why do the people who make "low fat" and "low cal" versions of things always make them so articicially sweet you can't taste anything else. This mf yoghurt is supposed to be vanilla with dark chocolate sprinkles but the sweetener has made it so tangy its like lemon that maybe touched a vanilla bean on the assembly line

Watching my friend go thru a breakup with someone who has substance abuse issues and it’s making me feel so much guilt over how I’ve affected people in the past. Can’t let the guilt consume though. Have to keep pushing on.
