The living room is in a sunny corner with a wall of windows and doors to the patio.

The open concept room also has a dining area. The chairs look like Eames.

This is beautiful.

The kitchen is original and untouched. There's a new dishwasher, but the bronze oven and fridge are original. Look at the wall of closets- there's plenty of storage.

On the other side of the kitchen is a family room with another table & chairs. I like the blue doors on the closet.

The primary bedroom is large for a mid-century home. The room divider separates a smaller room with double dressers and mirrors. I imagine that it's a dressing room. There's also a large closet in each room.

Bd. #2 is very nice and has the dresser and a window in the closet.

Bd. #3 is a child's room. All 3 bds. have sliders to the patio or yard.

This bedroom also has a dresser in the closet.

Bath #2 is a 3pc. with a tub and has all original blue fixtures.

There's a beautiful pool. Aw, does the doggo come with the house, too?

Well, you can take a look at their album sales here. They went from a high of 2.2M album sales in the US (for example) for UAN to a low of 925K for MITAM.

As for tours:

TMH earned 114M

WWA earned 290.2M (their peak as far as tours go).

OTRA earned 208M

They were still making a lot of money for their label (and presumably, themselves), but it wasn’t sustainable and it was on the decline. IMO, Harry was smart for suggesting the hiatus. Always leave them wanting more.

Posted this one before- the 1920 home in Birmingham, AL has been re-listed for sale 4 times since 2022, and has undergone the following price changes: $1.45M; $1.25M; $1.05M; $975K; until the current $925K.

The sun porch entrance would make a stunning conservatory.

In order to buy this house, you have to like your homes ornate. When you have a home like this, by repainting too much, you ruin the sharpness of the details.

The dining room is off the entrance hall.

Notice how the sitting room has 2 steps down. I would have to warn any guests, b/c they're gonna trip, for sure. Who would expect that?

This less formal sitting room, used as a family room, opens to the garden. Interesting floral floor. I wonder if it's hand painted.

Off the family room there's a mini kitchen where they have a wine rack, microwave, mini fridge, and ice maker. Look at the fancy sink.

Judging by the books and magazines, they must spend a lot of time in here- guest powder room on the main floor.

I didn't expect a galley kitchen.

But, there's space for a table on either end.

Here's another sitting room with steps up to the main floor primary bedroom.

It has a small en-suite with an original tub. Nice mirrored sink cabinet.

The paintings on the walls are, according to the description, museum quality.

Look at that ceiling. You know, I bet this home would look cool in gray and black goth style.

Small bedroom #1 is surrounded by windows.

This bath is majorly ornate. Look at the sink! Arches in the shower, too, and mirrors everywhere.

Larger room with a ceiling mural. I wonder if that pink desk would convey.

This is nice- a big covered terrace on the 2nd level.

Back on the ground level, there's a small workshop.

Deck with a hot tub surrounded by ivy-covered walls.

Here's a patio with a pergola.

Gated front with a one-car garage. 8,712 sq ft lot. I'd definitely buy it.

Citrine is a little softer though so I'd be a little more careful of scratches on this, but it's beautiful.

Personal rant below:

I saw someone on a ring sub say a ring someone posted like this wasn't an engagement ring (despite the poster announcing their joy for it) simply because to them it "looks like a cocktail ring". Well, I'm here to say to hell with that! If you love it and it's on your left finger, it's an engagement ring, and you don't owe their petty selves an explanation.
