Greetings from Veronaville Year one: introduction

Here is the town of Veronaville.

The town is divided into two different districts with different architectural styles; the 'English’ and the 'Italian’ side. The two sides are divided by the river.

There's currently 26 sims spread across 5 households in the town:

Capp Manor: Capp household. Consort, Kent, Regan, Cornwall, Tybalt, Juliette & Hermia Capp lives here.

50 Poet Place: Capp household. Goneril, Albany, Miranda, Hal, Desdemona & Ariel Capp lives here.

71 Bard Boulevard: Summerdream household. Titania, Oberon, Puck & Bottom Summerdream lives here.

340 Avon Avenue: Teatherton household. Alexandra Teatherton lives here alone.

Monty Ranch: Monty household. Patrizio, Isabella, Antonio, Bianca, Romeo, Mercutio, Benedick & Beatrice Monty lives here.

71 Bard Boulevard Recreation

It doesn’t look like much, but this took me over a month to finish 😂 The original house has such weird and specific terrain that I wanted to make sure I replicated exactly! 

Anyways, I didn’t limit the packs I used, so you at least need Ambitions, World Adventures, Generations, Pets, and Late Night. 

You do NEED these expanded barn walls from ModTheSims or else the house won’t have any wall covering:

80 Bard Boulevard is actually one of my favourite houses, I’ve recreated this layout many times! It’s currently uninhabitated but the current plan is that it’s for Puck Summerdream and Hermia Capp if they are still together after university. Downstairs there are two reception rooms, a bathroom and a large kitchen diner. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one an ensuite for the master bedroom.

95 Bard Boulevard is now housing Goneril Capp and her family. It’s been fairly extensively remodeled, with a room added both down and upstairs. Downstairs we have a formal sitting room, the kitchen and a large dining room plus a  bathroom. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I’ve also massively extended the maze out back, which was so much fun to do! There are a couple ways around which was really hard to do!

71 Bard Boulevard is the ridiculous Summerdream house. Again it has been quite extensively rebuilt but I really did try to keep the same feel to it. Downstairs there is the huge hall with a grand staircase, a kitchen diner, large living room, a small study and a bathroom. There’s also a secret room, for when Titania becomes a witch. Oberon may become one too, although my preference for him is a werewolf. No reason he can’t be both though. Upstairs there is the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, and then 4 other bedrooms and one bathroom. I plan to have the Summerdreams either adopt some more kids or have some natural ones. If I go down the adoption route I’ll want to make some faery kids for them. From what I remember the adoption pool works as last in, first out but I’ll need to check that.
