I locked eyes with this guy in the train from Venlo to Düsseldorf on January 4th this year. I can't speak a word of Dutch and I'm rather shy so it never crossed my mind to make contact, but it went on for the whole train ride. He was tall, dark hair and dark beautiful eyes, maybe a shade of dark blue. I hated myself a bit for being so shy though I don't know if he just wasn't interested enough to make a move. In any case, I'm still thinking about it and I happened to find this profile searching for the tag "Venlo" like the hopeless romantic I am.

Hughie was so clearly bothered when he realized the woman he'd been with multiple times, and even proposed to, wasn't even Annie but the shapeshifter??? Like that scene made him look so violated when she made that comment of 'peg the patriarchy'
