Like 1) they had two people play her, one for the female presenting nagini form and one for the male presenting human form (the guy playing her human form is the same guy who plays her reincarnated self) (the universe liked her male form so much she was reincarnated into a cis guy) 2) even in her more male form, she's dressed in a more feminine outfit with more feminine styling (comparing her to the other male naga we see, it is very different). 3) she's tits out in both forms. 4) they didn't need to go that hard but they did"
