Day 26: Cutest moment

Really just how Raz acts in RoR in general, he acts cute in the very beginning, when he pokes things, he just says things all the time and my personal favorite, all his comments on the fish. A few people said this games writing wasn't as good as the first due to being more friendly and a little predictable but I think it works perfectly as, you know, Raz is 10. I know I acted goofy when I was 10 all the time.

Anyways enjoy this attempt at drawing an astral projection as not having it would look confusing.

Day #1: Favorite Character

thought i’d give this a try. also it’s an excuse to draw milla. she’s a fascinating character with a lot of capability and depths that haven’t been explored yet, and also, i love her,

Raz is an easy pick for me, I have a thing for childish characters. And characters that make dumb puns. Too bad I can’t draw my boy to save my own life >:/

Day 16: Favorite Camp councilor Milla ❤️ she's such a sweetheart. I'm sure she took time and care to know each of the children. I'd like to color this but damn there are a lot of kids in this game. Just when I thought I had all the girls I realized I missed some. What are they talking about? Boys? Monster trucks? The air speed velocity of an unladen swallow?

Day 14: Favorite outfit

Ok, I really love all the outfits in the game and especially the ones Raz has but out of all of them I really like this one the most because I have never played another game that lets me wear a straight jacket, completely pointless straps, he puts it over top of his backpack and also what happens if you float while using it.

Not the best angle but it just looked so silly first time I did this.

Just wish it could be used outside of the asylum, and also wish ledge grabbing could still be done with it but make sense that it doesn't.

Day Five - Favorite Camper

It saddens me that there isn’t enough love for Vernon in the fandom. Or maybe there is and I haven’t found that niche yet. Nevertheless, the kid just wants someone to listen to his stories without falling asleep or pulling out their hair. He truly is a man of his art.

I know this may seem like an odd choice, but to me this is a beautiful moment. Honestly it's kind of funny because this was supposed to be the most inspirational moment and the moment I'm going to choose for most inspirational was supposed to be here. I chose this scene however because it shows the loving relationship between father and son, and I love it.

#30DayPsychonautsChallenge - 26. Cutest moment?

Basically any time Lili and Raz are interacting, these kids are precious. I think my personal favorite of all those though is when Lili was sheepishly trying to give Razputin a friendship bracelet she had made for him, and he was absolutely not paying attention to her. (And then Lili’s expression says Now listen here you lil sh*t.)

Day 3: Favorite Level

Ever just run around the grounds and pretend to be an inmate after you get that strait jacket? No? Just me? Okay then.

Technically I love the camp, but only in the daytime, when you can run around and find all the campers in different spots. After the more permanent sundown, the asylum is where it’s at.

. Alright I’m ten days late but I’m going for it regardless! I’m just gonna do all the questions that have built up in this time that has passed woo 

1. Favorite character?

I gotta say Lili. Her attitude has been one of the most formative for my sense of humor since I first played like 9 years ago.

2. Least favorite character?

That’s tough. I really feel like all the characters contribute in some significant way to the plot, so I can’t dislike them too much.I think Dingo from Edgard’s mind is a real fuckin prick so I’ll go w him.

3. Favorite level?

Milla’s mind, for sure. The music, the art, the campers all dancing. It’s so fun and sweet and I love the way levitation is taught in it.

4. Favorite music?

Off the top of my head, the music that plays when you’re in the bottom of the lake, right before Lungfishopolis. I don’t listen to the soundtrack very much, but thats the one that every time I play, stands out to me. It fits the vibe perfectly and is calm and creepy. 

5. Favorite camper?

Maybe I’m full of it cause I just had to check the wiki for his name lol but Mikhail. The line “cannot lurk forever, bear.” is one of my favorite from the game, and his partnership with Maloof is great.

6. Favorite asylum inmate?

Edgar for sure. His sense of humor in the line after you enter his mind “you make light of my mental issues, yet still I am calm!” (paraphrasing) is hilarious, and his level is visually so pretty. Fred’s is probably the most interesting conceptually, (I really love how that level works) but as characters I like Edgar the best. 

7. Favorite enemy?

I’m thinking the dog’s in Gloria’s mind. I really like the voice acting. Honorary mention goes to the Lunchadores because they all have really funny gimmicks.

8. What moment/s made you feel emotional?

When I played it when I was young, going through the aslyum with Shegor in the background scared the shit out of me. I still get kind of nervous when I hear her make noises in the background lol. But also the conversation you have with Ford when he tells you all the kid’s brains are stolen really has that feeling of “you can’t go back.” Actually, when it turns to night I’m always a little sad bc the day is so fun and cheerful and the campers and there being so fun, and the night time is comparatively so much sadder. I always put off going into the brain tumblr again because I want the day to last.

9. What are the funniest moments? (This game is filled with them, so go crazy and add as much as you want! … Or in this case, go “psycho” *does Raz’s dorky laugh*

I think the line “It looks like a dentist office.” is one of my favorite jokes of all time lmao. I don’t even really know why but the way thats delivered is just so funny to me.

Alright! I’m gonna try and do the rest each day, but I might end up doing a big post of them all again. This was super fun!!
