Forgot to post my #weighin last week - but a great result and FINALLY this week I am under 100kg and reached a total loss of 15kg 🎉🎉 • It’s taken me a long long time to cross the bridge between 10kg and 15kg (over a year), mainly because I couldn’t get over a lot of mental hurdles and commit fully to doing the program by changing my worst habits for the better.
