The Suzuki GSX-8R Gets New Colors for 2025
There’s something about the middleweight segment of motorcycles that hits just right. It’s a sweet spot where power meets agility, and the latest crop of 650cc to 900cc bikes is proving that point over and over again. One standout in this crowd? Suzuki’s GSX-8R, a sportbike that shares its DNA with the GSX-8S and V-Strom 800. This machine is Suzuki’s way of saying, “Yeah, we still got it,” while…

Slovakian Supermono: Jawa JSA (Jawa / Suzuki / Aprilia) 650RR by Roman Juriš of Slovakia, who set out to create a bike with "knee to asphalt" riding characteristics from a wrecked '85Jawa 350. Working out of his 4x4m basement, he swapped in a 650cc Rotax from an Aprilia Pegaso, built a new frame to hold it, and outfitted the bike with Suzuki suspension, wheels, and bodywork. “At the age of 46, I put my knee down on the asphalt for the first time on this bike.” Full story today on BikeBound.com. ⚡️Link in Bio⚡️ https://instagr.am/p/Cr0Y7gVOcIR/

OK pls explain the concept of Wsbk before I throw myself into the madness, is Wssp like the Moto2? And what is a superpole?
Welcome to WSBK madness!
WSBK is the racing series where they race with street bikes on steroids. WSBK uses 1000cc bikes, WSSP is around 600cc (Ducati uses the same as WSBK but with limitation, and there's other manufacturers that is 650cc, but again they are limited) and WSSP300 is 300cc (-ish).
It's not really comparable because WSSP and WSSP300 are not *really* ladders, nbut they do have lots of similarities. WSBK is like MotoGP, everyone can get a podium/win, but only 2-3 riders fight for the championship. WSSP is as annoying and boring as Moto2. One rider, this year Bulega, will hit the front and the just ride to the sunset without troubles. WSSP300 is as chaotic (if not more) than Moto3. They had to red flag qualy at least 2 times to avoid them stopping on track to search for slipstreams or going slow at the racing line.
Now the format is different. WSBK only have 11-12 weekends (WSSP300 even less), so each weekend they have Race 1 and Race 2. WSBK has the superpole race to spice things up. It's like the Sprint race, but happens on Sunday morning, and the makes an impact in the grid for Race 2. After superpole race, the top-9 riders will start in that same position, while the riders from outside it will start at their positions form qualy. Superpolerace is much more fun than the Sprint and I mean it, there's overtaking, is stress concentrated in 10-11 laps. Superpole is a must to watch
I hope this helps

Is the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 Mileage Suitable for Long Road Trips?
The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 has been making waves in the motorcycle community with its classic aesthetics, robust performance, and reliability. However, a key consideration for potential buyers and road trip enthusiasts is whether the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 mileage is suitable for long road trips. Understanding the fuel efficiency of this motorcycle is crucial for planning extended journeys and budgeting for fuel expenses.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/af7ff08df07f51f3bd6fac5944d9c7c2/63d10b7724619a57-f9/s400x600/41ad328d65f8d05b1e7220b3260a3d1f3ec29052.jpg)
The Interceptor 650 mileage averages between 25 to 30 km/l under normal riding conditions. On highways, with consistent speeds and a steady throttle, some riders report achieving mileage close to 30 km/l. This is a respectable figure for a 650cc twin-cylinder motorcycle, considering its powerful 648cc engine that delivers 47 hp and 52 Nm of torque. The blend of power and efficiency makes the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 a solid candidate for long-distance travel.
The fuel tank, with its 13.7-liter capacity, provides a practical range that complements the Interceptor 650 mileage, making it possible to cover approximately 350 to 400 kilometers on a full tank under optimal conditions. This is sufficient for a day’s ride before requiring a refill, particularly on well-planned routes with fuel stops.
When planning long road trips, fuel efficiency isn't the only factor to consider. The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 boasts a comfortable riding posture, well-cushioned seats, and an ergonomically friendly handlebar position, all of which contribute to a pleasant long-distance experience.
However, the mileage can vary significantly based on riding style, terrain, and load. Aggressive acceleration, steep inclines, and carrying extra weight, such as luggage and a pillion, can reduce the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 mileage. Riders who prioritize efficient fuel use should maintain moderate speeds and adopt smooth throttle control.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/037336bb2ff24b63c1596aa6776d7efa/63d10b7724619a57-96/s400x600/51d5cc242c086ce5353ccadae16c6b99a275f0fe.jpg)
The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 offers a reasonable blend of performance and fuel efficiency, making it suitable for long road trips. Its mileage, while not the highest in the motorcycle world, is balanced by the bike's overall comfort and engine capabilities. For those who appreciate a mix of style, power, and moderate fuel economy, the Interceptor 650 mileage supports extended adventures without excessive fuel stops, provided riders adopt sensible riding habits.
