MTV Splitsvilla XI Review: TV’s chocolate boys Anshuman Malhotra and Fahad Ali join the squad in search of true love

MTV Splitsvilla had its inaugural episode today and we again had a crew of young boys and girls slugging it out to find an ideal partner. The interesting part is the presence of TV’s chocolate boys Anshuman Malhotra and Fahad Ali. The former made news for his relationship with Sanaya Pithawalla while Fahad Ali is single for some time now. He made news for his show The Buddy Project where he acted with Bharti Kumar who is now engaged to Kunal Jaisingh. We have a pool session where the guys have to give hashtags to the girls. It is the start of the controversy after Chetan Titre pulls Shruti Sinha inside the pool. This earns him the ire of the girls. Three of the guys Karan Monacha, Kabeer Bhartiya and Chetan are on the receiving end from the ladies. In a sad turn of events, Chetan ends up getting judged rather fast by the ladies out there.

In the girls, it is Arushi Dutta who grabs the limelight with her non-conformist ways. She gets into a fight with the other girls at the start with the boys labelling her as the tigeress on the show. Arushi pinpoints that Shruti has been on a reality show before and knows how to plot her movements. She says she will be a more spontaneous player. The guy who makes a great first impression is Kabeer as Aarushi Handa already falls for him. The biggest challenge for the guys seem to be remembering the names of the gals on the show. We get to some of the chiselled bods on the show with Simba Nagpal, who shows us how hot he looks in a chocolate bath. Monal Jagtiani has already fallen for him.
