Here is my Joxter for the 72 version of moomins! He's called Shadow Joxter

The concept is someone who instead of becoming invisible by their own choice, becomes a shadow by being forgotten by the world 🫶

H20 JUST ADD WATER + MOOMIN AU

Moomintroll, Snorkmaiden, and Little My become mermaids after falling into a moon pool during the full moon. The rest of the H20 storyline plays out mostly the same. Our trio is aided by Moominpappa, who lived through the same back in his stormy youth alongside his friends the Joxter and the Muddler. Will they survive teenage hood while keeping their powers a secret?

like I wonder if the reason joxter completely vanished off the face of the canon after exploits, while mymble was at least reworked in the comics (and possibly mentioned in last dragon??), is because tove decided to write his rebellious traits into snufkin and he became superfluous

I just had a Headcanon xd.

It's weird, but there it goes:

Imagine a Snufkin from the Punk movement of the 70s.

• goes against the system

• hates the rules imposed by the government (or by anyone who wants to impose their rules xd)

• Rebel to the core

These things seem to me that I inherited them from Joxter (his father) who I consider to have formed from the Punk movement of the 70s very strongly.

I feel that this is too incomplete, but I have no more ideas xd

Four Snufs AU

I'm back at it again with the aus. Why do I have so many? Because I have no self control

Anyway

Similar to the CF au snufkin and his parents are deitys. Joxter is the god of winter Mymble is the goddess of love and snuf is the god of spring.

When snufkin was younger, around four or five he had an encounter with the Lady of The Cold and ended up dying. His soul split up into a buntch of shards with four larger pieces. The pieces weren't large enough to bring snuf back without causing serious issues so they use an old technic and gave the soul shards their own vessels and now there's four snufkins.

Seeing as they are the deitys of spring the snufs have to do their job and spread spring around the world witch works out well with their wandering nature. They all split up when it's time to spread spring and regroup once their jobs are done. They've done this every year since they were seven or eight, but one of their siblings dosent show up to the regrouping one year so they all go and look for him. As it turns out he had fallen in a ditch in certain valley and broken his leg. Once the three of them find their sib they learn that he's in the care of a group of weird hippos until his leg heals up so the rest of the snufs stick around and wait with him and go on a ton of misadventures in the meantime.

IMPORTANT; the snufs all have their own names but still occasionally call each other snufkin and still respond to the name.

Sly; the idiot who fell in a hole. The chill aloft one of the group. Loosely based off of 90s snuf

Slip; The Feral One. Plays garter and knows how to use a gun. Swears on the regular. Loosely based off of 70s/69 snuf

Snuffle, aka iffle, aka iffie; the voice of reason, The Second most Chill, and a nerd. Secretly chaotic af. VERY loosely based off of comic snuf

Sneak; gay disaster, seems cool but is eternally screaming. Doesn't know to function and fakes it till he makes it. Loosely based off of 2019 snuf

ahahaha, ekko is currently taking up 12 of my 46 active threads, so you tell me lol

if i wanted to spread the love equally across my 10 muses, you would think they would each get 10% of the threads. but ekko alone has over 25%, while characters like amumu, brit, and cyborg noodle hover at 2 threads each.

i do love all of my muses, of course, i just can’t claim to love them all equally.

you get a two for one deal with this one, in both snufkin and the joxter from moomin.

father and son, where the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree despite the tree and apple having been separated for 18 years, they are both vagabond-type characters with an extreme distaste for authority. they both mean well, of course, and love their friends (and each other), but they both value their freedom and will raise a little hell if you try to keep them from going wherever the fuck they want.

for them, the good life is the peaceful life, and neither of them are concerned with money in the slightest. snufkin just wants to fish, and the joxter just wants to climb trees, eat fruit, and sleep. snufkin does tend to be a little more get-up-and-go than his father, who hibernates during the winter with everyone else, while snufkin travels south.

both of them are fairly solitary people and need time to themselves every once in a while, but that doesn’t mean they don’t value their close friendships as well. the joxter is often mistaken for someone who is uncaring, because he himself doesn’t depend on external validation much, and so he never thinks to give it. but in the words of hodgkins, “he cares about a good many things, he just doesn’t want to overdo it.”

unfortunately both of them are a long way off, as i am only on episode... 45-ish/70-some of the 90s cartoon and on book 5/8 and i haven’t even touched moominvalley yet. and then after i catch up, there’s still the troublesome task of making icons. so oof. i’m very excited for both of them and want them on my blog immediately but unfortunately....... i can’t. not yet anyway.
