Depth:

The depth of concentration where I am at, in this phase of my 23 years plus practice, is specific in nature.

I am at the head end of my Kundalini awakening process. Life energies, freed over years of practicing calming techniques, have found residence in the spine. Currently, during meditations, life energies gather in the spine and move from the tail end to the head.

It usually takes a few minutes for me to experience Peace giving life energies in the head. Peace hasn’t stilled my thoughts to the point that mental imagery can cease. There have only been glimpses of such a still mind.

As I understand, it is only in those rare stilled moments when I have gone beyond any movement of my mind that have I seen the beginnings of the third eye.

And this is exactly where I am. Peace is brimming in my head but Peace hasn’t found the right exit out of the head through the portal of the eternally present third eye.

Igår började jag läsa i parken under min lunchpaus igen. Och jag tänkte att det var dags att läsa Mina drömmars stad - jag köpte boken (och alla andra i serien) för nästan 2 år sedan och åker till Stockholm om några veckor. Jag läser boken jättelångsamt - jag blev ovan vid att läsa på svenska dem senaste fyra månaderna, i boken används mycket slang/gamla ord som jag inte känner till och jag googlar Stockholms realia varje gång nån gata nämns. Mitt dröm skulle vara att kunna läsa boken klart innan jag åker till Stockholm (så jag kan titta på filmen också) men jag tror det kommer inte att hända. Men jag kan väl försöka?
