Special Containment Procedures: SCP-ABJ is stored within one of the lockers at the armory of Site-AM. The locker in question is owned by Agent Iris Clef and is guarded by AFA-1 units already assigned to guard all the lockers. Description: SCP-ABJ is a golden arm ring that is actually made of seven pieces that can be assembled and disassembled like puzzle pieces. SCP-ABJ as a whole was created by Species of Interest: the ISU, though unlike normal ISU tech, SCP-ABJ regardless of it’s current form, does not hold memories of past users. The seven pieces of SCP-ABJ don't need to be assembled to have their anomalous properties activated and can be used to individually. However, by uniting all seven pieces of SCP-ABJ and wearing the golden arm ring they become, they give their wearer ultimate immunity to all forms of damage. The pieces that make up SCP-ABJ are known as SCP-ABJ-1 through SCP-ABJ-7.

SCP-ABJ-1 allows whoever holds this piece to heal from any wounds or physical disability. This includes cuts, bruises, scars, broken bones, necrosis and lost limbs. It’s even possible to reverses birth defects such as skin conditions, nutrient deficiencies, and even malformed body parts. SCP-ABJ-1 can give anyone perfect physical health and invulnerability to physical harm.

SCP-ABJ-2 cures any disease the holder may have, this includes bacteria, viruses, fungus, prions, parasites, and even advanced diseases or sickness like Alzheimer's, HIV, or cancer.

SCP-ABJ-3 Deflects all types of incoming damage such as melee weapons and even projectiles. So long as it's a physical attack, SCP-ABJ-3 can force it to bounce away from the holder and feel not even the force form the attack. Even accelerated physical attacks like a railgun round shot at Mach 7 will be deflected.

SCP-ABJ-4 Deflects all types of energy damage directed at the holder. Fire, electricity, magnetism, intense heat, radiation, plasma, and hard light construct weapons cannot harm the user.

SCP-ABJ-5 Protects the user form metaphysical and even magical threats such as thaumaturgic rituals, curses, enhanced poisons, enchanted weapons, anomalous humans, intense gravity, time manipulation, and even reality manipulation.

SCP-ABJ-6 Protects the user form subconscious threats or entities that exist on different plains of existence like spectral anomalies. SCP-ABJ-6 protection is even higher against mental alterations and threats such as memetics, amnestics and even anti-memetic anomalies.

SCP-ABJ-7 is actually useless on its own, it is instead the conduit and power source for all the other SCP-ABJ pieces when they combine into the golden bracelet. Through SCP-ABJ-7, the golden arm bracelet is able to create a perfect field that has the collected properties of all the other pieces so that one does not cancel out the other and they all equally protect the user. When worn, the user is invincible on all aspects, with no exploitable weaknesses to date.

SCP-ABJ was discovered in 2020, found in one of the transportation trucks owned by Group of Interest: Abstergo Industries. The raid leading to SCP-ABJ’s discover was conducted by Mobile Task Force Athena-1 "Assassin's Creed". The mission was originally declared a failure as seemingly noting of value was recovered. It was only by pure luck that SCP-ABJ’s anomalous properties were discovered. After only a month of testing it was concluded that SCP-ABJ possessed the ultimate capabilities of protecting its user. 

SCP-ABJ was originally deemed too dangerous to use as a single misplace can allow it to fall into the wrong hands. It is for this reason none of the Captains or the Commander of Mobile Task Force Omega-45 “Street Samurai” received it. Nigeria Governors' Forum Warns Finance Ministry Not To Pay Firms Claiming N105billions From LGA Allocations

The Nigeria Governors’ Forum has kept in touch with the Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning not to pay Local Government Councils’ assets to the tune of over N105 billion being guaranteed by certain organizations as lawful and consultancy expenses.

The NGF cautioned in a letter on Monday, which was acquired by SaharaReporters, that the matter was to be resolved in court and the account service should remain activity on the installment due to the negative monetary ramifications it would have on the 774 LGAs across the country.

