As far I am aware, this is a rumor. This started cus in some prompt pics and mv, she do has facial hairs, but I dunno if those hairs are real or not.

I noticed a lot of people claiming Margaret Hiroi, inspiration for Kikuri Hiroi from Bocchi, is trans but looking online I can’t really see anything that shows that. No interviews or wiki pages and mostly just dudebros on reddit/twitter being transphobic (and/or racist), was this just a rumor that got started?

Truly the mark of an excellent girl band anime: not only am I obsessed with the girl band's music, I'm also obsessed with the bands the anime is referencing because the writers are wanting you to listen to their banging mixtape.

Yura Yura Teikoku, Gingnangboyz, Eastern Youth and Sambomaster are so good...

Now its got me thinking of where I'd place each song in the episode of Girls Band Cry that's named after them.

Episode 8 with Gingnangboyz is def the most obvious and I can think of a few places in episode 1 for the Kenji Endo song and a few for the Yura Yura Teikoku song in episode 2.
