing I've been waiting for. I knew it had to show up sometime. Why leave all your subjects tattooed though? The people running this are either kinda dumb, or the tattooing thing is part of an elaborate scheme and they want people to look into it. I really hope Gregor the Snail and Newter figure out what they want though.

Worth It | Ralph Penbury x You | Masterlist
{<-Previous} [My Good Friend Mary] {Next->}
Summary: Ralph brings you a present that's also a prop in your masterful plan to keep your mother in the dark. Words: 1.3k
Tumblr media
You returned to the park every day.
You'd told your mother you were meeting your new friend Mary Lennox, who had just left her palace in India behind for a mansion in London. She was a strange and lonely girl, who knew nothing of city life, so you'd volunteered to be her guide. Mary was very shy, and only comfortable with you for now, but you promised you would bring her home with you eventually. And perhaps your mother would receive an invitation to tea with Mary's exceedingly rich parents one day.
Except there was no Mary Lennox. There was only Ralph Penbury. Mary was the protagonist in The Secret Garden. You had once asked your mother to read it with you, back when you wanted to be close to her, but she never did. The only things your mother ever read were newsletters from her ladies' groups. How boring that must be.
You dared only spend a few hours with him a day, but you treasured every second of your visits. You'd meet at your secret bench at noon, share a picnic lunch packed by his kitchen staff, and discuss everything from books, to philosophy, to what the world might look like in a hundred years.
Your parents had noticed an improvement in your general demeanor since the Valentine's Day dance, but attributed it to your new friend Mary. You'd never had a friend that close before, always holding everyone at an arm's length. They need not know that your arms were actually wrapped tightly around Ralph Penbury.
Tumblr media
"I brought you something."
"I see that," you note with amusement from your position on the bench, having arrived first today. He's carrying a neatly wrapped box with a large bow on top. "What's the occasion?"
"Does a man need an occasion to shower his lady-friend with gifts?"
"Oh. I thought it may have been for our anniversary," you tease.
Ralph nearly drops his package in shock, a look of pure panic on his face.
"Relax, Ralph," you laugh, "I'm only teasing. Unless you intended to celebrate eight days together."
"I intend to celebrate every day together," he says matter-of-factly. Your heart flutters. Stop that, you think.
He takes his seat, and places the box between you.
"Well, open it!" he says excitedly.
You slowly untie the bow, rolling up the ribbon so as not to ruin it, and set it aside. Then you begin peeling off the paper at a snail's pace, careful not to rip it, deliberately driving Ralph crazy.
It's working. It looks as if it's taking everything he has to not lean over and rip the paper off for you. But Ralph remains polite, sitting as still as he can, trying to pretend he's not frothing at the mouth.
"What's the matter, Ralph? Am I going too slow for you?"
He looks surprised for a moment, then realizes that you're teasing him again. A sour expression flashes over his face, and he crosses his arms and huffs adorably. You laugh and rip the paper, and suddenly he's excited again. You love playing with him.
You crumple the paper and lift the lid off your box. Inside is a large book about India.
You look at him in confusion. "Open it!" he says eagerly.
You crack open the front cover. Inside is a message, in a woman's handwriting. Leaning closer, you read:
To My Newest and Dearest Friend,
Now you can see the places I tell you about in all my stories!
Thank you for being so kind and welcoming to me as I adjust to my new home. I could not do it without you.
Love, Your Good Friend Mary
"I thought it would help sell the story of Mary Lennox to your mother," he explains.
"Indeed it will," you laugh. "Did you write this?"
"No. Well, I wrote the words. I had the maid copy it into the book."
"Oh, you're a clever one, Mr. Penbury," you admire. He beams.
"Look at this!" He pushes the empty box to the ground and moves closer to you, flipping through the book and showing you his favorite pictures. You try to focus on the book as he gushes about the animals and architecture of India, but you can't keep your eyes off of him.
You've never seen a person get so excited about everything before. You'd always been a stoic, so much in fact that your mother spent most of your childhood wondering aloud if there was something wrong with you. You'd sometimes questioned this yourself.
But Ralph? Ralph got excited about everything. You breathed in that pure, unadulterated joy like oxygen. When Ralph was happy, you were happy. Even over something simple, like spotting a pretty butterfly or a vendor selling a treat he'd never tried before. You wonder if you'd felt more joy in these last eight days than you had in your entire life.