An assortment of headcanons! - Kaito loves dogs- When Kaito was a kid, due to all the lore of the constellations and stuff, he would always imagine himself as a greek/roman hero fighting monsters and becoming a constellation himself in the stars- Hoshi teaches Kaito how to gamble…better. He’s still bad at it though.- For Kaito’s birthday everyone got together and rented him a planetary so they could all celebrate together. Kaito kept trying to run off because he didn’t want them to see him crying tears of joy.- Naegi and Kaito are a dangerous pair of optimism. Don’t even involve Kaede. It’s dangerous. An assortment of headcanons! - One day Tsumugi made an attempt to see how many cosplays she could do in one day while doing things around the city. She then asked her classmates to keep count of how many cosplays they saw. The number ranged from 25-71. 52-53 seemed to be the common answer however.- Tsumugi once held a con booth with Angie. It was as wild as it sounds.- Tsumugi and Kirumi talk frequently, for Kirumi is able to assist Tsumugi when she makes cosplays and is able to give solid opinions as well- Tsumugi is the class matchmaker sorry I don’t make the rules.- This …isn’t really a hc per se but . . *coughs* so in the future if Tsumugi and Angie had a child, that artist would be a “con-artist” con artist. They go to cons selling artwork that isn’t theirs or they try to rip people off.

Everything? I legit love everything about Kaede. I love her flaws and her imperfections. She’s a musician, she’s my favorite colours, she hecking plays piano, she’s outgoing and funny and a lovable goof ball.

Court adjourns suit seeking Buhari’s disqualification over false information submitted to INEC

An Abuja division of the Federal High Court has adjourned to January 21 a suit seeking the disqualification of the president, Muhammadu Buhari, over alleged false information contained in form cf 001 submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the 2019 election. The plaintiffs, Kalu Kalu, Labaran Ismail, and Hassy Kyari el-Kuris, are alleging that Mr Buhari lied in his form, cf 001, submitted to INEC, regarding his educational qualification/certificate. The suit, which was filed on behalf of the plaintiffs by Ukpai Ukiro, has as the first defendant, Mr Buhari, the APC as the second defendant, and INEC as the third defendant. The suit, with no: FHC/CS/ABJ/1310/2018, wants the court to determine, “whether having regard to the information in the affidavit contained in the 1st defendant’s INEC’s form, cf 001 regarding his educational qualification /certificate, the 1st defendant has submitted False information to the 3rd defendant. “Whether from the facts and exhibit contained in the affidavit in support of this originating sermon and having regard to section 31 (5 and 6) of the electoral act as amended, the first defendant is disqualified from running for the office of the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2019 general election. “Whether the first defendant, having submitted false information to the third defendant, the second defendant can validly present the first defendant as its candidate for the office of the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for the 2019 general elections. I'm curious to know why Amami's FTEs made you like him less, apart from the last one you mentioned in your FTE review.

Nothing special really. It’s just that his other Free Times didn’t manage to impress me positively as much as the last two impressed me negatively.

The first 3 or 4 events were already translated by @powtripfalldieyay (spoilers in the post titles though), but here’s a little overview of Amami’s Free Time:

Event 1: He and Kaede have a “We and Saihara-kun are the only normal people here, everyone else is crazy” talk.

Event 2: He shows his worries, saying that Kaede shouldn’t trust him because he doesn’t remember his talent, so he might be the Super High School Level Serial Killer or something like that without knowing. Kaede answers that doesn’t matter and she would still want to be his friend no matter what talent he has. Chapter 1 spoilers from the 3rd event on.

Event 3: Amami is curious about his own talent and Saihara tries to help. He asks Amami if he remembers things that are not his talent, like his hobbies and his past, because that could be useful clues. Amami answers saying “Yeah, obviously. If I had no memories I wouldn’t even remember my own name” and immediately tells his hobby is travels. Amami is a millionaire’s kid and one day he just decided to take one of his father’s boats and sail out to somewhere. That was the time of his life and when he came back, his father says that if Amami liked the trip this much, he would let Amami take the ship whenever he wanted, but in exchange, the father would use him to visit the company’s overseas business partners in his instead. Saihara suggests Super High School Level Rich Kid or Super High School Level Traveller, but Amami says neither of them feel right. Then Amami mutters “Maybe Super High School Level Shitty Brother”, to which Saihara responds confusedly and Amami replies with a “Forget what I just said” and leaves.

Event 4: Saihara tries to ask about the Super High School Level Shitty Brother thing, but Amami dodges the question with travel talk. He talks about how Northern Europe is a very beautiful place, but he would be afraid of living there because of how frequent the political assassinations are. Then he adds it would be even worse to live in South America because the politics there are corrupt as it could get (I really want a pic of Amami raising a “Fora Temer” sign now). Saihara is surprised by how much Amami knows about the political situation of the places he’s been to (apparently he forgot Amami deals with his father’s business partners) and suggest Amami could be the Super High School Level Spy, as it’s a job that involves both travelling and politics (my pre-release guess, if anyone remembers it). Amami just laughs it off and says that if he tried to be a spy, he would be dead already. Amami knows that stuff because he just likes to learn all he can about the place’s culture and politics. Most tourists just like the know the sceneries, but Amami wants to fully understand how the people there live too. When I first played this event, I thought he and Shinguuji would probably get along very well.

