So in 7th grade, my teacher...thought it would be fun? more interactive? to take number of people died building the Great Wall of China,

emphasizing when people died, they would throw the body into the wall to be used as mortar,

and divide it by the student body, to tell how many times over the school would have to die to build the wall.

She did this every year so each year the answer would be different.

My year just happened to be 666 point something.

And for whatever reason that burned into my head. Idk how many people would die building the wall or how many kids was in my school. But I remember that I would have to die 666 times to help build the wall of China and the shock on my teacher's face when that answer came up as she tried to move to the next topic.