Everything had changed that night at the dance. After a lifetime of shutting people out, choosing to stay home whenever possible and lose yourself in a book rather than join clubs or attend sleepovers, you suddenly felt like your presence wasn't bringing the room down. (You'd actually been accused of this on more than one occasion. You pretended like it hadn't bothered you, but it had.) But you didn't feel that way with Ralph. Ralph looked at you like he was happy you were by his side. It was a feeling that would take some getting used to.
The bells in the clock tower began to ring, snapping you out of your introspection. Ralph closes the book and hands it to you, reaching for the picnic basket with a frown.
"I'm sorry, I got carried away. You should have stopped me." He begins unpacking the basket with a blush on his face.
"I didn't mind. If my mother decides to quiz me about India, I will definitely be prepared," you wink.
"You can tell me to shut up, you know. I won't be offended. Sometimes I need to hear it." He takes a bite of his sandwich and looks at the ground as he chews. Tell Ralph to shut up? You could never! You'd sit and listen to him talk all day if you could. You love his voice, and the way his face tells a story of its own, and that he has opinions on everything.
"Well, you'll never hear it from me," you tell him firmly. He looks up in surprise. "I love listening to you," you shrug, suddenly very interested in your lunch. You pretend not to notice Ralph swipe at his eyes.
After a few minutes, Ralph makes a comment about cucumbers, and the conversation returns to normal. You spend the rest of your time together as happily as any other day, until the clock chimes again.
"I can't believe I wasted half of our time together rambling about a book. I really am sorry," he apologizes again, stuffing everything back into his basket. He stands with a sigh and offers you his hand. You leave your book on the bench and rise to embrace him.
"Ralph, I could spend the rest of my life listening to you read bread recipes," you admit.
He giggles and nuzzles his nose into your neck. You hold him tighter, wishing you never had to let him go. But the bells begin to quiet, and it's time for you to go home. You reluctantly release him and pick up the very thoughtful gift he'd brought you.
"Thank you," you say, clutching the book to your chest, wishing you could say more.

Have I said how much I love my cats before???
Turnip ( black and white short hair) is mostly blind, so she's always a bit hesitant to explore new places. But recently she learned about the existence of couches and it's now one of her favorite places to nap. It's where I get the most of my work done, so I'm just delighted to have the little lady as company. I originally found her in a trashcan on the side of the highway a few months ago, and being able to see her go from this terrified little kitten to a sassy little snuggle bug has been such a delightful experience.
She loves to terrorize her older sister Snail (long fur) and older brother Dipper (black cat) is always being kept on his toes. I'm probably a crazy cat dad, but my god I cherish these little balls of chaos so very much. They each have their own personalities and are just so entertaining.
Some time this year I plan on starting art streams (some knitting themed) and am 110% going to show them off to everyone who joins (it would happen with Dipper regardless because he refuses to not be involved in all my class Zoom calls. My professors always love him though so at least it doesn't get me in trouble T.T).

Something unbelivable happened today 🐌
So I have to go back to January. On Instagram I fell in love with a snail ring. I wasn't sure at first but I got it for me. It took a while to arrive because it game all the way from the US to me im Germany. I really like rings in general, I mean I have a thing for hands so yeah. But only had one ring that I wore every now and then, but I wanted a ring that I could wear everyday that becomes "Alina's Ring" if you understand what i mean. And I saw the snail ring and it was mine. Sadly I messed up the measuring (and the US sizes are different from the ones in Germany) so ordered the snail ring way to big. So after a few weeks I went to a goldsmith to size it down. And now its my Ring 🐌🩷 and i wear it everyday and I love it a lot it makes me a bit happier every time I see it on my hand.
Tumblr media
So today I went to the botanical garden in munich, with my parents and of course i wore my snail ring. Its a very big and beautiful garden. I was there the second time now and its really nice no matter the season. So we got our tickets and took a few pictures then we got something to drink and some snacks. We went on and i pet a big fish, there is a huge pond and the fish in there are friendly and come up to get some pets from nice humans. And we slowly made our way back to go back home. Then when my mom got a call i realised that my snail ring is missing !
This is the area i lost it. I was already hopeless that i will get my Ring back.
Tumblr media
I remembered that i straight went to the bathroom in the Souvenirshop as we entered so I immediately told my dad I need to go to the bathroom before we leave so I could check if it maybe is there. On my way to the bathroom a Family stopped me because they wanted a family picture with every member on it. So i was a nice person and took a few pictures of them, and they were so happy about it.