Event 5: Saihara and Amami discuss about what the school they are locked in and it becomes quite clear that Amami is an hurry to leave as soon as possible. Saihara asks why and the conversation goes something like:Amami: Saihara-kun, do you have any siblings.Saihara: No.Amami: Then you would never understand it. Bye.

Event 6: Saihara asks Amami about the him not being able to understand him for being an only child and about how it connects to the old “Super High School Level Shitty Brother” line. Amami says that one day he decided to travel around. However, he was a little bit too beloved by his sis and had a problem of being followed in all his travels. In his around the project, the little sis hid in his boat and when he came back, he asked is father “Hey, where is my sis?” and the father replies “What? Didn’t they went with you to the travel?”. They searched the boat and couldn’t find anywhere. That means Amami’s sis are lost anywhere in the world. Amami started travelling like crazy in search, but to no avail. Everything tells him he shoud quit and that the sis are probably dead already. So Amami calls himself the Super High School Level Shitty Brother for being so entranced in his travel that he didn’t event noticed his own family there. Saihara, however, encourages to keep looking and Amami gets overjoyed, saying he is the first person to support. Saihara’s tells him that with that persistence he could never be a bad brother. Amami then is like “Yeah, maybe I’m the Super High School Level Siscon”, but Saihara suggests “Super High School Level Brother” for less incest undertones (after that I took back what I said about him getting along with Shinguuji. They would instead fight over the title of Ultimate Incest). Amami, however, says he can’t call himself a Super High School Level Brother until his entire family is reunited.

Event 7: Amami remembers detectives often look for missing people, so he hires Saihara to help him after they both leave (Amami paying all the travel expenses of course). Saihara had already been touched by Amami’s determination in the previous event and wholeheartedly agrees. After they sign the contract, Saihara says he will do his best to find Amami’s sister, so he can finally can himself the Super High School Level Brother. In response, Amami laughs and replies with “What? You thought it was only one? When I said sis, I meant sisterS, not sisteR. Twelve of my little sisters are missing”. This made me feel like Saihara was scammed into that contract and that was a total dick move on Amami’s part. It also undermines the previous events because it makes Amami really dumb and uncaring for not noticing 12 extra people on his ship.

Lawyer Drags AGF, IGP To Court For Disobeying Court Judgements ~ Naija Breaking News - 28/01/2018

ABUJA-A constitutional lawyer, Mr. Ademola Odusote has dragged the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Abubakar Malami, SAN, and the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Ibrahim Idris, before the Federal High Court Abuja accusing them of flouting valid court judgements.

The Nigerian Police Force was equally cited as a defendant in the suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1157/17, which the plaintiff brought pursuant to Order 3 Rules 6 and 9 of the Federal High Court Civil Procedure Rules 2009.

Specifically, the plaintiff who is a Lagos based legal practitioner, posed five questions for the court to determine.

He prayed the court to determine, "Whether by the true interpretation of Section 287(3) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria ( as amended) the 1st (IGP), 2nd (Ibrahim Idris) and 3rd (Police) defendants respectively are not under absolute legal obligation to obey and enforce court judgements in any part of Nigeria.

"Whether the 4th defendant being the Chief Law Officer of the Federation is not under legal obligation to advise President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to remove the 2nd defendant from office as the Inspector General of Police on the grounds that the 2nd defendant is in continuous breach of provisions of section 287 (3) of the 1999 Constitution of Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) thereby posing immense threat to the sustenance of our democracy.

"Whether considering the continuous and flagrant disobedience of court judgements by the 1st, 2nd and 3rd defendants, the 2nd defendant is still a fit and proper person to remain in office as the Inspector General of Police and Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the Federation

As well as, "Whether the 4th defendant being the Chief Law Officer of the Federation is not under legal obligation to advise President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to remove the 2nd defendant from office as the Inspector General of Police on the grounds that the 2nd defendant is in continuous breach of provisions of section 287 (3) of the 1999 Constitution of Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) thereby posing immense threat to the sustenance of our democracy.

Upon the determination of the questions, the plaintiff is seeking an order compelling the 1st, 2nd and 3rd defendants to do equity by forthwith obeying and enforcing all subsisting court judgements won against them, particularly the judgment delivered in suit No: FHC/ABJ/CS/176/2017 between the Incorporated Trustees of Peace Corps of Nigeria & 49 others Vs. Nigeria Police Force & 5 others.
