Running II

I have been running almost two months. Because of the little free time I had I decided to keep doing to practice 2 times a week. There was a day that I didn’t feel well, so I stopped at 7 minutes.

This activity has beer tedious and exasperating, because there was a moment in which I didn’t really advance from the 15 minutes. It also doesn’t help that running is not my favourite sport. However, because I try to watch a series only when running, in the end it was enjoyable.

I have alternated cardio and fat burn every two weeks, and I have tough of alternating them with strength for the future.

Сегодня было второе узи. Да, поздно. У меня уже 34 недели и 5 дней. 🤔 Но мне должно было прийти письмо, когда приходить на узи, а его так и не было, потом банально не могла дозвониться в больницу. 24 weeks pregnant. From an exercise perspective, still carrying on 5x per week training. Weight training with daily 30min cardio. Of course I don't FEEL like training at all, but you can't base your exercise plan solely on feelings. Even when I was super lean I didn't feel like training, it's a choice you make and just stick with it. Feelings are irrelevant. It's especially difficult to find the motivation going to gym knowing that things are just getting bigger and growing anyway, so why bother? I bother because I feel so much better afterwards!, and I have less overall pregnancy pains and niggles because I am staying physical strong and supple. Another big factor is to support my post delivery recovery. Staying strong for longer will help me recover faster. I will not be able to train for 8 weeks at least post delivery. One down side is that training on top of being pregnant has made me supertired, and this heat is not helping. Está a chegar o momento! Mais uns dias e a nossa bailarina vai estar nos nossos braços!! Foram longos meses de medos, ansiedade, preparação e sobretudo muito Amor e Dedicação!!! Foi uma gravidez linda, com algumas dificuldades mas cada momento que ela mexe, a cada ecografia e a cada dia que desenvolve dentro de mim mais nos apaixonamos… meu amor @alvaroribeirosantos não poderia ter surgido Homem mais maravilhoso na minha vida, nestes longos meses nunca me deixou sozinha, esteve presente em todos os momentos incansável e viveu a nossa gravidez com tanto amor, dedicação e sensibilidade… fez todas as pesquisas, juntos fizemos as aulas de parto e agora só espera nervoso o momento do pele com pele com o nosso maior tesouro 😍 e depois a minha pequena família maravilhosa… a futura vovó @marymaria1511 que também viveu esta gravidez como se fosse a dela e já encheu a futura princesa de mimos!!! E a Titi @catarinaestefania ?? Poems to Grandpa

Two weeks ago, before the schools were closed, my grandfather Casimiro was hospitalized because he had Coronavirus. After these two long weeks, he left us at 11:30 on the 25th of March. That same day I decided to write poems, with stuff I didn’t say or didn’t say enough. I will write two or more poems a week during the time we will spend home.

Running

Since the last time I run (during the last evaluation) I have stopped running, being a bit lazy. I want to restart, beginning with 10 minutes and more as I advance. Maybe 2times a week, and as times passes by start to do it two days.

Poems for granpa II

these months without my grandpa have been difficult. Sometimes I remember him and start to cry, sometimes I get mad at myself for not doing something and doing something else. Lately when this happens, I grab a pen and start to write, sometimes it makes me cry more, and others less.

However, writing has been a bit therapeutic; I say what I want to say, I always write to him and I share them with my family. My dad loves them and that makes me even more proud. I really miss him, but writing makes me feel I’m somewhat telling him, even if it’s just me.

In the image there are only four of the 32 poems that I have written for him, but they felt as too personal to share (sorry for not including them 😉)