So I checked the bathroom in the Souvenirshop, my snail ring wasn't there, i was near to tears. After just two month I already lost my snail ring.
I walked up the stairs to the Shop and and eldery couple was standing at the counter and said to the Lady working there: "we found a Ring. Its really small it's probably not worth much. It looks like it could be from a little girl." and I immediately said that I lost a Ring and they showed me the Ring and it was my snail ring. I was so happy and thanked the couple soo much. I told them i just was in the Shop to check if I lost it there. They were also really happy that they could give me back my ring. They told me where they found it and I told them that it's my favorite ring and that I bought it in the Internet and it came from the US. We all laughed and they said that what a crazy coincidence it is that we are all there in the Shop at the same time.
I am still so happy and I honestly cannot belive it.
I mean the couple found the Ring and immediately went to bring it to the Souvenirshop, so maybe they find its owner. The couple could also have waited till they left the garden. If i recognised it early or if the family didn't stop me i would have been to early at the Shop and wouldn't have got my snail ring back.
I will now be a bit more careful with my ring. But the Chances to get it back were so low and yet my snail ring came back to me ... It is really my snail ring now 🐌🩷

Okay so... Is it just me or Lockwood from Wuthering Heights sounds queercoded?
This might sound crazy, but there are a few moments while reading Wuthering Heights where I thought to myself "wow, Lockwood compliments Heathcliff a lot!", for example on the Edgar Linton's Portrait scene:
"Mrs. Dean raised the candle, and I discerned a soft-featured face, exceedingly resembling the young lady at the Heights, but more pensive and amiable in expression. It formed a sweet picture. The long light hair curled slightly on the temples; the eyes were large and serious; the figure almost too graceful. I did not marvel how Catherine Earnshaw could forget her first friend for such an individual. I marvelled much how he, with a mind to correspond with his person, could fancy my idea of Catherine Earnshaw."
Does that imply that he thinks Heathcliff to be physically appealing? Well, at least he thinks that Heathcliff is more handsome than Edgar, which is weird because the only person that seems to compliment Heathcliff's appearance is Catherine.
I thought that I was maybe too much obsessed about my beloved queercoded characters, but then I found some other interesting parts of the book to support my theory:
"But Mr. Heathcliff forms a singular contrast to his abode and style of living. He is a dark-skinned gipsy in aspect, in dress and manners a gentleman: that is, as much a gentleman as many a country squire: rather slovenly, perhaps, yet not looking amiss with his negligence, because he has an erect and handsome figure; and rather morose."
Okay, this seems normal since a compliment between gentlemen may be completely platonic. But there is some hinted stuff about Lockwood that seems to be inherently queer, such as his failed attempts to flirt with women and the fact that his own mother said he would never have a family of his own, which is weird since he seems to come from a wealthy family, he does not seem too off puting besides his social awkwardness, so there is no apparent reason to why his mother would say such thing... EXCEPT FOR WHAT IF HE WAS A BIT FRUITY AND SHE KNEW!
"Let me hope my constitution is almost peculiar: my dear mother used to say I should never have a comfortable home; and only last summer I proved myself perfectly unworthy of one."
"While enjoying a month of fine weather at the sea-coast, I was thrown into the company of a most fascinating creature: a real goddess in my eyes, as long as she took no notice of me. I 'never told my love' vocally; still, if looks have language, the merest idiot might have guessed I was over head and ears: she understood me at last, and looked a return - the sweetest of all imaginable looks. And what did I do? I confess it with shame - shrunk icily into myself, like a snail; at every glance retired colder and farther; till finally the poor innocent was led to doubt her own senses, and, overwhelmed with confusion at her supposed mistake, persuaded her mamma to decamp. By this curious turn of disposition I have gained the reputation of deliberate heartlessness; how undeserved, I alone can appreciate."
Anyways, Lockwood is an awkward guy, and I find him rather amusement. He seems very much homoaffective to me, and I am enjoying trying to understand more about his personality.

Finding Love Katakuri x Reader Part 9
Standing before his mother, who was stuffing her face with cake, Katakuri listened patiently what his duties were. For Big mom it was very important to have Katakuri by her side. With his strength and loyalty she could trust him to get what she wanted.
"Keep an eye on Pudding. When she kills her husband Sanji, you and the others destroy Germa 66. I don't accept a failure. Bege will make sure to get their weapons. I put him in charge of the safety. ", she spoke happily.
"Yes mama as you wish."
"Good my son. Now then, till the wedding day.", she sang and waved him goodbye. Nodding Katakuri turned back and left. Step after step he felt unsure of what to do. He didn't really pay much attention to the whole conversation, because his mind was focused on his wife. Pudding's wedding was compared to his private life a piece of cake.
Should he try to speak with her? Or maybe just use his authority against her and order something so she wasn't able to refuse being with him?
Pathetic…
So how should he apologize? Sighing he felt completely lost.
Shaking his head he decided to just stay in his room like he used to. Like he always did. Alone. It was easier than dealing with these confused emotions, but Pudding's words gave him a fluttering feeling in his chest. "She was smiling after talking about me…? How on earth could she be happy about being with me… ", he sighed. He had to give her time. Much time to start from the beginning.
"Big brother …..! Katakuri!", Oven rushed to his side with an horrified expression on his face. Seeing the future he gasp after getting an image of his screaming wife. Grabbing Oven by his jacket he pulled him closer with an angered "Speak!".
Oven pushed himself back, while breathing heavily. "I got an emergency call from one of your servants. Thank God I was at my office. Some bandits invaded your island and took (Y/N) with them.."
Pushing his brother out of the way Katakuri rushed past him and headed to his ship. Oven ran after him for help.
" (Y/N)….. (Y/N)… God damn it. ", he growled frustrated. The image of her screaming and struggling was haunting his mind. What are they going to do with her? Torture her? Rape her? Sell her? Every option let his blood boil and mind go crazy.
"I swear if they touch her I won't only kill them…", he growled.
Seeing his island in the distance he used his devil fruit ability to grab a tree with his mochi hands and pulled himself towards his land to make things faster.
Garbage and footprints showed him the way of destruction and ended in front of his home. The door was open and blood painted his steps. Rushing inside he reached (Y/N) 's room, which was empty and seemed untouched. Only his own creation of the broken table showed some violence. At his office the smell of blood became worse. Whimpering was heard and quickly he stepped inside to find a servant laying in his blood with his snail transponder by his side.
"who was that! Tell me", he growled pissed.
"Master Katakuri…. I don't know. It all happened so fast. After they shot me, I was able to crawl into your office to get you.", he whispered exhausted.
"They took Lady (Y/N)…. Please find her Master. Bring her back.", he whispered and Katakuri kneeled down beside him.
"You don't have to tell me that. They will plead for death, after I am finished with them.", he spoke seriously and got back up.
" Hell brother.. Damn it, your house is a disaster.", Oven spoke shocked. Pissed Katakuri walked out and followed the trail of blood, till he reached the kitchen. Servants of Oven's ship were already helping the injured.
"Nobody died but they are all badly injured.", one servant told him exhausted. Katakuri searched for any signs or traces and stopped at the sight of baskets with familiar looking doughnuts.
"She… made the doughnuts for Mama..", he thought shocked, while a small basket with a note took his attention. Taking the card in his hands they started to shake after reading the words of his wife.
"Does anyone have information who attacked?", Katakuri growled frustrated and looked down to the injured cooks. Nodding fearfully the head cook started to explain.
"Master Katakuri. They were clothed completely in black and looked like bandits. There was no pirate symbol on their body. Lady (Y/N) was baking and they thought she was a maid. We wanted to help her.. We told them that she is your wife, but they didn't believe it.", they all cried bitterly.
"No one believes it. It is unfortunate.", he whispered to himself and headed outside deep in thought.
"Black clothed people…no pirates.. Sure i have met them after they passed our territory.", Katakuri thought back to the past meetings he had with his mother. He only remembered one group of black clothed people, because their captain wore a ridiculous hat with the words no mercy on it and looked like he could be killed just with the gash of wind of a shooting jelly bean. What a bunch of dumbasses.
" The black bandits… ", he whispered pissed and remembered how angered they were after his mother declined their offer. She even said that killing them would be unnecessary waste of energy.
"Did you find anything?", Oven asked nervously and sat down on his steps. "Yeah this was the cause of the black bandits, which Mama denied to work with a few weeks ago. They were a bunch of idiots.", Katakuri explained angered.
"But they were able to invade your island and took (Y/N).", Oven spoke only to get a furious look of his brother.
"Nobody died. Only idiots would make such a bad work to leave survivers, who could give us informations.", Katakuri's brother nodded impressed of his words.
"We should be happy that they are so dumb. So we know now where your wife is. I hope for them they are prepared to die. Unbelievable that they really dare to do this.. Hopefully your wife isn't hurt. ",his brother sighed exhausted and shut his mouth quickly after sensing the deadly aura around Katakuri.
"Oven, Mama awaits a basket of (Y/N) 's doughnuts. Go to the kitchen and deliver them. Also she shouldn't know that (Y/N) was taken. I don't want that she gets in any trouble of leaving the island, even if she was kidnapped.", he ordered and headed towards his ship. Quickly Oven ran after him to stop him.
"Big brother! Are you really leaving now to look for her?! what about the wedding. You have only 3 days. You know what happens if you don't come! Or if Mama wants to see you. I know it's hard, but think of Mama… "
Katakuri grabbed his brother roughly by his neck and pulled him closer.
"She also has to attend the wedding.. (Y/N) is in danger. I will go and get her now. You will deal with it."
Oven gulped nervously and could see the murderous glint in his eyes. There was no way to stop him and to be honest Oven didn't want to either. (Y/N) was helping his brother in so many ways and hopefully, after everything that happened, he hoped that she would still stay by his side with that breathtaking smile. Letting Oven go Katakuri started to leave.
"I am sorry brother. I am just worried about you… And don't think (Y/N) isn't important to me. I like her a lot. She is part of us. I will have your back till you come.", Oven shouted and started to fulfill his brother's orders. Stepping into the kitchen he took the baskets for his mother.
"What beautiful desserts…", he thought with awe and found a small basket hidden at the back. Noticing a small note he took a closer look to read it.
"You are too good to be true… I hope he will find you and I hope that someday you will be happy with him…", he whispered and put the basket back.
The note still in his hands he smiled down to the sweet handwriting of this beautiful girl and read it once again. It was just a simple text, but meant so much. She still gave her best. She still didn't give up. He was impressed by her willpower.
xxx
"I heard you left early for your mother. Your merienda already past so I made these for you. Have a nice day…. Your wife, (Y/N)"
xxx
Katakuri was deep in thought, while the cold sea breeze blew into his face. He couldn't imagine that she was taken away from him so easily. From one moment to another she was gone and maybe forever, if they were that quick to pass his mother's territory. He always thought that she would run away someday, because of having him as her husband. But in a way there was always the safe feeling behind these worries that she was forced to stay. Now standing here and feel how it was to loose her, made him awfully sad. There was only one time feeling this way in his life. As he was a child, his sister Brulee got hurt because of him. Because of his face. Because of his weakness in protecting her.
Because he was a monster…
" (Y/N)… I need you.. "
xxx
On the other side, a young girl was leaning against the moldy wood, locked away under the deck of the bandit's ship. Her clothes were torn and the dirt glued on her like a second skin. The darkness didn't give her any clue what time it was. The air was thick and smelling awful. Exhausted she felt a starting headache coming. Closing her eyes she just wished to be with her family again. Images of her laughing parents popped up in her mind or the baking with her grandmother, but then Katakuri appeared and tears rolled down her face. She didn't want to see him. Not now.. Not in her condition. Shaking her head she tried, but failed miserably.
"as my wife you are under my protection…"
"don't worry this room belongs to you.."
"We won't eat together ever…"
"Thank you for the doughnuts. They were amazing.."
"I… I said if you want we can look into shops that you like…"
"You are under me! You do as I say!"
All his words echoed in her mind and let her sob uncontrollably.
"It hurts so much….", she cried out and hid her face in her hands. Why did she have those feelings? Why was he haunting her mind? Frustrated she gave in and brushed her tears away. She knew why. The whole time she knew it.
"Because deep inside I knew that he has a heart..that he protects me.. And that he tried… He tried so hard to get out of his comfort zone… And I like this side of him so much…", she whispered with a weak smile.
"even if it is buried and hidden in this cold expression of yours."
Looking down to her bruised legs she sighed deeply.
"But it seems that it isn't important anymore…there are bigger things on your duty list than coming for your little toy. I left the island, broke another rule, so my life is in your hands now."
"Right Katakuri?"
